I have booked 1 ticket on 2nd Oct 2020 from make my trip via Phonepay, but every time first transaction got failed and then I tried to book it in the second attempt, which is successful.

When I check my bank and Phonepay transaction status I'm quite to surprised to see that the amounts got deducted twice for both bookings

When talked with the customer care executive, she suggested waiting for 48 hrs for an automated refund. I tried connecting MMT from default helpline, it is ending up the call automatically.

    It has been intimated by Air asia (flight No. I55551) that the flight from Kolkatta to Delhi scheduled on 10.10.20 from Kolkatta -10.20 A.M. to Delhi-12.55 P.M., has been cancelled. The passenger details are as under-

      Failure to acknowledge failed transaction and non-refund of money debited

      I attempted a hotel booking at MMT using Bajaj Finserv EMI card on 24 September 2020 (reference id: NH[protected]. When the first attempt failed, I made a second attempt which also failed. I then completed the booking using a credit card.

      To my horror, I then received e-mail from Bajaj Finserv that they have created two loan accounts for me, for the two transactions. When I complained to them that both the transactions had...

      Hi,

      I made a SpiceJet flight booking from Durgapur to Mumbai scheduled on 8th October 2020 through Make my trip. Due to covid, it got cancelled.

      Makemytrip policy says we can only use the refund money to book flight for the same persons and same source and destination.

      But I can't see any info for that on the app and there is no way to communicate with make my trip about.

      I would like to book it for 11th Oct 2020 and I can't use the refund due to lack of communication channel with makemytrip.

      Any quick resolution on this will be highly appreciated.

          I booked a flight ticket with MAKEMYTRIP with AirAsia. The flight allowed partial refund (Approx INR 7000) in the event of cancellation upto 4 hours prior to departure. But when I was trying to cancel through the website and app both showed technical error due to which the flight could not be cancelled. I tried contacting Makemytrip through customer care (Myra) but there was no help. I tried calling AirAsia and both their helpline numbers are not reachable. Finally when I did got in touch with the makemytrip customer care they incorrectly cancelled my flight with 0 refund and raised a service ticket with no.[protected]. However, there is no resolution to this query and I am unable to speak to the customer care executive of both make my trip (due to automated responses) and Air Asia no. not reachable. Please help me in getting the issue addressed and getting refund.

            Booked a flight ticket and customer care executive has cancelled the flight ticket, He has informed me that i will receive a call regarding the same for the resolution.

            Not received any call nor msgs, Same day flight, Had to arrange another flight to travel.

            Not able to connect. payment got stuck and no body is responding now.

            Tried to connect through calls, mails and also social networks but no where responding.

              Hello Sir/ Madam,

              I had booked return flights from sharjah to Istanbul on 2nd April. Booking ID no. NN[protected] and NN[protected] but due to covid -19 pandemic the flight was cancelled by the airline. Since the airlines cancelled the flight I applied for full refund. I tried contacting Make my trip several times in last 6 months but there was no response from them. In between I kept getting messages from make my trip that they are trying to contact airlines for refund. On 2nd Oct 2020, i recieved a message saying that the ticket has been cancelled and the refund amount which I will recieve will be Rs.42, 764 but the entire amount for the tickets I paid was Rs.1, 02, 755.
              The ticket was cancelled by the airline so I must get the full refund or if you are unable to do the full refund kindly keep the ticket open so I can reschedule the date according to my preference.
              Please look into this issue and solve my query as soon as possible..
              Since i have tried contacting the customer care right from the beginning and we couldnt reach out and if you would have informed us before about that there would be a cancellation fee charges from the airline we would have kept the ticket open but we didn't get any information...please look into our concern since a very long time we had saved money for our trip and we cant bear such a huge loss and the pandemic has hit us very badly and we are struggling for a living too ... please refund the full amount because it is our hard earned money and it wasnt our mistake.

                We booked a ticket on 11th March, 2020 from Mumbai to Kolkata for a journey on 13th May, 2020 pertaining PNR number MTDGXN. We had plans for visiting Mumbai for treatment of Mr. Tapas Kumar Ghosh (one of the passengers in this ticket) who is suffering from Brain cancer (Glioblastoma Multiforme). However, since the flight was cancelled due to lockdown, we couldn't travel and we were told we can reschedule the flight anytime till December 31st, 2020. However, during this interval health condition of Mr. Tapas Kumar Ghosh has further deteriorated. He has lost most of his vision and also not able to sit on his own. Doctors has also confirmed that he is only going to deteriorate further. Considering his quality of life and current condition, it is not possible for him to travel anywhere, let alone by flight. Hence, we would like to urge you to consider our case and process a full refund for the tickets as we won't be able to travel even till 31st December. Also, the refund money can be used for Mr. Tapas Kumar Ghosh's further treatment.

                  My mother of 70 years booked a return ticket for Delhi - Washington by Aeroflot.
                  2. She completed a one way journey and could not take up the return journey dtd 20th june'20 as Aeroflot cancelled flights due to covid.
                  3. Aeroflot confirmed that they refunded the entire amount to MMT on 5th May'20.
                  4. MMT after multiple follow up sent me the below mail dtd 21st June confirming that the refund will be processed in 3days.
                  5. Since then we are following up with MMT but could not succeed in getting our refund.

                    My flight was non operational due to Covid -19 . I raised a refund request to the airline Go air. They have given the amount to MMT. Now MMT has given me credit voucher with expiry date 25 April. I had asked for cancellation and refund to GO air because they told me it will be credited to my bank account. I Can't use these vouchers for 1 person since the original booking was for 3 people. Atleast prior to this refund airline was giving me option to split the PNR where different person can travel on different dates.
                    It is waste for me and it is huge amount. Please credit the amount to my bank account as informed by the airline. The airline has given entire amount to MMT on 11 Aug and i they have no restrictions on the payment type. Why MMT is fooling people and simply binding them to book same airline flight which is not operational even now. There is expiry date of 25 April, 2021.

                    My entire 17770 amount is waste as we have travelled back to our natives and don't have requirement where in we can book flight for 3 people together. I am frustrated by the service MMT is providing. There is no communication at all related to refund. I was waiting for refund from 3 months and now this is again waste. Let me know where should i complaint. Any help will be appreciated

                    Please credit my money to my bank account as told to me. I should have not raised refund if that is the case. I had the option to reschedule it to any travel date with PNR split. What is the benefit of this refund.

                    I am attaching the screenshot for the email i got from airline regarding the refund to be given . It was no where mentioned that it will be given in credit vouchers

                      Nf[protected] this was my original booking from mum to bagdogra and back. Due to flight cancellation the dates were shifted to oct under nf[protected]. There was excess amount remaining in credit shell while shifting the booking, rs1820 with indigo and rs594 with goair. Now the oct booking is also cancelled and refund is in process. I wanted to have the amounts lying in credit shell also be refunded. Goair has already taken action and released rs 594 to makemytrip in april 2020 but i have not recd same. Indigo has initiated for payment of rs 1820 thro makemytrip but they require a request mail to go to indigo sales team. Can you pl deal with the above.

                        I have been trying to contact mmt since june2020 but they give a link or the chat and calls are answered via telemechanic.

                        As there is no customer care who is attending calls or chat or email reply, i feel the company is cheating

                        I had booked a round trip flight from Mumbai to SFO(USA) and back, however due to COVID the flight from SFO to Mumbai was cancelled & British airlines confirmed via mail they have issued full refund and make my trip (MMT) to be contacted for applicable refund. Since JUN2020, MMT dose not respond vial chat, calls or via mail.

                        finally they confirmed via mail on 14sep2020, that they will initiated full refund o[censored]n-utilized sector & refund information will be auto updated & processed once received from the airlines, however I haven't received the same after 30days from the mail send date.

                        The company is irresponsible and doesn't respond to mails, chat or calls. Hence I would like to file a complaint to get a full refund at the earliest

                          I had booked a flight with booking id nn[protected] for 25th sep 2020. Flight scheduled time was 25th sep 1:50 am.

                          I cancelled my flight on 23rd sep at 3:39 pm much before the 24 hours departure window. It showed refund amount after cancellation fee deduction.

                          I got an email from mmt that my cancellation request has been submitted. Email screen shot attached.

                          Now when i login to mmt portal it shows the same flight as trip completed instead of cancelled and i don't see any refund in process.

                          There is no one answering the phone. It always goes to ivr and then call ends.

                          Please process my refund asap.

                            Refund request from mmt:
                            Date of cancellation request: 24/09/2020
                            Date of flight boarding: 26/09/2020

                            - flight booked my mmt. But air france doesn't allow boarding to indian passport holders because of the travel restrictions. So will give a full refund.
                            - the cancellation request was reported to mmt and they said that the same will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours (Copy attached).

                            - its been 4 days now and i tried calling the airline but there is no response from any side. No one is picking the calls at mmt and air france says that only mmt can process the refund.

                            -please process my refund asap, as i have to book a fresh ticket.

                              The flights have been cancelled due to lockdown. The airlines (Spicejet) have refunded the amount to mmt but mmt is not crediting the amount to me.
                              The airlines (Indigo) has issued a credit voucher but credit voucher details is not shared by mmt with me. They say they will refund the amount but arent refunding that amount too.
                              Total of approx rs. 14000 is not refunded by mmt.
                              Plus they are responding to any calls or email, they are only accessible through automated bot replies which is of no use. It doesnt respond to queries.
                              Kindly refund me the amount.

                                I have booked two international flights from makemytrip, both are cancelled by airline itself.
                                They have processed half of the amount in my account and for further queries they are not responding to my mails or calls.
                                It's very strange for new booking agents are always available and for refund no one give any concern. They provide us self support and chat services for refund option which is of no use.

                                For one flight booking i spent rs.28098 and they processed rs.15022. What about rest of the pending amount.
                                And for another around rs.2000 is pending.

                                  I have taken a icici makemytrip credit card, along with which an auto account has been created by makemytrip. But the problem is that the id has been created in a wrong name and no mobile number has been linked. So when i try to login it asks for a otp and as the mail id is not valid i am unable to login. I am trying to call customer care and even trying to write a email but no resopnse for the same. Kindly help me in recreating my account with a proper id as all my credit card spend reward points will be stored in this account

                                      I have booked my flight of goair (From lucknow to mumbai) from make my trip website. Pnr detail is g7jesm dated 05/09/2020.
                                      I have received mail from goair on 03/09/2020 that this flight was cancelled due to unknown reason. Mail is as below-

                                      Dear smart flyer,
                                      Warm greetings from "goair".
                                      For your pnr g7jesm on goair flight g8-2620 from lucknow (Lko) to mumbai (Bom) on[protected] at 06:50 hrs is cancelled. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. These changes are due to issues beyond our control.

                                      I have raised refund request of this cancellation on 03/09/2020 and followed by many times but could not received any call/mail from neither mmt nor from the goair. I have marked cc to his nodal office/grievance officer and other peoples too, but no response.

                                      Please help me out on this subject and i m going through from the mental trauma, this is a kind of harassment from mmt and goair.

                                      I would also like to declare that this is a kind of mental harassment for me and mmt and goair will be responsible for anything happened wrong with me during this period.
