My mother of 70 years booked a return ticket for Delhi - Washington by Aeroflot.
2. She completed a one way journey and could not take up the return journey dtd 20th june'20 as Aeroflot cancelled flights due to covid.
3. Aeroflot confirmed that they refunded the entire amount to MMT on 5th May'20.
4. MMT after multiple follow up sent me the below mail dtd 21st June confirming that the refund will be processed in 3days.
5. Since then we are following up with MMT but could not succeed in getting our refund.
