    I had booked return flight from delhi to kathmandu, booking id - nn[protected]. The flight was cancelled due to national lockdown.
    I have contacted the airlines indigo and they have given complete refund to make my trip about a month ago. If that is the case why has my money not been refunded to me as yet by your company.

    You have not even cared to inform me that the money has been refunded by the airlines and repeated attempts to contact you on your customer care numbers have been futile.
    .
    It is surprising that even after the whole country has returned to work makemytrip customer care executives are not taking calls under the garb of covid pandemic. All we get is the automated response system which never works.
    This is not how a tech company is supposed to work.
    Please refund my money asap.

      Hi team,

      I booked 2 ticket from del to melbourne on 27th march 2020 and due to pandemic both the tickets were cancelled and haven't got my money back on my account. Can you please refund the full amount with no deductions on my personal account as the credit card which i used for booking is no longer working as it is closed completely.         Hi

        Today i have booked a return flight from delhi to bangalore on 25th and 11th oct (Return) and just after transaction, the page went blank and it showed an error. The transaction has taken place and the amount of 11400 has been debited from my account while i have not received any flight ticket and no confirmation. I want my refund back immediately so that i can book the flights again asap.
        Kindly resolve this issue immediately.

          I had booked tickets thru you for my father subramanian vaidyanathan and for my mother vijayalakshmi subramanian on air-india flight ai-569 on 26th march 2020 from chennai to mumbai as well their return from mumbai to chennai on 28th march 2020 by flight ai-94.

          As the lockdown was announced and all the domestic flights were not to be operated from 22nd march 2020, i had cancelled the bookings fearing no show penalty on the tickets.

          Now, the refund question comes up as there were no flights operated by air india on those specified routes on those specified routes. I am sure air-india would have credited you with the amount paid by me but you haven't yet refunded the same to me till now.

          The pnr numbers for the onward journey is zcnzb and for the return journey is j751t.

            On[protected], two tickets were booked from new delhi to boston (Usa) with booking id nn[protected].

            Due to covid, the flights were cancelled. Makemytrip subsequently changed the schedule, which also was cancelled. I had wanted refund. Refund is refused by the makemytrip, who say that a voucher of equivalent amount would be given.

            However, nothing is forthcoming from makemytrip so far

                  My flight with go air booked under pnr no f2eujl did not operated on 23 of march 2020. Go air informed me that refund has been given to make my trip but mmt has not credited the amount to my account.
                  Make my trip cannot be contacted over mail or telephone numbers. All the telephone numbers mentioned by make my trip is automated where we receive no response even after waiting for even for 1 hrs.

                  Please look into and and help me to get the refund.

                    My booking id is: nn[protected], my flight from india to germany got cancelled due to corona on 1st of june. Now we are in the month of september, its been almost 4 months since i have requested for a refund and i still haven't got my refund. Make my trip got money from my airlines but they are not refunding the money to me and they are cheating me.

                        Makemytrip has not initiated refund against pnr no ucd9ra and b78mym with booking id nf[protected] and nf[protected] respectively although goair has already initiated refund on 08/08/20 and 09/08/20 resp. I urge you to look into matter and help me to get my refund in source account as soon as possible.

                            We have booked flight ticket through makemytrip for travelling to australia to amritsar on janaury however, due to medical reason i i couldnt travel so i complaint many time about refund and i recieved mail from makemytrip wait for 10 to 15 day for refund but after not get any response after 3, 4 month booking show its is completed.. But i not travel why booking show its was done or completed. And the travel agent is no mode of reaching makemytrip to know status of my flight ticket refund and when i can expect refund for my ticket as the issue is with the airlines.

                            Despite repeated calls on their number it is redirecting only to automated calls and also there are no responses on their website other than autobot.

                                I have received a confirmation mail on 08/08/2020 from goair airlines about my refunds against cancellation of my flights having pnr no. B7khsz, ydpe2x. But mmt app shown that airlines has given credit voucher for both pnrs. Such manipulation with customers may not be entertained. Please arrange my refund in my payment account mode.

                                  I have booked travel from bengaluru to nanded two airlines bengaluru to hyderabad go air and another hyderabad to nanded truejet on 26th Aug journey date, on 18th go air called and informed their flight is non operational so I called customer care go air and they cancelled my ticket and confirmed complete refund to make my trip as money, after 1 week when I checked my MMT account a credit voucher is added instead of money being transferred to by credit card, then I called go air again they confirmed we have not added any credit voucher we have transferred money back to mmt and shared transaction I'd 94215468, than again I have added web form and send mail to MMT with all details still they are not refunding my amount to my card back 12k, credit voucher they have added is non o[censored]se for me, kindly see the attached confirmation from go air and ticket details from MMT, kindly help me getting my refund back

                                    I 'm advised to raise refund request from the singapore airline as the flights were cancelled by the airlines. I'm forwarding the email in conversation with singapore airlines. Kindly refer to the following and do the needful.

                                    Dear team singapore airlines,

                                    I'm writing to you to request a refund of my air ticket money as the flights were cancelled by your airlines due to global pandemic.

                                    On 13th of july 2020, i'd purchased a flight ticket from makemytrip agency - from bangalore to hong kong via singapore by your airlines for the date 1st september 2020 at 23:05, booking id - nn[protected]Please refer to the attached file 1 for the invoice details). However, due to the covid-19 measure, the flights were cancelled as some of the terminals were closed by your airlines. The information regarding flight cancellation was notified to me on 12th august 2020 (See the attachment-2 below), which was late, just 15days ahead of my travel schedule.

                                    It was really hard to reschedule my travel plan and arrange for another flight. As i'm a student pursuing my higher education, rebooking flight tickets and change of travel have incurred loss.

                                    When i requested my travel partners makemytrip for refund (As the flights were cancelled by airlines and not by me), initially, my refund request was in process. However, i was asked to call your customer service to fasten the process (See the attachment 3 below).

                                    Later, when i tried ringing singapore airlines customer services my calls were unanswered and an auto generated voice message suggested that 'our office is closed now, please call back next working day between 8:45 am and 4:45 pm'. This voice message is heard of any time and irrespective of the mentioned working hours, meaning to say it is set deliberately not to attend customers' calls.

                                    When i again requested makemytrip customer services on 1st september 2020 they insisted me to rebook flights for the same travel route from your (Singapore) airlines but a refund option is not possible. This assertion from your airlines, without having a word or knowing the customer's needs is ruinous and is unacceptable.

                                    I understand your airlines will keep my ticket open to rebook flights for next one year. But, it would be implausible for me to travel from india to hong kong within this one year period (13 th july 2020 to 12th july 2021). As i have joined phd courses in hong kong, within the 1st year of my study i can't travel back and considering covid-19 situation i shall not prefer to travel this year unless there is an emergency.

                                    Thereby, i would appreciate it if you can consider refund of my flight ticket money (Rupees - 23728/-) or extended rebooking option deadline for one and a half year (That is, i can travel using the same ticket until 1 december 2021).

                                    Kindly do the needful,

                                    Full refund is applicable only if you have not taken any alternate flight by talking to the airline on the same pnr and the flight is found to be non operational. For faster refund, it is advisable to tell the airline to cancel and initiate a refund to makemytrip.

                                    This is regarding the Booking ID:NF[protected].I have received only partial refund(460 rupees) instead of full refund(4017 rupees).I am trying to reach customer care and dropped multiple but no one is resolving. Please help me to resolve this issue. IN cancelled tickets app is not allowing to submit new request.

                                      Pl note that flight-6e-5317 booked from bom-lko - ccu (Calcutta) dated 20th july 2020 at 13:55 hrs with pnr-xnu6k passenger name ramkrishna santra has been cancelled. As per indigo booking desk, indigo has already refunded to you. So thereby arrange to redeposit the amount rs 7529 to acc - n. O[protected] for the same at the earliest.

                                        i've done flight booking on make my trip web portal dated on 13'th July 2020.
                                        Below is the flight details:

                                        MMT Booking id.:NF[protected]
                                        From DEL (10:05) to MAA (13:05) on 19'th July 2020
                                        Total Amount paid: 8668/

                                        During payment of the booking, amount got deducted but i did't got the PNR number of the flight. it was showing that booking got failed.
                                        even i got mail for the same as my booking got failed and refund for the amount of 8668/ will be processed within 25-30 days.
                                        but today even after 53 days of the failed booking my refund amount is not getting processed.
                                        i've mailed to MMT support but no reply and also no body is picking the phone on the contact details given on the website.
                                        Kindly help in resolving the issue and to get back my refund amount of 8668/.
