My booking id is nl[protected].
I book my holiday package in february month. Payment done threw credit card. As per make my trip discount code is send via mail. But some how i does not received that and money deduct from card. Aswinikumar (From make my trip) told me this money deposit in your account in next 24 years and use another card for booking. Till the time money not receive. No one can respond us.
No customer care...

This is regarding a flight my wife booked with booking ID Booking Id NH[protected]. Its been more than 1.5 months since we are chasing makemytrip for a refund and twice now I have reached out on behalf of my wife to them on twitter. They keep promising that they will refund in 7-10 days and it never does happen. They seem to be completely bereft of any customer centric behaviour.

I had booked my ticket for indigo flight via make my trip but flight got cancelled by airline due to lock down. Total amount paid was Rs 8770 INR but i had received only 3956 in my credit shell but remaining amount of Rs 4814 is still pending.
I have been trying to reach MMT for the same over phone and social media but they are not responding. I need my refund in my account in this cretical situation. I have urgent need for money....

Spice Jet refunded the amount to MakemyTrip but Makemytrip has not made any refund to me till now (more than 3 months). Flight has been cancelled by Spicejet due to their operational reasons and this is before lockdown i.e., on March 13 2020.

I Kindly request Makemytrip to contact me as early as possible and make refund at the earliest

Description: i made a flight booking on 25th may, 2020 from tvm to hyd and the booking is failed. Refund is initiated as per booking status in makemytrip website.

It says “we will therefore initiate a refund of rs inr xxxxx, once we receive the refund from the airlines*. It may take 25-30 working days to process the refund to your account.”

I did a booking for visatra flight scheduled to depart from mumbai at 2:30pm on 5th july towards delhi for which i paid through netbanking, the money was deducted from my bank account but make my trip showed that the booking has actually failed. I didn't recieve any booking reference as well. Below i have attached the payment reference. I would like you to initiate full refund to my account.

I have booked an indigo airlines ticket for 3 persons on 22.03.2020 through makemytrip agent for 24.03.20 bangalore - kolkata flight. I paid rs.50348 by using rupay debit card of idbi bank. On 07 march 2020 i have done booking from mmt app for 7 may 2020 for jaipur to madurai on the same day 07 march 2020 i have done the flight tickets booking from paytm for 14 may 2020 madurai to jaipur all tickets are from same airlines (Indigo airlines)

As on 30th i received a tex message from air asia that the flight was cancelled by airlines due to operation issues as per the policy i should receive full refund amount.. I have booked a flight dated 27 jun'2020 on 29 jan'2020 through make my trip under mmt zero cancellation charges scheme paying 1098/. Now i tried cancelling the flight on 21 jun'20 but firstly website do not allow me to cancel and second although go air is not flying on this day my amount has not been refunded....

We had cancelled the booking with vistara due to pandemic and they had initiated the refund process on 19th march itself.
We request you to please initiate the refund process as it's been very long.
Also none of the customer help line of makemytrip are working. All of them says...

Today i get call from make my trip refund department and they told me to follow certain process to get refund and said you get your money immediately by using upi and i followed their process and 35000 is deducted from my account and after that they told me that all ur money with cancelled fight refund money added i.e total 39000 is deposits to your account with 15 mins to 3 hrs and told me to wait for it, is this call is genuine or that...

Its been more than 2 months since i applied for a refund. It has still not been credited to my account.

Have had clear indications from the airline (SpiceJet) that the amount is with MakeMyTrip.

Have reached out to the customer support and the issue was closed without any detailed description as to why the delay is being caused.

I booked round trip from Delhi to London from 17th Feb 2020 to 30th April 2020.
But the return flight that was supposed to operate from London to Delhi on 30th April 2020 did not operate. I haven't received my refund yet. It is taking more than the said time. I have already submitted the refund request for booking during the pandemic. Refund to be processed and completed within 25-45 days. Only sad to know the fact that i haven't received it yet and not getting even the slightest help or a human assist from the makemytrip app....

It is inform you that, with reference to refund against pnr number nljext indigo airlines from delhi to guwahti on traveling date 26 may 2020 an amount of rs. 13, 415/- has been not credit till date....
