I deepalakshmi s have booked flight from make my trip (Booking id: nf[protected]) on 17.03.2020.

I) to travel from mumbai to chennai (Indigo) on 25.03.2020 (Pnr: lkltkg). Flight ticket cost paid was rs.4257.

The flights was cancelled due to nationwide lockdown.

· on 22.03.2020, i have rescheduled my flight of pnr: lkltkg to 24.04.2020. Rescheduled flight ticket cost was rs.2492 and the refund amount was rs.1765. But i have not received the refund amount yet.

Subsequently, due to extension of lockdown, the flight ticket was again cancelled by airlines for the rescheduled booking. For the same booking, i got message and mail for credit amount of rs.2492 only as the flight was cancelled again due to lockdown.

I have been repeatedly mailing makemy trip ([protected]@makemytrip.com, [protected]@makemytrip.com, [protected]@makemytrip.com). I have mailed on these dates: 03.05.2020, 06.05.2020, 25.05.2020, 06.06.2020 to refund my amount of rs.1765.

Indigo has confirmed me that the balance amount of inr 1, 765 has been processed from their side on 22nd mar'20 via mail (Attached mail copy herewith) into the travel agency account (Make my trip) and has asked me to contact make my trip. I have been repeatedly trying over phone or mail to contact customer care representative of make my trip but no response for the mail nor over phone.

I have been repeatedly mailing and lodging complain but same reply is coming that "my ticket amount of rs.2492 is protected as credit shell". But where is my remaining refund amount which has been processed from indigo side. Refund my balance amount (Rs.1765).

It's been more that 3 and half months and makemy trip has not refunded my amount yet. Its an act of fraud and mental harassment to me as i was keep on calling them but no response either over mail or phone. I need compensation for the same.

    I had registered a grievance on the consumer helpline website on May 29, 2020, and on July 10, 2020, the company finally agreed to give me a refund within 10 working days. Today is the 11th working day, but I still haven't received the money and it is not possible to contact the company in any way. The details of the incident are below.

    I purchased a Bangalore-New Delhi flight ticket (GoAir flight G8-120, PNR BC4Q2X) from MakeMyTrip.com, for travel date of March 18, 2020. I paid for the ticket with my credit card. On March 17, 2020, the flight was cancelled by the airline and I was informed by SMS directly by the airline. On March 18, 2020, I filed a claim with MakeMyTrip.com for a full refund. Since the nation-wide lock down began a few days later, it has been impossible to contact MakeMyTrip.com, except on its Twitter account, where the responses are slow and unhelpful. Despite patience from my side and numerous reminders, MakeMyTrip.com has not refunded the amount of Rs. 2, 980/ to me, even after GoAir has remitted the amount to MakeMyTrip.com. I have communicated directly with the airline several times to get proof of the money being transferred to MakeMyTrip.com, and have shared that proof with MakeMyTrip.com, but each time, I am told either that they will check with GoAir or that they haven't received the money. I am attaching 3 different files. One shows a credit note sent by GoAir to MakeMyTrip.com, dated May 6, 2020, for Rs 2, 980/, which was sent to my registered email address. Another is an email sent to me by GoAir, addressed to MakeMyTrip.com and mentioning my name and PNR, and referring to an amount of -2, 980/ (negative sign to indicate refund). And the third is a screenshot from the GoAir website, where searching for PNR# BC4Q2X shows up my name but no balance due, since the amount has been refunded by GoAir. All these have been shared with MakeMyTrip.com but the company has still denied receiving any money and refused to pass the money on to me. My travel was almost a week before the nation wide lock down, and is covered under the regular DGCA policy of money being refunded within 7 days of an airline cancelling the flight, in case of credit card payments. It has been 3 months and 9 days, and I have still not received the refund.

      I booked eight tickets of dated 12 may2020. Due to lockdown flight cancelled. I requested indigo airlines for refund &they refunded my money to make my trip before two months. They said your money will come to your account within twenty days by make my trip. But after two months it has not come in my account. I tried many times to your coustmer care but they not responded.

        I have booked honeymoon package through mmt 10th apr to 14th apr but due to covid19 trip was cancelled by mmt they offered me refund of amount 59, 700/- in account and air credit cell of 12, 578/- with validity with one year (Date of air issuance) which can be utilized in indigo airlines flights.

        They charged 18k penalty in this crisis.
        I have received only 59700rs.
        The credit sell they have promised me i am not able to use. They have not responding me and not refund my money.
        I am totally disappointed the service provided by mmt.

          I booked return flight to dallas in january for march 26th, return 10th april
          Mmt booking ref - nn[protected]
          Because of covid, i cancelled on 12th march (In fact even lufthansa did not fly). I received message that on april 3rd mmt had asked lufthansa for refund and was expected in 30-45 days. Every two weeks i get the mail it would take another 30-45 days. Now almost 120 days over and only getting same mail instead of refund on tickets paid amount rs. 1.44 lakhs

            Its been 3 months or more since makemytrip has not refunded my ticket money even though many complaints has been raised. It simply says they emailed the flynas airlines and did not receive the reply. Worst service by mmt.

            I have to receive refund for

            Nn[protected] flynas hyd to riyadh 14/march/2020 - mmt
            Nn[protected] flynas riyadh to hyd 16/april/2020 - mmt

            Customer service is completely horrible with make my trip.
            They never give correct information and delay with the refund.

              I received mail from make my trip that refund of rs4150 will bebdone on 5 days but it is not yet reflecting in the bank account. Pls confirm when will I get the refund. Below is the mail I received.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I have made subjected booking in month of February 2020 for month of May 2020. I paid 2 lakh 43 thousand. But due to Covid 19 situation travels were banned by government. MakeMyTrip cancelled all my bookings and advised me to prepone the in future dates. I was also told that they will call me as soon as international travels resumes. I agrees to it. Now as per supreme court guideline such travel agents has to initiate the travel refunds. I am chasing MakeMytrip since one week on their customer care email ID but they are not responding to me. In fact they are not even answering on calls.

                  Please help me raise case against them and provide me my entire booking amount.

                      I had booked a ticket on 17th Jun from Pune to Ranchi. In which one PNR(H7KR2J) of GoAir airlines got cancelled from Pune to Delhi.
                      I had called GoAir airlines and asked them to cancel the ticket my booked ticket with them and refund my money and finally got the complete amount refunded.
                      But still I am waiting for the amount to be refunded in my account from MakeMyTrip.

                      I called GoAir today and they claimed that they had refunded the complete amount(4, 323.00) on the same day.

                      I tried many times to call Make My Trip Customer Care but I am not able to connect to the executive.
                      Its been approx a month and still waiting for my ammount to be refunded.

                          Initially i have booked a connecting flight from delhi to bangalore via hyderabad for 17th june, 2020 with ticket no:[protected]. Later airline cancelled these connecting flights due operational reasons and reissued new direct flight with ticket no:[protected]Attached below). Further airline also canceled[protected] this ticket.

                          Now i want to claim refund for this ticket, i tried to reach makemytrip as well air india customer care so many times but not getting a proper response.
                          Makemytrip customer care agents have asked to take help from air india for a refund. But air india customer care agents have asked to take help of makemytrip to initiate the refund then only air india will provide the refund.

                          I am totally fed up with this process.
                          Please initiate the refund process with air india.

                          Refer trailing mail on the subject cited above, the original ticket was issued by MMT[protected], where as due to rescheduling of the flight the same was reissued by the call center.
                          As the pax is seeking for the refund of the ticket, You are requested to kindly do the needful for the same.

                            I had flight from mumbai to patna with booking id nf[protected] which got cancelled. I spoke with makemytrip customer care regarding refund and they assured me that amount will be refunded into my account within 45 days. After 45 days when i did not receive that amount i reached customer care once again then they told me to cancel my ticket with airlines. I did that and airlines refunded that amount to makemytrip in monetary form, for which i got confirmation mail. But makemytrip instead of refunding my amount into my account just provided credit voucher with expiry date of 25th april 2021. Which is useless for me as i am not frequent traveler.
                            I paid for ticket with monetary value and want it back in same form.

                              I booked a singapore holiday packagefor my parents in the month of december 2019 for travel dates in last week of february 2020 with makemy trip india.
                              I made an advance payment of 57000
                              And further because of initial covid situation i got the dates changed for end of april 2020 and paid 23000 extra as demand by the makemytrip india company.
                              I am following up with there agents from past 3 month but not getting any clear response. I need to get my money back soon.
                              Please help me file a consumer complaint.

                                I booked a flight ticket from coimbatore to surat by "make my trip" that was a connection flight .. coimbatore to chennai then chennai to bangalore then bangalore to delhi then delhi to surat. coimbatore to chennai and chennai to bangalore flight got cancelled by airline company. i took another flight to bangalore from coimbatore and i cancelled the coimbatore to chennai . chennai to bangalore and got bangalore to delhi flight... after that i asked airline company for my cancellation refund they said alrdy refund process started and wecant pay to you directly we will pay to make my trip .. make my trip will pay to you... after that so many times i contcted with make my trip customer care they said they will arrange call back.. every time they said they wll arrange call back with in 24 hours... but till now i didnt get any call from make my trip.. then they dont have any care about their customers.. till now i didnt get any call from make my trip neither my refund .

                                  Sir, i was booked a seat for 13 jun 2020 through you in goindigo with booking id - nf[protected] for rs. 5518 only. Due to domestic problem, i rescheduled the ticket from 13 jun to 20 jun 20 on same both booking id and pnr for rs. 4480/- only.in this connection, goindigo has been refunded rs 682/- to makemytrip vide their referance no[protected] dt 12 jun 2020. Repeated requests and reminders, makemytrip did not
                                  Yet refund my amount rs. 682/-. Request refund my amount rs. 682/- at the earliest.

                                    I booked air ticket for two persons on 03 March 2020. The total amount for the flight was 17730/- INR. After applying a coupon(HDFCDOM) i got instant discount of a1200/-INR. The total amount paid by me against the booking is 15530/-INR through my credit card.

                                    Due to covid 19 flight got cancelled and i request to refund my amount to my payment method. They deducted 1000/-INR as convience fees for to and fro of two persons and more 1200/-INR saying that it was a cashback amount through coupon. I contacted many times, before 15 days they said we had processeed your request. But they are not refunding 1200/- INR and closing my request again & again without taking action or contacting me

                                      Air ticket booked in scoot through makemy trip, chennai to langkawi. Traveling date. 26th april 2020. Due to covid 19, scoot cancelled the trip.
                                      Booking id. Nn[protected].

                                      On 21st may 2020, i got mail from scoot they processed the refund and ask me check with travel agent (Makemy trip) after 15 days.

                                      Almost 2 months over, still i am not received my refund. Please settle my money immediately.

                                        Flight was non operational on 25th may, but make my trip says i cancelled the ticket that to after 50days. I asked airlines also, they told we gave full refund amount ask mmt to get refund. I asked mmt for refund but they didn't gave full refund to me.
