I have booked an indigo airlines ticket for 3 persons on 22.03.2020 through makemytrip agent for 24.03.20 bangalore - kolkata flight. I paid rs.50348 by using rupay debit card of idbi bank. Makemytrip booking id nf[protected] / pnr no. Onvh2x. But i had to cancel the ticket on 23.03.20 as i could not arrange a car for going to airport due to lockdown. I had cancelled the ticket directly through indigo portal. After that i could not contact m/s indigo as nobody was availalbe to receive the phone call. On 02.05.20 i got twitter a/c of indigo and raised a complaint. They asked me to contact makemytrip. Accordingly i contacted through their twitter a/c. On19.05.20. On 20.05.20 i could contact their koramangala, bangalore branch and e mail to them with details. They replied on 20.06.20 with following details, pid[protected], bank a/c code ba0050, transaction date-25.05.20, booking id-nf[protected], statement amount-38973, approval code-[protected], paygate code/code/pgname-ccavenuen, pay id-nf[protected]a1, pgreference id[protected], mid-m_maketrip_7378, pg transaction id-[protected], card type-debit card, lofo-rupay, company-mmt, upload date[protected].06.09, lob-pg. With this information i contacted my concerned idbi bank. They have informed today that the amount rs.38973 is not received by them. Now i request you to find out where is the money lying or makemy trip did not send the money at all.
