First of all, i would like to highlight that i have been trying to reach you'll via phone or chats but there is no response at all and unable to speak to any of your customer care for the existing bookings, whereas for the new bookings it is getting connected. This is really not the way i expected from makemytrip team. This is really sorry state of affairs and i am completely upset. When i need your support and to know information i am left in the dark.
For the below refund, i am not fine with you'll providing me refund for only rs. 3, 143.00 only for the flight cancelled by air india airlines for no fault of mine, you'll are penalizing me for what?
On what basis have you adjusted the coupon amount of rs. 1000 in this, when i had used this coupon for to and fro flights. This is not the way...
I look forward that you'll refund me the entire amount of rs. 4, 282.00 for bangalore to hyderabad air india flight being cancelled by the carrier itself and not only rs. 3, 143.00.
If this is the case, then i will be left no option but to show this method of loot on print/ social/ tv media.
