Dear
I had booked flight from makemytrip for jetairways for 22nd march 2019, with my 4 passengers including me. The booking id is nf[protected]. Pnr no. Vetkza, jet airways flight no.9w-3501. Now jetairways is shut.
But when i try to retrieve it from makemytrip, there are no trips stated. And no customer care support is helping. Secondly i had a book hotel also for 23rd march 2019, in amritsar. Hotel hong kong inn
Hotel lane, opp. Country inn hotel, near railway station, queens road (Crystal chowk), amritsar, amritsar, in
Pnr: [protected] booking id: nh[protected].

Request you to provide the travel certificate for the travel done on 22nd march 2019.

Travel Traingle - Amaralanka traves - Srilanks travel packages

We just returned from a trip conducted by Travel Traingle - Amaralanka traves the issues are listed below

Amaralanka travels promised that my trip is insured for 5 days and it was not issued, if they say they donot cover i will have my own policy before leaving to srilanka.

Amaralanka travels have a very bad drivers, and it is very important you have good pieceful driver for the trip my Driver Kristopet some local srilanks guy is very arrogant, and bad attatitude to gain commissions with local merchants when try to buy some shopping he involves and talks in local language and gains commission this harms us increase in price of the goods you purchase.
This Driver uses foul and abusive language and threatens you makes you scare, he is not having any common sense when asked for medical help, he did not took us to a medical shop .
Amaralanka Travels please gain the skills to hire good Drivers so that the tourists feel safe to travel to srilanka.

    Travel date - 17 feb, 2020

    Refund not yet credited despite of continuos follow up.
    Evertime consumer care member is saying that refund details will be forwarded within 48 hours but its been more than 5 days, no email we have received

    Amount involved is also material in nature
    Kindly do needful regarding this to ignore legal action from ourside.

    From last 2 days i am asking for help from make my trip to-help me against date change of my ticket booked from addis ababa to delhi.. But they are not helping. They keep my call on hold from 1 hour long everytime i call on there customer care number

      I have been back from trip with friends and after being so much tired i have reached the airport at 6:30 pm. The check-in counter was closed so i have approached the trujet staff and they were about to close. I have shown my ticket...

      I have canceled my hotel booking on 2th Jan 2020 for Booking I'd:NH[protected]
      Refund should have processed by 10th Jan 2020. Today is 2nd February 2020 still i didn't get any refund. Called customer care multiple times still no solution. They don't know how long it will take to process the refund. Refund amount is around Rs 11096. Its huge amount.
      Even I told them my daughter is hospitalized and I am in need to money still no proper response from team.

      It seems makemytrip is fraud and making fool of customer. Waiting for the refund from last one month.

        Lastnite i try to book guwahati to aizawl by flight in go air and the flight ticket processing was not success and the payment was cut from my balance my transaction id is [protected] and bookinh id in makemy trpi is nf[protected] i want my money back before 24 hours. The flight ticket was not process and dint not recieve ang messege form make my trip.

          Date of transaction -22 jan 2019. I tried to book a domestic flight via mmt portal. I opted for payment through upi and scanned qr code as shown on the payment page and payment processed successfully.

          However, the payment page did not confirm it and showed an error (Screenshot attached). The amount debited and also ticket did not confirm.

          I sent a mail to obt. [protected]@makemytrip.com on the same day but did not receive any response.

          I again sent a mail to [protected]@makemytrip.com but received a automated reply asking me to login and select the booking id (Since no booking has been confirmed hence no booking id). I received one more mail asking to chat with their support team but the link is not working.

          Also tried to call on customer care number but it also asks for booking id. There is no way i can find to contact mmt to request a refund.

            I booked a ticket for myself from bangalore to bali on the 09/01/2020 with booking id: in1b[protected], amount of rs 57809 was deducted through axis bank upi but the transaction was failed without any confirmed ticket. When i called the customer care and they informed that the amount has not been received due to technical issue and the amount will be refunded with 72 hours from the bank. After 3 days when i inquired with the bank, they took 15 days to investigate and came back saying the amount is debited to the beneficiary [protected]@icici. This is pathetic from makemytrip as they are playing with customers time. Kindly provide me the resolution since rs 57809 is not a small amount to bear for so many days.

            Received a call from a person by name Rupesh tripathi from makemytrip and he assured that within 1 hour i will get the refund, however i did not receive any refund nor any status call from makemmytrip since last 6 hours

              I had booked a flight ticket (Blr-vie) and had to cancel it since the tourist visa was rejected. I reached out to mmt since they said the visa waiver is applicable. After a few days, i hear back from them stating the airlines have denied it.
              On 1st of january, i was told it will be considered as cancellation request and was told about 50% of the money will be refunded.
              Its been close to 27 days and have no signs of refund.
              Every time i speak to them i have to explain the issue repeatedly. The tickets opened are closed and they say they are still working on it.
              I have been trying to follow up on their emails but no response.
              The service has been really appalling.

                I am makemytrip.com double black program user in which we can cancel two tickets in a year.
                I already cancelled 2 tickets for this year but when i was checking ticket rates and cancellation policy i got to know that i can book another ticket and that too will be covered under double black cancellation policy. It was written at the time of booking that "this booking is mmtdoubleblack eligible. Book now and get cancellation refund, provided raunak garg is a traveller."
                I have screenshots of this as well.
                Makemytrip usually have many offers for double black users so after seeing this massage i got confirmed that i can book the tickets and it will be covered under double black and i will get full refund if cancellation.
                But now i want to cancel those tickets and makemytrip is not giving me full refund as it was shown on the time of booking.
                I booked two tickets with booking idnf[protected] and nf[protected]
                Now i want these two tickets to be cancelled and want full refund for both ticket.
                Makemytrip is not giving me full refund now.

                I booked Hotel Sea pearl, Gopalpur, Orissa for 28th and 29th Jan'20.MMT charged Rs.2770.00 for a A/C Classic Room.
                But hotel's official room tariff is Rs.1499.00 for same room.I payed almost double price .

                  I cannot delete my review on make my trip

                  I recently published a hotel review on make my trip by mistake and now this review can’t be deleted. Even after calling customer care they said it isn’t possible from my or their end. This is totally unacceptable from a renowned business site like make my trip. Kindly help me and take the required action.
                  I need it to get it resolved immediately on urgent basis....

After that I have received message that ur booking is confirmed and my money is deducted from my card without my authentication. I didn't receive any OTP, I called them and asked for refund they said ur booking is confirmed and we are not able to refund .now I need my money back from make my trip

                        I booked mumbai coimbatore flight through mmt on 20th jan 20. (Booking no. Nf[protected]). When i tried web check-in, air india site showed no valid booking. When tried contacting mmt all customer service were not giving any feedback. When i reached airport, air india said mmt has overbooked the tickets and this flight is full so we cannot accommodate you.
                        Tried calling mmt customer care but no response.
                        It is very frustrating.
                        Never ever book ait tickets through make my trip and never travel by air india

                          The issue is that on 27th dec pune-delhi 1310 vistara flight pnr k8k9e4 i (Naveen agrawal) had not traveled while rest of the passengers traveled. I requested a refund for the same. As an evidence i attached boarding card of next air vistara flight that i had travelled on - 27th dec 1655 flight uk998. However mmt is not responding to online complaints/emails. They are sending false smses that they tried calling me. When i called their cust rep said she will revert to me but not so far...

                            I tried booking a air ticket on make my trip site for the 19th of jan. For a 1pm idigo flight from mumbai to goa.

                            $87.60 australian dollars were taken and a message came up that some thing went wrong with booking will return the money with in three days.

                            Not heard anything and a lot of waste of time chasing this up l presumethis is how make my trip makes a living.

                              Trip was booked to amritsar at time of booking agent said refund will be provided if cancelled due to medical reasons unfortunately 4 days before trip i was admitted to hospital for 2 days with severe gastro i informed mmt agent asap reassurance was given of getting refund upon discharge i have submitted medical reports also however it's been over a month no refund has been processed

                              Pls note that I am still paying emis to the tune of 15k plus for a trip I was unable to take due to illness apart from medical bills I used to book via makemytrip but now I will never do so as I realized in a bad way that it's better to plan your own holiday instead of relying on travel agents

                              After more than 2 months I get a message saying that the refund I am getting is 31837/-. I paid a total of 95000/- for this package. On medical grounds it was cancelled but getting only a 33 percent refund is pathetic! My advice to anyone is to never book holiday packages with tour operators, especially air travel!
                              Not sure where all the rest of the amount went.. surely atleast a 50 percent refund can be expected?

                              Getting a 33% refund on package cancelled for medical emergency is JUST NOT DONE!!

                              This package was booked using hard earned money of senior citizens and myself. We had to cancel because I was hospitalized just before the trip. I am still going through the after effects as the condition I have takes time to heal.
                              I have been a regular customer of MMT and have been using it to book flights domestic as well as international travel. However, now I am pretty sure with this kind of refund I will not be using MMT anymore.

                              Please ensure you give a better refund or give us another option, either package or air miles of same cost. We are middle class, hard working people, it's difficult for us to pay off EMIs on holiday packages like this and we are doing so inspite of not going on the trip at all!!

                              Kindly note, this is a 0 on customer delight ratings for Makemytrip.com.

                              YOU JUST LOST A LONG TERM CUSTOMER!

                                I accidently created an account on make my trip. I tried to delete it by looking into the account but couldn't find an option 'to delete'. This is annoying me with the advertisements and frequent mails, so please help me out. I would be very pleased if you could delete it permanently for me. Kindly do the needful.

                                  We had booked a internation flight from mumbai to dubai. Booking id is as follows
                                  Thereafter we cancelled our ticket and asked to refund the money in the make my trip wallet. As per your terms and conditions the wallet money does not expire but to my shock when i tried to use the money it gave a error of bank. I had three wallet money and the technical team solved one error but did not do the same for rest two wallets. I pursued the matter constantly but they transferred one wallet money 9968/- to some unkown account which i dont know. They made my one wallet zero and other there is money rs 9968 /-.                                     I have booked ticket on 31st dec 2019, refrence : d4cmneds (Operator pnr: ts[protected]pjbb/101201/stt - 999n). Usually it should refund in 3 to 5 days. But its 18 days till now.. I have asked 5 times with chat help but they say we will get call in next 1hrs and refund will come in 2days.. But notting happened. Please help me on the same.
