I accidentally created 2 accounts in mmt. I was actually unknown about my first account created using my email. Then I attempted creating an account using my mobile number. Then I could find that my email was earlier registered while verification. Hence now I am having 2 accounts one with my number and other with my email. room initially booked for 3 but final booking for 2 people

My booking id is NH[protected]. I booked hotel for 2 nights and 3 people for rs.14075 but when the final reciept came it shows booking for only 2 persons and when i contact make my trip, they say they will send the case to higher authorities and give 24 hrs time frame in which they just close the case without solving it. As attached in the screenshot very clearly it can be seen that the amount that we were paying for is rs 23212 whereas the amount that got deducted was rs 25602 which is absolutely an act of fraudulence.

I wanted to make bookings using makemytrip app and I have been offered mmt finance to use. I have used it once and it was helpful but it never showed up since then. It's been almost one month.

refund pending for jet airways

I had refund pending from MMT for my ticket to Mumbai through Jet Airways.
Even 3 months after cancellation due to the company's downfall, refunds are pending to be received.

There is absolutely no method to connect with the company for the payments.

We are just told with similar replies every time if we try to connect with them on social media.
