I accidentally created 2 accounts in mmt. I was actually unknown about my first account created using my email. Then I attempted creating an account using my mobile number. I booked hotel for 2 nights and 3 people for rs.14075 but when the final reciept came it shows booking for only 2 persons and when i contact make my trip, they say they will send the case to higher authorities and give 24 hrs time frame in which they just close the case without solving it. My parents booked return ticket from makemytrip on jet airways to fly from chandigarh to amsterdam and return. Travel dates were 30 april leave from chandigarh and return on 7 june. Have a mmt travel finance sanction facility of 2 lakhs through capital floatout of which available limit is 1.77 lakhs trying to book a hotel from last 5 days through app and web both but not able to make the booking through mmt travel finance. As attached in the screenshot very clearly it can be seen that the amount that we were paying for is rs 23212 whereas the amount that got deducted was rs 25602 which is absolutely an act of fraudulence.

I did the hotel marina phuket patong booking via makemytrip after seeing their roof-top swimming pool and good services.. But when i reached there shockingly i found it was all fake and lie... Their pool is just 1.20 metre and width is too small for an adult to swim.. I had purchased mumbai kuala lumpur ticket on 6th jun 2019. Baggage was available 15kg per person during checkout but in e-ticket did not received any baggage info. I had refund pending from MMT for my ticket to Mumbai through Jet Airways.
Even 3 months after cancellation due to the company's downfall, refunds are pending to be received.

There is absolutely no method to connect with the company for the payments.

We are just told with similar replies every time if we try to connect with them on social media.

Hi i would like to complain about my pending refund.. I had booked tickets to seattle via jetairways and delta airways - blr-amsterdam and amsterdam - seattle for my parents and makemytrip confirmed the tickets as well.. However jetairways cancelled the tickets because of the jetairways issue..
