I booked a room in piccadilly hotel janakpuri for 9th august, one night, for my wife's birthday under reference id nh[protected]. I entered the hotel around 5pm and went straight to the reception desk for check in. Before frisking the gaurd asked me that are you carrying alcohol in your bag to which i politely replied yes a sealed bottle of wine, which he denied to carry inside to which i agreed and left it outside. To be noted the x-ray machine of the hotel was not working.
Upon reaching the front desk, the front desk officer asked for id for me and my wife, i gave them my driving licence and showed them my wife's adhaar card over the phone as i was not carrying it handy.
As soon as i showed them my wife's id over the phone, the front desk officer asked me to send it over email to them to which i agreed. They suddenly said me to send the id right away in a rude manner, i came long way driving and they were not even courteous enough to offer a glass of water nor they asked me to have a seat and send an email. There behaviour was absurd. I asked if i can talk to her manager to which she denied and asked me to send her an email. I asked for the gm of hotel, they again gave the same reply to send her emai
They kept me waiting for long 3 hours and suddenly said mmt has cancelled my booking, upon checking with mmt they said they never cancelled my booking. This is a mere case of harrassment by piccadilly hotel, i called mmt n number of times and everytime i got a reply that someone will call me back, i got a call from a lady from mmt who offered me stay in radisson paschim vihar, when i confirmed i will go for it she never called me back.
I am a regular customer to mmt and you can check past bookings i have made using mmt, you are losing a customer and will make sure no one in my friends, relatives will book hotel, flights or anything through mmt. You mmt guys were not even understanding my situation and left me in a situation where i was stuck.
I want to file complaint against piccadilly for harrassing me and also want to file complaint against mmt who was never there to help me out in this situation.
Piccadilly never understands what a true meaning of customer service.in span of 3 hours i have seen 2 other people yelling at front desk officer for her rude behaviour.
You people wasted my money, moreover my time.
I want to take this matter to the most senior level and i demand a compensation for such behaviour.
Id were sent to piccadilly though they never called me or replied to confirm the booking. Is this how things works, this is how we pay you guys for booking and get harrassed at the front desk office.
The lame reason piccadilly gave to mmt was i came with someone to whom i was not married, how dare they say this.
Do something about this mmt!!

I'm not able to see mmt finance option at the time of payment. though i'm able to see my credit limit.
