I booked a Room via MMT Booking ID - NH[protected] for a Single Occupancy Room at RedFox Delhi. I later went on the MMT app to get my booking modified to a Double Occupancy vide New booking ID no NH[protected].

makemytrip not allowing to remove the wrong review

Hi,

I had given a wrong review by mistake about Holiday Cottages and Spa, Manali instead of some other hotel which I stayed later. I tried many times to remove the same, but MMT is not allowing. I really wanted to remove that review since the stay in that hotel was really good and review was really bad.

I made the booking from MMT for hotel, cab and train. I had a problems since i arrived in the hotel. The hotel pictures whatever they shown on the website is not as per actual. It was unpleasant experience at the time of hotel stay. When i complaint about the same on 09/06/2019 in the morning they promised me that 2000INR travel voucher will be send to my email address which is not yet given.

On 10th June 2019, I booked a domestic hotel in Hydrabat. But there were transaction made but i do not received any confirmation and booking id.

I try to contact Makemytrip but i could not get to their customer service. And their online customer service were not helpful at all get no reply from them . All phone call service were useless could not even reach them, not event have option for this application....

When i booked this ticket - i opted for no cost EMI, but MMT did not offer no cost EMI in the end and that is why my biller is now asking me to pay the complete amount. Earlier the customer care executives like Arindam, Aargo, Sohum etc spoke to me and said no deal was applied but later their floor supervisor another cheat by the name of Anuja said that interest EMI was charged....

I've been contacting MakeMyTrip customer service since last one month to follow up on refund but am not getting any proper response from support team. Last, when I spoke to them, they kept forwarding my phone call from one person to another in the hope that I would disconnect at the end.

Sometimes, they just cut off that moment when they hear 'Jet Airway'.
