Have been repeatedly trying to use the alloted 2, 00, 000 of mmt finace through capital float. But i never see the option. When asked they say they are facing some issues from capital float. But they deny from the other party. Is there ever going to be a solution. Make my trip, claim to be such a reputed company but no good service.

    I have got 200000 credit from mmt finance. I used the few credits made timely payments but all of sudden the option is removed from my application and despite of reminders there is no response neither from makemytrip nor from capital float. They repeatedly saying from past one month the issue get resolved soon but no progress it’s my sincere request to look into this matter at its utmost urgency.

      I have made some flight bookings from srinagar and considering the scenario, the government has announced a travel advisory and sec 144 is applicable in srinagar. We are unable to travel to srinagar for the same and i received no support from mmt for the same.
      They asked me to talk to airlines on my own. What kind of services are these, are we paying convenience fees to them for doing our work on our own?

      Later i asked the customer service to take my complain and do the needful rather than asking me to do so, she tells me that i should stay on call and she will try to do a conference call and see if that works. I am here to deal with it on my own? Then what is the use of going thru mmt.

        Pathetic customer care executives with no intention of resolving the issue. I tried booking a resort in Pondichery via MMT website. After payment I received payment confirmation but MMT showed booking as failed. This was on 3rd Aug, upon raising the complaint refund was assured within 72hrs( proof attached). I had raised 5 tickets so far and everytime it was closed without resolution or an update. Never chosing MMT ever again.

          I have MMT Travel finance credit limit of Rs. 200000 out of which 160183 is showing as available balance.
          But from last 15-20 days i am trying to book tickets by using this limit.
          but there is no payment option at payment page.

          whats is issue i cant understand. whether the limit had been withdrawals by company or there is any issue.

          i am making one time payment since i have started using it.

          i spoke to both MMT & capital flor customer care but nobody is giving me proper solutions.

            no refund for hotel booking in case of flood in coorg

            I had done a booking nh[protected] for a hotel in coorg. On 12th morning i called the hotel staff and asked about the ground situation. They suggested roads are closed and red alert is there so please avoid coming by bike.
            I cancelled the booking and there was the amount for refund was shown as zero.
            I talked to an agent, and she said you yourself cancelled the booking so there is no refund. I cancelled because the hotel...

              I booked a room in piccadilly hotel janakpuri for 9th august, one night, for my wife's birthday under reference id nh[protected]. I entered the hotel around 5pm and went straight to the reception desk for check in. Before frisking the gaurd asked me that are you carrying alcohol in your bag to which i politely replied yes a sealed bottle of wine, which he denied to carry inside to which i agreed and left it outside. To be noted the x-ray machine of the hotel was not working.
              Upon reaching the front desk, the front desk officer asked for id for me and my wife, i gave them my driving licence and showed them my wife's adhaar card over the phone as i was not carrying it handy.
              As soon as i showed them my wife's id over the phone, the front desk officer asked me to send it over email to them to which i agreed. They suddenly said me to send the id right away in a rude manner, i came long way driving and they were not even courteous enough to offer a glass of water nor they asked me to have a seat and send an email. There behaviour was absurd. I asked if i can talk to her manager to which she denied and asked me to send her an email. I asked for the gm of hotel, they again gave the same reply to send her emai
              They kept me waiting for long 3 hours and suddenly said mmt has cancelled my booking, upon checking with mmt they said they never cancelled my booking. This is a mere case of harrassment by piccadilly hotel, i called mmt n number of times and everytime i got a reply that someone will call me back, i got a call from a lady from mmt who offered me stay in radisson paschim vihar, when i confirmed i will go for it she never called me back.
              I am a regular customer to mmt and you can check past bookings i have made using mmt, you are losing a customer and will make sure no one in my friends, relatives will book hotel, flights or anything through mmt. You mmt guys were not even understanding my situation and left me in a situation where i was stuck.
              I want to file complaint against piccadilly for harrassing me and also want to file complaint against mmt who was never there to help me out in this situation.
              Piccadilly never understands what a true meaning of customer service.in span of 3 hours i have seen 2 other people yelling at front desk officer for her rude behaviour.
              You people wasted my money, moreover my time.
              I want to take this matter to the most senior level and i demand a compensation for such behaviour.

              Id were sent to piccadilly though they never called me or replied to confirm the booking. Is this how things works, this is how we pay you guys for booking and get harrassed at the front desk office.

              The lame reason piccadilly gave to mmt was i came with someone to whom i was not married, how dare they say this.

              Do something about this mmt!!

              I have been given a finance of Rs 2, 00, 000. I have used Rs. 45, 000 earlier. But from the past few days, I can't find the finance option while paying. I have contacted Capital Float. They say everything is good from their side.

                  This is the email which i sent to makemytrip and oyo just 10-15 mins back.
                  My family (Mom and brother) is denied check-in @hotel augusto (Oyo 4009 hotel augusto). They are still standing outside the hotel as i am writing this email.
                  This is really utmost ridiculous experience i have ever had.
                  Unable to contact any live person on makemytrip numbers - [protected]/+[protected].
                  After long time i got into the chat with live agent and then chatted for almost 27 mins then they said will call within 30-45 mins but it's been close to 1.5 hr but still waiting for the call even after i explicitly provided 3 numbers - [protected]/[protected]/[protected].
                  Also talked with oyo on this but still no resolution. Hotel management in the conference with oyo clearly said that we are not accepting any prepaid booking because my payment is still pending since last 3+ months.
                  So, right now i have started another chat with makemytrip but it's been almost another 45 mins and still waiting for live agent in addition to waiting for the call. So, decided to write this email but still not sure if this will help to resolve this issue. Still my family is waiting outside in varanasi on the road (Current time: 9:40 pm ist). Police also came but still no resolution.

                  Hi Makemytrip/OYO,

                  So, finally after waiting for 12+ hours I called you guys(Makemytrip) instead of you giving us a call back and only to hear "I am sorry there was some technical issue so we could not look in the issue but we are working on this now." Seriously, what you guys will do now when check-in was denied yesterday and we were stranded. Didn't you have any courtesy to call after 30-45 mins yesterday which you had committed? Forget about commitment for a moment and recall the word "HUMANITY" (which I think is somehow completely wiped out from your mind) and tell me why you guys did not call yesterday when it was made loud and clear from our side that check-in was denied and we are waiting outside the hotel.

                  If you have any issue with "OYO 4009 Hotel Augusto" then why don't you delist from your website or make it invisible to your customers until you resolve the issue internally.

                  We(customers) should not be facing any issues because of your internal dispute. In the conference, OYO customer representative did not utter a word except "Yes Sir" when hotel manger was bombarding with all the questions like it's been 3 months I did not get paid from you guys so I am denying all prepaid online customers. After hearing this I understood that definitely I am not the first customer who was denied at hotel but it would have happened with several others also.
                  I also asked both (Makemytrip and OYO) to connect with senior person but why this will happen? Not sure what privacy is involved that they cannot transfer to senior management. Please stop using this kind of jargons in terms of privacy, internal policy etc. If you cannot connect to the concerned senior person then please resolve the issues at your end.

                  And please try to categorize the issues based on nature of the criticality and not only based on first come first service. Like, if anybody's family is standing outside the hotel that automatically should become your utmost priority and should be ranked to the top of the your priority list, even in the case of change in shift as well, in comparison to the ticket(problem) who is merely waiting for refund etc. So, this time in this particular situation I took care of this on behalf of yours. We paid extra money and checked-in into a hotel during midnight which was 5 hours after this situation occurred. I am really sorry to say this but please try to do your job diligently.

                  Please take this kind of issue seriously and do not involve customers in this type of altercation.

                    I had requested for a quatotaion for my trip which she had provided later i could not get back due to work issues i was held up she called after 2 days i was travelling and later on i was not able to attend the call to which she has msg me that it's better to close the query than to cut the call is the agent wish that a customer should attend the call whenever they please. I have been making my booking thru makemytrip for the past 10 yrs and this the first time such agents are coming. If you are having such agents then it's better not to go with makemytrip hereafter.

                    I booked rail ticket online on 5th Jul 19 for Rd 540. I did Not receive the ticket. I got a msg that refund will be transferred to my account in 10 working days, but no refund till date.

                      I had a booking made on 20-4-19 and immediately found that the app had by default charged me for travel insurance of rs.249 which i had requested for refund and i was told that the refund was processed on 23-4-19 to the source paypal a/c and then to the actual source but nothing showed as refund for 3 months even after rigorous follow up with my bank and paypal besides mmt. Only after 3 months i got the refund-had i not followed up i would have lost my money due to false statements made by bhawana and other chat executives.in april i had received lots of calls from mmt confirming that refund had been processed.
                      Can anybody approve of such policies adopted by a big goodwill travel agent like mmt?

                      Refund for travel insurance made after lots of follow up for more than 3 months
                      I have already paid ₹850 to makemytrip.They have received the payment.But I am unable to find my booking.Repeatedly i'm calling their customer care but no response from their side.This is happening for second time.
                      I booked a flight with reference I'd EMT61616159. Amount got deducted from my account but payment transaction got failed. I have waited for 1 hour but didnt received any amount back to account. Very very horrible service.

                        Hiii i had made a hotel booking of hotel le roi in the name of suryakant giri of 21 july 19 to 22 july 19. And on 20 th july i had called custmer care for an information if i could posponed dates or not and they had changed my booking dates without my information. Ie on 22 july19 to 23 july19. And on hotel on 21st i had to pay rs 2500 and stay for the day. And now mmt is asking me for invoice and saying that you are telling lie that you had stay on 21st. And hotel le roi delhi is also not given me any invoice and now hotel is also denying that they could not give back dated invoice. I had wasted my time and money. Make my trip is very bad.. All the fault is of mmt and they are not telling or asking from hotel. Kindly help me to get back mu refund from mmt

                          I booked a room in pondicherry thru make my trip for 10th august and my check in time was 12 pm. When i reached the hotel at 12 pm, the staff at the hotel says they are not accepting online bookings anymore. When i contacted make my trip, they are asking me to walk-in to any nearby hotel and check for rooms availability. If i have to do this, then what is the point in booking a room in advance. Until i reached the hotel, i had no idea that my booking was cancelled. And here comes the funniest part. When i tried to search for a room for next week, this hotel is still listed in make my trip app as available.

                            I have mmt travel finance of rs.200000 through capital float.. It is appearing in my mobile app and whenever i am going on the final payment page their is no option to use this credit facility. I tried more than 10 times to contact make my trip customer care and when they hear why its not appearing there. And issue is not getting resolved. When i called capital float customer care they says everything is fine from our side you need to speak to mmt customer care.

                            I don't know but problem is not getting resolved and feeling i am dumped by this offer.

                              Hello, i had booked a flight ticket on make my trip app for 10th august 2019 from kolkata to bagdoga on 8th august 2019. Booking id: nf[protected]. The booking was confirmed. Price : rs.4323. Next day that is on 9th august 2019 i found an unauthorised booking details on my app. Booking id: nf[protected]. Name: ankush sahu. I immediately called make my trip customer care... Number :[protected].. Time: 12:18 pm. And i complained about the said unauthorised booking and display on my app. The executive from make my trip verified my details and confirmed me that the said display is by some mistake and asked me to ignore that particular booking. Then i asked the executive to again confirm my ticket from kolkata to bagdogra and provided the booking id for the same. The executive confirmed my booking.
                              Now around 02:52 pm on the same day...9th august 2019, i received a message on my phone, on my whatsapp and on my mail id that my ticket from kolkata to bagdogra has been cancelled and refund is in progress. Refund amount : rs. 243
                              Original ticket price: rs. 4323.
                              I checked on my make my trip app and it was true. My ticket was cancelled and the other unauthorised booking (Ankush sahu) was also showing cancelled. I immediately called the make my trip customer care and complained about this cancellation. They transfered my call to someone named: imran. I updated imran about the complete scenario from ankush sahu booking display to my complain in the morning to cancellation of my ticket. He verified my details and told me that the cancellation was done from my end and he cant help me now. I told him that i have not cancelled my ticket and also about the fact that the other unauthorised booking (Ankush sahu) was also showing cancelled. I told him that i will incur a loss of rs.4000 because of this unauthorised cancellation but he refused to help me saying its my fault.
                              Because of all this i again had to book my ticket from kolkata to bagdogra at a much higher price (Rs.6439).
                              Please help me get my complete booking amount back from make my trip.

                              I have not cancelled my ticket on make my trip. Its a fault from their end.. Of their doing.. Why should i incur a loss for that (Rs.4323).

                              I am a very old and loyal customer of make my trip.. I am very satisfied with their services till now. This is my first ever complaint against them. But if i am not wrong then why should i bear the loss.

                                I just booked a hotel in bhubaneshwar for 727rs. But accidentally i put the date for 25 august instead of 17 august. Now when i am trying to change my dates it is deducting the full amount as a penalty. Now other option for me is to cancel and rebook the hotel. It is the policy of makemytrip that no cancellation charges are there for booking but again they are not refunding any money. When i called to their helpline no customer support person is talking and machine itself is disconnecting the call.

                                  I booked a bus from delhi to lucknow
                                  The shree krishna travel agency had no bus going to lucknow but took my booking under false information that was shown on the make my trip official website. They did not refund my money and left me alone stranded at mori gate delhi at 11:30 p. M. With no ride and as a female i need not emphasis on the safety issue in delhi at such an odd hour.
                                  This is fraud and if not resolved i'll be taking my complaint to a court.

                                    I had booked 2 rooms of a hotel in mysore on 29/07/2019 to 30/07/2019 hotel palace inn oyo property 10760. We reached hotel in evening at 9.00pm asking about our room keys the hotel staff said we haven't received any booking in your name, i showed him our confirmation mail, but he denied by saying we cannot do anything since we haven't received from mmt. I got stunned listening to this and called mmt customer care for help they said it's our mistake n we will resolve your issue within 45 mins, i said we are waiting with our infant childs outside hotel property so plz do it fast.

                                    45 mins crossed i felt nothing is done by mmt, i booked same hotel by paying 2600 /- cash which i booked earlier by mmt for 1760/-

                                    I kept on giving calls to mmt about this concern each n every time multiple customer executive spoke with him by describing the entire story to all of them but no solution from anyone n no feedback call received till next day morning.

                                    One of mmt executive told me that by mistake your booking got transferred to ludhiana hotel, so i said its your mistake n mmt should make necessary arrangements. I asked them to give me refund and the additional amount i paid in hotel amounting rs 840/- they replied by saying they will give 700/- in my go cash account. I also demanded to give a free hotel voucher for me for the trouble caused by your technical issues.

                                    I received refund but they didn't deposited 860 in my go cash they transferred it in cash reward which gets redeemed only 25% which was of no use.

                                    So mmt have proved that they are not professionals n they don't they responsibility of customers even if it is their mistake.

                                    So plz avoid booking with mmt.

                                      I booked ticket with makemytrip india for travelling from bangalore to pune. My pickup was at 7.35 pm on aug 8, 2019. I was waiting at my pick up point more thn 2.30 hrs. Meanwhile i called more than 10-12 times to travel agency for enquiry of bus but they told me to wait for bus. Around at 10 pm they told me about cancellation of my bus. I was going to attend the exam and i missed that because of makemytrip. Makemytrip and anand travel agency associated with mmt is responsible for my loss. Even i have not got my refund of booking also. Please help me to get justice. I have attched copy of my ticket book with this appication. I will give all proofs if needed.
