What a nightmare. I booked a reservation at lorent manor annex from make my trip.

Room #105 was not even broomed, it was dirty, water jet in toilet was not working, gyser was not working, tap and shower were broken. Toilet paper was all wet.

Am a regular customer of make my trip. I had booked air return tickets from ahmedabad to delhi on 13 may 2019 for 2 june 2019 returning on 6th june 2019 for 6 people. On 14 may 2019 i again booked a single ticket for the same return flights of the same date i.e of 2nd june 2019 returning back on 6th june 2019. I tried to book rail tickets with my account, and the money got deducted, with no booking.
Again i tried to book the ticket, this time also same thing happened.
Isn't it shameful!
Mmt charged me 2 times for something that i havent got.
The bitter part of the story is they are denying for any such transaction.
Even though i have transaction ids of well recognised and also from their partner phonepe....

I have mmt travel finance of rs.200000 through capital float.. It is appearing in my mobile app and whenever i am going on the final payment page their is no option to use this credit facility. I tried more than 10 times to contact make my trip customer care and when they hear why its not appearing there. And issue is not getting resolved. my flight booking failed on 17/04/19 but i still haven't received the refund.

I booked a flight from bhopal to bengaluru on 17/05/19 for rs. 6578, well the amount was deducted from my account but the ticket booking failed and so i was expecting a refund, but i never got it... I also contacted mmt support through chat and they said that you will get your refund in next 2-3 days, well it has been more than that, and i haven't.

We always considered mmt as a company with client satisfaction as main moto. But it turned out to be myth.

This is with regards to our refund for Booking ID: NN[protected]. There was an emergency medical issue for which one of the passengers could not travel. Tickets were for Feb'19. When we reached out to MMT, you put your foot down and told us to sort out same with the airlines.
