I Have booked a hotel through Makemy trip india on 8th June 2019, 11:36 PM.
I was travelling from Hyderabad to Warangal on that day, i got reached the hotel around 00:30 AM ( 9th June) and showed the booking details to OYO 17316 Radhika Residency, Hanamkoda, Telangana. At the reception counter i have received a shaking news saying that no rooms are available in that hotel. but the hotel got received the booking confirmation details to their TAB. Then i immediately called to OYO Customer call center, they advised me to contact Makemytrip since the booking was done by thru. Immediately i tried calling to Makemy trip customer call center, neither they responded to my call nor lifted my call. I have been tried calling them from 00:45AM ( 9th) 03:00 AM. none of the company representatives responded to my call.
I lost my sleep for that entire day due to this incident. i have waited infront of the hotel for long hours for awaiting the call from makemytrip, but vain.
Here i bring multiple issues to ICC forum.
1. They have provided 24X7 Customer support number, but no one responded/ sometimes number is also not working
2. I lost my wealth and good health for these day, since i miss the opportunity in for that travel purpose.
3.my time got wasted 8 -9 hours, to and fro from warangal to Hyderabad.
4. next day i got sick because i lost my sleep.
5. my mind got totally disturbed due to this incident, this lead to mental truama, agony & pain
i request ICC arrange the to compensate the loss of 1.77 lakhs ( travel time + lost Sleep+mental agony+pain+ business opportunity for this trip.

Updated by Reddy RJ i received a call today from make my trip, but issue still unresolved & more over i have waited for 17 min long time to connect their super visor but vain.
