Frauds and Mistakes committed by MMT:
1. Charging 3 times on the credit card which should have been just once.
2. Two extra transactions done by MMT without any permission from the customer or without OTP.
3. Did not inform the customer about these two extra transactions and choose to remain silent.
4. Security breach and misuse of credit card details.
5. Trust breach - There was no effort from MMT to even identify and resolve the issue. The customer had to find out everything by himself.
6. Causing grief to the customer, penalty was charged from the credit card company for MMT's mistake. Faced traumatic situation, due to poor response from customer care.
7. In spite of several calls and mails, MMT chose not to respond back.

    My booking ID NF[protected] had a booking using MMT for Jet Airways. The flight operator cancels the trip and I had to pay EXTRA for booking it last minute through a different airline. Now i understand its not MMT's fault but whats with all the lying. MMT reps have been lying to me on every call that the refund has been initiated, however its been over 2 months that no credit has been received. I'M NOT RICH ENOUGH TO BEAR THIS AMOUNT ON MY CREDIT CARD. Hence i would like to complaint about keeping me unaware about the situation. MMT People have all my recordings but they have not been able to refund. It is not my fault if JET airways is not returning MMT's Money. I bookied the flight through MMT and Not Jet hence i would also like to submit a complaint in the local session court, after the consumer court's complaint.

      Dear Concern Team MMT,

      I have done one booking of OYO 37673 Hotel P2 of Digha on behalf of my friend named Suman Mondal on 04.06.19 through "Make My Trip" and also made the payment for the same on the said date and then i got confirmation mail for my booking.

      Booking details is stated below:
      Booking id is- NH[protected]
      Hotel Name- OYO 37673 Hotel P2, New Digha
      No of rooms: 3 Rooms
      No Of Guest- 7 Person
      Check-in Date : 05.06.19
      Check-out Date: 07.06.19

      But when my friend reached at hotel, the hotel authority said there is no booking though my friend had shown the confirmation mail of Make my trip to the hotel authority . I have called several time to your customer care for resolving the issue but they are saying that within 10 minute we'll trying to resolve the issue but no calls are made to us from Make my Trip team.

      Now problem is due to non availability of hotel my friend and his family suffered a lot and he also did a General Diary to Digha police Station against "Make my Trip" which is annexed herein for your kind consideration.

      Now my friend putting blame on me and asking for money back of 25000 as he and his family was reached at Digha by rented vehicle. Now you tell me what is my fault? Due to your team's irresponsibility why i should suffer?

      The booking confirmation mail and the general diary of Digha police station is attached herein for your kind consideration. Please find the details and please do the needful for compensation because if i have to pay for this and you didn't do any support then I have to go to the consumer forum for such unnecessary harassment.

          It was only last month that i made a online booking of train ticket from ur app but due to some reason the booking got cancelled and my balance has also got deducted from bank . It was being told that i will get my refund within 12 working day directly into my bank account but till now i have not got any response about the refund amount ..please kindly do the needfull...

            I hold the vodafone mobile and residing in chennai. I have received in whatsapp as well as messages regarding booking and cancellation of a bus ticket operated by orange tours and travels and booked in your portal. The details of the booking are:'

              I have booked a resort feliz room (Haritage village resorts & spa, manesar). The dates entered by me in the booking form were 8th june check-in and 9th june check out.

              Post payment, i received the booking confirmation email and found that booking was done for 7th june.

              Immediately post booking confirmation email receipt, i have complained to mmt customer care and wrote them email too at [protected]@makemytrip.com

              I informed mmt people that they have to make it sure that no loss happened to me.

              Payment amount - rs. 5346.

              My flight from Jet airways was canceled, and I got an email for that. Makemytrip has refunded just 3k, but my total price was 11k. Jet airways has told me to reach out to makemytrip and they have denied any further support. Make my trip has not responded to my calls.

                During our recent trip to bhutan on 23rd may to 30th may 2019, we faced many issues regarding our hotel in paro, (Tashi phuntshok), provided by make my trip which as they said was a deluxe category 3-star hotel,
                We faced many problems such as rats in the room, no proper drinking water, no intercom in the room, rude staff, food quality being poor, the rooms missing the basic facilities and hygiene, are some of the many problems we faced during our stay.
                We complained this to the make my trip advisors and tour managers, expecting our problems would be taken care of and our trip wouldn't end on a bad note, but all our efforts went in vain, all they said was that they'll take care of it, or they're still taking care of it.
                Our trip has already ended, so it doesn't make sense what are they still doing.
                We are highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the services provided by make my trip, given that we had paid a decent price and booked deluxe category hotels.

                  Book my railway ticket from make my trip on 18th may 2019 and cancelled it on the same day at 11:26 pm.
                  According to the policy money should have been refunded within 3 to 12 working days.
                  But now it has been more than 12 days since i cancelled my rail ticket get the money has not been refunded. The amount to be refunded is inr 6340. My booking id is nr[protected] and irctc pnr is [protected].
                  Infact i discussed about my refund and gave all booking relayed details and even emailed the same to make my trip yet no action is taken till date...
                  Hope you understand my concern and act on it as soon as possible.

                  I gave in a wrong review and want to edit to delete the review overall. why is there no option for this? Every other booking site that I am aware of has this. It is a basic feature. I would really like to delete the review.

                    I would not have lost my money if I had booked through irctc, on contrary I thought of better services from MakeMy Trip. They have poor(est) customer service and response team, works against customer interest.

                      I have booked a ticket of 9938/- from Ahmedabad to Delhi on 28 Apr from my BF EMI Card. But due to certain problem I have cancelled the ticket and the refund amount was 6363/- On 31 May I have got a message from BF that the Emi of 3371/- will be deducted from my account.

                      So in this regard I have call to MMT on 31 May. The customer care from Bandra, Mumbai attended my call. The agent name was GAJENDRA BAJRANGBALI PRAJAPATI. He said your problem will be resolve. He send me a link and said forward this msg to [protected] within 30 sec. I[censored] send this msg after 30 sec then it will be of no use. I have sent this link within 30 sec. Then he asked me to fill up the details. I have filled up the details and submitted but it was not submitted. The MMT agent told me that ur account is not linked with UPI and the payment will be transferred to ur account through UPI only.

                      Next he enquired about my bank account and asked me which account was linked with upi. I have told that none of my account is linked with upi. So, he told me that he will link one of my account with upi but for that u have to give me ur full atm card details.

                      First, I have fully given a details of my sbi card. When it was link then he told me that ur number is not link with sbi so u have to give another account details. Then, I have provide him full atm details of hdfc bank atm card. But in hdfc bank the amount was 0 so it was also rejected.

                      Finally they asked me you have no such account where u should have some balance? I have told him that I have certain balance in my syndicate account. Then he asked me about syndicate account details. I have questioned him what is the need of my card details. He told me that I have to link with UPI and then only u will receive the full amount. I have given full details of my card including cvv, exp date and OTP.

                      Then, I have received a msg from sbi bank that ur amount 2106.18/- was deducted from ur account and I have check and found the same amount was deducted from my account. At the same time I have got another msg of 4999/- was deducted for AIRTEL MONEY from my syndicate account. After 1 min I have got 2 msg simultaneously which shows that 5000/- was deducted for CITRUSPAY KOTAK from my syndicate account. Then, I have got one more msg of 524/- was deducted from my account for AIRTEL MONEY. Then I have got 1 more msg of 499/- which was deducted for OLACABS COM from my account. In between I have transferred my rest of the amount to other bank.

                      When I have called to MMT Customer Care then another agent named RAHUL SHARMA picked up the phone and told me that u will get ur amount when u will send the link within 30 sec. After the confirmation u will receive all ur amount.

                      When my account was zero till then I m getting the msg regarding my transaction. Now all my transaction was decline due to insufficient fund.

                      I have lost my 16022/- from my syndicate bank and 2106/- from my sbi. Till today I have not refunded my cancellation amount of 6363/-.

                      This is my hard earned money. Do some needful so that I will be thankful to u.

                        I had reserved tickets for three persons including me in the flight sg 748 for a trip from bangalore to kochi on 31.3.[protected] with pnr l6dzfv. On 23rd march 2019 i received a phone call from spice jet office number and informed that the flight sg 748 on 31st march 2019 is cancelled and the flight charges will be credited to my bank account. As i have not received the amount, on contacting spicejet they replied that they have credited the amount on 23rd march 19 itself. To make my trip and asked to contact the agency for refund.

                          Sir,
                          I had cancelled my bus ticket booking from palakkad to pondicherry (2tickets) and pondicherry to palakkad (2tickets) on 28th february.. But till today the refund amount is not credited to my account. I had contacted the bank (Sbi branch koottanad, kerala) with the reference number got from make my trip customer service centre. But the amount is not credited yet. They says that there is some technical errors and i have to file a dispute in upi as i had paid the amount of the tickets from my google pay. I did that last month. Booking id of palakkad to pondicherry bus ticket is nu[protected], reference pnr is 34dzz8he and[protected] is the reference number provied from the customer care of make my trip. Booking id of pondicherry to palakkad bus ticket is nu[protected], reference pnr is 34j89fkm and[protected] is the reference number given from the customer care
                          Please help me out to get the refund amount.
                          I had also cancelled 2 tickets on may 24th (Booking id-nu[protected] and reference pnr 64enq6eu) and i would like to get the refund amount asap.
                          I am attaching the screen shots of the details.

                            My name is saylee kute. Today i booked 2 rooms in highland homes budget goa, check-in 6th june and check-out 8th june 2019. I used phonepay application for payment. The amount from my account ₹5670 was deducted as soon as proceed but the hotel booking was not done. I also contacted to the phonepay customer care but they said they have not got any confirmation on my booking from merchants. Then i contacted to the hotel executive he said there was no room available under my name for 6th jun to 8th june.
                            What am i supposed to do if this is going to happen? This is not done i have urgent plans and limited amount now. Please either do the booking or refund the amount.

                                Hi, myself sashikumar s from gurugram. This complaint is against makemytrip, who have made a fake booking of oyo property and extracted rs.11767 from me. I have planned a trip to manali with my family and selected makemytrip for booking 2 rooms for 3 nights against the property oyo 26956 jubilant cottage at manali. Booking was done and received the booking id - nh[protected]. The operator confirmation number was mentioned as [protected] and the phone number shared was [protected] which was oyo customer care number.
                                I started from gurugram on saturday morning (1st june 2019) and reached the property by 1am on 2nd june 2019. To my utter surprise, the property owner mr. Tarun expressed that he has not received any booking on my name and also confirmed that he does'nt deal with makemy trip. His list contains airbnb, agoda and booking.com. Baring these platforms, he dont deal with any other agencies and has not received any booking in my name.
                                I contacted oyo, which has mercilessly responded that they are aware of any details of my booking, since the booking was done by mmt. To add to the despondency, mmt did not even bother to answer my queries on cottage confirmation and disconnected the call inbetween. Afterwards my attempts to talk to mmt were in vain.
                                With family members on a chill night, i was forced to take an other property for a very high amount. Mmt has behaved unprofessionally and cheated me by doing a fake booking for extracting money.

                                      Hi, i booked my flight tickets to madrid and return via make my trip a month back. Yesterday, i wanted to confirm my baggage policy and logged in to airlines system however, to my suprise i was not able to log in to the airlines with my pnr, on further enquires with the airlines - they informed me that make my trip created fake pnr, because of which tickets are not reflecting under my name.
                                      This is fraud - i need my tickets please...
                                      I have already talked to make my trip assistants twice and all they can do and say we will resolve it.
                                      It is already one month, i think it was enough time for them to resolve it, in case this was done by mistake.
                                      I need them to action on this “now”

                                      I am not sure, what you are working on ?? Since you did not even ask my Booking ID. I have been trying to reach make my trip customer care since two days, but nothing from your side. I am afraid you don’t understand the gravity of situation, or may be you don’t want to understand.
                                      This is serious. And If I don’t get a reply by today, I am going to take some serious action against you.

                                        Hi,

                                        I am writing this letter to make an official complaint against make my trip (Mmt) company. I had booked a cab from mmt from amritsar to khajjair scheduled to depart from amritsar on 1st june at 9:30 am. I received the driver and cab details on 1st june at around 8:00am after which i contacted the driver and he asked me to pay additional amount of 1200 for my destination (Khajjair). I was very much upset with the behaviour of the driver and so i complained to mmt about this conversation and asked them to resolve asap as i had to check out from the hotel as well. Two hours passed by and in between i followed up couple of times with mmt (Most of the time i was kept on hold by mmt customer service executive) however in the end all they could manage is to cancel my cab booking and offer me my initial refund plus rs.1000 additional compensation. I was very much shocked by the service provided by mmt as instead of re-arranging a cab for me, they were offering me money.

                                        The difficulties faced by me and my wife bcoz of this pathetic service of mmt,

                                        1. At around 10am i had to check out from my hotel and i had no cab to leave.

                                        2. Due to which i had to myself arrange a cab in urgency and had to pay more than double the price (Rs 6500) as compared to my mmt booking price[protected] roughly).

                                        3. My entire holiday plan got disturbed for the said day.

                                        4. I was supposed to see couple of places in amritsar in the morning, again that plan also got hampered.

                                        So all in all, me and my wife had a very pathetic day in terms of all aspect, financially, mentally, emotionally and physically.

                                        I, therefore request you to take a very strict action against mmt and asked them to compensate me for the fair difference of cab booking (Roughly rs.3300). Also, provide additional compensation for the activities and places i missed, disruption in my planned trip, and all the other troubles we faced.
