citibank cashback offer

At the time of booking they verified the eligibility of my citibank cedit card and successfully applied the cash back offer code stating that the same would be credited within 60 days of the travel period.
But even after 90 days they do not credit same and blatantly tell my bank that i am not eligible for the offer without any reason.
They give fraudaulent offers to hoax customers to book through their website.

no refund and could not contact them regarding this.

I have booked a flight from kochi to hyderabad for june 3rd 2019 through mmt (Indigo - pnr/booking ref.: si63wg) (Date of booking - 20th march 2019).

Due to the change in the flight timing i had to cancel the booking as per the guidelines of the airlines on the agreement of a refund. But, now i the mmt shows i am not eligible for a refund.

The jet airways flight that i have booked (Booking id:in1b[protected] has been cancelled and i haven't received any communication about the refund. I have booked along with around 10 more people and they got confirmations about the refund.
I have called many times and each time they say it's being processed. Jet airways has shut down but i have booked through makemytrip.

international holiday booking

Hi,

I made 3 holiday booking for mauritius from my registered makemytrip account email id i. E. Biswanath. [protected]@gmail.com. Booking ids are nl[protected], nl[protected], nl[protected].
