At the time of booking they verified the eligibility of my citibank cedit card and successfully applied the cash back offer code stating that the same would be credited within 60 days of the travel period.
But even after 90 days they do not credit same and blatantly tell my bank that i am not eligible for the offer without any reason.
They give fraudaulent offers to hoax customers to book through their website.

The company first of all advertises that there is 0% cancellation charges but that is not entirely true, they do have cancellation charges. While making a booking through the mmt app the month got automatically changed or somehow it was changed, however i cancelled the tickets within a few minutes as after booking i found the month is diferent. Pathetic service... Booked bus using makemytrip and the coarier shared the details for onboarding.
Waited for bus around 3 hours.. Called them many times.. Initially they said bus is coming and coming but after 2 hours they stopped receiving my call.
