This is in regard with my honeymoon package i have been trying to book since a long time now. My wife liked tripadvisor and unfortunately i was in favour of makemytrip. I was assigned a senior executive ms nehal. I dont know the full name.
She quoted me a 12 night turkey plan for rs 135, 000 for 2 people (I have the mail for the reference). After long discussions and late replies i made very few customizations in the itinerary and now she is sending me a package that 145000 per head. Are you even serious. I have all the mails and whatsapp conversations. I am highly devasted with services.

I too work in service industry and i know the value of client servicing in any industry. Please do not put that at stake.

Such a competitive industry where i get messages and mails from tripadvisor and goibibo, yatra. I chose mmt.

I am never coming back. Pathetic services.

    I have got 2 lakh MMT Finance limit.
    I have used it for a domestic trip once and paid back as well in three installments on time.
    But now I am trying to book international flight but I can not see any MMT Finance option to book flight.
    It is showing that I have 2 lakh limit but on payment portal there is no MMT finance option found.
    I am very disappointed as I have planned my trip as per MMT finance limit I have got.
    MMT Customer care executives are not able to help.

      I booked my 2 days sray for 3 people through MMT for Hyderabad for 2 days stay from 15th July-17th July2019. I checked in on 15th in Hotl Baseera In and was surprised that they didnt have a room for 3 ppl so they gave me an additional bed near the bathroom which was still fine as we were tired.They said they will change the next day
      We went out and finished our work on 16th July, 2019 and reached hotel at around 14:00and the door bell rings stating we have to vaccate the hotel and pay for additional 4 hours of our stay. I was shocked what was happening as we were tired. I spoke to the receptionist/hotel manager everyone about our 2 days stay and the confirmation from MMT (As attached) but it was of no use. They all said, its o ly for one day, if i have ro stay, i will to pay for an additional day which i was not ready to do so because i had already made an online payment. All three were asked to sit outside and humiliated as we started questioning about mismanagement. I told them its raining but there was no help. The MMT helpline kept telling me to wait for 15 mins they are looking into it.Till date i have not recieved any response. I m still waiting for my money refunded along with compensation for last minute bus ticket for 1500/ per person as i decided not to stay in Hyderabad any more minute. I booked an auto for 450/_he dropped me to bus station and i came back.it was horrible experience and mmt has raken no action about this. All i get to hear is they are looking into this. Its been so many days, i was humiliated by hitel staff..made to vaccat the hotel i rain. I was standing at the reception, everyone was laughing at us. For all this issue and chaos i had demanded Rs10, 000, which they ate yet to look into this for me. Pls help. I m attaching my booking details.

        I booked a hotel in wrong dates by mistake, realised it immediately and called the customer care. But they are denying refund. This is a penalty for a small.mistake that could have been rectified by the company in seconds.

        I must get my money back, it is a significant sum of 3000. I am sure the company can help in this case but they are not deliberately. My PNR is 26972300

          I registered the account with the mobile number as there was an option to register either with phone number or email ID. But later after registration and completion of few bookings of flights I tried adding on email ID but they are not accepting it and neither my spending section is updated and there is no support from the MMT team either. Even after connecting them for past 1 month for the same there is no solution.

          I'm not able to use my MMT travel finance limit by Capital Float.
          My name is prateek trilokani i have been provided limit of rs 2 lakh throught mmt capital float but at the payment page it is not showing any option of pay later..is this loan with capital float is closed or any thing else help me out

            I have been following up for refund since 12 the jul 2019 but i have not received proper response for the same till now.

            I tried to book flight through flipcart-mmt on 12th jul, 2019 from hyderabad to delhi for 15th jul and my account got deducted for rs.5326 but that transaction was unsuccessful. I raised complaint at makemy trip and with icici bank they said amount will be reversed with in a week but not reversed till date. When i called to mmt help desk, they said it is pending with bank and they asked me to send the bank statement after that i didn't get any response from make my trip. When i contacted the bank they said they need letter from merchant stating that the transaction was unsuccessful.
            Again i sent mail to make my trip and flipcart for letter, flipcart said that i need to do follow up with make my trip only there is no role of flipcart in this.
            From make my trip there is no response till now and it is been more than 17 days

              My friend and i planned our weekend trip in outskirts of delhi on 27 july to 28 july on make my trip app. While searching on make my trip i applied filter of resort and swimming pool, got some options and checked amenity of swimming pool, i selected resort askok country resort, 30, rajokri road, kapashera new delhi, in which amenity of swimming pool was shown on mmt app. I booked ashok country resort and checking in said hotel on 27/07/19 at arround 6:45 pm on pay at hotel option. When i checked in hotel manager at reception asked for booking amount so payed approx. 6720 in cash. Manager showed us our room and as for us swimming pool was the only one thing of interest we approached to pool, but to out set back swimming pool was permanently closed and empty. I called mmt hotline regarding this from mmt customer care service we got to know that hotel has legal issue so pool is not available. When i asked why pool is showing in amenity on app they said booking can not be cancelled instead offered me refund of rs. 1800 against amount approx.6720. When i asked for another booking in replacement they simply forbade that. All this conversation took approx 1 hour and spoiled my mood as well as my precious weekend. After my complaint swimming pool option was removed from amenity of that resort. I checked out from resort nearby 08:00 pm same day. This caused me to face humiliation in front of my friends. I wasted my money and my weekend due to negligence of make my trip. I want all my money in refund as this is a fault at your end and strong case of negligence as you are charging for amenities which are not available for customer. Please look in matter and refund my hard earned money.

              I received a phone call from 01204385400. Executive from mmt said that swimming pool is not showed in amenities also mentioned that swimming pool is closed due to legal issue and further offered me Rs 2000 vouchar. I told him how swimming pool was removed after call to mmt and further it is their fault and they are not accepting. Further today when i checked again on mmt itself resort is publishing photos of pool and mmt is misleading its customer. They are not helping me to get my money back.

                I have made a family booking with two different trip id with "makemytrip"
                1. Nf7111xxxxx9206 (With 2 adults & 1 child)
                2. Nf7917xxxxx6032 (With 3 adults) with spice jet confirmation : qhvnqe.

                After my tickets where confirmed. Someone called me and said that ticket did not get issued properly and we need to cancel the ticket and rebook. I have clearly asked to share my trip details and agent has shared me the above trip id "nf7111xxxxx9206" and canceled my booking without my knowledge and hacked my complete mobile details and did fraud transaction from my account for rs 1, 000, 00/-.

                Later my ticket were also canceled and he disconnected the call. I tried to find the number in google and found that the number belongs to makemytrip.

                When i launched a complaint with mmt they said that the booking was done from ip address of hyd (Thats me) and cancelled the ticket from ip address (Madhya pradesh) where mmt is also located same state.

                Hence it open proven that i never canceled the ticket from end. I have gone to cyber crime and launched a complaint on bank theft and requested makemytrip to process full refund on my above cancelled ticket with mmt trip id : "nf7111xxxxx9206" (Spice jet confirmation : qhvnqe) they said that spice jet will not process full refund.

                This ticket where not cancelled by us. This is because of fraud and negligence makemytrip who shared my trip details to an unauthorized person and cancelled my ticket.

                Hence i dispute to get full refund on my ticket from spice jet/make my trip as ticket where canceled by xyz person within 24hr from the time of booking.

                I am not sure spicejet or mmt who is owning this money. But i need my full refund before i move on to consumer court and file a case of the rules from spicejet and mmt for not process full refund on my ticket.

                  I had booked my flight from delhi to bangalore for 27th june, 2019 from makemytrip but for some reasons i had to rescheduled my flight from delhi to bangalore for 3rd july, 2019. For the purpose of rescheduling makemytrip had charged 7, 215 rupees.

                  After that i got to know that flight which i had booked earlier is being delayed for more than two hours due to which the airline i. E. Spicejet does not charge any amount for rescheduling and they have successfully rescheduled the dates and timings without taking any charge.

                  I also had to rescheduled the flight of one more passenger they have successfully rescheduled the dates and timings without taking any charge. The details of the rescheduled and earlier tickets of ms. Jasleen kaur is being attached for your reference.

                  I felt disheartened to know that makemytrip failed to figured out that the flight is delayed for more than two hours and asked me to make the payment of rupees 7, 215/- (Rupees seven thousand two hundred and fifteen only) towards the changes in the airfare, airlines date and time changes charges and make my trip charges for such rescheduling.

                  I had spoken and mailed to the customer care number of makemytrip regarding the rescheduling of my flight having details as attached herein but they failed to do anything from there end.

                    I was booking a ticket from delhi to hyderabad through flipkart on makemytrip. Money got deducted but ticket didn't generated on date 16th and 17th two times. When i chat with the customer service, they told me to wait for 3 days so wait for that much time.. And after 3 days they didn't reply or try to contact.. So i again called them regarding this.. Then they told me to wait for 12 hr to 48 hr again. And after 48 hr also they are not refunding my money and even not trying to contact me.. Its been 10 days now... Still i haven't not received my money. And still they are saying wait for 24 hr to 48 hr. And at the end they are still not refunding nor trying to call me. Please help me about this. They asked for bank account statement
                    I provided that one also still they didn't refund my money.. I am also working in private sector and i have to take permission to go out and talk with customer care 1 hr since i have say everything from starting whenever i call.. And they are doing fake promise that they will call and inform.. But they are not informing anything... Taking permission in regular interval can cause a job loss for me... And i can't leave 8000 since 8000 matters for me.. Please help me with this.. I'm having all the call records and screenshot.                       Make my trip has given me a mmt travel finance of 2 lakhs through capital float.. Which i have utilised once for an amount of 22k and first emi which will be due in few days has been paid back in advance. Now when i trying to book something the payment option from capital float which was provided by mmt is missing from the payment option. Only apps home page shows the link to money floats home to pay back the amount. Where has it is not even reflecting paid emi, and showing the whole utilised amount. No due dates or amount, no sms alert or by email nothing. Did not expect this kind of cheap service from makemytrip from this era.

                        They took documents and added 200000 travel finance. When i was going to book yesterday.. It was not showing at all to book.. When i called customer care.. They said they have going issues with capital float. So they stopped service.. So its really scam.. To people to book.. As its not showing at all.. Noone can say anything.. What a frustrating service.. Keep fix it as soon as possible.

                          I have opted for mmt travel financescheme,
                          I am not getting any detaied information about my usase only payment amount i am getting via msg. No coustmer contact details available for this issue.
                          I also try to contact third party through which they have initiated this finance scheme. They are also not reachable.
                          But this finance details mentioned in my cibli stating as person loan taken. Which is wrong. Monis in mmt wallet not in my account.
                          Really frustrating me because i am not able to take home loan because of this only.
                          I am not getting my finance statment.
                          No contact details available.
                          They are fooling people.

                            Sir,
                            I booked thailand tour package from mmt which was seduled from 6 feb 19 to
                            13 feb 19. For myself and my wife.
                            On 4 th feb 19 my wife became sick due to paralitik strock. I mail to mmt for
                            Cancellation of my booking on medical ground. Which was accepted by mmt and they mailed me regarding cancellation. And they told that 50 to 60 percent ammt will be refunded to me.
                            On 25.04.19 i mailed to mmt for refund. They mailed me that please allow me 24 to 48 working hours for refund.
                            In my several mail they replied same thing.
                            From 16.05.19 no one is replying anything else to me. I mailed several times.
                            As i am senior citizen if any refund is possible refund the amount or tell me clearly that no refund is possible.

                              I am very annoyed by this mmt account as they have not provided user the delete account functionality.

                              I really want to get rid of this account asap with all its bookings if any. I have another account i use. Kindly delete this one.

                                Hi team,

                                For my vacation in puri i booked hotel through make my trip. While booking hotel in mmyt it mentioned that hotel had ac and breakfast also included. However when we went for check-in hotel denied ac room and also mentioned that breakfast is not included.
                                We complained to mmyt before check-in however due to bad response from mmyt we had to do check-in in non-ac room. After that i had multiple (8-9) conversation with mmyt and every time new person will come and i had to explain them issue from start.
                                They mentioned that they will call back with resolution but never called back and my whole holiday was ruined. Forcefully i had to check-out from hotel a day before.
                                After much conversation with mmyt, they agreed to do refund of 2000 but after sometime they changed this and start saying that they did not got any complained from hotel
                                This is very bad customer service by mmyt. Could you please help me in this regard. Thanks

                                  The big cheaters Make my trip is befooling the people who have incurred huge losses on account of booking through MMT and subsequent jet flights suspension. MMT chose to kept quiet and sit back instead of do something to refund their valuable customers hard earned money.. I urge upon people to discontinue use of MMT.
                                  Make My trip do not make any extra efforts to get back the hard earned money of its customers. being in the travel industry, it should have taken pro-active action to get the refund from Jet airways, but it seems MMT is not serious at all to help.

                                    I have booked hotel paradise oyo 41341. I have booked this hotel because in app hotel destiny was showing at saputara but actual distance from saputara is 90 km which time duration was about 2.45 hrs and on booking time it was showing 400 mt from saputara.

                                    This is the reason we have not able to checking in paradise hotel kindly do the needful and arrange to refund for the same.

                                      I, Vikram Singh Bhati have booked European dream tour 2019 under visa protected plan, my booking ID - NL[protected] from 24 July 2019 04 August 2019 for 11 nights 12 days, along with my wife Nikita Bhati and my brother Aditya Bhati along with his wife Sonika (4 Adults). Our booking agent was Mr. Himanshu Shrotiya and my visa advisor was Mr. Yasir Siddique.

                                      On 15/04/2019 I have called to Mr.Yasir about completion of my documents and I said now we can proceed for visa than he said, “we have time for that you don’t need to hurry, I’ll let you know when the time come.” I was relaxed after hearing that from Mr. Yasir but he didn’t call me back till June-2019. I report this incident to Mr. Himanshu Shrotiya (My trip planner) he said that what is the reason of delay, I was shocked to hear that we got delay, than I told him that it’s a mistake of Mr. Yasir, he didn’t called me then he said ok I’ll talk to him and let you know and after that I got a call from Mr. Yasir and he asked me to send my documents to Gurgaon address and then I sent all my documents by courier to Mr. Yasir, at Gurgaon address on 17/06/2019. He checked all the documents and assured me that my file is ok and now I can proceed for Visa. After that we applied for Visa and got appointment in Jaipur at VFS office on 25th June 2019. I reached at VFS office jaipur and submitted my documents during the checking VFS official said that your documents are incomplete. I shocked and called to Mr. Yasir Siddiqui and I said why are you not serious in my case since beginning ? He again started arguing and said that I had courier you, I told him I have already checked twice but not found please send me Sonika's travel health insurance policy and my visa application. I didn't know when I send all my documents through courier to Yasir what he has checked and return it to me, anyways ultimately he sent me required papers through email then I submitted it to the VFS office Jaipur. I realized that the booking done by Make My Trip is not going positive as my belief was broken.

                                      The next day Mr. Mohammed Adil from MakeMyTrip had called me and said to pay the balance amount Rs.3, 69, 000/-, I asked him to issue the demand through mail or called me so I can trusted upon him. I requested him to connect known Mr. Himanshu who is my tour planner then he said Mr. Himanshu has left the company and now I am dealing and then he started forcing me to pay and threatened me that if you don't pay today I'll put your booking in auto cancellation, I told him to wait till Visa approval but he given me ultimatum till 8 pm. I told him if my visa not issued by embassy then what will remedy for me then he said that it is a different matter you have to pay the entire balance first. After that I called Mr. Himanshu and told him about this he immediately said I didn’t left the company, who told you that I said Mr. Mohd. Adil and I send all the mail of Mr. Adil to Mr. Himanshu he further added that Mr. Mohd. Adil is misguiding you I am still in Make My Trip. I got frustrated after hearing that and after that Mr. Himanshu said don’t pay until you didn’t get your visa once you get it you can pay to him because my department has changed and Mr. Adil is a official person. I said Mr. Adil has send me auto cancellation mail and gave me time till 8 pm. Then Mr. Himanshu said that sir I cant help you more. There was no option and I had paid all the remaining amount to Mr. Mohd. Adil and the total reached upto Rs. 6, 08, 958/-(Entire amount of our package).

                                      After few days the letter received from embassy to refusal for the visa. They remarked :
                                      *The information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not reliable.*

                                      Yasir said me about this rejection that he don't know why they have refused it but your file was ok and you can re-apply for visa, I checked everything again and I found that the Embassy desired more clarification about my visit. I immediately called Mr. Yasir and said that I told you several times to check all documents carefully especially covering letter and clearly told him to necessary required editing may be done at your level. But he didn’t change anything. On 15th July which was very close to proceed our tour on 24.07.2019 my visa again refused due to the same reason. Ultimately the tour programme was cancelled as there was no scope for hope.

                                      Sir it was not easy for my entire family to forget this bitter experience my wife is still in depression. Now my humble request is that our entire amount Rs. 6, 08, 958/- has to be refunded at the earliest because it is our hard money which was collected my father and our savings as well as got some loan from friends also.
                                      I am also requested that please instruct to your officials who are dealing with customers and spoiling your goodwill in market have to be well manners and try to understand customers difficulties with sympathies. Because customers are very unknown to visa formalities as they are coming on your trustable advertisement. Please take the strict action on your responsible staff for their negligence, misguiding and lack of communication.
                                      Hoping that you will consider my request and arrange to entire refund amount without delay.

                                        The mmt travel finance as promised by the company is not visible at the time of making payment.
                                        I have approved credit limit of mmt finance provided by capital float that can be used as a no cost emi option. However, when on the payment page for my hotel booking the mmt travel finance option is no longer visible.
                                        I have an available credit limit of 170000 which is displayed on the one screen of the app but is not available at the time of payment

                                        I want to reschedule my international flight. On the app you have provided a number to call. But when I call it either says the number does not exist or doesnt ring
