wont let me delete my account

I have been trying to delete my makemytrip india account forever now, but there is no option on their website to do this, which is SUPER annoying. please delete my account. Every time I go to customer service, it automatically loads to a page that says 'you have no bookings.' How is there no option to delete my account? do better, makemytrip india....

Booked flight from Jet Airways 9w0616 code NAYVRY from Make my trip, The flight got cancelled & further its' more than 45 days still didn't receive the amount. Complained several times but Make my trip has taken the amount in the name of flight booking and not refunding my amount. I need a full compensation against the mental harassment got through with make my trip & would request you to please help me out.

1. Charging 3 times on the credit card which should have been just once.
2. Two extra transactions done by MMT without any permission from the customer or without OTP.
3. Did not inform the customer about these two extra transactions and choose to remain silent.

refund of the credit delayed 2 months

My booking ID NF[protected] had a booking using MMT for Jet Airways. The flight operator cancels the trip and I had to pay EXTRA for booking it last minute through a different airline. Now i understand its not MMT's fault but whats with all the lying. MMT reps have been lying to me on every call that the refund has been initiated, however its been over 2 months that no credit has been received. I'M NOT RICH ENOUGH TO BEAR THIS AMOUNT ON...

Book my railway ticket from make my trip on 18th may 2019 and cancelled it on the same day at 11:26 pm.
According to the policy money should have been refunded within 3 to 12 working days.

I have booked a ticket of 9938/- from Ahmedabad to Delhi on 28 Apr from my BF EMI Card. But due to certain problem I have cancelled the ticket and the refund amount was 6363/- On 31 May I have got a message from BF that the Emi of 3371/- will be deducted from my account.
