cashback never processed to my axis bank account

Mmtwed (Cashback coupon) : inr 1250.0 has not been processed to my axis bank on thu, jan 31, '19 for my roundtrip travel from bangalore to delhi on 13th april. It would have been reflected in 3-5 working days.
Mmt customer support told me it is been processed long back on 31st jan 2019 but my axis bank clearly told me that they never got any such transaction reached their server.

We have used makemytrip app to book a hotel sterling resort, agra from 30.1.19 to 31.1.19 and processed the payment. After submitting otp on the payment option, makemytrip app shows `payment failure` room not booked and asked to try again`. When i push the button `try again` they again asked the otp from bank.
