Hello,
I had done a holiday package of dubai with mmt team, where the agent with which they had tied up for the trip was horrible, they had charged me for higher tickets and provided me general tickets. Car came for pickup for cruise party don't know which cruise is booked for us and put us on some other cruise.
Really pathetic.
Anyway, they had apologized and provided me a gift voucher of rs. 5, 000 which i can use it anywhere.
Later on, this january 2019 when i was trying to use the voucher code, it was saying coupon code invalid. I have connected to their support team they asked me to send the voucher email and screenshot of the error and said will get back to me in 24 hrs as there are some technical problem. After that they again replied will get back to me in 72 hrs and days passed no one replied since then.
Again i have called to the support team they said to email to some other email id's where i had forwarded the emails since then no one replied to my email.
This is how 3 months passed, no one replied back to me and my voucher got expired.
Today when i have called them they transferred the call from 1 department to another total 9 desk was transferred and every time i have to explain my concern from the very fast level really frustrating. And then the last person told as the voucher is expired they can't help me.
Whereas the voucher was valid when i was trying to book and contacted their customer support, they didn't reply for 3 months after sending so many emails, now it's my fault?
If the voucher code is not working, how can i use it if they don't solve the issue?
Looking for a solution for this.
