Hi,

My booking id: nn[protected] and there has been a change in the airline schedule and the timing of my flight has also been revised. Initially when i booked the ticket from delhi to amsterdam, my layover was for 6 hours but now after the revision my layover is only for 5 minutes in which i can't change terminals and board my connecting flight, so kindly suggest an alternate itinerary asap. I have already raised this issue with the customer care team but i am not getting any resolution. This is really annoying as you need to give me alternate options asap as i can't get it from the airlines directly.

I have been following up since the time i got to know about the change but i haven't received a resolution yet. Could you please look into this?

There is no any evidence of any flight in the text.

If the issue is raised somewhere, it is not seen for public at this site.

Nobody, exept military and security personnel of the government, has a duty to respond to unidentified text, which contains no element of public complaint related to civil aviation.

    I had booked bus from bangalore to shivamogha on 30 march night at 11:3 pm through makemytrip, i changed my mind and tried for trip cancellation at 11:5 pm with the link given but the link was showing error.. And i called customer care. Then one person picked the call and he started asking all details regarding the trip.... Later on he told he will refund me the amount.. Then he told me send me otp and all... Later on once i started to refuse, he started calling from different no and started asking for upi i'd and password also the account no. And once i got to know he was hacking my bank account... I didn't reply or receive the call... It was horrible situation... I have all the details and also call records. Pls take appropriate actions over the issue and pls refund me the amount. My trip id is nu[protected]

      I have booked hotel in Dalhousie for 4th April but due to sudden change of plan i replanned my trip for 25th April.You offered me to modify date at cost of ₹3000, I modified and got charged of ₹12000 so in total all i had to pay was ₹19000
      Is it a joke? why i pay my hard earned money in such a way. I didnt get support from customer care as well.I am seriously considering to lodge a formal complaint in consumer forum regarding this.

        I had cancelled my international trip on 21st march, 2019 owing to my mother's sudden cerebral stroke, hospitalization, subsequent surgery, prolonged ventilation, tracheostomy.

        Makemytrip owed me the refund amount of inr 27, 002 (Against the original amount i paid of inr 51, 000) in 12 hours. Till date (30th march, 2019, 4:01 pm) the refund amount has not been credited back to my account. Calling up makemytrip customer care i learnt that they processed the refund only on 29th march, 2019 (That is yesterday) and it will take 3 working days for the amount to reflect in my account. My e-ticket number is 235-[protected]-36 and my makemytrip booking id is nn[protected].

        While makemytrip was prompt to deduct a huge cancellation fee but does not bother to pay more than inr 1000 as a delay on their part for refund delay.

        At a time when i needed all sources of funds including the card i used for booking, this delay in refund is causing me severe grief and distress in my time of dire financial needs.

        Is this not absolute poor and pathetic and deficient service from makemytrip??? How can a company as big as this be absolved of any financial penalty for their deficiency in service?

        In order to conclude anything, the author is advisable to produce

        1. Primary Turkish airlines e-ticket, ending 36, or PNR along with makemytrip.com receipt .

        2. Text of the complaint regarding refund, if author had submitted it.

        3. Decision of operator of makemytrip.com (travel agent) or
        receipt of the bank in favour of passenger, which produces refund with all particulars,
        (subject to rules of Electronic Clearing Service of Reserve Bank of India)

        The doctor's evedence and other rules, upon the office of issunace of e-ticket,
        are applicable, if passenger declared a reason of refund:
        "mother's sudden cerebral stroke, hospitalization, subsequent surgery, prolonged ventilation, tracheostomy".

          Booked my flight tickets on mmt app for booking id nn[protected]. I had to reschedule my flight dates, however it's not happening on the app due to some bug. I've tweeted about the issue, but the responses are so delayed that the revised flight rates are also surging. Please resolve the bug or help me with a customer service executive to resolve this issue asap. I am unable to do anything here.

            Hotel address provided by mmt on ur site is 60km away from actual place. And the address u sent to us on whats app ia also wrong.. And i tried to contact u and no numbers were working and no numbers have been provided in the booking message.. Why do u promise to stay with customer and solve their problem in 1 hour when u have left 2 females in an unknown city with no contact and completely wrong address which was 2 hr journey from the place i booked.. U expect ppl to travel at 8pm alone? Please. Contact [protected] asap.

              I still haven't received my refund on to my credit card. It has been more than a month since i did the cancellation on 21st feb 2019. You havent even cared to inform me about this delay.

              You are advised to own:-
              - e-ticket with receipt and rules
              - the true reason of the refund
              - the text of the complaint and date of its submission to the travel agent.

              The air carrer or travel agent must reply to passenger in 15 days or in 30 days (in complecated cases).

              If you do not know the complaining procedure you can hire a lawyer or legal professinal for fee in order to bring the case to the dictrict court in India.

              Legal assistance start from 6000 rupees for such cases in India.

                1, 20, 000 looted, after visa rejection, amount is not refunded

                We have planned europe trip for 5 may 2019 group with family from make my trip. Our visa is rejected and our booking was under visa protection plan.
                That means if visa is rejected they will return booking amount rs 1, 20, 000
                But now they are making new rules and not giving any refund.
                I asked them to give alternate trip but they said that too not possible....

                I have booked one holiday (Singapore and bali) with makemytrip and had cancelled one ticket from singapore to new delhi and it was refunded by indigo on 7th dec'18 and refund amount was 10882 but mmt refunded me 4500 in feb and rest amount is still unpaid. I am following up from last 2 months on the same and daily they use to say that team is not responding or they are working on issue.

                2000 has been refunded for non pickup of Bali Trip(Nusa Penida).

                From cancelled ticket I got 4500 only and remaining amount of 6382 INR[protected] is still pending.

                  I booked an international flight in makemytrip.com with booking id: nn[protected] for 3 months duration for 2 people. I have selected apollo munich travel insurance during booking.

                  After booking was confirmed, i never received any insurance policy document and on too much followup after 4 days, mmt came back with a policy for one person and that too was incorrect and was only for a month rather than a 3 month travel period....

                  I had tried booking flight through Makemytrip on 25th March 2019. The payment made was through amazon pay for Rs 2212 . In the first attempt the amount was deducted but the tickets weren't booked. I received a message from Makemytrip confirming that the amount was received by them and no further action has been taken since last 4 days. A standard refund time of 24 hrs to 5 days is expected.

                  Additionally the so claimed 24*7 chat support doesn't work, pathetic service and delayed response also have no curtesy or patience. Doesn't have any fixed time to communicate and expect us to be available 24*7 the request was closed within 5 mins of no response. No other means to get in touch or communicate with them. Highly disappointed

                  A timely refund of Rs 2212 expected, Ref No : NF[protected]C2, Date : 25th March 2019.

                  For any delay should also be compensated to all the customers for the inconvenience caused.

                    I have booked hotel Rock Regency in Mount Abu with booking ID NH[protected]. Check in date was 24.03.2019. As i need to leave early to Ahmedabad, we woke up early at 5.30 AM. But hot water was not available in hotel. When i asked the reception for hot water, he informed me that hot water will be available after 6.45 AM only. Generally all hill station are cold, so 24x7 hot water required. So we 7 people departed without bath and checked out at 6 AM on 25th morning.

                    At 6 AM, i did not feel to call MMT customer care. So I called MMT castomer care at 12.22 PM for registering the complain regarding the problem. At that time one madam was online and she informed me that she will call me before evening. But i did not received any reply from MMT.

                    I waited up to 26th evening. Then on 27th morning at 06.08 AM, i have again called to MMT and talked with supervisor. He informed me that i will call you by today.

                    Then after i have not received any reply.

                    Again at 9.18 PM, i called to MMT and they told me that we can provide future travel voucher of Rs 1000.

                    Because i am not satisfied with 3rd class services of MMT, not getting resolution after more than 72 hours of complain, now i am registering this complain on consumer forum.

                    MMT is unable to resolve customers issue and doing cheating with customers.

                    It is necessary to take strict actions again MMT

                      Sir good evening. On 23rd night we reserved two sleeper berths from vijayawada to visakhapatnam for 10:50pm service. On kmbt travels. But service is cancelled. No information about cancellation.. At around 10:36 pm we got alert msg from the travels stating that come early to the boarding point. We waited there up to 1 clock during night time along with my wife. We struggled alot. We cancelled everything. We have lot of loss both money & mentally. The worth tickets is 1408 rupees. I reguest you refund the money before i take legal action against you. If required i can submit all the evidences. I used rbl credit card for transaction. Expecting the earliest response.

                            We have experienced a lot of wonderful tours outside india too with the help of makemytrip services like mauritius, singapore, dubai. Now we need your help & support to make our this tour of “bali, indonesia” good too which is having reference # nl[protected] booked for a period from 15th sep 2019 to 23rd sep 2019.

                            Here, escalation point is that same service provider i. E. Makemytrip is providing same services at different prices. The package (It is having roundtrip flights, hotel stay & a single sightseeing) which i have booked today on dated 24th mar 2019 costs me inr 55564 but when i am looking the individual rates for flights then that cost me inr 34498 (Pfa 1st snap fyr) & hotel stay cost for 7 nights is inr 5328 including taxes (Pfa 2nd snap fyr) which means makemytrip is charging me 16k extra for the same services for the same period. This i believe is totally unfair to not only with regular but with any customer as nobody looks for package for higher cost.

                                On 24th march 2019 i was just checking the airfare mumbai-bangalore-mumbai. My credit card details have been saved in makemytrip account for easy payment. For my surprise, while looking for the fare for the above mentioned sector, suddenly these tickets have been booked by automatically selecting my credit card and otp. An amount of rs.5349/- has been debited to my credit card account.

                                Automatically reading otp from the mobile is illegal.

                                I immediately called the customer care and registered a complaint about this. I was told that their it dept will look into this matter and i will get a call back within 24 hrs. But i have never got a call back. When i try to contact them now, i am getting a msg saying that their team is busy handing jet air customers and the line gets disconnected.

                                I request your help in getting refund of rs.5349/- to my account immediately.

                                In reference to your complained, we have checked and verified no tech issue as booking was made from saved cards which does not require CVV and OTP gets auto captured if customer don't cancel transaction within 5 seconds.

                                Please note for any cancellation fare rules would be applicable as mentioned on your E-ticket

                                Cancelling within 5 seconds is not at all possible since there is no option to cancel. The ticket got booked within 2 seconds. If I go the option and cancel immediately also cancellation charges will be applicable. I tried calling customer service which takes a lot of time to connect.

                                Auto reading OTP is not at all acceptable since it is illegal. OTP is meant for secured transaction.

                                You are once again requested to refund me the full amount.

                                Apart from this, I am getting fraud calls everyday in the name of Makemytrip asking for my bank details for refund.

                                    Hello,
                                    I had done a holiday package of dubai with mmt team, where the agent with which they had tied up for the trip was horrible, they had charged me for higher tickets and provided me general tickets. Car came for pickup for cruise party don't know which cruise is booked for us and put us on some other cruise.

                                    Really pathetic.

                                    Anyway, they had apologized and provided me a gift voucher of rs. 5, 000 which i can use it anywhere.

                                    Later on, this january 2019 when i was trying to use the voucher code, it was saying coupon code invalid. I have connected to their support team they asked me to send the voucher email and screenshot of the error and said will get back to me in 24 hrs as there are some technical problem. After that they again replied will get back to me in 72 hrs and days passed no one replied since then.

                                    Again i have called to the support team they said to email to some other email id's where i had forwarded the emails since then no one replied to my email.

                                    This is how 3 months passed, no one replied back to me and my voucher got expired.

                                    Today when i have called them they transferred the call from 1 department to another total 9 desk was transferred and every time i have to explain my concern from the very fast level really frustrating. And then the last person told as the voucher is expired they can't help me.

                                    Whereas the voucher was valid when i was trying to book and contacted their customer support, they didn't reply for 3 months after sending so many emails, now it's my fault?

                                    If the voucher code is not working, how can i use it if they don't solve the issue?

                                    Looking for a solution for this.
