My trip to shimla and manali was completely ruined by mmt. Their service is very poor and they dont consider the complaints of the customer seriously. The trip was managed by their vendor who denied some of the important inclusions of our package but lied to mmt about it.
And its disappointing from mmt that they are not considering the complaints of their customer but is supporting vendor who is having a low morale.

I booked a package for 1.9l with makemytrip and paid an initial amount of 1.33l immediately. 2 days later i got a call from garima from makemytrip that this price was quoted erroneously and i will have to pay additional 20k to secure my booking. Make my trip is illegally playing with the government taxes and not providing the customers proper invoices for hotels and flight bookings.
They charge gst from the customers on hotel booking and then send the invoice without giving breakup of gst charged. The invoice mentions total charges collected on behalf of hotel. No tax breakup is provided.
