Make my trip is harassing me as follows :
1. Earlier i have booked shakun hotel and resorts from 29.12.2018 to 01.01, 2019 and paid rs. 32, 063.00. |on inquiry from said hotel it was intimated that the hotel is closed. It is not understood how the said hotel was booked? And invoice was send for rs.10, 975.00, (Copy enclosed).
2. Same was informed to and shakun hotel & resorts was booked for rs, 10975 in lieu of that, and only rs. 6, 600.00 was refunded in place of 21, 088.00 (32, 063.00 - 10, 975.00). As per their guidance i have cancelled that hotel on line. On inquiry, it was intimated that the shakun hotel & resorts booking was not cancelled as such no refund will be made. The matter was referred to you and only 10, 000.00 was again refunded without and details.
3. Again i have booked trip to rajasthan from 23.03.2019 to 30.03.2019, against booking id nl[protected], dt. 10.01.2019, and invoice as net package price rs. 38, 399.00 was received after payment of rs. 10, 000.00. As per payment schedule. I have requested to amend/prep on my journey to rajasthan trip to 19.03.2019 from 23.03.2019. Same was agreed and intimated that the hotel paradise, jaipur is unable to prep on the date, the same was cancelled and rs. 6, 500.00 will be adjusted from the last/balance payment of rs. 19, 199.00. I have booked hotel arco, jaipur and paid 6, 199.00 from 19.03.2019 t021.03.2019 as intimated, i have paid rs.9, 199.00 as second installment on 02.02.2019 (Due date 13 feb 2019). After long request to send the fresh payment schedule, mmt has send fresh invoice by changeing the amount and asking me to pay about 54, 00.00 in place of rs.19, 199 - 6, 500 = 12, 699.00 (Copy enclosed). The reason best known to them. I have requested many time to review, but till date nothing has been done. This is that mmt is delaying intensely to grab my first installment by cancelling my trip. I have requested many time to intimate, for taking early action to continue or not. This is a clear case of harrasement and cheating by mmt. Thanks

We are sorry to read about the issue. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused and delay in response.
Further, in reference to your first complaint regarding your hotel booking, we have found that the hotel was closed however, the did not close their inventory due to which the hotel got booked at our end. Also, as checked, our team has provided the alternate hotel and post your consent have processed refund of Inr 6160 & 10000/- along with a future travel voucher worth Inr 5000/-.
Regarding the other issue with your package booking, there was a change of date due to which there was a change in total payable amount. Please be advised no incorrect amount was charged from our end.
It is unfortunate to note that your recent experience with us has not been up to your satisfaction.
