I had booked a trip from bangalore to dubai from 27th dec thru 2nd january for 4 passengers (2 adt and 2 chd age 5 and 11), despite the booking for 4 passengers we were provided only a double bed and no extra bed for the child. When we checked with the hotel they wanted us to pay 300 aed for extra bed as mmt had not requested for it. This is something so basic for a family that we would have expected the travel agent to take care of this....

I had a holiday package booking with make my trip (Booking id - nl[protected] and on request of break up of the travel charges for lta submission, the company is refusing to provide the same. my cash transfer to bank

I had made a cancellation for a cab which i had booked on make my trip. I got the refund which was added to the my cash section of my wallet on mmt. I do not see an option to transfer this amount back to my bank. When i call the customer service, there is no information on this. I had booked tickets and travel insurance from mmt on 10 dec 2018. Received insurance copy with incorrect details. I requested them to make corrections and send copy again. heavy amount charged for hotel booking

We booked the byke old anchor hotel goa from mmt website for rs 47000 from 25th dec to 29th dec.
But later we got to know that the hotel itself is offering a package of 30000 rs for the same dates.
We tried to cancel the booking through mmt.. But it showed that booking cannot be cancelled.
It has costed us rs 15000 more.
Kindly refund rs 15000..
More to it no other benefit of sight seeing and pick up drop...
