We have taken holiday booking package, they charged more and not giving splitwise invoice, and not at all giving response for the bad hotels given, and during trip 1 day they did not take us to the hotel due to ice, and we paid 2000rs extra and they are not giving that amount also, when we called no proper response from them, flight tickets invoices also they are not giving for tax submission. For room heaters and all we paid extra. And their package is costing 25 percent extra more. Please help us, followedup with so many mails but no response from them
