Make my trip is cheating customers
I booked my return ticket from mumbai to kolkata for the dates 28.12.2018 (E-ticket no. 589-[protected]) and 30.12.2018 (E-ticket 589-[protected]) through make my trip. However by mistake instead of booking return on 30.12.2018, the return date was chosen 30.01.2019.

Now when i try to change the dates, first of all the system is not allowing change dates of one way, secondly the date...

wrong travel date booked-bug in mmt app

There is a bug in the app which i reported months earlier to mmt but no action taken.

Today (4/12/2018) i booked flight for jan 06 2019, indigo from singapore to chennai but the booking was done for jan 05 2019. I realized it is the same bug that i reported earlier after making my payment. I raised a complaint within the app and also called live hotline to explain and they asked to email the screenshot. I emailed but no response...

complaint about make my trip

I am user of mmt on frequent basis... But this time mmt disappointed me... I book hotel in ujjain for 6000, but the hotel was too bad after i visited there.. I didnt checked inn... And after that i ask mmt for refund.. So they said its not possible... From now i will not use mmt... And will see to other sites like go ibibo and booking.com
... Mmt disappointed me...

flight prepone timing - not informed properly

Spice jet changed preponed my flight on dec 4, 2018 5.50 am. I was not properly informed on the same. When we reached the boarding point 45m mins before departure, they said, boarding closed. I requested to accomodate in their flight / other options, but asked to book another flight of 2 times the cost.

This is really bad on the airline part and i booked thru makemytrip.com. They also dint inform.

I've booked a flight ticket through make my trip. Money got deducted but never got confirmation. I've tried contacting them but didn't get a proper response. I've mailed them with the bank account statement. The email i got return was the auto-response email. They chose to ignore my complaint. Their customer care center is one of the worst i've ever experienced....

2 days before check in, my wife got diagnosed with dengue who was suppose to travel with me.
We contacted makemytrip customer care, where the advisor (Sujata) advised that they can cancel the bookings and as per mmt policy on medical issue refund can be made, we just need to share medical documents.

Hi Team,

I have requested makemytrip invoice dept to issue me my invoice of Rs. 12031 for flight from Delhi to Hyderabad dated 23rd Nov 2018.
I made this request on 22nd Nov 2018 and it was supposed to get accomplished latest by 24th Nov 2018. However, it has not happened.

Further, even after continuous requests on customer care and follow-ups, I did not receive the invoice yet.
Wrong commitment...

delete account permanently

I accidentally created an account in make my trip with another email id. Now i can't access my first account. There's no option in your site to delete account permanently which is really weird and annoying. My registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Kindly delete this account linked to mmt permanently. Or i might consider registering with another travel site for better service than mmt. This is the second time i'm submitting a complaint....

As there was delay in flight ai-908 (Mct-maa) for 1 hours 20 minutes on 8th november 2018

Unable to fly on ai9557 (Maa - trz) on 9th november at 0545 hrs.

On the same day i booked on domestic flight indigo (6e 7145 maa to trz) and they charged rs.4600 for the ticket and additionally i paid rs.6000 for additional baggage of 15 kgs (Per kg 400rs). Totally i paid rs. 10, 600.

I tried to book a flight kolkata to delhi for march 2nd 2018 via flipkart app as it has a partnership with make my trip. But they deducted money without bookong tickets. The money deducted was 6576 from state bank of india on 24th nov 2018. I want my money back. I made net banking payment, but i was not redirected back to the booking page where i am supposed to get my tickets.

The amount is deducted from my bank account whereas i haven't received any ticket.

I tried to contact makemytrip customer care but did not find any option regarding this issue.

misleading hotel booking

I booked hotel in goa in 9th october : but when i visited there there was no such hotel existed as mentioned on mmt. Even the location was wrong that was sent by mmt : i cancelled the booking after two hours as for two hours i was searching for the hotel. The people around told that there is no such hotel exist around. Now mmt is denying to refund my amount. It's completely harassment that with two families and kids after driving for 18 hours...

I had booked wrong date for my return so i asked to customer care for change my date and she told me if i get full refund from airline company, make my trip do same and give me full refund but one condition is that i have to book ticket with same passangers and same details. She told me that i will get rs.4208 refund when i asked her. I do exactly same what she told then after another booking when i call again in customer care another guy...
