I had made a complaint against the booking id of international hotel vide booking no. Nh[protected]. Its been over 6 month. The team had offered me rs. 21000 compensation too which i had refused as that was not desired and it was complete refund to come and surprisingly my complaint was removed from the website of mmt how come...??? In the name of seniors the agent only speaks who even doesnt know how to speak. Recently i had a connect with shristhi and on long waiting for about 30 min got transfer to rija sarkar who never picked up the call.. Guess that you are waiting for the transfer of call for 30 min and then when call get transfer no one picks??? I had also tried reaching the number of management team member but no response. While i am writing this complaint i am speaking to the new agent now and she say she doesn't have a resolution and i asked that i want to speak to head customer care so she say there is no senior on the floor and there is no head customer care. I also want to highlight that mmt always come back and say that they call back and number is not reachable or they cant find the complaint in system, i would want them to also answer this how this is possible???

    I booked flight from mumbai to tvm and back through make my trip on 11 feb 2019 and the ticket has not confirmed so told that amount would reflect in 72 hrs. By 20 feb i checked and raised issue with no.[protected]. The concerned person told he has initiated the amount back and would reflect in 3 working days. After 4 working days told i contacted then they are saying will check still no update. Kindly let me know how i need to escalate. The payment was done by credit card.

      For booking ID NN[protected], I booked an International ticket today for my daughter after entering her name, DOB. But the booking details showed my name as the passenger. I called customer care number immediately . However, the executives were not helpful at all. The first person kept saying there is a system down issue and disconnected the phone rudely. No resolution offered by the second person as well. I have been trying to get some help since the last two hours and get the error made by MakeMyTrip corrected.

        Booking id : nf [protected].
        Email sending me the e ticket has yet not been sent on the email address. The ticket was shown in make my trip account and customer chat prompted that there is no ticket booked. The sms of the booking was belatedly sent at 15:56 hrs i. E. 26 mins after the flight had departed. I had to make alternate arrangements. And also the e mail attaching the e-ticket has not been received yet (I. E. 16:54 hrs) after the flight has landed at its location.in view of these lapses and deficiencies on your part please refund the money charged for the said transaction immediately.

          I made booking from coimbatore to hyderabad flight successfully and after few days i got a message saying that particular flight was cancelled by airindia. I immediately called airindia, due to exemplary i made changes to fight which was not suitable for me. And at that time i made a request of refund with compensation but he denied to give so i straight away called makemytrip guy and asked him compensation. As whenever customer cancels the booking that he made he'll be incurred with some charges likewise whenever cancellation is done at airindia or makemytrip due to any situations they've to provide the compensation for sure, i feel the reciprocation of incurring charges should be done on either side when cancellation is going to happen either from any party. To be simplistic when customer cancels booking how charges are incurred on him, in the similar way any airline or makemytrip should provide compensation when they're cancelling

            I have booked 4 tickets from delhi to usa (Roundtrip) on 22 feb at 1:11 pm and the amount of inr 284, 804.00 has been deducted from american express bank account.

            I have not received any booking id and ticket conformation from your end. The amount has not been refunded yet. Please refund my money back so that i can book my tickets again.

            Please share the status of my booking. Your support calll center doesn’t pick the call. Very bad service.

              Today i booked flight ticket frm hyderabad to aurangabad. On that ticket they mentioned the departure time 4:10pm but when i reached airport at 3pm the flight was departed. When i asked the truejet officials they informed me that the actual flight time was 3pm so make my trip has cheated by wrong time print i m attaching the invoice copy of the ticket.

                I made booking (Spicejet booking pnr b6wiyf: 17 feb 2019 hyderabad-mumbai). Due to personal reasons, i could not travel. Later, the refund was processed by the airline to make mytrip, the agency through which ticket was booked.

                Now i mailed, contacted through chat & customer care, but no support was obtained to get my refund back

                Request you to kindly consider the case to make the refund back.

                  We have taken holiday booking package, they charged more and not giving splitwise invoice, and not at all giving response for the bad hotels given, and during trip 1 day they did not take us to the hotel due to ice, and we paid 2000rs extra and they are not giving that amount also, when we called no proper response from them, flight tickets invoices also they are not giving for tax submission. For room heaters and all we paid extra. And their package is costing 25 percent extra more. Please help us, followedup with so many mails but no response from them

                    I have booked a round trip for Prof. Sayed Abdul Muneem from Delhi to Guwahati in Air India flight AI-889 for march 12 and return ticket from Guwahati to Delhi by AI-892 from Guwahati to Delhi. I received the tickets to my email [protected]@gmail.com and also to my whatapp number [protected]. The booking id is NF[protected]

                    There is no problem with the return ticket. But in the ticket from delhi to guwahati, destination is written as Imphal, instead of Guwahati. That creates problem for the traveller to get down at guwahati. Hence the destination has to be corrected and the ticket reissued.

                    I have been trying to contact Makemytrip through their toll free number, cell number, chat and email. But none of them are working. Hence making registering this complaint through you.

                      cancellation charges for hotel booking cancellation

                      I have been communicating with make my trip for several weeks now. They cancel trips after receiving payment, give me fake email addresses, keep me on hold for hours, do not respond to emails. Now they are refusing to delete my account unless i send my gov id. No where in their legal user agreement does it state i need to give my gov id to delete my account. When i ask for an address to send a legal notice, they refuse to give it. I will not rest until my account is deleted, and i will not give them any id as i believe they will misuse it. I cannot give a complaint number as the representatives on the phone refused to give me one. I have recorded all my phone calls with them for proof!

                          Iam job t shajan & iam from trivandrum. We had booked a hotel in chennai named clarion near us consulate, which is a 4 star hotel. We r 3 people in 1 room. U charged me around 5300rs per night

                          1. They just give me a mattress without a cot. What iam i supposed to do.. U want me to lie in the floor.
                          2. The bathroom is very untidy. How iam i supposed to take a bath in that.

                            I did 2 flight bookings on 19 feb, 2019. For both my bookings i paid by google pay. First transaction for both the booking was showing failed. So i did the payment again. But the amount was deducted twice from my account. It seems to be a bug in the app. Eventhough it shows the transaction is cancelled, the amount debited is not refunded back. And there is no way to raise a complaint of this seriousness. All the customer care portals show flight related automated services. The amount needs to be refunded back.

                              My trip to shimla and manali was completely ruined by mmt. Their service is very poor and they dont consider the complaints of the customer seriously. The trip was managed by their vendor who denied some of the important inclusions of our package but lied to mmt about it.
                              And its disappointing from mmt that they are not considering the complaints of their customer but is supporting vendor who is having a low morale.
                              Driver refused to go to hotel in shimla and we had to take a lift from some random people, hotel ppl didnt serve us dinner on arrival although that was included in package.
                              We were not even taken for sight seeing as per the itineary given to us.

                                I booked a package for 1.9l with makemytrip and paid an initial amount of 1.33l immediately. 2 days later i got a call from garima from makemytrip that this price was quoted erroneously and i will have to pay additional 20k to secure my booking. I declined to pay this and then her manager kanika arora from makemytrip called me and said that if i don’t pay the additional 20k my current booking will be cancelled and my entire paid amount of 1.33l will not be refunded. This is a complete harassment.

                                Thank you for replying after over 15 days.
                                I had already provided the the booking number with the earlier request - NL[protected].
                                I recently got a reply from MMT saying that I will be charged as per the initial quote. But my relationship manager still doesn't have any clue on my complete booking. I am waiting to hear from her for a week now.

                                Also, no one is updating on what action is being taken against the harassment which I had to go through during this booking, with no fault of mine. I still wait for an update on it.

                                  This is a story of two people who wanted to visit Singapore.
                                  We planned this trip for my boyfriend’s birthday. Visiting Singapore Zoo and SEA have been on his bucket list since a long time and I would not miss any opportunity to visit Universal Studios, and thus, the idea of this trip was born. We saved up for a couple of months and were very eagerly looking forward to this trip.
                                  We made one mistake while planning this trip, which was choosing MakeMyTrip for our ticketing and visa needs. A mistake which was going to make us terribly regret, ever considering, going on this trip.

                                  Here’s a review of my recent harrowing, experience with MakeMyTrip:

                                  Firstly, MakeMyTrip claims to provide visa services but does not have the following:
                                  An area in their website where you can avail or track the said service (It’s app only for some reason)
                                  A toll free number/extension or email id for visa services
                                  Any specific information which you can go through before you avail the service (It’s a pay first and worry about it after policy!)

                                  First, you pay for the service, which I did and applied for a tourist visa for Singapore, and also uploaded scanned copies of several documents. Then, “someone” is supposed to get in touch with us to take this process further. When? I didn’t know. What happens if you miss the call? Are we supposed to sit by our phone all day?
                                  After missing the call, the first time, we received an email from them asking for a list of documents and in the email a phone number was finally revealed to us which was a toll free number. This number had an average wait time of 20 minutes (per try) and someone would pick up after your 4th or 5th try, if you are lucky.

                                  After multiple conversations, a final list of documents was agreed upon which we couriered to them promptly. We were asked to file for Visa separately as we are not related, which is understandable and provide a set of documents each which we did very meticulously providing them with labels and copies, in a futile attempt to make things easier.

                                  But then (after receiving our original set of documents), they asked for a series of additional documents which were never mentioned before.
                                  According to their visa team as I am a “single lady” travelling to Singapore as a tourist, with my boyfriend, I need to give them the following documents from my Father:
                                  A no objection certificate
                                  Employment proof
                                  Financial documents
                                  A govt id proof

                                  I have a few questions for their team:

                                  Why are this documents needed? I am a 28 year old, adult.
                                  Why was this not mentioned before?
                                  Why is there no mention of this in the Singapore embassy website? Or anywhere else on the internet?

                                  Their attitude in this process was so callous, that I had no faith left in them, and could not believe that even after providing said documents, I would be able to travel to Singapore. Honestly, at this point of time it seemed like it was easier to just bring my father along, on my trip.

                                  My question to MakeMyTrip is, if this is genuinely the case with Singapore tourist visa, why wasn’t I informed before? Do your agents lack this knowledge or is it a standard practice to harass your customers after they are stuck having paid for the service and sending original documents ?

                                  And in all of the above steps, for every, single, thing, we had to email them multiple times and wait for the call to connect for hours. Even for a basic thing like acknowledging the receipt of our courier (which had our original passports) they took 2 business days. (After bluedart confirmed that it had been delivered).

                                  Now let me reveal the worst part. We were dealing with an agent named Kamini Bhasin who left no stone unturned in harassing us throughout this process. We were continuously “judged” by her and asked questions like: Why am I unmarried and not living with my father? How come we both have the same residential address? Why are we traveling together? Are we related by blood? And so on.

                                  How is it any of your business? In which century do you live? Is this your hobby?
                                  Does your job description involve helping your customers or harassing them?
                                  You did an excellent job of trying to strip my identity. According to this lady, “I” do not matter. My documents do not suffice. I either need my father or to be married so that my “husband” can take my “responsibility”.

                                  Even when we tried to cancel this service and decided not to go ahead with MakeMyTrip we had to follow up with multiple calls and emails. Finally, we got in touch with a different agent who promptly did this for us and returned our original documents.

                                  Dear MakeMyTrip, me and my family have been loyal customers of yours since 2009 and I can assure you that this was the last time any o[censored]s would ever use any service provided by you. You made me go through all of this, face severe harassment and anxiety for weeks and made me feel helpless at the same time since my original documents were stuck with you and as mentioned before there was no proper phone number or email id to even get in touch with you.

                                  Take action on this now, otherwise I can assure you that you will be losing many more customers very soon.

                                      I booked cab through mmt from cochin to alappuzha (Karela) on 26th dec 2018. Booking id : nc[protected].

                                      I made a call to the driver 1.5 hour before the journey. The number was busy. I just called him number of times after frequent intervals. He didn't pickup any of my call. Most of the time his mobile was busy. I shared my location to his whatsapp, he saw that but no response. Some times he cut the call. I could'n believe this kind of attitude from a service provider like mmt.

                                      My family booked a combined boathouse at alappy. So, we wanted to reach on-time and make our attendance (Other families cannot wait for us).

                                      I shared him my address, google location, also map image. He ignored everything. Not even a single response (Though he was watching all messages i shared him through whatsapp).

                                      He made huge trouble for my family including my 2 kids. Finally we couldn't able to reach the boathouse, and lost money. After huge frustration and disappointments we asked him (Also mailed mmt) to cancel the trip. He did that immediately.

                                      If he is not willing to travel then he should have informed us in advance. This is unprofessional. This is my last travel booking with mmt, i don't want anymore travel booking with mmt cabs and with these kind of ridiculous/responsible drivers.

                                      Note : the amount i've paid for the trip is not yet returned to my account.
