Hi,
This is in regards to the air india flight cancelled from mumbai to hyderabad on march 14. I had been following up with make my trip customer service for the past 1 month and spoke to 4 different reps. However, in spite of reassuring them to get the credit back within 7 to 10 days and no follow up required from my end still i had been running around you guys.
Please let me know the resolution and further escalation process.
I am attaching the referenced documents.

    I have booked a flight with the pnr: tc2dqy for march 29th round trip, passenger name mr. Stephen kumar darbar, and cancelled the flight due to some family emergency, trying to reach mmt no of times but no response

    When i contacted indigo airlines they have mentioned the money is been refunded on the same day of cancellation which is[protected]

    Why the mmt is taking so long to refund the money or you guys cheating the customers?

    I feel it is cheating and fraud shame for such a big travel company

    You people can change the name it as cheat your trip

      Dear mmt please provide me customer care number or email for mmt travel finance that i have activated for credit limit inr-200, 000.00 and inr-5.00 was debited from my account to mmt account after set up repayment method.
      Note - before starting any new business please set-up first customer care number or email.
      We are facing too much difficulties to contact you.
      Or may be you mmt dont want to provide details intentionally to harass people.

        The reference of booking id is nl[protected].

        We had submitted 8 passports for the singapore visa application, through your site, make my trip on dt:[protected] through dtdc courier.
        We received only 7 passports today by courier. We did not receive vangapalli laxman rao's passport.
        After noticing that the passport was missing i called mr amos (M): [protected] around 1:30 and date :[protected] and he was not attending our call so we called ms. Sumeda and informed about it.

        People from visa team are not responding to calls and it's been pathetic experience with the visa concerned authorities after many calls to your team we got a call from mr. Amos around 4;40pm and he took in conference call with mr. Edward lobo and he told us sorry we are searching... And simply asking us to apply for the new passport and saying that they have done only a little mistake.

        I am surprised to hear reply that he accepted the misplacement and they felt sorry for misplacing but considered it to be a small mistake.

        Since the date of travel is tomorrow 24th april you should help us in arranging our passport because this is a family trip and we cannot even leave a single person alone.
        My sincere request is to please make sure to get our passport immediately and ensure our trip goes smoothly. Make my trip has to take full responsibility for this and has to take all steps in order to trace the passport. All the actions have to be taken as soon as possible since we need to travel tomorrow night.in case the passport is not returned, then the whole package charges for 8 people to singapore has to be refunded by you all. Other expenses incurred also should be refunded. If we don’t get our passport as expected we will have to take further action legally for negligence made by you and spoiling our vacation which we planned along with our children. I am sorry to say this but you guys are playing with the customers emotions.

        Monika, mousin and amos from visa team where contacted continuously but did not attend the calls but later when contacted from other number they responded.

        We paid total amount of rs. 9, 60, 000/- (Nine lakhs sixty thousand only) as our trip package costs as per the terms and conditions of make my trip.

          Address: House number 711 sector 7, 24 cross , 7 main HSR layout, 560102

          There are 2 passengers flying from blr to edmonton on return trip. However klm flight operated by jet airways has has got cancelled for the sector of amsterdam to blr. One seat for pnr - pttkyi has been rerouted via yyz-cdg-blr however the second pnr has still not been confirmed - px3lj9. They are mother and daughter flying together and it has taken forever for the team to come back with solution.

          It is quite frustrating for us to keep waiting for the staff to revert and it is almost a week with no resolution.
          Please help!! Else i insist on going to social media to inform of the poor service make my strip has provided to us.

              Make my trip has offer me a MMT travel finance of INR-200000.00 through capital float. I have uploaded the required document and also fixed the appointment to collect the documents, but 2 days already passed nobody come for collecting the document. on my mobile it was showing "Set Up Repayment" after set up payment method they deduct Rs-5.00 from my account and they didn't refund yet.
              Please refund the amount and cancel MMT finance for me, Now i know that MMT wants to collect money from citizens to run the company.
              Refund asap.

                Hello,

                This is regarding refund for the return flight tickets cancelled due to flight cancellation by jet airways. I have booked 3 flights tickets from chennai to paris for my mother in law, sister in law and her husband.

                All of them traveled from chennai to paris on 30-mar-2019 without any problem.

                Plan was that, my sister in law and her husband to travel back from paris to chennai on 13-apr-2019, and my mother in law to return back by 17-may-2019

                On 11 apr-2019, we got intimations from jet-airways that both return flights are cancelled, and we'll be eligible for full refund because flight was cancelled by airlines itself. And, we were asked to be in touch with makemytrip for the refund.

                When i contacted makemytrip, they mentioned following
                Booking id nn[protected] :
                Total fare: inr 80125, refund amount: inr 38087, % of refund: 48% of total fare
                Booking id: nn[protected]
                Total fare: inr 48955, refund amount: inr 6825, % of refund: 14% of total fare

                As per my understanding, for the booking id nn[protected], refund amount is not justifiable. When i contacted makemytrip manager mr. Arindam chanda, he and his team is not giving me clear justification why refund amount is very less when compared to the nn[protected].

                Below comments provided by him is not justifiable :
                "for a round-trip pricing that is done for a single pnr, onward journey always has a higher value than the return journey price. Pricing and fare is always dynamic in nature."

                I hereby ask makemytrip to check this topic on priority and do the needful for the full refund of return flight tickets.

                Note: as both jetairways and makemytrip did not arrange for alternative flight booking for the return flight, we booked ourself tickets in other airlines for the much higher money.

                You misunderstood the complaing procedure.
                If you want money in full or higher anmount of the refund, than already had been effected in your account, for the cancelled flight
                you can not ask the same act from the same responder (travel agent).

                It is usless to ask the review the decision more than 1 time always
                before the same authority also.

                Booked a flight from Pune to delhi, Booking ID - NF[protected]. I applied coupon MMTPAY for my first paypal transaction for this account, i didnt receive the cashback yet.
                Hi, I have booked my international flight tickets departure from BOM -MCT which shows luggage checkin weight as N.A .
                What does it actually mean ?.Why luggage is not included in this flight.

                  I made a booking for a trip which is planned on[protected].
                  Which was costing rs.56000. Where as they called and said jet flights cancelled need to make extra payment and we were okay and made the same. Then we made extra rs.13600. Again they called and said after a week that this flight also cancelled. Need additional amount to be paid we said.. Sorry we cannot make.. Try for alternative then they said no alternative. Then we asked for a refund of amount we will make arrangement for travel and go a head.. We were okay that price increasing still we wanted the refund to book a train.. Now they said they will do refund of amount to out bajaj finace card which we asked on credit card for which they say nooo. And we said no this much inconvenience is not acceptable. We cannot enjoy a holiday with this much of price losses and we request full refund..

                  Nobody must examine and nobody has aduty to reply to
                  such complaint on merits, because nobody sees any relevant document:
                  PNR, booking in fill or ticket in full
                  invoice, receipt in full,
                  extract of the bank statement

                  in higlly visble format.

                    Hello buddys,
                    I want to draw attention to my dear siblings towards my post and appeal to all of you full support.

                    I booked flights tickets from amritsar to jaipur for my family and i was paid ₹ 16830 which information is as below.
                    Booking id - nf[protected]
                    Base fare: inr 2793 * 5
                    Tax: inr 140 * 5
                    Total: inr 14, 665
                    Convenience fee: inr 1395
                    Donation amount: inr 5
                    Insurance amount: inr 1245
                    Meal: inr 720
                    Total amount: inr 18, 030
                    Cash back availed: inr 1200
                    Actual amount paid: inr 16, 830

                    Due to some trasdery i have to cancelled my tickets and i cancelleed 50 hours ago from flight take off time. But i didnt get any refund from company side and they are charging ₹ 3000 per ticket. I paid 2793 and they are charged 300 rs extra from me.

                    Guys you all know that, this is not right way to deal with a valuable customer so i humble request you to all please help me to take my valuable money back.

                      I am very worried as jet airways has written me a mail (Attached) stating that all services of jet airways have been grounded.
                      I have purchased this ticket throughmakemytrip website and i expect that makemytrip will resolve my issue as they are my contact point and not jet airways.
                      Let me know the amount of full refund so that i can purchase other tickets immediately as the ticket prices have gone up.
                      I have realized in this process that makmytrip is not bothered about customer safety who have put the money in makemytrip brand to buy international flight tickets. I myself being a member of makemytrip for long time, is not happy with your way of surrendering and shrugging off the responsibility of safeguarding customer interest when the airline company grounds all flights.
                      Myself being away from india, expect minimum help from your company. Even the toll free number provided in germany does not work. This is really insane.

                        Sir, i won 7th april auction of knock knock istanbul package. Received sms on 10th april. I send information. But no one called. I have given complete personnel information passport no & all. They said thr will be a call from us to collect money. Istanbul rs 78629. I won the bid.                           I have reserved hotel in langkawi for 2 days.

                          Check-in date: 24/06/19
                          Check out date: 26/06/19

                          Booking no: nh[protected].

                          The payment was completed and received an invoice from make my trip.

                          Also received a booking confirmation email from makemytrip.

                          Now they are saying there was a technical error and the booking is picked up on wrong rates as because the system has generated wrong rates automatically.

                          I have planned everything according to that booking. If they cancel that i will have a loss.

                            1) my online bus booking on 21.4.2019 was with pnr-548486ne /nu [protected].
                            2) i was informed over phone by bus operator on 21.4.2019, early morning that police has seized their bus which was suppose to leave at 8:20am from ranchi. So bus timing has been pre poned to 7:40am.
                            3) even after reaching bus stand before time, it was noticed that as local police was hunting on buses, it was totally uncertain about departure of bus.
                            4) finally i had to cancel my urgent travel.
                            I would request you to kindly re found my ticket price. I would suggest never ever book on line ticket for bus in ranchi.

                              I am facing a booking issue regarding my flight from delhi to goa everything goes smooth but in the last when i enter my otp it gets failed. Please look after it as price are hiking everyday it will make the issue more complicated. I have to make other bookings through it as it is wonderful facility by make my trip i want make maximum out of it.

                                Hi my name is kailash and i have booked a ticket on behalf of kevla nand from sale team of makemytrip.com on 10th apr-19 but executive made some mistake and regarding the same i have checked with backend team. They update me from we will checked with airlines and get back with you asap.
                                Today morning i have made a call though my no [protected] to team and supervisor mr. Sriraj is there and he told me i will give you revert within 2 hours but right now 9.30 pm is already passed and i have made a call to team from 1.30 hours i am on hold nobody interest on resolve the problem. I have received the tat from turkish airline by tomorrow 1.55 pm.
                                Please let me know we will be take care regarding the same and when??? Why they are not resolving the problem.

                                1. You have not presented the ticket in full and have not stated the falt of the agent at this site.

                                2. All compalints have to be presented in written to the ticket issuer or to the air carrier.

                                If the complaint is not resolved by te agent according to your needs within 10 days or till the registartion is commnced,
                                you are entiteled on the refeund or on the compensation, depending upon all documents.

                                Phone number exists for the receipt of money, not for a refund.

                                3. If you know the basic rules, you can apply for the refund or fot the compensation by yourself.
                                if you do not know ther ules, you can hire the professional for charge, depending upon the primary relevant e-ticket / invoiucs/ reply,
                                which you have hiden from others at this site.

                                    Dear sir/mam,

                                    I win two tickets in make my trip knok knok contest which held on 7 th april 2019 for istanbul when i call to make my trip executive they said that they will arrange call back for the same and last 10 days i am calling for same issue and getting same reply. They are not interested to give tickets if they are not interested to give then why they run such type of contest and cheat innocent public requested you to kindly look in this matter on urgent basis

                                      When i booked a holiday to udaipur through mmt (Booking id-nl[protected] i thought this trip will end well but after that all hell broke loose. My whole trip had problems of plenty and was marred by irresponsible mmt representatives who refused to help me timely and sometimes spoke in nonchalant tones. I am thinking of filing a case through a legal firm but first wanted to raise the issue here. I represent a legal firm so i know my rights.
                                      Here is the list of various issue that i faced during the trip:
                                      1. I received a mail regarding the cancellation of my jet airways flight scheduled on 4/14/2019. I understand that jet airway flight cancellation wasn't in mmt's hands but since i had booked the holiday package it was expected of mmt to follow up with me and provide me an alternative flight options. At last when i had to call them, they referred it to another department and so forth and then one day a call came to me, i asked them for other options, and they promised to call me within 24 hours. They called me after 5 working days and quoted a higher price than what i could see on mmt app. Disappointed, i booked the flight myself and requested for refund. There was no respect for a customer's time.
                                      2. There was an activity included in the package 'high tea at fateh palace' that was cancelled and informed to me only 24 hours before the trip. Weren't they supposed to inform me well ahead of the tour so that i could plan my trip accordingly? Doesn't mmt have any responsibility and accountability? Disappointed, i had to accept a cancellation and requested for refund.
                                      3. It is a procedure (Also maintained in the mails from mmt) that the driver details have to be shared 24 hours before the trip starts. I got no communication/sms at all. Concerned, i called the helpline from delhi airport, they promised me to call back but no one called back. At udaipur airport i again called out of concern, the vendor was taken into conference and he was quite rude to me. It spoiled my mood before even the trip began.
                                      4. When i got no notification for a refund on 'high tea' activity i had to again call mmt helpline, the guy at the receiving end (Dipanshu was his name) showed his inability to understand and asked me to wait for just 10 mins to confirm things. I waited for around 40 minutes, but when no call came to me, i again called helpline and this guy dipanshu said they will initiate a refund. He also incorrectly told me that the some percentage of the refunded amount will go to mmt wallet. I tried to make him understand that since the jet airways flight cancellation refund has already been applied to my mmt wallet, the refund amount of the 'high tea' activity should not be going to my mmt wallet. This guy was adamant and after much persuasion agreed to my request. What seemed logical to me was illogical to this rep.

                                      All my trip mmt showed a complete lack of accountability, responsibility and ethical treatment of customers. When i should have been enjoying my trip, i was busy calling mmt helpline repeatedly and to no avail. This lack o[censored]nprofessional behavior is really in bad taste and shouldn't be tolerated.
                                      If i do not get a proper compensation and a justification of the entire turn of events, be rest assured i am going to drag mmt to the court!

                                      Also, i forgot to add that because of the delay on MMT's part while following up on flight bookings, i had to spend an extra amount of money to book te AIR india flight. If they had responded timely, i could have booked the flight at a lower price. They promised to call back within 24 hours and called after 5 days.

                                      And again, with their latest comment by MMT here, it has been proved that MMT has the worst Representatives. Where did I ask for jet airways refund? This proves that they don't even read carefully the concerns. This reply by them is an apt example of how inefficient they are.

                                        I had requested to initiate partial refund for jet airways on booking reference (Pnr) - iohssq, booking id: nn[protected]
                                        Please refund only the jet airways flight and keep air india tickets intact as it is a separate ticket. They sentan email asking me to contact on 1800 number wich says they are only helping pax in the next seven days. They respond on twitter or facebook by repeating the same message and saying thankyou etc.

                                        A refund takes 5 minutes and they are saying they need 7 days!!! Why???

                                        I smell deceit and inclination to cheat!!!

                                        Who can get in touch with to get my money back???

                                        I made a booking for my father and mother to travel jet airways from mumbai to london on 01 may 2019 (Booking id - nn[protected]
                                        . Jet has now cancelled all flight sand shut down temporarily.

                                        I have been trying to reach jet airways but there is no way i can reach them to make changes. Any telephone number i can call to get changes done.

                                        I think the regulators should look into this.

                                        1. Nobody has a duty to reply to purely unidentified, anonymous and indefinite complaints.
                                        The above public complaint does not show
                                        - author Ids
                                        - etickets and PNR,
                                        - amount, currency
                                        - the text of the complaint
                                        - reason of the refund, and rules related to quality of the complaint and the time of the refund.

                                        Such correspondence will lead to the lost of the chance on the refund / compensation.

                                        2. In order to get the compensation the pasenger can apply for it by yourself, if he knows the rules. If the passenger does not, and still want the compensation, the pasenger can hire a legal professional for the remuniration, starting from Rs6000, not less, for such types of claims related to 1 passngers in order to fill the law suit in the nearest court.

                                        3. The legal professional can explain, what you are entitled to, based on the documents,
                                        which are in the posession, and which are submitted by the pasenger,
                                        and can submit the claim to the district court.

                                        It is in the interest of the passenger to apply for the refund / the compensation as soon as possible, but not later than in 15 days folwing the notification on the flight cancllation
                                        and not later than in 360 days in all circumsatnmes.
