I had booked a holiday package through mmt nl[protected] to singapore from mumbai on 05.05.2019. I had been assigned a relationship officer ms. Deny davis. On 11.04.2019 i received a message from make my trip that my jet airways flight has been cancelled from mumbai to singapore and i need to claim the complete refund through mmt. On enquiring about the same through my relationship officer, till date i have not received a single response by when i will be provided either alternate flight options nor have i received the refund amount or any process to retrieve the refund amount.
An initial amount of inr 77000 has been taken from me and i am stuck with mmt now, neither i am able to cancel and get refund nor any alternate flight options is being given to me.
I have written several mails on customer helpline, called up the help line numbers but even after 04 days of cancellation of my flight make my trip has not updated anything.
This is my final try to get a response from makemytrip after which i shall need to approach the consumer court to get the updates.

I want to delete my account from makemytrip but there is no option to delete. This is really disgusting as there always should be a choice

Good morning, I book my ticket from Chandigarh-Mumbai-Chandigarh. But my flight from mumbai to Delhi cancelled. My booking Id NF-[protected]. Whenever I try booking tickets on MMT the final price isn’t immediately known . Only at the last minute . Why ?
And they keep increasing the price after every enquiry for the same flight . Why ?

    Dear sir i hv book my bus ticket of saini travels from ahmedpur to amravati on 14/04/2019 and the dept. Time is 10:30 bt until 12:15am bus has not come and there is no contact from saini travels operator n because of my imp work i book cab n going to amravati with fair 8000 rs.
    Because of poor service i hv mentally harrased. Refund my ticket booking amount and cab fair amount otherwise i file a compliant in court. I m mentally so distrubed. I can't understand what to do i hv contact to costumer care for 4 times but they won't help me. I hv all detail which u want. Thank u

      We have booked a cab by make my trip from rishikesh to delhi on 13/04/19 for 14th april 2019 at scheduled 11 am. We have got otp and driver details at 2 hours before and requested him of he can come early and pick up us. But inspite coming early he came one hour and fifteen minutes late.
      Driver was not able the use the gps and he was very new. We started at 12.15pm and reached at 10pm to dwarka new delhi which was almost five hours late.
      Make my trip services are pathetic, drivers are not professional.

      I have 6000 MMT wallet money and I am not able to use it.

      Also I could not find any contact details option to complain about the same and find a solution.

        I have really frustrated from you guys about the mmt travel card i am trying to contact your customer care team for this no one is telling me anything. This is what you guys are doing with customers.

          This letter is with reference to the cancellation of the jet airways flight that was bound to fly from cochin to delhi on march 22nd 2019. The ticket was booked via your portal on february 8th. The flight was cancelled and rebooked twice. The jet airways office booked us into air india flight for the same day and the day before our journey, upon enquiry in the airport, we came to know about the cancellation of the flight.
          The jet airways officials requested me to do the online cancellation of the ticket first and then to write to your service wing about the full refund of the ticket charges. As per their advice i cancelled the ticket on 22nd march morning and i have been refunded an amount of rs.624/-. Since the issue of our not flying is solely due to the cancellation of their flight. The authorities had given me a sealed written receipt for full refund. I am hereby attaching the scanned copy of the receipt along with the mail.
          I thereby request you to kindly refund the full amount of the flight tickets.

            HI,
            I got a call from one person named Ajay saxena ([protected]) saying he is from Makemytrip and will refund my ticket fare 5, 520. He asked me to download phonepe and create upi and VPA num for kotak mahindra bank. I did it and gave my upi num to him. He called my and asked me to follow some instructions. now instead of creditting my money he has deducted 20, 520 from my account.

            when I called him no response from him. If he is reading this msg immideatly call me otherwise now I am going to police station.

            Please help on this. Makemytrip team please kindly help me on this.

            The above complaint that I gave regarding makemytrip. That person told me his name is Ajay sexna but while doing trasaction his name was coming NAVEEN KUMAR.

            Naveen immediately transfer my money back otherwise police will catch you very shortly.

            You are a fraud person and your mobile is now switched off.

            2. Your complaint is unclear and has lack of evidences, such as extracts from the bank account or of the merchant, related to ecah transaction.

            If you have the reference of the Kotak Mahindra bank account and,
            if you know your rights and
            you have the contract related to your account maintenace,
            you can request the refund from them.

              Worst experience in online flight booking with makemytrip. This site is utterly unprofessional, irresponsible and is cheating the customers. I had booked a flight ticket for kolkata to hubli. It is one stop journey. First trip is from kolkata to chennai with spicejet and second trip is from chennai to hubli with indigo airlines. Spicejet has cancelled the flight and offering me refund for trip of kolkata to chennai whereas there is no change in trip from chennai to hubli. I contacted with makemytrip for help but they simply denied any responsibility and asked me to bear the losses. My booking id is nf[protected].

I raised the complaint on 5 th April but your team didn't help me even after 21st April. Don't make excuses. You are the worst online booking service provider and your company is cheating the customers. Because of your site I had to bear huge losses and I missed important meeting even though I had paid full amount.
              MakeMyTrip, the flight was not cancelled in last minute. It was cancelled 2 weeks before the scheduled boarding date.                 I booked a cab vide nc[protected] for going to jaipur on 25.02.19 from make my trip.com (Mmt). Driver though little late was there. But his name, his phone no and his car no. Were different from the one we were given by mmt through sms. Car was very dirty, it was virtually stinking, and its tyres were flat. We still proceeded. On the way we had 3 punctures and in two cases tyre tubes were found unrepairable and new had to be put in. Of course i advanced the money. When jaipur was hardly 28 km away, its cng got exhausted. We took 8 hours to reach jaipur instead o[censored]sual 4. I still thank almighty that we were alive and safe otherwise mmt had put us in a virtual death trap.. We both are senior citizens (78 and 72 respectively) one can imagine how much we were tortured mentally and physically by this road trip to jaipur.
                On return i filed my complaint with mmt and asked for total refund. Company is dilly-dallying.

                  I booked a hotel on mmt yesterday and paid for it via my credit card but even after the transaction happened and the got a message from my bank that the amount has been deducted, there was no confirmation message from mmt for the booking. I contacted the hotel management and they too have gotten no confirmation regarding the booking. My money has been credited twice. Please look into the matter and refund my money.

                    I tried booking a round trip flight from bengaluru to lucknow yesterday. While the amount was deducted from my account, i received no confirmation/tickets/pnr for my booking.
                    The automated customer care services have been pretty ineffective in addressing my issue.
                    I tried sending an email on the [protected]@makemytrip.com but received an automated reply as well.
                    Kindly let me know if my money will be refunded or should i wait for the tickets. This would help me in making my further travel plans

                      On 11th april 2019 booked a go air flight ticket from chennai to pune which was scheduled to depart on 13th april 2019 at 21.10 hrs. The money was deducted but the ticket was not booked. No confirmation mail & no booking id was generated.
                      I am trying to contact mmt customer support but no use.
                      This 24x7 service chat with myra is also sending only same msg that our agents are bzy once they will be free will get back to you. It has been 12 hours now no reply from mmt.
                      The money deducted is inr 6963.0
                      Am waiting for the refund to be initiated.

                      1. Nobody has aduty to reply to anonymous or to indeffinite complaint (document).

                      2. The phone conversation, upon it is recorded, can not be a valid evidence of the fact of the complaint.

                      3. In all cases, related to the absence of the receipt of the e-ticket within 24 hours following the payment, which is aproved by the bank or by the mechant (authorized agent of the bank),
                      the pasenger can call to the operator of the site, where he or she had attempted to buy the e-ticket .

                      3. The passenger must remind and to submit to the operator the follwoing:-

                      - the statemnmet "I have not receved e-ticket folwing my payment 24 hours ago",

                      - date of flight,

                      - flight number,

                      - surname (last) name of (any) passenger .

                      4. After the adjustment of e-mail address or the phone number, usually the agent can issue the ticket to the correct address within minutes.

                      If the procedure was not successed, the passenger can request refund (money back) from the bank, who had authorized the particular transaction within 30 days (or 12 months in all cases),
                      following the transaction related to the attempt to book PNR.

                          I have shared screenshot indicating transaction on website.

                          Pl ensure that i get my money returned to my account as i have to book ticket. It is an emergency!!

                            Pnr no ggyrvj, ticket of mrs lakhi barbhuiya cancelled by airlines problem, pls refund the amount. Today when i called on [protected] from my reliance jio no [protected] but it was engaged, after 2 minutes some one has called from his mobile no [protected] and he told that he is calling from makemytrip and asked me for the issue, when i told him regarding the refund, he send me a link and asked to go ahead. I filled up the form then an otp came, the fellow asked me the otp, i gave the otp, immediately 49, 900 deducted from my credit card. Pls take necessary legal action against the cheater. Also refund my amount, the credit card is blocked now. I shall give another account for refund when required

                              auto selection for insurance coverage

                              While booking flights on maymytrip portal, it is seen that the option of getting insurance coverage is already selected by booking portal. It is auto clicked already and customers while booking are not given any option to confirm for insurance coverage. So consumers don't remember to deselect the checkbox of insurance coverage and fee is charged for insurance also.
                              The autoclicked checkbox should be disabled by the company.

                              Good Day!!

                              Myself Hemant Rathi, booked the flight ticket from MAKEMYTRIP portal. Ticket was booked from NEW DELHI to AUCKLAND and return.

                              While the time of booking, on the MAKEMYTRIP portal, fare was showing refundable. Once the booking was made, I got the pdf of the ticket in whatsapp, and in that amount was showing as non-refundable. I raised the complaint with MakeMyTrip but havent got proper response from them. MMT people will call after 8 PM IST rather then in business hours. MakeMyTrip customer care is worst had seen till date. They will call on Sunday, and by chance if the call was not picked up, then they will close the case.

                              I want to cancel the ticket but MakeMyTrip is telling that refund will be of 2820 i.e 5 percent of the amount which i had paid.

                              My concern is why MakeMyTrip is making FOOL of customer. They should have written in portal that ticket is Partial-refundable rather then refundable. I am attaching the ticket and also the screenshot which I took while booking the ticket.

                              It is impossible to conclude regarding the validity and the outcome of the dispute completely,
                              following such indefinite text of the public complaint as
                              the passenger has not attached ALL RELEVANT DOCUMENTS to the complaint.

                              Such documents, in extract or in copy form, are:-

                              1. The advertised flight prior to payment ; the similar extract is attached .

                              2. Invoice (in full) of the operator of makemytrip.com, based on which the passenger effected the payment of the unknown amount, in .PDF and in full .

                              3. E-ticket for each passenger, in .PDF in full ;

                              4. Own complaint of passenger towards the operator of makemytrip.com, in full ;

                              5. The reply of the operator of makemytrip.com, in full, if given in 15 days ;

                              6. The extract of the bank regarding the primary effected amount and of the received amount, if the refund was effected by the operator of makemytrip.com .

                              Further, the passenger can claim the loss via the disctrict or the customers court.

                              The expected expenses can star from:-
                              - 100 or 2000 rupees for the filing of the claim before the customers or before the district court ;
                              - 6000 rupees for the assistance of the legal professional before the court,

                                Dear sir/ ma'am

                                We (I along with my wife) contacted makemytrip company for a tour package across european counties. They took advance money of 81 k from us wherein the total cost of the trip was told as 2.9 lakhs. We followed every instruction as given by them and they asked us to visit vfs delhi with necessary documents for visa processing. We visited delhi and applied for the same, submitted the documents and paid 14 k fees. Later on, we have been called again by vfs delhi to collect our passports by submitting the original receipt. We opened the envelope and found, our visa is refused. We contacted again mmt and they said, they could not guarantee of its approval and also they denied to refund any amount.

                                We are still sitting here, lost almost 1.1 lakhs in exchange of no service or good

                                  I was offered a travel finance limit of inr 2 lakhs by make my trip. I received a sms for submitting my kyc documents which i did. I received a call yesterday from mmt for kyc verification. The caller said will need to make a video call with me to verify documents. We agreed for a video call at 12: 30pm yesterday, but no one called back.

                                  I am unable to trace the caller's number in my phone's call log. I am concerned that i have submitted the documents on a fraudulent link and my personal information is at risk of identity theft.

                                  I have tried contacting two mmt customer care numbers. Both are out of service.

                                    I tried to book train tickets for journey starting from sirsa to delhi on 3-4-2019 through your app.
                                    Booking remained unsuccessful in two repeated efforts. Money o[censored]nsuccessfull bookings has not been refunded till 9th april 2019. The numbers o[censored]nsuccessful booking of the tickets are nr [protected] and nr [protected]. However the company promise to refund within 3 working days.
