I have been on holiday to thailand on booking reference nl[protected]. The hotel booked at bangkok was worst and no one cleaned the bathroom even after complaining about the condition to the mmt representative. Also we ended up wasting 3 hours at airport because the mmt representative did on arrive on time to the gate where we were supposed to be picked up. We demand refund of the bangkok hotel charges and penalty from mmt for their delay which spoiled our half day plan at bangkok. Being a short trip every hour was counted by us, due to their negligence we could not see 2 places which was part of our plan on day3 of our trip.

      On 26.12.2018 for my pearls of europe trip, i have paid an amount of rs. 56, 000 through hdfc credit card. When i got a message that the payment was failed, i made another payment for the same amount. But both the payments were debited from my account. Kindly verify and credit one amount to my account.

        Dear sir

        Please refer to my indigo flight booked against booking id: nf[protected] from bhubaneswar to delhi on 31st dec 2018.

        However the airlines didn't support nor changed or even responded, and entire fault of the airlines to provide me the service to change my flight from early monring to late afternoon flight. Therefore i missed the flight and came with air india flight at 1.50 pm from bhubaneshwar.

        This entire loss and because of no show, the airlines should refund my ticket value whatever possible, and hence this complaint

          I have booked a holiday trip to tirupati with vip darshan and afterthat pondicherry and all scheludes are scheduled as per special darshan slot with mmt booking id-nl[protected]. But due to not willing to book tickets for tirupati by make my trip team, we are facing many difficulties in normal darshan and missed whole 1 day of pondicherry due to late and other accommodation hired also by self arrangement i tirupati out of schedule.
          I am calling mmt team including my relationship officer neetu sharma for further help but no one responding properly.
          My holiday got worst and payment also goes to hell.
          I am trying many ways to get help and refund with mmt team but they are not responding properly.

            The author can not complaint anything because
            no piece of the document is produced:
            - each passenger full name
            - date and place of purchace
            - PNR or order number
            - e-ticket IN FULL which shows the conditions
            - the agent''s ful name / operator of the site, if any.

            So, such anonymous complaint has no grounds and has no reasons.

            You are advised to save
            - each e-ticket
            - each PNR with receipt;

            You can submit the exact complaint at the site of the service provider.
            The servcie provider can satisfy your claim, refuse to satisfy, within 15 days, if in India.
            It is usless to request the same subject matter more than 2 times from the same air carrier (example, gimme 10000 ruppes for the unidentified cancellation).

            The later solution (if no compensation received) is via local court only.
            The expected expences for legal civil matter can be:
            - government fees [ from 2500 ruppes total] + own efforts on the collection of ecah document,
            - legal fees for assistance of a lawyer or of legal professional [ from ~10000 rupees] + own efforts
            The fair court shall award all reasonable losses, moral compensation, paid fees by judgement.

                During first time booking it showed the booking was failed bu mone deducted, so i tried second time. But second time also the same thing happened and thus my money deductedd twice.
                I got a mail of confirmed booking with one booking id. So i am not getting any track of my second booking although my money has been deducted from my account.
                What should i do in this case? And how can i connect to any mmt representative?

                It is impossible to check such complaint as the author had not attched:
                any document confirming deducted from te account.

                The author is advised to address the complaint with exact request
                with the reference on the exact rnsaction for refund to the bank - the card issuer.
                Resaon: no prove of any reservation / service / receipt had receved by bank account user.
                The duty of the bank is to issue the decision on refund within 15 days follwoing your complaint, if in India.

                In 15-21 days, if no refund received, the solution is to start a civil case in a local court only.

                The expected expences for legal civil matter can be:
                - government fees [ from 200 or from 2000 ruppes ] + own efforts,
                - legal fees for assistance of a lawyer or of legal professional [ from ~8000 rupees] + own efforts

                  I had made a cancellation for a cab which i had booked on make my trip. I got the refund which was added to the my cash section of my wallet on mmt. I do not see an option to transfer this amount back to my bank. When i call the customer service, there is no information on this. Wouli would appreciate it if someone could give me any information on how to transfer this amount back to my bank.

                    I had booked tickets and travel insurance from mmt on 10 dec 2018. Received insurance copy with incorrect details. I requested them to make corrections and send copy again. They promised to send it within 48 hours. Did not receive insurance copy so requested to cancel as i was traveling next day and they agreed and confirmed refund process initiated. Now after 12 days and repeated followups they claim refund has not been processed as there is some mix-up between their accounts and insurance team.. They are trying to fleece me by giving ridiculous excuses. Request you to take this up with some responsible people in their top management as their customer service is pathetic and customer friendly.

                        We booked the byke old anchor hotel goa from mmt website for rs 47000 from 25th dec to 29th dec.
                        But later we got to know that the hotel itself is offering a package of 30000 rs for the same dates.
                        We tried to cancel the booking through mmt.. But it showed that booking cannot be cancelled.
                        It has costed us rs 15000 more.
                        Kindly refund rs 15000..
                        More to it no other benefit of sight seeing and pick up drop is given to us.

                          I booked the hotel reservation the marina phuket confirmation id nh[protected], i called within 3hours after the booking to cancel as i realized that my passport was expired and i realized that when i was booking my flight, i called mmt 5 times to make an exception due to valid reason and human mistake, all i heard they will get back to me in 48hours, they got back to me with the new which i already know that the hotel is non refundable which i am already aware of, should not take 48hours to tell me something which i already know, i was ready to send the copy of my expired passport however no further assistance was offer. I have no idea how come its a big brand when they cant even make such exception for a regular client. I am not sure if i am ever going to continue business with mmt. I am also working with travel industry when we face such issue we always 99% get waiver from consolidator or supplier for such genuine reason. I am also ready to try to get waiver from hotel/supplier if mmt unable to do so.

                            I made a cab round trip booking from makemytrip from sereniity resort, lonavala to kuber valley resort, mahabaleshwar with start time 9:30 a. M. On 25th dec, 2018 to end time 10. P. M. On 26th dec 2018.
                            Booking ref id: nc[protected]
                            After conforming my booking, i was shown in the makemytrip that i can retain the cab till 26, dec, 2018 11:59 pm and extra charge will apply only if i keep the cab afterward.
                            Once i gave the otp, i received 2 messages. One as a text message and one on whatsapp. Both of the messages did not match each other in terns of prices.in the messages, it was written that we can retain the cab till 26, dec, 2018 upto 10 a. M.
                            After seeing these messages, i contacted customer care of makemytrip but they were of no help and asked us to pay rs 1250 extra if i want to retain the cab till 26 dec 2019, 2200 hrs.
                            They said so quoting a point in terms and condition section of the invoice that they send us
                            But the invoice we received has no terms and conditions section. Once i informed the customer care executive about the same, he sent us another mail containing invoice which has terms and conditions.
                            Initially while booking fare details had a column stating that tolls and parking charges are covered in the total amount shown.
                            But now our driver is showing me a page which shows that tolls charges are not covered.
                            Makemytrip are making a lot of modifications on its own in our booking timings, mails and messages that they send us and terms and conditions provided both to us. I. E. Driver and me.

                            I want refund for the extra amount i have to pay and the mental harassment i am having to go through.

                                Make my trip has blocked my wallet with rs 17, 340. Completely unethical wallet policy. I have booked a hotel for 2 days by paying amount through two different modes - 1 gift card for 4, 000 and credit card for 5, 768. Then, i modified the booking for 1 day and got the money refunded in wallet. Unfortunately, i couldn’t go for the trip due to last minute official work and cancelled the entire trip and got entire refund in wallet including the gift card money. Thereafter i planned for multiple vacations but didn’t went through makemytrip as they were charging very high rates (Even after getting the 4, 000 as wallet bonus) and i went through goibibo as they were charging comparatively less by offering 40% cashback on hsbc credit cards. Now, they are not allowing me to use my wallet money (Which primarily includes payment through credit card) even on their site stating invalid use of gift card. How can they block my money without being heard. The wallet must be covered under rbi guidelines as they are keeping some other’s money in their account restrcting the usage of wallet by their own choice. I left the money in the wallet thinking that i can use it anytime later. I have spent lakhs of rupees through makemytrip and i would misuse their wallet merely for 4, 000 rupees by adding my own 13, 000 rupees. They don’t understand the difference between misuse and technical error. Earlier, i was planning to get the money utilized through makemytrip only by adding much more money but now i refund the entire money in bank account. I will make my plea to consumer court and banking ombudsman to get the hard earned money back.

                                  I want make my trip to compensate me with full refund paid for the europe package and trouble, agony and terror i faced.

                                  Here's my story to the so called brand makemytrip's callous attitude towards customers and you will be surprised to know how their executives lie when they are asked for refund.

                                  I am a freelancer and a young citizen residing in maharashtra and this incident with me can leave anybody with panic and feeling of being cheated. So, my humble plea to is not only to get us compensation rather to make people aware of this online agency’s trivially treated business policies.
                                  I would just like to your kindest notice the facts below casing our sufferings because of makemytrip:

                                  1. Misleading information : i planned a europe trip. After getting visa of czech republic i contacted makemytrip to prepare the package for me. Their executive contacted me. I asked her whether it is important to visit prague in czech republic visa and she told no need to visit prague. I paid makemytrip an amount of rs 310000 in an advance and the executive prepared an itenary from delhi to amsterdam than from zuric to delhi. On the day of boarding ie on 19th dec 2018, the airlines denied us boarding on the ground that we do not have prague on our itenary. Our whole itenary got wasted. And we were thrown out of the airport in the middle of the night in a pathetic state.

                                  2) non fulfilment of own commitment: in spite of makemytrip's 24 hours service commitment, they are unable to provide us emergency relief. Inspite of continuous pleading to give us an emergency number of a senior official so that we can call them, they did not gave a heed and everytime we had to call their universal customer care number and every time a new customer care executive picked up the phone and we had to narrate the story all over again to every single executive. All they were doing were transferring the call from one person to another.

                                  3. Fake vouchers ; after getting betrayed by makemytrip in the boarding, i paid makemytrip again to rebook the tickets as i needed to visit europe asap as the validity of my tourist visa was only valid for ten days. So rebooked the flight for next day by paying a hefty sum of money, which made me literally bankrupt (I had to sell my phone too as the money which i was supposed to carry with me, i had to pay it on tickets again) so i cannot explore a single thing in europe. The package included disneyland vouchers, so it was the only hope for me to explore. So i went to disneyland only to find that the vouchers which makemytrip sent us were fake and invalid.

                                  3) severe mental harasment to customers: inspite of calling and sending numerous mails to makemytrip regarding the mishappening which happened to me, they didnt even bothered to give back a call. When we call, all they could say that your request is being forwarded and the case is under escalation and you will recieve a call back from our side within 24 hours. But no calls or mails are being recieved. Every day i call three to four times to their so called customer care number only to get utter disappointment. Its so wierd and really very disheartening to know that if you need to make a fresh booking, you will recieve a call within one to two hours by their executive but if you need to make a complaint... No response...

                                  On the other hand it’s so shattering that makemytrip being controlled from india itself neither could inform us about visas nor even agreed to cooperate us anyway nor provide a decent compensation for the agony they caused me. I didnt had money left to buy food in europe because of the negligience of makemytrip.

                                  You can see above how make my trip ignored their own responsibility towards their customers. I am not seeking anything more other than what i lost because of makemytrip. I belong to a lower middle class family, and this trip was the result of one year severe day and night hardwork which was totally ruined by makemytrip. Even when they ignoredmy email demanding the refund of what i paid, they did not responded even a bit.

                                  Rest of the things are mentioned in my petition and i hope this bench of honourable judges will understand the trauma, agony and severe feelings of insult that i had gone through and will give me justice considering my plea.

                                  I have, priti, and want to know my hotel ID of Tinsukia she straight way stated that there is no registered Mobile or E Mail ID. That, s why she is unable to send the hotel ID. Later on I have recovered it from my mobile. As an old customer, My request you to take action against her because she is not bother the problem of customer.

                                    I have booked an air ticket of Jet Airways from Chennai to Mumbai for for my wife on December 20th through MMT. My booking ID is:[protected]. I wish to cancel the ticket and contacted your customer care during the first week of Dec.2018.I was told to wait as the airline may reschedule or cancel the flight in which case I will be eligible for full refund. If not, I can cancel it on 19th Dec. 2018. the refund will be same as on December first week.
                                    I am trying to cancel the ticket since 10.00 am today and I am not able to connect to MMT office or the site. Kindly do the same at the earliest.
                                    The e-mail address I have tried to send the complaint is stated as incorrect. However, I receive all MMT notifications on the same e-mail. Is it a method to harass the customers and pocket more of customers money?

                                      I have booked a flight ticket to bali the price was showing 32 thousand however after making payment i noticed that they charged me 43 thousand saying price just increased. After making payment i searched for the same flight in different computer and price was still showing as 32 thousand. This is really really bad they take all the information from your browser cookies if you visit the same page twice. I felt cheated. Even after sending lots of email i didn't get response. Their customer care support only look for the new customers who are going to buy the tickets. Whenever i call the customers care it will say they are busy assisting other customers.

                                      I offered them that to only provide the extra baggage for my flight still no response.

                                      This is really disappointing for the india most reputed travel company.

                                        I am a frequent traveller and use mmt to book all the hotels and flights. I always praise about this website for amazing services and prices and push my family and friends to use this site for all the bookings. This time i booked a package for 6 adults including my parents to bali. I trusted the website blindly and relied on the choice mmt gave me as astana kunti apartments for 6 nights and 7 days and i was told that it is a 4 star property. When my parents went in the room they were welcomed by rats lizards and mosquitoes. The stinkiness in the room was unbearable to them. When i called the mmt to change the hotels and also agreed to pay the difference if required, mr ishan (Mmt representative) said that the hotel cannot be changed and after a long arguementation he disconnected my call without my consent and when i tried to call him few times he continued declining my call. I did sent mmt the pics of the room but no action has been taken as yet and now the condition is such that my mom is sick there in bed and it is a pure case of harassment. I am helpless here and after paying the whole amount for the trip mmt representatives are just ignoring my request of taking care of my parents. I do not know what to do on this anymore.

                                        I booked the hotel reservation the marina phuket confirmation ID NH[protected], I called within 3hours after the booking to cancel as i realized that my passport was expired and i realized that when i was booking my flight, I called MMT 5 times to make an exception due to valid reason and human mistake, All i heard they will get back to me in 48hours, They got back to me with the new which i already know that the hotel is non refundable which i am already aware of, should not take 48hours to tell me something which i already know, I was ready to send the copy of my expired passport however no further assistance was offer. I have no idea how come its a big brand when they cant even make such exception for a regular client. I am not sure if i am ever going to continue business with MMT. I am also working with travel industry when we face such issue we always 99% get waiver from consolidator or supplier for such genuine reason. I am also ready to try to get waiver from hotel/Supplier if MMT unable to do so.
