We booked the byke old anchor hotel goa from mmt website for rs 47000 from 25th dec to 29th dec.
But later we got to know that the hotel itself is offering a package of 30000 rs for the same dates.
We tried to cancel the booking through mmt.. But it showed that booking cannot be cancelled.
It has costed us rs 15000 more.
Kindly refund rs 15000..
More to it no other benefit of sight seeing and pick up drop is given to us.
Kindly solve the issue

    I booked the hotel reservation the marina phuket confirmation id nh[protected], i called within 3hours after the booking to cancel as i realized that my passport was expired and i realized that when i was booking my flight, i called mmt 5 times to make an exception due to valid reason and human mistake, all i heard they will get back to me in 48hours, they got back to me with the new which i already know that the hotel is non refundable which i am already aware of, should not take 48hours to tell me something which i already know, i was ready to send the copy of my expired passport however no further assistance was offer. I have no idea how come its a big brand when they cant even make such exception for a regular client. I am not sure if i am ever going to continue business with mmt. I am also working with travel industry when we face such issue we always 99% get waiver from consolidator or supplier for such genuine reason. I am also ready to try to get waiver from hotel/supplier if mmt unable to do so.

      I made a cab round trip booking from makemytrip from sereniity resort, lonavala to kuber valley resort, mahabaleshwar with start time 9:30 a. M. On 25th dec, 2018 to end time 10. P. M. On 26th dec 2018.
      Booking ref id: nc[protected]
      After conforming my booking, i was shown in the makemytrip that i can retain the cab till 26, dec, 2018 11:59 pm and extra charge will apply only if i keep the cab afterward.
      Once i gave the otp, i received 2 messages. One as a text message and one on whatsapp. Both of the messages did not match each other in terns of prices.in the messages, it was written that we can retain the cab till 26, dec, 2018 upto 10 a. M.
      After seeing these messages, i contacted customer care of makemytrip but they were of no help and asked us to pay rs 1250 extra if i want to retain the cab till 26 dec 2019, 2200 hrs.
      They said so quoting a point in terms and condition section of the invoice that they send us
      But the invoice we received has no terms and conditions section. Once i informed the customer care executive about the same, he sent us another mail containing invoice which has terms and conditions.
      Initially while booking fare details had a column stating that tolls and parking charges are covered in the total amount shown.
      But now our driver is showing me a page which shows that tolls charges are not covered.
      Makemytrip are making a lot of modifications on its own in our booking timings, mails and messages that they send us and terms and conditions provided both to us. I. E. Driver and me.

      I want refund for the extra amount i have to pay and the mental harassment i am having to go through.

        I had booked flight to singpore and there was name error. Mmt advisor in formed i can travel with incorrect details and now they asking charges. It's 14days my issue is not fixed. Mmt is worst site and worst customer service. Will be filing legal case as i have all call logs details.
        I have called customer care every day but i only got time n. No resolution

          Make my trip has blocked my wallet with rs 17, 340. Completely unethical wallet policy. I have booked a hotel for 2 days by paying amount through two different modes - 1 gift card for 4, 000 and credit card for 5, 768. Then, i modified the booking for 1 day and got the money refunded in wallet. Unfortunately, i couldn’t go for the trip due to last minute official work and cancelled the entire trip and got entire refund in wallet including the gift card money. Thereafter i planned for multiple vacations but didn’t went through makemytrip as they were charging very high rates (Even after getting the 4, 000 as wallet bonus) and i went through goibibo as they were charging comparatively less by offering 40% cashback on hsbc credit cards. Now, they are not allowing me to use my wallet money (Which primarily includes payment through credit card) even on their site stating invalid use of gift card. How can they block my money without being heard. The wallet must be covered under rbi guidelines as they are keeping some other’s money in their account restrcting the usage of wallet by their own choice. I left the money in the wallet thinking that i can use it anytime later. I have spent lakhs of rupees through makemytrip and i would misuse their wallet merely for 4, 000 rupees by adding my own 13, 000 rupees. They don’t understand the difference between misuse and technical error. Earlier, i was planning to get the money utilized through makemytrip only by adding much more money but now i refund the entire money in bank account. I will make my plea to consumer court and banking ombudsman to get the hard earned money back.

            I want make my trip to compensate me with full refund paid for the europe package and trouble, agony and terror i faced.

            Here's my story to the so called brand makemytrip's callous attitude towards customers and you will be surprised to know how their executives lie when they are asked for refund.

            I am a freelancer and a young citizen residing in maharashtra and this incident with me can leave anybody with panic...

            I have booked an air ticket of Jet Airways from Chennai to Mumbai for for my wife on December 20th through MMT. My booking ID is:[protected]. I wish to cancel the ticket and contacted your customer care during the first week of Dec.2018.I was told to wait as the airline may reschedule or cancel the flight in which case I will be eligible for full refund. If not, I can cancel it on 19th Dec. 2018. the refund will be same as on December first week.
            I am trying to cancel the ticket since 10.00 am today and I am not able to connect to MMT office or the site. Kindly do the same at the earliest.
            The e-mail address I have tried to send the complaint is stated as incorrect. However, I receive all MMT notifications on the same e-mail. Is it a method to harass the customers and pocket more of customers money?

              I have booked a flight ticket to bali the price was showing 32 thousand however after making payment i noticed that they charged me 43 thousand saying price just increased. After making payment i searched for the same flight in different computer and price was still showing as 32 thousand. This is really really bad they take all the information from your browser cookies if you visit the same page twice. I felt cheated. Even after sending lots of email i didn't get response. Their customer care support only look for the new customers who are going to buy the tickets. Whenever i call the customers care it will say they are busy assisting other customers.

              I offered them that to only provide the extra baggage for my flight still no response.

              This is really disappointing for the india most reputed travel company.

                I am a frequent traveller and use mmt to book all the hotels and flights. I always praise about this website for amazing services and prices and push my family and friends to use this site for all the bookings. This time i booked a package for 6 adults including my parents to bali. I trusted the website blindly and relied on the choice mmt gave me as astana kunti apartments for 6 nights and 7 days and i was told that it is a 4 star property. When my parents went in the room they were welcomed by rats lizards and mosquitoes. The stinkiness in the room was unbearable to them. When i called the mmt to change the hotels and also agreed to pay the difference if required, mr ishan (Mmt representative) said that the hotel cannot be changed and after a long arguementation he disconnected my call without my consent and when i tried to call him few times he continued declining my call. I did sent mmt the pics of the room but no action has been taken as yet and now the condition is such that my mom is sick there in bed and it is a pure case of harassment. I am helpless here and after paying the whole amount for the trip mmt representatives are just ignoring my request of taking care of my parents. I do not know what to do on this anymore.

                  We had booked a europe trip with our hard earned money via makemytrip and our dream trip turned into nightmare because of makemytrip.. After getting czech republic visa we contacted mmt executive to book our itenary.. They asked us to pay an amount of rs 3lac 10k in advance.. We did the whole payment in advance. Then we asked the mmt executive whether we need to visit prague on czech republic visa and she told no need to visit prague and she prepared our itenary from delhi airport to amsterdam then from zurich to delhi. On the day of departure we were denied boarding by alitalia airlines on the ground that we do not have prague on our itenary. We were thrown out of the airpoet in the middle of the night and our hard earned money got wasted.. Makemytrip ruined our trip.. We want our money back.

                    I am writing this to share my horrible experience with makemytrip. This was the first time i was using their services. Back in september, after going through the holiday packages offered on their website, i was interested in booking one for paris and switzerland (Ex delhi dtd 26 jan 2019). I got in touch with their sales expert to discuss the details. My major concerns were if payment could be done by international card and the visa process. I was advised in positive regarding payment and assured expert visa assistance. As i reside outside india, i decided to apply for my own visa and required their assistance only for my partner residing in delhi. After finalizing the deal, i visited the online payment link and international card option was not working. I got in touch with the sales expert and was advised that the system is down. I was told to arrange payment through indian bank account and as early as possible as the slots were getting filled. Painstakingly i arranged the money from my indian account and made the payment.
                    Soon i was contacted by their visa expert who advised to arrange the necessary documents for my partner by november to apply to the french embassy. He provided us a checklist of required documents which were more than the ones mentioned in the french consulate website. However considering he is an expert, we took his advice and arranged all of them. He double checked all the documents and my partner submitted it to the consulate.in a couple of days we got a rejection letter. Meantime the visa i applied for myself was approved. Perplexed i asked him the reason (Consulate rejection letter was vague) and the future course of action. He advised to reapply with the same documents and a better cover letter. I was shocked to hear his response and was skeptical that it will work. I did my own research and the only solution i could find was to sponsor my partner and that would increase the probability of acceptance. I was amused at how i have to advise the expert on the future course of action. Then he provided me with a list of documents required for sponsorship. He sent me a draft sponsorship letter and asked me to just fill in the name and other personal details. The draft was filled with grammatical errors and contained inadequate information. I did a bit of research and wrote the letter myself. Sadly it got rejected again. The expert advised to reapply without giving any directions of corrective action. Feeling completely dejected and not wanting to waste more money on application fees, i decided to change the booking to another destination which has visa on arrival. But the sales expert refused stating that they have already paid vendors for my booking and told only option available for me is to cancel the booking (Incurring 20% of the package cost).

                    I was really disappointed with the overall treatment. They assured me of false promises, provided me with ill advice regarding visa and were totally dismissive regarding any other solution. I have used various travel agencies in the past but never faced such unprofessionalism, incompetence and indifference.

                      Hi, i am kapil sharma a regular customer of mmt, however my recent trip planned with make mytrip has been a horrible experience as my flight from lucknow to chandigarh was perponed and i didn't get any information due to which i missed the flight and that again caused to delay in reaching chandigarh and i had to missed my bus booking done at makemytrip from chandigarh to manali..

                      I had to catch flight from lucknow to delhi and then i had to hired personal cab (Charged rs. 4500/-) for chandigarh but couldn't catch my bus of hrtc for manali, so again i had to hired same cab to manali which charged rs. 5000/- for manali as i was already having my hotel booking at manali for 2 days (That also booked from make my trip).. During the entire journey i had to paid rs. 9500/- extra along with huge stress and trouble in managing things to reach my destination..

                      As per jetairways staff, my details was sent in incorrect format due to which change in flight timing could not sent to me and since i had my booking from vendor (I. E. Makemytrip), so they only informed to vendor not the passenger directly.

                      I want entire refund of flight ticket from lucknow to chandigarh along with all extra expanses that i had to bear cause of lac of communication and improper customer service at makemytrip ends..

                        Pnr no. Ocewmf.. Ticket was booked on a basis of 100% return of cancellation paying an extra amount. But when i cancelled the ticket.. I got a message of deduction of the charges.

I want it to be deleted asap as i am tired of its promotional mails and messages. I don't do any booking from this account but still it sends me lots of promotional mails and messages. So i want to delete all the information contained in it and delete the account.

                            The undersigned had booked two rooms in hotel zara grand, delhi (Booking idnh[protected], pnr[protected].
                            The undersigned had made a request on 11th morning to [protected]@oyorooms.com, requesting of late check in.
                            Accordingly, we arrived at 11.45pm at the hotel, but were denied rooms, on the reason that they do not have any connection or responsibility with oyo, and have repeatedly informed them about their stand.
                            I had to search for another hotel with my family, at midnight, and was put to much hardship. I demand total refund of the payment made towards hotel reservation.

                              Deat sir,
                              I had booke my ticket to newzeland through make my trip india, by sungaporeairlines. I got a valid visa for new zeland. When i reached delghi from gujarat the airline did not allo me yo board the scheduled flight. According ti them atbrisbane though it eas one hour wait but a transit visa was required. When i contacted make my teop they casually said we will cancel this yicket you book another ticket which at last moment costed me rs 143000.
                              Assuring me yo refund the ticket which they would cancel.

                                I, ms y. Venkataramana, had booked a round trip from hyderabad to shirdi for 16th of dec via air india flight on makemytrip.com. The flight was originally scheduled to depart at 7.50am and reach in 2 hrs. We were supposed to return to hyderabad by the air india flight at 16.40 on the same day after having darshan of saibaba at shirdi.. Booking id: nf[protected].

                                A message was sent by air india that the flight will depart at 10.30am instead of the original time of 7.50am. Due to this change, it is not possible to reach shirdi, finish darshan and be back in time for the 16.40 flight. Hence we decided to cancel the booking. We called up air india and they said they will refund the whole amount without any cancellation fees. However, when we spoke with makemytrip executives, they said that the airline air india has refused to refund the whole amount. Makemytrip has generated 2 pnrs (Z6p07 and z4200) for a round trip booked through a single booking id - nf[protected], which is not clear why and how it happenned. The airline air india is now stating that due to 2 pnrs, full refund would be initiated only for one sector and there would be cancellation charges for the other sector. As the fault appears to now lie at mmtrip end and not due to any act on our part, we request you to order full refund.

                                We again request to take up with the agencies concerned if required and order full refund for both sectors.

                                In reference to your concern, as checked the onward flight from Hyderabad to Shirdi was post poned by the airline and same was not convenient for you so, you have opted for the cancellation of complete booking however, airline has denied to provide full refund for the return segment. Please be advised that the tickets are booked and generated from airline’s end only and its under their discretion to approve waiver on cancellation charges. Our team has tried to get waiver from airline but same was denied by them. Accordingly, we have processed refund by charging penalties for return segment.

                                Such types of complaints are indeffinite for all as
                                the submitter is unable to present the exact reservation:-
                                - date
                                - passenger name
                                - exact flight
                                - report of change of booking
                                - claim of passenger.

                                You can contact one of the following service providers:
                                1. The agent
                                2. The air carrier
                                where you had tried to submit the claim on the compensation 1-2 times.

                                2. If the above is helpless follwiing your 1-2 attempts, not more, or you do not know what you are entitled for, you can hire a professional to request the compensation via the court.

                                This type of complaints is a very common private case and can cost from rs ~6000 in India.
                                The duty of the court is to award all losses and the exact expences based on law and documents.

                                  Please note make my trip is charging the gst but not paying to the government. They are cheating the customers by charging the amount. It has happened with many customers in the past. We really don't know are there any laws to handle the same.
                                  We are also approaching gst help-desk to expose the tax invasion.

                                  We are calling the customer care for last 7 days for bifurcation of invoice. The invoice which they have provided the gst amount is showing 0, whereas during booking rs 5903 was charged as the gst amount.

                                  Please let me know if any suggestions what needs to be done

                                    I had a booking in makemytrip app for a 5 day vacation plan to jaipur for my family. As i was making the payment, the app said the component prices have gone up as the airfare and hotel amounts have increased. The cost of my package went up from ~130k to 144k. I went ahead with the booking. After i made the booking when i went ahead to check the package amout again, i see that the total fare has not been made to 121k which later dropped to 119k. When i asked makemytrip for an explanation they said this is how dynamic pricing works and they cannot help me. I feel being cheated by the alert that the fares have gone up and having to pay extra, later to realize that its not the case. Please help me
