This has reference to e-ticket for booking id : nf[protected]. I had paid rs. 399 for seat booking for jet-airways flight 9w468 from chennai to mumbai pnr no. Cvnoav. I was also allotted seat no. 16 d. However as per jet airways since you did not pay on time seat was allotted to someone.

Have been trying to reach mmt for a change of booking and details on the same. However, all calls are being transferred to ivr which is ultimately leading to no support.

The calls are not getting transferred to the right executive.
Also, in the ivr, the method for issue resolution is not correct. It leads to nothing.

Would request that the calls should get diverted to their executives after maximum 1 min....

I booked a flight ticket from MMT a month back. Since yesterday, I was trying to reschedule the same flight and even the amount got deducted from my account. But, because o[censored]nknown reasons the flight was not rescheduled (no updates on MMT App about rescheduling). This has happen twice now.

I made a booking for nirwana hotels few days back. I booked a deluxe room with free breakfast at around rs 2900 per night for 2 guests for 3 nights. So the total amount charged should have been rs 8700 plus taxes. Whereas i have been charged rs 13964 incl taxes and service fee that comes to about rs 4654 per night. When i made the payment i didn't notice the discrepancy.

I had booked a flight from blr-ahd and return. While booking i paid extra charges for zero cancellation. Suddenly from 25th september this trip was not visible under my trips section in mmt app or web portal. I needed to cancel the flight partially for two of the passengers. But as it was not visible in my profile i was not able to cancel it. I tried calling customer care several times. There is no option to speak to a customer care executive....
