I have booked a return flight with delhi to chennai jet airways. Due to traffice not picked one side flight.
But according to jet airways policy they can reissue new ticket if i have booked flight from jet airways portal for the second portion of ticket
But due to bookings of make mytrip ticket can be issued from mmt. But mmt only want to generate new ticket.
So they both jet airways and make my trip making fool of customer. I have all the call recordings where airlines customer saying we can't help as you have bot booked ticket feom our system.
Where makemytrip customer care person saying we don't have any option in our software so we can reissue new ticket without charge. They have only option to book new ticket.

Makemytrip saying we have no policy, we will run according to airlines policy. But in my case they don't even have any option to apply jet airways no show policy.
Due to this i have suffered a lot both financially and mentally

    I just made a travel booking with insurance, i was sent an insurance docket which has incorrect passport details, dob etc.

    I called customer care to find out what the issue was and your agent (Debasish) who conveniently was trying to say it is a technical issue and it is an automation, and was not able to give me any proper answers. I asked to speak to a superior, but fortunately/unfortunately the superior was not available or busy (Maybe you have other customers who have escalated the same issue)

    How can you issue a document with incorrect or someone else's details? Is my data safe with you if i provide it to you, or like your agent was trying to pass it away as a technical issue or an automation issue? What guarantee do i have that my data is safe with you and your agent and your systems are not doing any fraud with it and just sharing it all over the place?

    I am not convinced by your system and whether you can guarantee the safety of my personal details or employees in your organization even understand and care about that. I would request you to cancel my booking and issue a refund.

    I dont want to get involved with an organization which does not understand the basics of privacy and security and has a portal which is useless (Yeah your chat is also useless) and does not know how to provide support.

    Please do cancel the booking and issue a refund at the earliest so that i can still go ahead with my travel plans through some other secure means and not be worried about fraud, and enjoy my vacation.

      Hello,

      My husband and i had a delhi-agra-ranthambore-jaipur-udaipur trip with my booking id nl[protected], from dec 23 2018 to dec 31 2018.

      On dec 26 when we arrived in jaipur our driver named swaraj (Given through vendor krishna tours and travels-delhi) told us his car was broken and needed repair. And he will not be able to take us from jaipur to udaipur if we do not pay him inr 5, 230 in cash right then and there. Since my husband and i are both not form india and do not know any one from there, we felt like we very kept hostage by the driver, and felt compelled to pay him the amount.

      On dec 28 on the way from jaipur to udaipur, our driver forcibly took us to pushkar saying we will see camels and desert there. This stop was not on our itinerary. There he introduced us to his friends who run a camel tour company, which seemed very scammy. They charged us inr 4000 for a 1.5 hr camel tour. During the tour we found out from other travelers, that it should have cost us inr 1000. On coming back from the tour we asked the camel tour organizer to refund the excess money he had taken. This caused him to make a scene and we had to get police involved to get our money back.

      After this we asked our driver to just drive us to the hotel in udaipur. At 7pm on the way to udaipur, the driver started threatening that since the hotel was 50km beyond the udaipur city he would not drop us off and asked us to change the reservation last minute with makemytrip. He stopped at a gas station and refused to drive until we change our hotel to something closed to the city. We requested makemytrip to change the hotel and they said it was not possible so last min. After begging the driver he agreed to drop us of at the udaipur hotel, but later threatened to not pick us up the next day to go sightseeing in udaipur.

      On dec 29 since the driver never showed up to pick us up from the hotel for sightseeing. We made a formal complaint about his threatening behavior with makemytrip and krishna tours and travels. I was then assured by krishna tours and travels i will get my inr 5230 refunded and they spoke with the driver and reprimanded him for threatening us and assured that he will pick us up the next day to drop us at the airport. Later that day at 6pm the driver swaraj got drunk and called my husband and started yelling and him and me asking why we complained about him. He was using very dirty language and cursing at us. This got us scared and we asked makemytrip to send us a new driver the next day as we felt very unsafe with swaraj driving us any longer.

      On dec 31st morning makemytrip sent us a new driver, but since we were very scared of the swaraj driver we asked the hotel staff to send security with us until we got into the new drivers car.

      One week later krishna tours and travels (Swaraj's boss) refunded us the inr 5230 after following up with them daily (At least twice).

      This was such a scary experience for both me and my husband. Please, going forward we request you to do a background check on your driver and vendors before assigning them to your customers. Especially your foreign customers.

      I have booked a hotel using your mobile app with mobile number [protected] in Radisson noida. but during process after deducting money, i have not received any confirmation mail. In the app the there is no trip details are available and i dont know where to look for. kindly look into the problem and revert back.

        I had made a flight booking del-ccu vide nf[protected]. When i went online to make a date change, i was not allowed and, instead, asked to apply for an executive to call me.
        Even after 32 hrs of the above, i did not get any call.
        In desperation, i became panicky and called makemytrip. No positive response.
        Then, having no alternative, i booked a fresh ticket vide nf [protected].
        I have not cancelled the earlier ticket,
        I am a customer of makemytrip for last 15 years. I am a mmt black member too. I have 1055 in my wallet.
        Can u please help a senior citizen in distress???

        There is no full e-ticket seen at this site, as it is not the Makemytrip site.

        Nobody has a duty to respond on anonymous requests, on unidentified requests.

        If the e-ticket does not state the prohibition to change of flight,
        the author can to submit the writeen / electronic complaint for refund /compensation,
        which is addressed to service provider with exat request.

        If the complaint for refund/compensation is not succeeed with 15 days (no e-ticket change, no refund),
        the author can bring the civil suite to the local Indian court in your state, via laywer or by himself.
        Chargess start from 10000 for such type of cases + own efforts.

        Time limit: such types of claims can be submitted to the court not later than 2 years following the refusal of the service, or the date of the reply of the service provider, or the flight.

          Sir,
          I had booked one cab through mmt on 02.01.2019 for the journey to be performed on 03.01.2019 from shirdi to mumbai. It was intimated that the cab details shall be provided two hours before the journey which was to be performed at 11.00 am but till 11.00 am on 03.01.2019 no details was provided. The booking was cancelled by mmt despite our request to supply the vehicle immediately. This caused a great inconvenience to me. It was also told that the booking amount shall be refunded immediately.
          But i am sorry to say that the amount has not yet been credited back into my account. Kindly refund the booking amount immediately as the facility was not provided and cancelled by the make my trip company.

            I have already raised a query related to international travel on mmt reference no :[protected]. Upon requesting multiple times on phone and on email on the same query, proper answer has not yet been received. Even while escalating same on mmt support page, it redirects to another page and it has become impossible to get a simple yes / no answer of the query. Highly disappointing.

              Hi,
              We have booked a stay thru make my trip on jan 1st, already paid too.
              As we reached hotel.. It was not as shown in the website.. We immediately informed the makemytrip team.. From there onwards we are being fooled by make my trip.

              Each time i am calling they say that our case is with customer delight team.. And they need 24hrs to get back.. Today is 9th jan till now.. It’s not resolved.

              Hotel is sea panoramic by nextel group, allepey.
              Hotel is really shabby.. And not worth and seems not safe to stay with family.
              I have paid 10282/- rs for the same. There was no one in the hotel to answer the calls, even makemy trip team couldn’t reach the hotel people.. Still my refund is not done.

              I feel makemytrip is taking women’s safety for granted. They are not bothered abt the safety when the country is goingtheu a bad scene.

              Bcoz of all these we checked in to hotel ramada at allepey again where we paid 13450/-, we have the bills.

              I humbly request the team to process my refund and also to consider women’s safety as priority.
              Stop cheating customers!!!

                Sir this is to inform you that i have booked indigo flight from bangaluru to vishakapatanam vide pnr no. Yn2eke flight no.6e 208 (A320) dated 07.01.2019. On 7th january i got sms from indigo airlines that your flight as has been cancelled due to bad weather condition. Further i would like to inform you that on same day i had another flight from port blair to bengaluru and as my home town is vishakapatanam but the indigo airlines refuse to arrange some alternative flight being no other option i have stayed at bengaluru one night with my own cost and next day with more fare rs.11, 000/- i had paid to reach vishakapatanam. I dont want appolozise and all only thing i need some compensation.

                I further to state that the refund of my ticked was only 3269/- instead of total fare was 4370/- when i contacted to customer care they informed me that the discount has been cancelled i got a discount on both sector but when ticket cancelled from airlines side they should be responsible for this not the customer. I dont understand being a customer i have been troubled alot and not even full refund i got. Please may i konw the reason.

                  I make 2 seats booking by volvo bus on 21st december 2018 from delhi to manali through your site. You have not clearly mentioned your bus no. At all and at the last moment you have changed our bus.
                  Your boarding time was 10:00 pm but it has started moving after 12:00 pm this night.
                  And reaching time was 11:00 am but it has reached thr after 6:00 pm, due to this we have suffered heavy loss in manali.
                  Atleast u should inform passengers abt your changes.
                  U have wasted our full day and due to that we have suffered heavy loss there.
                  There was no facility at all in bus like drinking, blanket, etc and driver took many stoppage during tht travel... It was seem he was totally unknown by that route and driving was very slow.

                  I have suffered heavy loss so that i want my claim for that. Please reslove this issue and look into this matter.

                    MMT charged 47000 Rs for this hotel...
                    On enquiring from hotel website we got to know that same accommodation is available for Rs32000 to Rs35000.
                    When we tried to cancel the booking on MMT it showed that booking cannot be cancelled..

                      I had booked an international package to singapore from make my trip. Visa was also included in the package. They could not get my visa done and now they are saying nothing can be refunded as the trip was non-refundable. Since we are not cancelling the package and visa was not yet done, they should refund my money. I am requesting them a lot but no positive reply from them.

                        Sameer kulkarni is my son in law & recently got married to my daughter (Shreya) sameer & shreya both live in usa & now travelling to andaman.

                        Grievance - though cyclone alert was published even on 3rd january 2018 no proactive measures were taken or even intimation given to passengers. Instead local police alert given yesterday (Sunday) about preporning the ferry from neil island to port blair was neglected by mmt & as a result all passengers of mmt are caught at neil island. We request mmt to bear addtional costs for hotel booking as well as additional expenses towards rescheduling the flight. We are worried & concerned since they have to take return journey flight to usa on 10th january 2019. Mmt is not taking any precautions about passengers cought in cyclone

Also i wanted a hotel in portland-oregon according to my given ticket itenary. I have been asked to make my hotel bookings according to the arrival at the portland. Your executive have made wrong booking for the hotel. I have faced lot of problems.
                          As per my request (You can verify by the call recordings). According to my flight ticket literary a hotel booking suppose to be done at portland-oregon and the booking was done at portland-meins by your executive with the same hotel.
                          Help me please in this regard.

                            I booked a hotel in ooty for two nights, i. E. On 25 & 26 th. December 2018 through make my trip. This hotel was shown at the mall road but it was false, i found hotel in deep exterior.
                            2- the hotel was shown 2 star but more or less it was like dharamshala, dirty rooms torn blankets, dirty bathrooms, washbasin's drain pipe was open flowing dirty water in bathroom. The room was three times over charged.
                            3- i booked another romm in same journey at bangalore in hotel hm suits, but this room was cancelled without my knowledge two days prior to my arrival, i had to book another room which was costlier, 1000 rs. Everyday.
                            4- i am very old customer of makemytrip but they are duping me every time.in 2017 also i booked hotel red fox in jaipur on 10 december but hotel refused, then i had to take another room in other hotel and paid rs.1000 extra for breakfast everyday.
                            I had similar experiences in nepal in 2011 and so many times in so many places, now i have concluded that mmt is a non-serios and unreliable company.

                              Not get the resolution of booking which i had with them, not giving response to us and we are on the way but everyone forcing us to get refund as per their terms and conditions after deductions and not providing us any solution, very bad behaviour, due to flight canceled by airlines second time and it’s updated to customer before an hour only when customer reach to catch the flight, when we contact to make my trip team as because we booked through them they were put us on hold again and again and when we contact them at last their behaviour was very rude and they forcing us again and again for cancelation and get refund of flight and food r hotels they told us that is not refundable. When we ask him to provide us for different destinations options they did not provide and again forcing for cancellation with their terms and conditions, now the thing is that they are not providing any solution and not even ready to refund us full amount which we paid.

                                I have made a flight booking for my sister dr neethu on 7 january 2019 from cochin to trivandrum in indigo 6e 315. Booking reference nf [protected].
                                During the d but card payment with icici bank it showed error and asked to do net banking. So i tried with my another account with axis bank. Here i used my wallet cash and paid with this also.

                                After ten minutes my account in icici was debuted for 4540 inr
                                Meanwhile debit was also made form my axis bank account t for rs 3493 for the same booking which includes my wallet cash. Earnings.

                                Two times payment has been debuted from both icici and axis bank and also my wallet cash has also been deducted for my single booking.

                                I eequest you to refund the excess fare taken from me and also credit back my wallet earnings for my use.

                                Await an earliest reply and a immediate repose with action.

                                You did not attached
                                - place and date of the events,
                                - any receipt /payment document
                                which show the deduction of your anonymous account in anonymous bank.

                                Keep all receipts in your PC/laptop.
                                If you have any reservation from the service provider - which is not shown here- keep it the same folder in your laptop till the satisfaction of the claim!

                                You have 4. options for refund:

                                1. To submit the complaint on refund to your bank as the service had not been provided and the receipt had not been issued by the unknown service provider.

                                2. To submit the complaint on refund to the service provider - operator of the site,
                                where you had paid - as they had not provided you with the receipt, with a notable reason:
                                illegal charge.

                                3. To submmit the complaint to the local police office against fraud of the service provider (operator of gateway), who had not issue the receipt and harged your account twise without your authorization.

                                You need to explain when, where you attempt to make the rservation and to request to commence criminal mater gainst the manager of the servic eprovider whom you had paid.
                                The investigation of fraud - is aduty of the local police offic ein india.
                                In gneral, fraud is an illegal recept of money (no receipt after payment) following a false promise of the trader to make the reservationa and toissue e- ticket to your email box.
                                The local police office must issue the decsion (FIR) to you, if your desribed facts match the term "commercial fraud" or a similar term according to the criminal law.

                                4. If you had submitted the complaint (see point s 1 and 2 above),
                                and the bank or the service provider (may be operator of makemytrip) refused to refund to your account in 15 days,
                                you are entitled to start a civil case in the local court ether
                                - against your bank - the card issuer, who issued the attached receipt,
                                - against the (unknown) service provider - where you had attempt to make the reservation, whom you had paid by card, and who had not issued a written e-ticket to your email or to your phone within 24 hours follwing the payment.

                                in case o the civil case in te local court, you need to pay
                                - government fees, from rs2000 in such type of cases
                                - charges for the preparation of the documents - from !~8000 + own efforts like to go to the court, to go to the post office, to reply to the court, etc.
                                or
                                charges for the peraparation of the case in amount of 20000+ rupees if you want to give order to lawyer by phone only.

                                The fair court must award you all proved losses, moral harm, paid charges /fees by final judgemnt.

                                So I advise you to keep the documents related to your complaints, each attached receipt here including, for 6 months at least in your laptop.

                                  Mmt has already sent me ticket which says 4a seat is booked and printed on air-ticket.
                                  As of now they are asking me to pay for selected seat, while booking there was no charges not even a single notification i have received against seat selected and i have paid the full amount.

                                    I had booked a cab to travel from my hotel in jaipur to the airport at 7am on 26th december 2018. The cab never arrived so i contacted customer care and asked for a refund. I got a reply saying cab had arrived and driver couldn't contact me. This is impossible because i was waiting at the gate before 7am and there was no cab. So in response they ask me to provide call log details that i had tried to contact the driver but on the other hand i receive no such proof from the other end that cab had come. Its been over a week now and the issue still hasn't been resolved. I just receive the standardised response from makemytrip that we need 24 hours more everyday. The worst customer service that i have ever experienced.

                                      I had booked a trip from bangalore to dubai from 27th dec thru 2nd january for 4 passengers (2 adt and 2 chd age 5 and 11), despite the booking for 4 passengers we were provided only a double bed and no extra bed for the child. When we checked with the hotel they wanted us to pay 300 aed for extra bed as mmt had not requested for it. This is something so basic for a family that we would have expected the travel agent to take care of this. Second mmt booked connecting flights from shj-blr and vice versa. There are direct flights from dubai to bangalore however mmt choose the following itinerary.
                                      Blr-hyd, hyd-shj, the overall duration of this trip was 10+ hours and return from shj-lko and lko-blr the overall duration of this trip was 20+ hours which is extremely disappointing. Mmt also charged extra 4000 for transport from shj - dubai and vice versa. One of the worst experiences we have had with this trip with mmt and will never recommend anyone. Please suggest desirable resolution for the incovenience caused.

                                        Sir,

                                        I had booked deluxe package tour for wonders of gujarat for nine days, and fully paid out. The booking id was fcm//nl[protected].

                                        The whole trip was badly planned and no one had bothered to see whether the hotel was good or the scheduled visits can be done in time. Hotel details are as follows:-
                                        1. Ahmedabad country inn and suites by radisson standard room. Ahmedabad hotel on 24 dec was ok.
                                        2. Jamnagar hotel aram standard a/c room. This trip was uncalled for. The hotel was substandard, only hindi tv channel, breakfast was substandard.in jamnagar the museum was closed on that day. We had nothing to do except stay in the hotel.
                                        3. Dwarka goverdhan greens standard ac room. The trip timing was such that the trip to beyt dwarka could not be done as the temple closes at 12 noon. No one had informed is of this timing. Poor show.
                                        4. Somnath the divine resort superior room. This hotel was good
                                        5. Diu hotel cidade de diu executive room. Extremely poor hotel and worst trip. This visit was not required at all.
                                        6. Sasan gir vishal lords inn gir forest deluxe villa. Booking at gir forest visit could not be done as it had to be done well in time. Make my trip had not informed us of this before undertaking booking.
                                        7. Ahmedabad hotel skylon executive room. This hotel is more like backpackers den they do not have restaurant. Very poor hotel, food was very bad. We had to take fruits only

                                        Make my trip needs to be penalized for this cheating of customers and lack of responsibility and accountability. Would like the director to compensate us for this loss of time, poor show and make our year long plan with wife a total failiure
