incorrect cashback received

Mmt promised me on 13000 cashback on email, however the cashback received was only 8000. Customer care hotline doesn’t help as they just keep diverting my calls. Some of them acknowledge that i am eligible for 13000 basis the email evidence i have, while some of them say policy doesn’t say 8000. This policy was never shared with me till i paid my complete booking amount. The only thing shared with me was an email stating my eligibility...

Makemy trip and goibibo will by default attach an insurance policy when you buy a ticket on makemytrip website or goibibo website. I think it should not be checked by default. When customer needs to buy the travel insurance he/she should select it. Whenever i buy the ticket i have to contact makemytrip or goibibo to cancel the insurance. And it is tough to call makemytrip or goibibo because it takes long time to be on ivr and it just rings...

Booking was made on 18/10/2018, cab from jaipur to delhi. On the time of booking the time was selected 12.00 pm but when we contacted the driver he said he will come on 2.00pm. I was getting late as my flight was in the evening. I cancelled the booking as driver said and i received the text that the amount which will be refund is zero.

I booked ticket from chennai to coimbatore yesterday in city travels. The amount got debited from my account but my ticket was not reserved. Could you please tell when the amount will be refunded.
