I was travelling with my mother from indore to mumbai yesterday on 24.11.2018 in rajmandir travels ac (Mp09fa9181) and found no lights and charging point in a working condition. While alighting from the bus, conductor asked me for extra money for single bag and when i told him that lights and charging point of berth 07, 08 is not working then he started misbehaving and abusing which is really unexpected and dissappointing. I had only asked him to note that it is not working but he was not listening and starts shouting. I am frequent traveller and was very much happy with rajmandir travels but now i will make sure that from next time not going to travel with such unprofessional travel agency and neither recommend anyone.

I got in touch with your team on Facebook and they have provided the update on my refund saying that the booking failed because of a technical issue and the money will be refunded according to my bank's refund cycle.
