delete account permanently

I accidentally created an account in make my trip with another email id. Now i can't access my first account. There's no option in your site to delete account permanently which is really weird and annoying. My registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Kindly delete this account linked to mmt permanently. Or i might consider registering with another travel site for better service than mmt. This is the second time i'm submitting a complaint....

As there was delay in flight ai-908 (Mct-maa) for 1 hours 20 minutes on 8th november 2018

Unable to fly on ai9557 (Maa - trz) on 9th november at 0545 hrs.

On the same day i booked on domestic flight indigo (6e 7145 maa to trz) and they charged rs.4600 for the ticket and additionally i paid rs.6000 for additional baggage of 15 kgs (Per kg 400rs). Totally i paid rs. 10, 600.

I kindly request you to look in to this matter and do the process for refund (Ticket no 098-[protected])

    I was travelling with my mother from indore to mumbai yesterday on 24.11.2018 in rajmandir travels ac (Mp09fa9181) and found no lights and charging point in a working condition. While alighting from the bus, conductor asked me for extra money for single bag and when i told him that lights and charging point of berth 07, 08 is not working then he started misbehaving and abusing which is really unexpected and dissappointing. I had only asked him to note that it is not working but he was not listening and starts shouting. I am frequent traveller and was very much happy with rajmandir travels but now i will make sure that from next time not going to travel with such unprofessional travel agency and neither recommend anyone.

      I tried to book a flight kolkata to delhi for march 2nd 2018 via flipkart app as it has a partnership with make my trip. But they deducted money without bookong tickets. The money deducted was 6576 from state bank of india on 24th nov 2018. I want my money back. When contacted make my trip customer care the automated voice said that there is no booking with my number so i could not contact any further. Whoever the concerned person is please look into the matter.

      Thank u for ur response. I got in touch with ur Facebook team and they have updated that my booking failed bcz of technical issues and i will get the money according to my bank's refund cycle. But it will ne of great help if you validate it from ur end. My registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com and the date of transaction was 24th November 2018. I haven't received d money yet.

I got in touch with your team on Facebook and they have provided the update on my refund saying that the booking failed because of a technical issue and the money will be refunded according to my bank's refund cycle.         I made net banking payment, but i was not redirected back to the booking page where i am supposed to get my tickets.

        The amount is deducted from my bank account whereas i haven't received any ticket.

        I tried to contact makemytrip customer care but did not find any option regarding this issue.
        Also tried chat with customer care through Help option in app but did not get any response.

If you issue a gst tax invoice you are liable to pay to government, same has to deposited against our gst no.

            I booked hotel in goa in 9th october : but when i visited there there was no such hotel existed as mentioned on mmt. Even the location was wrong that was sent by mmt : i cancelled the booking after two hours as for two hours i was searching for the hotel. The people around told that there is no such hotel exist around. Now mmt is denying to refund my amount. It's completely harassment that with two families and kids after driving for 18 hours i had to face such thing in unknown place. Now mmt is not supporting too. I never cheakced in as there is no such hotel. But mmt is showinf that i haved checked in and checked out. It's completely misleading.

              Hai iam shameer from kerala i booked honey package travel room flight ticket for 6 days 21/11/2018 to 26/11/2018 my booked id is nl[protected]. I cal too much time custermor care but very poor reaponse nobody take action nobody take protection my family they are silly reaponse then i cal haryana headquarters they also bad response then that night i take my own room by rent this ia the reaponse of make my trip. Becareful all people no response no protection in this team beware

                I have made a 2 way flight booking from chandigarh to chennai and chennai to Chandigarh just a few minutes back.

                The amt is debited from my bank account whereas i haven't received the tickets.

                When i try to contact makemytrip customer care, I'm not able to talk to them.

                I was taken to the net banking page wherein i made the payment, but i was mot redirected back to the booking page where i am supposed to get my tickets.

                Pls help...

                  I had booked wrong date for my return so i asked to customer care for change my date and she told me if i get full refund from airline company, make my trip do same and give me full refund but one condition is that i have to book ticket with same passangers and same details. She told me that i will get rs.4208 refund when i asked her. I do exactly same what she told then after another booking when i call again in customer care another guy told me that i only get rs.3350 only. I want complain against this misguidance from make my trip and want refund what they told me.

                    I have booked Flight ticket from Kolkata to Chennai (PNR : WCTG4Q) on 21.11.18 to return (PNR: DEFRPK) on 25.11.18 .

                    Due to unforseen circumstances i have reschedule the flight to 29.12.18 to 07.01.19, but instead of date change fee (Rs.2500/- + 300/-)*2 = Rs. 5600/-, i have been charged Rs.6600/-.
                    Hence kindly sanction the remaining fare at the earliest.

                      I have booked 2 room for 3 days @ radisson blue hotel udaipur and the check in date is 14th nov. And check out date is 17th nov. 2018, at the time of booking i have submitted my gst no. But still i have not received the gst invoice for amount 60896.02rs.

                      Mmt team saying that you need to collect the invoice from hotel but hotel manager already made the invoice in favor of mmt as the payment made by mmt to hotel.

                      I have paid 60896rs to make my trip and i want the gst invoice from mmt

                        I created an account on make my trip. I made a booking but immediately i cancelled the booking. There is no option available to delete the account. I have tried every options but not able to delete my account. I am getting regular sms and mails from your side but i dont want to get any updates. This is very annoying.                           I booked a travel through make my trip and had to cancel it. They forced me to take the refund in wallet. (15th nov '18)
                          I could not use the wallet for 2 days and had detailed discussion with their agents.
                          Got a confirmation from them on mail that i can go ahead and book my travel from anywhere and they will refund my money back to source.
                          Now they are not reverting and forcing me to use the money on site.
                          I am not only concerned about my money but the force-full selling they would be doing across the country.
                          Please assist me in getting this corrected at website end.

                          Team MMT - This is not resolved and I'm being forced to keep money in your wallet. This is despite MMT representative confirming over mail that there was an issue in their systems and as a customer, i was not able to use my wallet at the time when I was to pay for my bookings.

                            I have booked my travel on 6th nov and my travel date is 22nd nov 2018to

                            First of all i have not received any welcome call from the team
                            Ajay raipurkar who is working on visa is not responding. He confirmed latest by friday night visa will receive and he will send the passports at home. Friday entire day he didn't picked up the call. If the visa was still pending then he should have curtacy to call and inform.

                            Also note we want to know the exact details of journey and the phone numbers of the drivers who is going to receive us.

                            This is really disappointing as my travel date is 22 nd nov and i still don't have any details about my trip.

                              I booked a ticket on 16/10/2018 for travel from madurai to bhubaneswar on 6 th december, 2018. Airlines is indigo and reference i'd is ldy9qp. On 6/11/2018 i receive a message from indigo airlines that the flight timings has been changed. So, due to this change i cancelled my flight ticket on 6/11/2018 and indigo assured full refund. I enquired indigo customer care they told me that they have refunded the entire amount to make my trip on 6/11/2018 itself. On contact ing make my trip customer care no proper response and when will my amount get refunded

                              Do onething do you have mails and proofs of your booking and cancellation?
                              If you have those take screenshots and have them tagged with the company and send them mail as well
                              one more thing, If indigo is saying that they have forwarded your refund to Makemytrip.
                              just call to indigo and say the customer executive to escalate the call to senior and say them to give you an authorized mail stating with your PNR the refund amount forwarded to Makemytrip. It's their responsibility to give you the support whatever they are saying on call. Get that mail and post that with tagging Deep Kalra (Ceo of MMT)
                              you will immediately get response.

                                  Sir. Ihave booked two air ticket as follows thro make my trip.

                                  2. Dt of journey 09./11/2018 dep22.05 hrs ccu arr00.25 hrs
                                  3. Indigo air lines 6e 6385
                                  4. Ccu to rgn international flightjourney on 10/11/2018
                                  By air india a1 227 dep 05.45 pnr nojr1xn andjr1xn
                                  5. Both the tkt cancelld on 08/11/2018
                                  I spoke several times on phone but did not get the refund till now. Further they are avoiding. Pl advise them to refund the money immediately.

                                    I had done booking with make my trip form Singapore holidays but unfortunately we had to change the dates of travel.. And when we contacted make my trip regarding the change in plans they said the entire money on hotel booking cannot be refunded.. I can see the same hotel been offered at zero cancellation by other travel sites.. Make my trip is cheating the customer with there zero cancellation on hotel booking add.. There customer care is worst and relationship manger does not have any clue..

                                      I want to delete my mmt account permanently.

                                      I accidently created an account on make my trip. I tried to delete it by looking into the account but couldn't find an option 'to delete'. Why doesn't make my trip have an option to delete while every other site does.
                                      This is very annoying so please help me out. I would be very pleased if you could delete it permanently for me. Kindly do the needful....
