I have booked flight tickets for my brother wide make my trip wide make my trip Confirmation ID NN[protected] on 8th April 2015, unfortunately spell mistake in the name, I have cancelled the tickets wide makes my trip cancellation I'D IN1504R0S061637 on the same date. Make my trip announced the refund date is 15th April 2015. On 18th April I called customer care they told it will take further 72 hrs for refund. Again I called customer care on 21st April they told it will be made 24 hrs. Again I called customer care on 22nd April 2015 she told payment has been sent. I asked the refund payment bank reference number, if I get the reference number I can ask my bank to trace the payment. She told she cannot transfer call to her higher official or to accounts dept to get the reference number nor she can give. In between I booked complaint in the website but they replied other than the refund date. Till date even after 15days later the refund has not been made. Please look into this mater and if the refund of Rs. 35165/= is made soon I will be very grateful.

    I have booked tickets for Air India through Makemytri.com.But my bad luck dat flight got cancelled and so my tickets got cancelled and refund was initiated on Feb10. But even after 7 days the refund was not credited to my account but they have updated in the their website that transaction been processed and is successful. But it was not correct and I contacted the customer care and I got the reply on that moment that it is not done and will be done in couple of days. But its been 3 months and still I didnt got the money. Now as the latest update they are saying that they have transferred the amount is giving me a RR no. But they are not ready to send any mail about the transaction details or refund confirmation from their side. And the bank is not aware of Such a RR number and they are saying they cant do any investigation unless I provide a mail confirmation of the refund. I have contact the customer care for about 20-25 times and every time they are saying the same. They have the worst user account portal where I have escalated my complaints 6 times and even then I am not getting any email communications from them. It is evident that its their fault and refund is not done from their side because that must be the only reason why they are reluctant in giving me the transaction details or email confirmation about the money. So Please help me in sorting the issue. They are the worst service providers and the customer care is the no1 guys who dont know anything about work ethics.       i just got a call from one number +91-[protected]... the guy introduced me as Mr Rahul Kumar Singh ( Sr.Manager) with pathetic english and was asking for my banking account number and all debit card details.. he said its not possible to refund my money in Citibank as make my process does not allow this. He gave me a bunch of nationalised bank name and co operative bank name and said that if you want refund you provide me the account details and abruptly disconnected the phone... now this is an official complaint against make my trip. the guy said he is calling from Bangalore but the call belonged to WEST BENGAL... CAN ANYONE INVESTIGATE HOW MAKE MY TRIP DATA IS BEING ACCESSED BY FRAUDSTERS

        I have booked Jet airways ticket to Bangalore-Chennai via Makemytrip.com, on travel date flight scheduled got delayed by 4 hours, hence I had cancelled the boarding pass and took a other flight, during cancellation Jet airways assured me that they going to refund 100% ticket prices and refund should be initiated through makemytrip since they were the travel agent booked the ticket. I have requested the cancellation online through makemytrip, they never took any action until repeated follow-up, after long silence they partially refunded amount saying that was only amount refunded by airline, when I contacted jet airways again they direct it go through makemytrip and makemytrip is neither ready to provide me details of refund and nor ready initiate for full refund. Please very careful with using the services of makemytrip they just sucks your money, they were one of biggest fraudster along with jet airways.

          Make My Trip, offering lowest airfares on Air Asia flights from 17 May 2015 Onwards for New Delhi - Bangalore sector, fares starting from INR 2, 219 Onwards. When Air Asia had already intimated that their Delhi - Bangalore services would be launched from 21 May 2015 onwards, how and why Make My Trip has offered it from 17 May 2015 onwards. The same is showing on their website (makemytrip.com) + sponsored listing on facebook. This kind of cheap publicity to attract customers to be avoided atleast in future. Or is it to just to bring traffic to their website or to FOOL the public?

          Air Asia flight is still showing in searches when we try to book a flight for 17 May. When we click on BOOK, page displays error. This process has started since today evening & even continuing the same.

          If this happens in any other country other than India, Customer can definitely claim towards fooling & offering some services which is simply undeliverable. It's just simply wastage of time spending on their website, trying to book the same flight. Like me, many others would have definitely given a try & fallen prey for their services.

            I booked a hotel in Allahabad from "Make My Trip.com" for Rs 338. My Booking ID is IN1504B0S141497. They gave me a link in my email asking to make payment from that. I did the same. But even after 3 days of payment I have not been given any details regarding my booking status. When I called their executive named "VIKAS KUMAR" having email id "vikas.[protected]@makemytrip.com" he refused to have received the payment and when I told him I have proof he refused to handle my case even though he was the executive assigned to my booking. Now when i am calling the company they are not picking the phone. Please help me. I want my money back. "Make My trip" is the worst service provider I have ever seen. I have attached the proof below.

                I have booked flight Allahabd to Pune for 16 June 2015 as per shown on your website. Departure Allahabad (IXD) Delhi (DEL)Terminal 3 Tue, 16 Jun 2015 14:00 hrs ArrivalTue, 16 Jun 2015 15:40 hrs Departure Delhi (DEL) Pune (PNQ) Tue, 16 Jun 2015 16:40 hrs Arrival Tue, 16 Jun 2015 18:40 hrs After booking ticket on MAKEMYTRIP i tried to book my seat on AirIndia website but they don't except given PNR and E ticket no because airindia dont have any such schedule departure from Allahabad. MAKEMYTRIP given option to book this kind of flights with minimum transit time actually there is no such schedule on AirIndia webside. And just before near departure date they will send correct flights schedule and they will tell that airlines have changed the schedule. So at last moment passenger cant do anything only have to suffer due to MAKEMYTRIP fraudulent offer. I am travelling with small kid and that the reason i have booked with minimum transit time flights.But MAKEMYTRIP try to cheat there customer and make fraudulent earning.After holding for one month my hard earn money MAKEMYTRIP providing easy solution that cancel the ticket or you have to wait at airport.So as per my booked ticked i can not wait more than one hour at delhi airport.I have paid money in advance for smooth journey but MAKEMYTRIP making fraud with the customer.

                  I had booked two rooms under this booking and had received the confirmation voucher from MMT for the same.
                  When I landed at the hotel, I was informed that ONLY one room was booked. I had a senior citizen travelling with me and we were greatly inconvenienced. I even have an email from the hotel confirming that they only received confirmation from MMT for one room so it was clearly a slip on MMT's end. The second room was only allotted at 10 PM on the same day.
                  When i returned back, i wrote to MMT requesting for a refund for one room for one night. The daily charges for the room was 2499 which is also listed on the hotel voucher. I was informed that only 823 rupees will be refunded since they have deducted the initial discount charges that I had received while booking. I am really unhappy with this response as MMT slipped on their promise of not booking the rooms. Why should the customer pay for this and also even if the discount has to be deducted it has to be prorated as the discount was for the entire booking.

                  Post that, when i received the refund, i ONLY got Rs763 as against Rs 823 promised to me. There is no justification provided to me on why a less amount was deducted. I feel MMT is charging me for every mistake they did in booking. This is not at all accepted from a reputed firm.

                  I would request for a complete refund of my money for one room for one night.

Actually i planed my holidays at hongkong for 3-4 days with make my trip company. sir i attached all the necessary documents like air ticket. sir 16th april at 11:3opm approximate was my departure from delhi india and arrival time for hongkong was 6:3o am. i reached hongkong at right time and then i went to visa counter for getting visa.but here some persons came to me and they told me that they want to check my bag and they took me to other cabin and told me they are going to send me back to india without any reason. sir i spent around 70000rs/ on air tickets and hotel booking. now sir i need justice because sir your representative told me that i will get 100% sure entry to hongkong(i have recordings).now you see he is not picking my call even. sir i just want my refund. i spent almost 70000 on this trip sir i am very much disappointed with behavior of your employee(as they insulted me, it directly effect on your company reputation). sir i have enough money i can easily hire a advocate to file this case in indian court or anywhere, but before that i thought that it would be better to share my problem with you.because at this time i am feeling like insulted.                       Booking id: - NF[protected], Ticket booked for 12 Apr 15 but system gave me for 21 Apr 15 after making payment Booked the ticket for 12 Apr 2015 and at each step f booking showed 12 Apr 2015 date of travel on website BUT when final ticket appeared after making the payment, the date was 21 Apr 2015. We are 100% sure that we selected 12 Apr 2015 as we checked it at all stages of making booking. Makemytrip has not agreed that there is a mistake in their system as their log still showing that we selected 21 Apr 2015 NOT 12 Apr 2015. Beware - there is some fault in the site. Suggestion is that don't use makemytrip for booking your travel

We have validated the issue with our technical team to understand and check the possibility of any site issue at the time of booking. As we have logs for every booking made on the website the same has been validated and found that the booking was made for the incorrect date i.e.for 21-Apr-15. This is not a site issue. Now, as checked refund of Inr 1523.00 has already been initiated from our end on 20-Apr-15 with refund reference number# [protected] and also we will initiate the balance refund of Inr 250.00 (MakemMyTrip) service fee as a goodwill gesture.                         On 30/03/2015 I booked two return flight ticket from Delhi to Mumbai.My booking ID is NF[protected].The base fare was Rs12928/- alongwith conveinance fee of Rs 700/-. The cancellation charges as per printed on ticket was Rs3000/-+ 650/- Makemytrip charges( 800 -150 online cancellation concessation). For two tcts the cancellation chrges isRs7300/- and Refund amount is Rs5628/-- but MakeMyTrip refund only Rs4728/- without giving any reason

                          i booked a ticket from Bangkok to Amritsar, the ticket costed 16130 Rs which calculated with the exchange rate of that particular date comes to 8710 Thai Bahts.I was charged 10100 something for the the ticket by my bank.I contacted the bank and was told to contact makemytrip about the amount.I was in correspondance with them for almost 6 months and they kept saying that i have to contact my bank.The bank says what Vendors charge they have to pay. So no one came up with the answer that why was i charged extra. I have all the emails from many different people from Makemytrip and no one gave me a clear answer. They are thieves just shut them down and put them in Jail forever. No bail.

                              Dear Sir/Madam, I tried booking a ticket from Chennai to Kuwait on 03.02.2015, but couldn't successfully book the same though the amount of Rs.11843/- debited with MMT Ref: NN[protected]P01. Since i am in real need for the ticket i tried immediately another transaction for the same destination, this time it was a successful transaction with MMT Ref: NN[protected]. Then I lodged a complaint to MakeMyTrip, at the same time I have lodged a chargeback complaint with the My Bank. After 2 weeks of chargeback registered I received the disputed amount of Rs. 11843/- from VISA. But within a week time Bank has debited the same amount from my Credit card stating that it was a charge back from the Vendor and advised me take up with the vendor (MakeMyTrip) which is having the money already. On April 10th 2015 I called your customer care on [protected] and spoke with Smt. Bhanu who acknowledged our dispute and confirmed having the excess amount of Rs.11843/- and also promised to give the credit in 72 hours. I waited 7 days but credit not received and called on the same number to escalate the matter but no person is connecting the call to the concerned person and almost made me to wait in call for more than a hour. In the process of calling and complaining I found recklessness of the people who arte attending the calls and cutting the calls without telling anything and so on.. It’s very shame to have the disputed amount with you for more than 2 months and wasting our time for contacting you and mailing you. Please find the relevant attachments from the MakeMyTrip regarding above transactions. Under this circumstances’ I demand my money to be refunded immediately without any further delay.                               In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case and found that on 3-Feb-15, you have made two transaction for the same flight details and for same passenger .Find below the details of the bookings :

                              1- NN[protected] : Booking was made on 3-Feb-15 at 20:05 hrs and was confirmed. All the details were sent on the same date on the mentioned E-mail id but the details might not receive to you as the e-mail id entered was incorrect (veerendra.[protected]@gmail.cim) however all the details were sent on the listed mobile number ([protected]). Also, according to the airline the ticket issued on this booking has been utilized by the passenger.
                              2- NN[protected] : Booking was made on 3-Feb-15 at 22:16 hrs and was confirmed. All the details were sent on the same date on the correct E-mail id (veerendra.[protected]@gmail.com) but the passenger did not utilize the ticket and become no-show on the flight.

                              Now, as per the airline cancellation policy, refund of Inr 5275.00 has been initiated from our end on 11-May-15 with a refund reference number#[protected]. The same should reflect in your bank account as per your bank processing cycle.

                                I was booked tickets via Makemytrip on Oct 7th 2014 to fly from Goa to Mumbai on Jan 15th 2015 from Spicejet but due to some problems with the airlines the tickets got cancelled and i got a call from the same airlines that the refund will be process within 14days. Everything was going smooth. After waiting for almost 1 months i called Spijest and confirmed that the refund was proceed from there end and they transfer the money to Makemytrip accouint, after their confirmation I called to Makemytrip for inquiry the refund process they asked me to wait for 7days to get the refund in my account, but the refund was not done after that i called them several times almost 3months for the refund but the useless, careless, thick skinned employers kept saying, we” are sorry for the inconvenience we are working on it please wait for another 7days we will defiantly refund your amount also we passed this matter to higher authorities. It’s almost 4months over and I have not yet received my refund till date. I seriously think those get salary by cheating the customers like this. Govt should take serious action against these companies and I am going to spread the word of this stupid company to all the people i know in this world who will never ever book tickets from this cheating company anymore.                                 I have booked ticket for Air India through Makemytri.com.But for my bad luck, flight got cancelled and so my tickets got cancelled and refund was initiated on Feb10. But even after 7 days the refund was not credited to my account but they have updated in the their website that transaction been processed and is succesful. But it was not correct and I contacted the customer care and I got the reply on that moment that it is not done and will be done in couple of days. But its been 3 months and still I didnt got the money. Now as the latest update they are saying that they have transferred the amount is giving me a RR no. But they are not ready to send any mail about the transaction details or refund confirmation from their side.
                                And the bank is not aware of Such a RR number and they are saying they cant do any investigation unless I provide a mail confirmation of the refund.
                                I have contact the customer care for about 20-25 times and every time they are saying the same. They have the worst user account portal where I have escalated my complaints 6 times and even then I am not getting any email communications from them.
                                It is evedent that its their fault and refund is not done from their side because that must be the only reason why they are reluctant in giving me the transaction details or email comfirmation about the money.
                                So Please help me in sorting the issue.
                                They are the worst service providers and the customer care is the no1 guys who dont know anything about work ethics.

                                  I had booked flight tickets with the booking id NF[protected] and IN1504B0SO71431. I Had Made a payment of 21780₹ and 37851₹ respectively . I got tickets for booking id IN1504B0S071431, But I didn't receive tickets for NF[protected], After doing the payment a lady called and told tickets got sold out and hence i would get the entire 37851₹ in 2 working days. It's more than 8 days I have not got the amount and the call centre guys Don't provide any details and disconnect the call. i cancelled the other tickets too. Worst service by makemytrip. I have called more thAn 100 times but haven't received any response .,

                                    Make my Trip team, i have called your customer care 8 times untill now and wasted many hours just in requesting them to reissue my new E-Ticket(with modified travel date). Your team just gave me time (6 Hrs, 3 Hrs...) and just want to some how get away from customer. I urgently need my new E-Ticket to get my management approval but its pathetic from Make my trip that you have taken all PAYMENTS but you are not issuing the new E-ticket. This is the worst customer service i have ever seen in Indian Industry.                                       Hello, I am really very disappointed with MakeMyTrip.com. After my cancellation of my ticket(Booking ID: NF[protected] just because of the Delay of Flight. As per the rules, I must get the full refund of Rs. 16, 170/--. But, I have got only Rs. 15438. So, I have still not got the difference in amount of Rs. 732/--. For this concern, I have so many tickets/complaints (Complaint No.:[protected] raised on 8-JAN-2015 unresolved, Complaint No.[protected] raied on 14-APRIL-2015 unresolved yet) but there is no response yet even after a long period of FOUR MONTHS. When I tried to call at the customer care center on 14-APRIL-2015, the guys whoever has picked up the call has ABRUPTLY disconnected my call which is really UNACCEPTABLE. So, now I would like to claim my money as well as the TIME that has been wasted by MakeMyTrip.com. So, I would like to request you to kindly look into this matter.

                                        This is regarding my booking for ticket from Delhi to Dubai, 12th April 2015. I booked Ticket for travelling to Dubai and made payment from my ICICI Bank Account. Payment got deducted from my bank account but I didn't get the ticket, instead I got a mail that booking attempt was unsuccessful. After that I called customer care and I had talk with Sonu Thapa, she said You will get the ticket within 6 hours, when I asked in case I didn't get the ticket what should I do? She assured me bu saying again that Madam don't worry we will issue you the ticket. After 4-5 hours I got a call from Make my Trip that they can not issue me the ticket due to some technical problem and they will process my refund. I asked how much time, female who called me replied will take 2-3 days. When I insisted to talk to some senior she said no one around as it is Sunday and you will get refund by tomorrow, i.e. on Monday. Then again I called customer care number and asked to adjust the amount with some other available ticket and I will pay whatever balance amount would be there. Mr Amit Kumar (CCE) replied it can't be done, we just can initiate the refund. On Monday & Tuesday, I didn't get any refund neither any call from them. On Wednesday (15th April 2015), I again called customer care to ask my refund status, the person replied me there is some technical problem at our end, so you will get your refund with in 24 hours. Again today (16th April 2015) I didn get any refund and I called Customer Care number, and had talk with Ms Neha Jaswal (CCE), instead of replying me she disconnected my call after hearing my question. Then again I called, another female CCE attended my call, she said you have to wait for 5 working days for your refund. When I asked her transfer my call to some senior person, she said no one available. Again and again she replied that you have to wait for 5 working days. Today is 5th day that my hard earned money is deducted from my account and blocked with Make my Trip, they didn't issue me the ticket, my travel plan got delayed, I lost one of my meeting in Dubai and instead of helping, their CCE are not listening and disconnecting call in between, not transferring call to senior, not refunding my amount. What is the solution for all this? Who will bear the loss? Is there anyone who can attend my complaint?
