Hi, I had booked a ticket with Make My Trip (Booking ID NF[protected] and later cancelled this ticket on 25th April, 2015. Since the Airline had rescheduled the flight from evening 7.00 pm to 1.00 PM afternoon and they had no alternate, I had to cancel this ticket and I was eligible for full refund which I had got confirmation from Air Asia. Air Asia with ref no CAS[protected]GSTHC4 refunded full money on 6th May to make my trip but this Fraud Make My trip, till today they have not cleared the dues and they have broken their redfund agreement. I would like to file a legal case against this company to sue them for breaking their agreement and on top of that their customer care support, whom I had called 10 times but no resolution till today. Please help to do this. Refund amount of INR 6127 for MakeMyTrip Booking ID NF[protected] has been submitted to the bank for processing and waiting for their acknowledgement. Refund would be processed in 1 working day if cancellation was done online else may take up to 2 working days if done via our call center. Thanks Ajay Kumar Atwal

    Hi, I had booked a ticket with Make My Trip (Booking ID NF[protected] and later cancelled this ticket on 29th April, 2015. At the time of booking the Paid amount for 2 persons was Rs 7384.00 and after deducting 3000.00 the refund amount should be Rs 4384.00. But I got only 598 and when I reported this to Make My trip they said we will refund but till today 25-May-2015, I am struggling. And When I am calling their call centre, they come up with excuse that their system is not working. I want to file a legal case against these people, Please help. * Refund amount of INR 598 for MakeMyTrip Booking ID NF[protected] has been processed. Amount will reflect in the below mentioned accounts in up to 3 working days in case your issuer bank is private or SBI, else may take up to 12 working days in case of other nationalized banks or until your next billing cycle. MakeMyTrip unfortunately has no influence on these timescales post refund is processed. However, in case the refund does not reflect in your account by 25 May 2015, please click here to submit your complaint .       HI Team, Please look into the below matter for flight ticket booking from makemytrip. Booking id is : NF[protected] On the same time I have booked 2 tickets for BLR to JAI(6195/- per person id: NF[protected], NF[protected] booking time is 04.42 PM) but on the payment time one of got canceled from makemytrip with error shown Price got changed. And again I have rebooked with 7314/- rupee(NF[protected]. But for the same flight after 2 hour(05.58 PM) also in Aircosta website price shown is 6, 195 rupee. Screen shot is attached for the same. Request you to please look into the matter and provide the various amount for the same else I will take legal action or will go in consumer court.       In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case with our concerned team and found that you have made two booking for Inr 6195.00 (NF[protected] & NF[protected] out of which booking id (NF[protected] got cancelled/Failed. And later you have made the booking (NF[protected] again for a higher price of Inr 7314.00. Please be advise that for the new booking we have charged the amount according to the fare available from airline's end. The fares are dynamic and keep changing, we as a travel agent do not have any control on the same. Also, please note that refund of Inr 5716.00 has been initiated in your bank account and Inr 479.00 has been credited on your payback account. The same should reflect as per your bank processing cycle. Thanks for contacting us.

        We had booked a trip for 12 ladies using Make my trip The payment was made for stay and airport transfers in the first and the last city we visited. Apparently in the final city we were given airport transfer only for 6 and there was no transfer for the remaining 6 passengers. It was extremely inconvenient for us and we had to book 2 cabs for the passengers who were not offered transfer. The voucher mentioned that the pickup point was from the hotel while this was not actually the case. It was a 15 mins walk from the hotel to a pint where a cab picked us to the airport. We had to rent another cab to reach the pickup point as it is practically impossible and not safe for 6 ladies to walk with all our luggage for 15 mins in an unknown place at 4:15 AM. It was not a pleasent expeirence with this reputed organization and insipite of sending them a mail with complaint metioned no one reverted after 4 working days. Looks like the do not care for the clients once the payments are made.

              Hi, I booked my ticket from sirsa to delhi via kisan express for 4th may 2015 at makemytrip.com. However my ticket was fully waitlisted on the travelling date (WL2). As it was an online ticket and fully waitlisted, it stood cancelled and i wasnt able to travel by that train. I got a message from irctc that my refund for the same will be through the merchant site from which i booked my ticket. But i havent recieved my refund yet.                 Hi I booked the ticket for myself for 7353/-rs . I have cancelled the ticket 2 days back and as per directions they said only 2000 /rs will be refunded. I have submitted a complaint on MakeMyTrip also but nobody care to bother and resolve it. You should close this company if you are behaving like a government company who take months to resolve it.                   Hi, My complain is for my booking id: NF[protected] The site makemytrip.com has this functionality of duping the consumers by charging extra 200 rs in form of Travel Insurance. Within the booking process of 4 separate windows there is a line embedded for travel insurance which auto adds( by DEFAULT SELECTED) travel insurance amount of 200 rs to the total amount. A user has to be careful(i.e. read all the lines in all 4 pages) and...

                  as i have booked a air ticket from port blair to patna but due to system glitch amount rs 38626.00 was deducted from my account and ticket was not confirmed my Booking ID:-"NF[protected]" as after some duration i again try to book the ticket for same distance and ticket was confirmed and amount was paid for the same. I called customer care many times to refund the money back but no else taking care of it . I booked my ticket on 7th may and raised the complaint for refunding money as they have took the complaint even they also confirmed that they will refund the money within 3 working days but still not getting any clarification and amount is also not yet refunded in my account...Hence therefore requesting that took some proper action so that I received the amount of 38626.00 back.

                    Hi, I had booked a return flight Mumbai-Kolkata through Makemytrip on Spicejet airlines. The airlines had cancelled the flight and no information was received either from Makemytrip or the Airlines. Later the day of onward journey, the airlines booked me on a Mumbai-Bangalore-Kolkata flight but the return flight stood cancelled. Hence, I had to make a fresh booking and came back to Mumbai. When I asked Makemytrip for refund of 50% of my fare, they deducted the cancellation charges and paid me back the balance amount. When I asked them for full 50% return, they said that as per company policy, any cash back availed during the time of booking shall be considered as refund amount. This is total because, no such terms and conditions are mentioned during booking!!! This so-called cash back has been transferred to Makemytrip account and not in my bank. When asked to transfer to my bank, they clearly denied saying that they cannot do it!!! This company is full of cheaters. The person sending the email doesn't even have the guts to include his / her extension so that they can be contacted. If a consumer tries the nos. mentioned on the website, it takes atleast 15 minutes to reach the right department customer service and atleast 4 times repeatition of case history. I am willing to listen to their part of the story but not some written in emails and super emphasized by these cheaters. ML

                    In reference to your complaint, we have validated the case with our concerned department and with the airline and found that Passengers has utilized the onward sector for Mumbai to Kolkata and for return segment from Kolkata to Mumbai airline has provided us total refund of INR 5037.00. Please note that INR 1200.00 has already been refunded as cash back offer, so the balance amount of INR[protected] = INR 3837.00 has been initiated from our end on 7-May-15 with refund reference number#[protected]. The same should reflect in your account as per your bank processing cycle towards the original form of payment.

                    Please also be informed that this is an involuntary cancellation made by the airline and as per process in case of cancellation of flight, airline inform the passenger directly. We have not been informed by the airline regarding the same.

                      We were trying to book tickets from LA to Rome - we saw tickets for $1044 and tried to book them... we were chatting with Ms. Bhawna (your agent) to ask for promotion code details but she took almost an hour because of which our ticket fares increased to $1076.. when we tried to book that (inspite of the fare increase which was not our fault) there was some error with your website and my credit card has been processed twice for a total amount of $4200...which exceeds my credit card limit because of which i cannot book any more tickets. Secondly, some agent named Sujoy Bagchi called us and asked us if we would like to book our tickets through him.. we agreed but then he informed us that the tickets we were looking for has increased to $1400... so we decided not to book and let it be. Thereafter he called us atleast 20 times and we got frustrated and answered and he was rude... we also emailed him to tell him to stop harassing us...but he still kept calling until we actually shouted at him to stop calling since it was 12 at night here. This is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IS HARASSMENT FROM YOUR AGENTS.

                          I booked the air ticket vide booking ID: NF[protected]. Due to my domestic problem The ticket were cancelled. Out of total paid amount of Rs 13527/- MMTrip refund only Rs5028/-. More surprisingly they deducted Rs600/- towards MMT Wallet without my approval. As I am not a frequet flyer it mean it will be lapse on 18/07/2015 because during this period I am not going to book any flight in this way I have lost 63% of my paid amount(Rs13527/-). I think it is a clear cheating by MMTrip and people should avoide to book through it. The tetails of the MMT Wallet is...                             Hi, I booked a hotel in Dalhousie via makemytrip.com website. After making the payment online, I got an email from makemytrip stating that my booking in confirmed and I can show the print out of the mail to the hotel reception and can get the room. But after a day or so, I got a call from makemytrip. The guy told me that I might have to cancel the booking since room is not available. I told him that the room was showing available during the dates on the makemytrip website and hence, I booked it and made 100% advance payment as well. The guy told me that there might be some problem with the website and now, he can suggest me alternate hotels in a similar budget. I was very angry with such a response but still I said ok. He asked me 15-20 min to confirm me alternate options. I waited for the response for 2 days. When no success, I tried calling makemytrip and wrote an email to them as well. I asked for a confirmation on my booking but still no reply. I just got married and going on honeymoon in May end and I am really scared about my booking. No body is replying to me about my booking confirmation. I made full payment and still not sure how will it go. Other details are below: Hotel name: Hotel Himdhara, Dalhousie Date of booking: 6th May 2015 Booking ID: NH[protected] Check in date: 28th May 2015 Check out date: 31st May 2015 Room type: Standard room No. of rooms: 1 Amount paid: 4556 INR 1st mail sent by me to makemytrip customer support team (to re-confirm my booking) on 8th May 2015 but no response. 2nd mail sent by me on 11th May but still no response.                               Hello, I had booked Bhutan Package recently and completed the trip. The trip went well, that is the positive feedback that i would like to give here. But my complaint is When i initially booked the package from Kolkata my total price was 88 K and very next day the deluxe package price for the same day departure came down making a loss of around 10K for me. MMT excutives fOllowed up previous day to book saying as seats fill prices will increase and so on. Next day, when i questioned customer care executive said, the mgmt has changed the price and they did not have any clue about it and cant pay the difference. Now i am penalised for booking early and travel with fellow travellers who have booked later than me and stayed in same hotel with lesser price. If this issue is not resolved then i will take this to consumer forum and needless to say that i will never book in MMT for the discrimination done to me. I have raised the complaint in MMT portal as well. It was escalated and currently in your queue. My booking id is NL[protected] and complaint id is[protected]

                                This is to bring to your kind notice that I booked my bus tickets, 4 in no., from KOLKATA(WEST BENGAL) TO SILIGURI(SIKKIM) in your A/C GREENLINE BUS SERVICE on[protected], and I intended to travel from the same on[protected] along with my three friends. Now i would like to bring your attention to an extremely harrassing incident that took place on the journey, a police man from the WEST BENGAL POLICE DEPARTTMENT boarded the bus with a camera at 23:58 hours on[protected] and wished to see our identity cards and we cordialy co operated and showed him the identity cards, but after that he suprisingly said that we need to go to the JAIL with him and then COURT the following day.The reason he gave was so stupid that I think it's below my dignity to write such an incident, being an Advocate in Delhi High Court of our country but still i would narrate it so that it may not be repeated in future, SO HE SAID THAT ITS ILLEGAL THAT TWO GIRLS AND TWO BOYS TRAVEL TOGETHER IN THE BUS AND DEMANDED BRIBE. THE BUS CONDUCTOR AND THE DRIVER ALSO SUPPORTED HIM IN THIS HENIOUS CRIME. The diver and conductor were drunk at night. It was an actaully EMBARASSING and INSULTING for me and my friends and police also tried to SEXUALLY ASSAULT ME AND MY OTHER FEMALE FRIEND AND THREATENED MY OTHER TWO MALE FRIENDS AND ALSO SAID THAT HE WOULD TAKE US ALL TO JAIL AT 00:25 hours on[protected]; but when I told him that according to the CrPC, ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO ARREST A FEMALE AFTER SUNSET THEN HE BACKED OFF AND LET US GO. Now I demand A FULL MONETORY REFUND OF MY TICKETS ALONGWITH A PROPER COMPENSATION AND A WRITTEN APOLOGY as I had to go under such a harrassing situation along with my friends and I would like to say if i see no action being taken then I am left with no choice but to file an FIR AGAINST 'MAKE MY TRIP' and 'GREENLINE BUS SERICES' and go to CONSUMER S FORUM because if I dont see an action being taken then its an obvious assumption that you also support such inhuman and henious tasks and then I am again left with no choice but to initiate a notion against your services and intimate every person of the same.                                   I have booked a tour of Thailand for THREE persons. I was attended by Mr. Mohd. Anas and his TL Mr. Anurag Thakkar of Ahmedabad. The proforma vouchers they provided were faulty having booking for 2 travelers which I informed to Mr. Anurag and he ensured that the correct vouchers will be released after we make full payment. Believing the same to be true, we made full payment but the mistake remains the same and Mr. Anurag has given up by saying that he can not do anything. Even other officers at different level are not listening to it. We request them to look into the matter and resolve the issue immediately failing which we will be forced take other suitable action against the travel agency and its officers.

Initially they booked the tour for 20-25 May but later requested to extend for one day as there was no flight of Thai Airways on 25.05.15 which we agreed as we seriously wanted to enjoy the tour. Proforma Vouchers were sent to me which were faulty as the number of travelers mentioned therein was 2. I complained to Mr. Anurag and he told me that these vouchers have no meaning and asked me complete the payment after which final vouchers will be released and every thing will be rectified. I made the full payment but to my utter surprise the final vouchers have same mistake. I am repeatedly contacting your different offices since 12.05.15 but nothing is done and Mr. Anurag has given up the matter by saying that he can not do any thing. In view of the above facts I request to either resolve the issue today itself or cancel the booking by refunding my total amount paid to you along with compensation for this harassment to old people.
