This is regarding my booking for ticket from Delhi to Dubai, 12th April 2015. I booked Ticket for travelling to Dubai and made payment from my ICICI Bank Account. Payment got deducted from my bank account but I didn't get the ticket, instead I got a mail that booking attempt was unsuccessful. After that I called customer care and I had talk with Sonu Thapa, she said You will get the ticket within 6 hours, when I asked in case I didn't get the ticket what should I do? She assured me bu saying again that Madam don't worry we will issue you the ticket. After 4-5 hours I got a call from Make my Trip that they can not issue me the ticket due to some technical problem and they will process my refund. I asked how much time, female who called me replied will take 2-3 days. When I insisted to talk to some senior she said no one around as it is Sunday and you will get refund by tomorrow, i.e. on Monday. Then again I called customer care number and asked to adjust the amount with some other available ticket and I will pay whatever balance amount would be there. Mr Amit Kumar (CCE) replied it can't be done, we just can initiate the refund. On Monday & Tuesday, I didn't get any refund neither any call from them. On Wednesday (15th April 2015), I again called customer care to ask my refund status, the person replied me there is some technical problem at our end, so you will get your refund with in 24 hours. Again today (16th April 2015) I didn get any refund and I called Customer Care number, and had talk with Ms Neha Jaswal (CCE), instead of replying me she disconnected my call after hearing my question. Then again I called, another female CCE attended my call, she said you have to wait for 5 working days for your refund. When I asked her transfer my call to some senior person, she said no one available. Again and again she replied that you have to wait for 5 working days.
Today is 5th day that my hard earned money is deducted from my account and blocked with Make my Trip, they didn't issue me the ticket, my travel plan got delayed, I lost one of my meeting in Dubai and instead of helping, their CCE are not listening and disconnecting call in between, not transferring call to senior, not refunding my amount. What is the solution for all this? Who will bear the loss?
