Nightmare with MakeMyTrip.com is a more apt tagline for your company. I had booked Singapore-Malaysia Delight package of 6D/7N vide BookingID: IN1504B0S156643 and BookingID:IN1504B0S156671 for Four PAX from 29 May'15 to 5 Jun'15. Below are the deficiencies in services promised but not delivered/delivered late for which I demand compensation and apology:- Singapore (30May-1 Jun) 1. On Mon, Apr 20, 2015 at 2:57 PM, Suneha Das wrote as part of T&C that Overseas Travel Insurance is Non -Refundable. However when I asked for Travel Insurance document before start of Tour on 26 May, another MMT Rep Navrit Kaur informed that Travel insurance is not included & I have to buy it. This indicates false declaration by MMT when selling the package. I had to spend Rs 1700 for buying Travel insurance for 4 Pax which is to be reimbursed by MMT. 2. MMT delivered E-tkts on May 23. Tickets had errors. Flight was Singapore Airlines (SQ) but tickets had Air India Contact nos. Also the Baggage allowance was incorrectly shown as 15Kg per PAX while it should be 30Kg per Pax. This was reported to MMT. However MMT Rep Navrit Kaur wrote back on May 26 that tickets are fine. How am I supposed to call SQ or Silk Air for flight updates/check-in with incorrect nos? Also the incorrect baggage allowance forced us to forego shopping at SGP & KL. 3. When we landed at 0740 on 30 May'15 at Changhi Airport, Singapore, we couldn't find any MMT rep at Information counter as stated in itinerary. We spent more than 2 hrs at Airport before we could find one guy from Luxury tour & travel who was carrying a MMT booking print. Then we became aware that MMT is Indian Agent for Luxury tours which operate in Singapore & KL. We finally reached hotel Cherry Loft at 1130am. 4. As per Trip plan shared by MMT on May 23, My Flight SQ reaches at 0740am at Changhi Airport, SG. But Cherry Loft Hotel Chkin is from 2pm. MMT has asked me to make own arrangements from 8am to 2pm. So I waste more than half a day waiting at Hotel Lobby? What rubbish. Was assured in the itinerary that all arrangements will be taken care by MMT as it is with Frill tour. I had to pay SG $50 to Hotel Cherry Loft for early check in. This must be reimbursed by MMT. 5. MMT had promised Dinner coupons for 3 Nights at Singapore. I had asked for the same on May 26 to which MMT Navrit Kaur had responded that same will be provided in Singapore. The promised Dinner coupons were never delivered. In Singapore also, I kept posting on Face book & Tweeting but MMT never responded to my request. As a result, I had to incur Dinner expenses for all 3 Nights at Singapore. So MMT has to pay me for 4Pax x 3 Dinner @$50 per Dinner = SG$600 6. On Mon, Apr 20, 2015 at 2:57 PM, Suneha Das of MMT had shared detailed itinerary for this tour. However below sightseeing was not covered for us by Luxury travels saying that they are not part of tour:- (a) China Town for reasonably priced trinkets and souvenirs (b) Jewellery shop 7. On May 31, Sentosa tour was poorly managed. First we were taken to an Indian Hotel for Lunch stating that Lunch is part of package. When we all settled down & started ordering/eating buffet, the Tour guide of Luxury informed us that there is an error and Lunch is not included. So people have to abandon their plates in embarrassment & leave the hotel and eat lunch at their choice of place. 8. At Sentosa, we were told to finish Sea Aquarium in One hour so we can move to Sentosa Park. However once we finished Aquarium at 4pm, we were made to wait till 5pm as tickets for the Park were not yet delivered to guide. So we wasted this one hour which could have been used in Aquarium or park. Post tour of Park, we were told to assemble at 6pm for going to Wings of Time show at Sentosa. We assembled but again tickets for the show were not available with guide. Another 1.30hrs wasted & we were given tickets at 2030hrs for 2040hrs show. Due to short lead time, the sitting area was full & it was difficult to get seats. We couldn't enjoy the show. Total time wasted due to tickets 3 hrs. 9. On 1st June was visit to Universal Studio. We were ready at 9am, the given time. However the Bus arrived only at 0930 only to take us to another point where more people had gathered for the tour. Finally we reached the park at abt 11am. Actual travel time was just 20 mins. So we wasted 1.40hrs waiting. AT Park, the usual wait for tickets started. Luckily we got them within 30 mins. Now we realized that these are Normal park tickets while every ride has a waiting Q. One has option to upgrade the park ticket to Express Q by paying SG$30. But since we got tickets late & it was already noon, the park follows a dynamic pricing and the express Q upgrade was now costing SG$80. So we could manage only a handful of rides and spent a large amount of time waiting in Qs. MMT never informed us of this express Q option else we could have enjoyed more rides. Had Tickets were given in advance when we reached Sgp on 30 May, we could buy Express pass online but MMT never bothered to tell us all this. KL, Malaysia (2-4 Jun) 10. On 2nd June, we left for KL. As usual, the Hotel pickup was late. It happened at 10am in place of 8am. We were taken to another Pickup point where we were transferred to AC Coach for KL. There was no lunch stop. This was never informed to us. We reached KL at about 5pm and had to rush to nearby Hotel for evening brunch. We were also given dinner coupons now. But sadly, the Indian Restaurant (Delhi Royale) was too far from Hotel. The commute itself took RM60. 11. On 3rd June, we were to have our Half day KL tour. The bus came only at 1020, late by 1hr 20 min. No apologies from Bus guide. Shockingly the bus then went around two more hotels picking PAX. So finally tour started only at abt 1140hrs. We were taken to some places but the major attraction PETRONAS Towers was a disappointment. The bus was stopped about a KM away & was asked to get down & take pics. Reason given was "as we are late, and if we take you to Towers, you will delay the bus more. So pl take pics from here so we can finish the tour". Finally we were dropped at Times Square Mall at about 4pm. Half day tour should be 4 hrs (Day has 8 hrs?). Had we started in time at 9am, we could have finished by 1pm & then we can explore the city on our own. But we were robbed of this joy due to delays & pickups of 3+ hrs. We had lunch at 4pm & then did some local shopping. Then again we had a torturous ride to Grand Seasons Hotel for dinner which costed us RM100. No Cabs ply by meter for tourists especially at night. 12. On 4th Jun, we left for Sunway Lagoon at about 1020am in place of 8 am. We were late as usual. At park, again the wait started for Park tickets which were to be delivered by some agent. Finally entered park only at 1110hrs. But we were told that bus will leave for Hotel at 6pm sharp. We had fun at park but at abt 5pm, it started raining. So we all gathered near bus boarding point by 530pm.But our guide came only at 730pm saying that he was stuck elsewhere. We reached Hotel by 9pm and were again robbed of last day of shopping as Malls close by 10pm. We rushed to our last dinner at another Indian Restaurant (Location is difficult to find, you will not get a cab easily were the consoling (sic) words of MMT Rep Ms Guddi at Hotel). Knowing of our complaints, Guddi had offered to pay for our dinner cab ride which we accepted - too tired to look for late night cabs. SO MMT must pay me below amount as compensation for spoiling my holiday and making me spend my money for things which were to be provided by them as part of package.     As mentioned to a make my trip representative Mr. Rishav Bhagat, I have not received my refund amount of Rs, 35, 863, even though I was promised it would be in 3-4 working days. Its been about 20 days now. I had cancelled three booking Id's, NF[protected], NF[protected] and IN1503B9S201502 on 27th May. I got a confirmation message too from their side immediately after. Ref No's of my complaint are:[protected],[protected],[protected]. p.s.- A Makemytrip representative got in touch with me after this and gave me a confirmation of just 4688 rs. The rest of the amount is not being looked into. I am very worried.

      My date of journey :6th march 2015 thru Indigo flight I booked ticket on 28th Feb 2015 thru MakeMy Trip.com (Booking ID:NF[protected]As per above booking ID I would suppose to get refund Rs.2105.00 According to Make My Trip they are telling that they have refunded my amount on 21st April 2015. But till date the amount is not credited my account, for this regard my all bank statement is attached herewith. My Complaint Registered Reference ID:[[protected]]. After exchanging several mails to Make My Trip but till date problem is not resolved, money has not reflected in my account. My Mail id:chakraborty.[protected]@gmail.com Please help me.

        I had booked a Charimatic Kashmir Package from makemytrip (Vadodara to Kashmir). For my vacation in May 2015 I had booked in February. During my trip to Kashmir I was shocked to discover that my co-tourists had payed 3000 to 4000 Rs less per head even when they had booked the package just 10 days before travel date. I raised complaint on their website, escalated several times on their website with my login and sent repeated reminders to reimburse the extra amount they took from me. But such a pathetic company does not even care to respond. Highly unethical and low standards. SUGGESTION: DO NOT BOOK ANY PACKAGE FROM MAKEMYTRIP. THEY ARE EXCELLENT IN CHEATING PEOPLE. ONCE YOU HAVE PAID THEY WILL NEVER RESPOND

          Make my trip had promised us that for our group of ten pax, they will provide us with a separate coach, confirmed via e mail by them but not kept up their word. There was no one to pick us up at New York airport and had to take a taxi to the hotel. Names is husband and wife were mixed up for sharing rooms. Mr.Lakhani was with Mr.Ramchandran, mrs.ramachandran with Mr. Patel and mrs. Patel and mrs. Lakhani. We had a horrible time in the Caribbean cruise due to this goo[censored]p. Promised in writing that we will be made to stay at Marriott at Monterey bay but were kept in best western inn which is 40 miles away at gilroy.

            I wanted to book for a online ticket for my parents to come to visit me. The online fare for London Heathrow from Mumbai was Rs 95870. My dad is not a internet person so he went to make my trip office in Mumbai. He was quoted a rate of Rs 112000. Then after quering with agent he told my dad that make my trip cheats people who make the booking on the Internet. This evening I contacted the office and was on hold for at least 1 hour. I did get a phone call back from Ajay who was useless. He told us the fare had gone up now. I was on the Internet 15 mins before and the fare had not gone up. Further he tried to investigate and disconnected the call. If the guys are competent enough to deal with the bookings why is make my trip wasting our precious time for the customers. I am sure even after posting this no one will reply as they don't care

                Dear Sir ON[protected], i booked Flight from MakeMyTrip Booking ID -NF[protected] Departure from Bangalore to Delhi On[protected] And Return Date as 21st June 2015 AFTER E-PAYMENT system generated e ticket as 06 Jul 2015 for Bangalore to Delhi And 21st June 2015 For Delhi to Bangalore which is totally wrong i have entered correct date for my round trip but system has generated as different dates, in have paid Rs.42576.00, hence i approched my make trip customer support they said they to cancell my ticket and re book, for cancellation i have been penalised for RS.15400.00 as its not my mistake, totally make my trip is did cheating with my money, hence i hereby request you please do the needfull as its not my mistake as it make my trip system mistake, .

                  Little did I know that my first marriage anniversary will be completely ruined by makemytrip when I booked Singapore Malaysia 7days 6night package through online portal. Booking ID: IN1502B8S045684. ON reaching Malaysia learned that they had done fraud and not done any booking. This is their common modus operandi. On contacting them they asked us to complete trip on our own expenses and promised refund. Total expenses incurred DUE TO their FAILURE. 335*2 NIGHTS~ 780MYR: HOTEL AFAMOSA Resort, 550MYR: KUALA LUMPUR CITY TRIP TO AND FRO HOTEL, 311MYR: HOTEL TO BATU CAVES AND BUS STATION DROP, 150MYR FOR BUS FROM KUALA LUMPUR TO SINGAPORE. 203MYR:Airport to hotel drop, 323 SGD FOR SINGAPORE HOTEL. After 2 months of calls emails and followup they now have stopped replying to email and calls. I have all genuine receipts emails and fake booking invoices. Their employee Richa Attrey(Richa.[protected]@makemytrip.com) should feel ashamed that she took part in such scam and keep conning innocent people.

                    my booking id is- IN1504B0S231384, Ina Bhavsar - mobile number - [protected] on 5th june i requested to mr abhishek jani that please help me i need to change the travel date for my parents, from 16th jyne to any other journey, 2 days he did not send me any mail regarding the same, later when i called he said its not possible, not even once he mailed it to me stating its not possible to change the date since its within 10days, he kept on saying verbally without any mail.later when i called to 5 different numbers i finally got to know that fdpostsale was the email he was suppose to forward my request to, which he did not, he waited for 2 days & then sent a mail to them & replied to me that its not possible .obviously he was waiting for the period of date change to get over, on 8th june higher authorities are telling me its too late, but i want an answer that i was not late from my end, i had informed abhishek jani on 5th june itself that my parents have a medical test on 21st june so they will not be able to travel on 16th june however kindly help me with the procedure & fees of modifying the date etc.extremel;y disappointing that till today no one has called me from any department to know my issue & help me out, i have already made a comlaint & FIR against this staff since he wssted my 70000/-, & because of him my parents not able to change their date of travel, whenever i called either he use to be on a abreak or left for the day.is this kind of service being delivered to your customers, my 1st time with make my trip & this staff of yours has spoilt it completely, i want an action taken on him & i want an revert on my travel date, i am ready to pay the fees but i am not ready to accept this reason that i was late in informing, i had even mailed medical reciept stating that my parents have a medical check up on 21st june, but abhishek jani didnt not proceed it to other departments on time, it was just lying in his mail id for 2 days . i have sent a mail on fdpostsale as well, still no 1 has called me yet, dissappointing i will make a huge complaint on this service delivered,

                      I am dr ashita munjal . I wanted to book 2 rooms in gurgaon at taj gateways dumdama lake. I called up makemytrip central no just to inquire that whether I need to book 2 rooms separately as the option of selecting two rooms simultaneously was not showing. I talked to mr RICHARDSON MATHEW who told me that there is some problem in the website and that he will book the rooms for me in rps 9000 instead of rps 11428 which was being quoted on the website including breakfast and all the taxes. HE COMMITED and then BACKED. I reconfirmed what all he said. You can check it on your recordings.then I asked him to inquire about the extra charges for breakfast for an 8 year old child . He rechecked and Committed that one room would cost rps 9000 and the other rps 9500 including everything i.e taxes and breakfast. .but Then he sent me the voucher for rps 9500 for both rooms for which when I inquired he gave a VERY LAME answer without inquiring that it was for the lowest category of twin beds and not for the king bed which I had asked. He was clearly LYING. But I still agreed as it is my daughter s birthday and I did not want to spoil this occasion . Again I had to pay for the two rooms separately which was the reason for which I had called initially . This whole procedure took two to three hours. Now then I got a call from ms esha and later by mr parth saying that I had to pay extra 17.42/ taxes which will amount to my same rps 11428 which I had seen initially on net and I had to pay separately for the rooms as well which was my initial concern. They NEVER GOT BACK to me after talking to mr Richardson as they had PROMISED. So ultimately I am getting the same deal which I was getting initially from website but after wasting my precious hours and LISTENING TO A BUNCH OF LIES AND FALSE COMMiTMENTS.THANKS FOR SPOILING MY TODDLER'S BIRTHDAY..I hope that you are professional enough to satisfy a costumer after your wrongdoings so that we do not have to say that it was expected as this is a company headed by an Indian afterall which is the general conception worldwide.i hope you pass on a copy of this to mr Rajesh Magow whose motto is "accountability is about taking full responsibility for your actions" or is it just something to write as it looks good and not follow it .                         I, Abhay Kumar, booked my bus ticket from Delhi to Agra via Makemytrip.com on 30 May 2015 for 2040 PM bus o[censored]PSRTC on the same day from Sarai Kale Khan bus depot. My ticket number was XIGH[protected], transaction ID-NU[protected], PNR No-3340882. When i reached the depot at 2130 pm then the computer of concern counter was not working at the time and then computer operator of the counter gave me handwritten ticket. When I reached the place with then depot in-charge, where the bus was scheduled to start, we found the bus was not there. Then the in-charge said me that sometimes bus on come there and passed through main road. I came with him on the road but not found the bus. So he told me to travel with another UPSRTC bus which was on the main road of Sarai Kale Khan. the bus number was UP85Z 9604. He told the conductor of the bus for that and he agreed but around midnight he refused to carry me and said that he would go Agra in the morning as he had no passengers and i should travel to another bus and he went to sleep on the bus roof. I want to mention that I rang the numbers which were mentioned in my ticket but found engaged every-time. Finally I couldnot travel Agra on the day and I missed my work due to the mismanagement by service provider Makemytrip.com and UPSRTC.                           Booking idIN1505B1S233799 I booked singapore and malaysia holiday package for two adults. The departure is on 9june 2015. Till now I have not been given passports, tickets and vouchers. I am really disgusted with this behaviour. MMT has added to my tension and worries. How can MMT claim to be providing customers with best and wonderful experience when they add to customer problems by not responding to customer. Make my trip executives do not respond to the calls and if at all they do...they are not helpful. Many times they put you on hold endlessly.They are nothing but bunch of disgusting people sitting there to add to customer problem and worries.                               I have raised several complaints, called several Makemytrip numbers(+[protected] Abhishek from Makemytrip) &[protected] Sanjay from makemytrip ), [protected](Customer Care) & every time I hear different versions. One says name on ticket cannot be changed the other one says name change is allowed. I received call from Abhishek(Makemytrip) & he said that name change is allowed I need to send passport copy of 2nd passenger after which he will forward the mail to airline(Korean Air) & will call me on 4th June(Which he didn't).However I have not received any call/update from Makemytrip so far. Also the mail in which I had sent passport copies(As per call from Abhishek from Makemytrip) was replied by Urvashri stating name change is not allowed. This is really frustrating. I called up airlines & they said they have no problem with name change it's just that request needs to come from Makemytrip. I called Makemytrip helpline friday morning & the person told me that Abhishek(Makemytrip) has sent mail to Airlines on thursday evening @ 7PM(Where mail should have been sent on wednesday itself) & they have not received any response from Airlines till now. I said Ok & i called up Airlines(Korean Air) to check the status & they confirmed that they had received email from Abhishek(Makemytrip) however he did not leave a call back number to them as they call up the agent first(Makemytrip) & then only they change the name(Spelling correct that's it). How can makemytrip person doesn't know correct procedure or is it that he is just careless? There has been no update from makemytrip after 3rd June. Everyday i am calling Makemytrip helpline numbers & they just inform that we are working on it.Now can someone please tell Abhishek to speak to Airlines & solve the problem once & for all? Or atleast call me & i'll take him & airlines in conference & get this thing sorted? Can someone please treat this matter on priority(Considering flight is on 11th June)? Please???

                                I am not sure why this is taking so much time but you might want to check the INEFFICIENCY of your staff and their behavior towards the customers. Already you have a whole lot of complaints in the social sites which shows what pathetic customer service you offer and I know one more will not harm your reputation. It's been quiet frustrating now that everyday I'm calling the customer service desk of make my trip and the employees there are either routing my calls from one department to another or simply ending the call by hanging up on me. It's been almost a month now I'm calling them everyday but nobody is giving me positive feedback about the status of my refund. On 21st of Apr I made a booking through make my trip for almost 10 passengers for 1, 28, 000 [link removed] total and due to some emergency we cancelled the flight for two of them with the help of the employee of make my trip and booked their flight for another day. OEMZKT was the original PNR in the name of MR. Khalil Shaikh and then it changed to SY61QF and another original PNR was WI52GK in the name of Neha Singh which changed into HGL47K and the booking ID was NF[protected]. Technically we were supposed to get a refund within a time period of 7 business days of around 11, 553 Rs. which is again a huge amount, but nobody is taking initiative of either transferring my call to the managerial department or giving me the correct information about the money I'm supposed to get refunded. The employees are so unprofessional and untrained that they simply hang up on their customers which in result is definitely a bad impact of the services provided by make my trip, neither they call back. Today after almost a month, I've decided to send a mail to you and apart from this I will make sure henceforth, I will never make further reservation through your site as well as recommend the same to friends and family. Apart from this I will definitely post the same on most of social networking sites which in turn will of course impact on your business. I've never experience such a pathetic services by any of the site till date. I received a mail from your end regarding your response team will get in touch with me in with in 24 hours but they didn't. I tried to register my complaint in complaints and feedback section of your site but it's not accepting the reference Id's... This time it has become ridiculous to share my pathetic experience where in executives are disconnecting calls and not giving exact information till date about my refund.

                                  Had to change dates on two flight sectors, had the worst imaginable experience with the custom are care staff. Spoke to 9 different people who kept transferring me to someone else. Tried to change dates online, payments did not get processed 5 times. Ending up canceling tickets out of frustration and booking directly with the airline. Total loss of nearly Rs. 15, 000. Why should I have to lose money because of your incompetence, better shut shop and do something else because you just lost a pretty loyal customer. Anuj Bhandari

                                    I had a flight on june 2nd 2015 from Chandigarh to Hyderabad at 9:45. I reached Chandigarh airport at 8:30 where i got to know my flight from Chandigarh till delhi which was a connecting flight has already left. I talked to spicejet department and they told flight was preponed to 8:30. But j haven't receive any notification regarding this. They told they sent a message 15days earlier but i didn't receive any single message from them, i even backed up up my previous messages but could not fibd the same. They told that i haven't mentioned my personal email id but i booked my ticket through makemytrip and they do require email id where they can send the Eticket. So i called makemytrip if they given my email to spice jet database or have sent me any mail regarding prepone of flight and they said no. Because i had to reach Hyderabad i booked another flight indigo that was around 11, 890. Previous flight was around Rs. 4890. Because of their negligence i have paid almost double amount and suffered humiliation as well. Spice jet authority was not at all polite they were all mocking at me and humilated me. Makemytrip booking id for previous flight is NF[protected] Amount: Rs. 4798 Makemytrip booking id for new id is NF[protected] Amount : Rs. 11859 Makemytrip told me in case they are in fault they would refund the whole amount to me including the new booking i have done. I dont think i have any single mistake in this and even i have suffered humiliation because of spicejet staff, i can even give you name of the person if you want. If nothing happens in my favor i will surely go to consumer court and file complaint against them.

                                      My incident is the heights of ignorance for a costumer, 4 times I tried to contact MMT on 5/6/15 from 8:58 PM on your Tall free number but after waiting for long on call I couldn't contact the costumer care executive . Even after 30 minutes when I could discuses my case with executive, he was not able give me the appropriate resolution of my problem. I have selected 12/06 date for my travel but when I received ticket of 18/06, I am really not able to understand that how can company like you commit this blunder . how can you change the date of travel without concern of the traveler. After so many attempts of making him understand the case (I discussed for half n hour) his reply was to pay 4700/- more to get the date correct, this is disgusting, Why should I pay for your mistake?? I really not required the ticket of 18/06 as I am from Indore and going to Chandigarh, then going to Nagpur from Delhi . Whatever technical reason is behind this mistake, this has made my travel plan in dark . I requested to change my date from 18/06 to 12/06 .
