I have made tons of bookings using makemytrip account. As per the online account dashboard, the points are 2802 which makes me eligible for "Gold Tier". There is a message also written in dashboard confirming the same and I have been seeing that from more than 2 months. The Gold Tier advantage gives you discount vouchers which can be used for further bookings. As I am not updated, all thanks to lazy and pathetic MMT software system, I never got these benefits and I suffered while making an urgent booking also. I called up customer care to see if they can provide this voucher or benefit on ad-hoc basis as the system is slow in updating, but it was of no use. The customer care assured response in 48 hours but nothing has happened. I wasted another 5-6 calls (total more than 60 mins), launched 2-3 complaints in online account, emailed, posted on facebook and what not. To my amazement, every time I receive a response that "we are working on your request and will get back to you in 24-48 hours". Basically, MMT doesn't care about customer issues and the service is horrible and non-existant. All they do is SHAMELESSLY provide the same answer "24-48 hours". This is the only way I can spell out my frustration, and I request ALL not to go for these lucrative offers. NOTHING HAPPENS and IT IS ALL FALSE.

It is an old complaint but you never attempted to resolve this. Like I said, I had to make an urgent booking and no benefit was given from accumulated reward points.Your entire system of Gold Tier is changed now and my benefit went into toilet with that change. Anyway, the bookings which I had to made urgently are NF[protected] or NF[protected] . If you are still serious about it, you must provide atleast discount vouchers for domestic flights as a sign of good faith and regret your pathetic service.

    Sir, I have booked a honeymoon package to manali from rest of India through makemytrip.com. and pay them Rs69478 for it. Before the trip stated there is a strike in manali. however the taxis registered out of Himachal Pradesh are going to rothang pass.The makemytrip people arranged the trip with a bus instead of a tempo traveller to the place knowing very well that the bus cant go to that place. when I asked them they told it will be arranged there if needed. we stayed there in manali on 27th and 28th for two days at manali. they haven't arranged any alternative at manali and we were brought back from there without showing rothang pass. when contacted them after a series of arguments they say they will give only Rs2000 as compensation for not showing it. I even told them that I will pay them Rs5000 from my side and asked them to complete the trip by showing rothag pass. they said it cant be done and concluded the tour. during all this time I suffered a lot. instead of having a pleasant trip I experienced a lot of turmoil. they left us some 5km away from the hotel we stayed and asked us to walk all the way.even the Rs2000 they offered when I asked when they can give they are saying we have to think and tell. we will inform you later. I am not at all convinced for that amount as it wont be enough for me to visit Rothang pass from Hyderabad now.So I feel this is breach of service and I want to complain with you. please advice me how to proceed further regarding this.

      Its next to impossible to reach to the customer care executives, I have tried two three times and every times it takes 1-2 hours and its not possible to reach to these cheaters. I had the terrible experience of my life and i have just done the booking, even the complaint portals of makemytrip does not work. They are cheating people by calming false promises i want to file case against these fraudsters. I am really surprised and regret the decision o[censored]sing makemytrip.com for booking my holidays. i am trying to reach the bastured who has been asked to manage my trip Harpreet Singh from last two days but i am unable to reach on the number and the extension which you have provided. You rascals, please call on the number which you have provided to your customer and check if its really reachable, I have called n number of times but its always gets disconnected after a long wait of the son of a . THIS IS MY BOOK ID MakeMyTrip Booking ID - IN1505B1S188879. Please call me or I do not have any option but to share my experience on all the social media and going to the consumer court.

        Hello Sir, I booked ticket from make my trip website on 6th February 2015. Booking ID NN[protected]. Travel date 4th Mar 2015 from mumbai to stuttgart & return on 31st May 2015. Ticket booked for my friend Amruta Gopal Gujar. Transcation i deed from my bank account. Unfortunately her visa get rejected by German embassy. So i cancelled this ticket by calling to makemytrip customer care on 2 Mar 2015. They agree for cancellation and for refund also. On the websit of makemytrip the refund process start on 15th March 2015 and Expected refund date was 22nd March 2015. But till now i didint get this refund. I asked makemytrip customer care several time since 3 months, but they say we are working on that kindly wait 3 days. i received this feedback atleast 15 times. but outcome is nothing. till now i did not receved refund. I dont undertstand why ? whats the problem ? I have no more trust on makemy trip now. Please help me to get my refund back. Thanks And Regards Swapnil arun Chaudhari

          I have cancelled a booking at makemytrip with booking id IN1504B0S112959 due to their mistakes in booking. It was in free cancellation . At the time of booking on 17april I transferred Rs34500.00 in their account. On 25 April 2015, I got partial refund amount Rs 23298.00 in my credit card account. After that it has been a month, I am calling their number but no one has my answer . At last on 20 th May they gave me a RRN number[protected] and told that they have already executed the refund on 27th April. And I should contact credit card company. I did so. Credit card company says they can't trace anything like RRN. if anything is their for me it will be in my credit card statement. All this is because of make my trip.

            Dear MMT Team, I cancelled my ticket from BKK to DEL on 20th May, 2015 since Spicejet has re-scheduled my connecting flight from Kolkata to Delhi. As per the Airlines policy I get full refund since flight rescheduled more than 90 minutes. Spicejet refunded full amount to Makemytrip account on 21st May, 2015 i.e. Rs. 40, 330 I contacted MMT and was told Airlines has not refunded full amount. Please see the screenshot full refund has been credited to MMT account. But in my account just Rs. 28, 520.90 has been credited. See the screenshot of my Bank Account below. MMT has not refunded the balance amount i.e. Rs. 11810 I have been sending emails to MMT but NO RESPONSE, tried calling them too but no luck ! Please check all the screenshots are attached here.               Dear Sir, while booking of an air ticket at makemytrip i experienced for the first time it showed some server issues then when i booked ticket in the second try, but then it showed that the ticket of first has also been booked. Please help.

                  I booked my ticket by make my trip from jaipur to sharjha on 10th may 2015 but i did not get any booking confirmation against this booking that ticket price was 603 AED .That booking i did through the ADCB internet banking and after i got message that amount is deducted .Immediately i called to make my trip customer care they said we did not receive the amount it is stacked in gateway due to technical failure so you can book it again the payment will be refund so i booked the same ticket again next day but against this i got ticket but the booking which i did first time for the amount 603 still i did not get refund regarding this i called so many time to customer care and mailed to make my trip but i am not getting my refund for reference booking ID is[protected].                       Hi, I have completed by return travel on 6th May and had raised request to Make my trip for the full refund for the air india flight delayed on 30th April from Chennai to Kolkata Sector. Air India has sent a remark for full refund via email to make my trip but make my trip hasn't processed the refund yet. Everytime i call the cutomer helpline number and each time the representative gives a new date for refund to be processed. Even i took the initiative of dropping an email to Air India and question them why full refund amount was not processed, this should have been done by make my trip rather than me. initially i was given 14thMay, then 19th, then 21st, then 27th and then 5th June. No resolution ha sbeen provided yet just getting new dates. Can you please escalate this to make my trip to senior escalation channel and get the issue the attention it needs.                         Sir My name is Sravanthi, working for Bank of Baroda, Secunderbad Branch. I booked flight tickets for my round trip from hyd to cochi and vice versa for August Month with amount of Rs 9296/-. As there will be a change in my program, I just want to check the refund amount if i cancel the tickets, so that i can decide whether i can cancel the program or not.. The same, when i gone through the page of cancellation and selected the option, i came to know that i will get the refund of only Rs 1596/-. There are two options available in the page as 1. Submit for cancellation and refund the amount 2. Uncancel the Cancel option. As I dont want to cancel the tickets, I selected Uncancel the cancel option, but request has been initiated for cancellation, and refund request raised for my tickets. I dont want this to be happen, because I loose almost Rs 8000/-. To confirm the same, when i called customer care of make my trip, those people are keep on putting on hold, and finally they given another toll free number for refund. The same when I called, the person is telling that, cancellation is already done, we are helpless. Even we fighted for our amount also with the customer care, but the people are not at all cooperating. When i inquired about the option o[censored]ncancel the cancel, customer care people stating that the option is available if you reschedule the tickets. Now I lost my amount.                         Same case here for my MakeMyTrip Booking ID NF[protected].. When I saw Uncancel button, all I thought Uncancel means DON'T CANCEL.. But Makemytrip went ahead and cancelled my tickets. My round trip tickets from bangalore to delhi costed 18900. When I saw the cancellation charge is 8200, I clicked UNCANCEL, but makemytrip invented their own meaning of the word 'Uncancel' and cancelled my tickets.

                        Also, their toll free number is designed to irritate a irate customer more. Even before the line gets connected, an automated voice says all routes are busy and then start playing their promotional ads. And, finally, when you do get connected, the reps keep you on hold forever.. multiple times.. One of the rep even disconnected the call saying they will transfer it to the right department. With all these experience, I think 'Make My Trip' actually means #TakeMyTrip.

Package details : Uttarakhand Delight - Nainital, Ranikhet and Corbett - From Delhi 3 Night Nainital | 2 Night Ranikhet | 2 Night Corbett I booked above package from Makemytrip.com ; for Rs.1.05 Lacs at time of booking i told travel agent regarding my choice but even though they give me wrong hotel at wrong place . for this package MMT(Make my trip) given me hotel in Pangot instead of Nainital even though i told 2 seniour citizen where travel with me they dont care about that and given me hilly type hotel as well as 15-20km away from nainital at time of booking i was told that this hotel is just 20-30 min away from nainital but actually its take 1.15hrs for one way mean nainital to pangot, when i ask to change my hotel they told me now its not possible so i changed my hotel my own and now when am asking for reimbursement of hotel they told this is not wrong selling, and there was no fault by their travel agent. Also i given my choice details on mail to their agent named Sahil. proof here with attached. but he convenience me to stay in this hotel by given wrong commitment and actually everything was different what he told me. Since 10th may am trying to fight with MMT but they are not given me single satisfactory reply so finally i knock your door. please help me out in this...

                              I made two bookings via makemytrip.com one in dalhousie and other in maclodganj. The dalhousie booking was fantastic no probs at all i stayed there without any prob as i moved to maclodganj the hotel named Hotel Home Stay. This is not a hotel it is a house of 5 rooms which they rented to visitors, it wasn't safe to stay there i called to makemytrip executive that hotel is not safe to stay here. now i after long conversation makemytrip is not refunding my amount please take necessary steps against them. If need any kind of document i can provide

                                I had booked the ticket on 26th october 2014 for 29th December 2014 from Amritsar to Delhi but the flight was rescheduled to 28th December 2014.New time was not suitable to us and we asked for reschedule and our flight was again rescheduled to 29th December 14:45 pm.On 29th December our flight was cancelled due to bad weather and we requested for refund and we were given refund document by airline and asked to contact makemytrip for refund. Its been six months now that i am following up with makemytrip. I have provided all the required documents asked by Makemytrip to prove that its not fraud case but till now i didnt get my refund.Every time they say they are checking but all in vain.I have never seen such a unprofessional behavior towards customers.I have lost my trust in makemytrip.I didnt ask for more.I just asked what is my right which is to get the money back for cancelled flight.What is so complicated in this case?i dont understand. I request you to please help me in getting my refund back.I have attached document given by Air India at the time of cancellation.I have all the emails and tickets saved which i used to contact makemytrip for refund.I can provide all the documents when asked.

                                  I have booked the Ticket on 19.05.2015 through my credit card. After this i would like to cancell the ticket booking from 25.05.215 But you have not accept to take my request for my ticket cancellation. I got shocked to hear this. After this your customer care officer told me if you cancelled the ticket also you will not get any refund. This is very irritating answer. This is my first experience with your website.

                                    Dear make my trip. i still have not got my refund How unfair is this to a cuStomer like me. i got my tickets booked.. i was there with all my family members on time and then air india cancelled the flights to pant nagar uttrakhund. Why are you acting like cheapskates and not refunding my money!!! This is the heights o[censored]nprofessionalism. A big reputed company like you. How good is your database.Please tell me...Or rather how bad is it, that u can not go back and check the records of 30th jan 2015.. the day the delhi -pantnagar air india flight got cancelled. How difficult is it? Iam sitting in Ghana and I am BLOODY fed up of following up for these 20 to 25000 rs THAT YOU AS A COMPANY OWE ME. Stop cheating your customers and pay back my money...                                       I had booked a flight ticket from Bangalore to Vishakhapatnam in Spicejet flight through MAKEMYTRIP.(Booking ID: NF[protected].). My journey date was 25 th Dec 2014. On 18th Dec, 2014 I got a SMS saying the flight has been cancelled, hence I applied for refund. I applied for refund on 23rd Dec 2014. After running behind Makemytrip till Feb 14, 2015 for refund, I didnt get any positive response. Then I wrote a mail to Spice jet to give me back my money directly without giving it it Makemytrip. But my bad luck, they had already given the money to Make my trip(I have attached proofs also, the mail communication with spice jet and makemytrip). On feb 18th, 2015, Spice jet told me that they have given money to makemytrip. Till today, I am running behind Makemytrip for my money, but they are such shameless people, they are denying me to give me my money back

                                      Thank you for your cab booking NC[protected]. Total Booking Amount- Rs. 2277.0, Balance Amount- Rs. 1935.0 (to be paid directly to driver), Included kms- 148.0 (Extra kms will be charged at Rs. 10.0/km).
                                      Toll and State Taxes are included in your fare. Parking and Night Charges(Rs. 250/night) to be paid directly to the driver if applicable.

                                      Above mention are my booking details and your cab driver Mr.harish Singh cheated me and charges Rs 2500/- instead of 1935/- and also behave very rudely and Mr.harish driver behaviour is very bad and throw my bags on road.So I want my refund on urgent basis otherwise I will not book a cab with make my Trip

                                      And pls take strict action against Mr harish singh so this type of incidence never happen in future

                                        I have cancelled the ticket on May 02nd through make my trip, com customer care, After they cancelled I have seen the status 8500rs refund in makMyTrip web portal, Later I couldnt see the status. I have called customer care person, they informed me like you ll get the amt in next 24 hours but I didnt get the amount, After one week again I called, They told next 48 hours you ll get the amount but I didnt get my refund again I called now they told me you were boarded to the flight... I don know whats happening, these people are cheating with us, , , Guys in future please dont book the ticket in Make my trip and spread this news to your friends circle.. my booking ID : NN[protected]... very very worst service... I need my money right now...

                                        In reference to your complaint, we tried calling you on the listed phone number but couldn't get a response. We have validated your case with our concerned team and found that passenger did the cancellation in time but because of a Technical issue reservation was not cancelled. Please also note that when our center checked with the airline, initially they were advised that passenger has boarded the flight but post checking details with the airline head office, we were informed that passenger didn't board the flight. Please be assured that we are initiating refund for INR 8496.00 on the booking from our end on 04-jun-15 and same will reflect in your account as per your bank processing cycle.
