i had booked a Flight Ticket on website from Pune to Dubai...Booking Id .IN1502B8S004038...confirmed ticket was shown on website and asked to make payment..Rs.16485 was paid on 04/02/2015..I did not received ticket..hence as advised by them i lodged a complaint on 05/02/15 .complaint ID[protected]..They agreed to refund my amount within 72 hrs...but did not do so by various excuses ..Again i lodged complaint on 19-02-15 complaint ID 150219=0233326...
