over charge exchange rate

i booked a ticket from Bangkok to Amritsar, the ticket costed 16130 Rs which calculated with the exchange rate of that particular date comes to 8710 Thai Bahts.I was charged 10100 something for the the ticket by my bank.I contacted the bank and was told to contact makemytrip about the amount.I was in correspondance with them for almost 6 months and they kept saying that i have to contact my bank.The bank says what Vendors charge they have...

Refund not done

I was booked tickets via Makemytrip on Oct 7th 2014 to fly from Goa to Mumbai on Jan 15th 2015 from Spicejet but due to some problems with the airlines the tickets got cancelled and i got a call from the same airlines that the refund will be process within 14days. Everything was going smooth. After waiting for almost 1 months i called Spijest and confirmed that the refund was proceed from there end and they transfer the money to Makemytrip...

Worstest Service Ever!!
