My bus was canceled by the bus operator and i have initiated the full refund on the same day itself. It was suppose to be full refund of amount 1763. I have initiated the refund on May 13, 2022 and now it's May 18, 2022. The worst part is they haven't contacted me yet, when i try to call them their automated call says, our team will get back to you and call gets disconnected. Their is no sign of any member from mmt team to get in touch with me.

    I have a booking with make my trip for a cab from Dehradun to Delhi on 16/5/2022. Booking ID is NC[protected]. The cab was scheduled to reach at the pickup point at 6.00 AM. But the cab driver called me and said that he is at Haridwar and it will take more than one and half hour to reach my pickup point, Since I have to drop my son at Delhi airport I could not wait for such a long period and hence I have booked another cab and completed my journey. I want refund of Rs 806/- which I have paid at the time of booking. Thanks & Regards. Sujit Pisharodi.

      I booked a UAE visa for 2 from MMT. I was informed on call that mmt had stopped issuing UAE visas and hence had to cancel. But they are not refunding MMT convenience fees.

      Such fradulent behaviour must be dealt with appropriately.

        We have cancelled our flight for PNR MT7U8E and indigo confirmed that they have initiated refund to Makemytrip and we should be getting refund of 435AED.

        The refund from indigo was initiated on 30th march 2022. However we have not received the refund from makemytrip yet.

        Everytime they create a ticket number and close it randomly with no resolution.

          This is the second time i am making the same complaint

          Make MyTrip India — Non Cooperation of Field staff pertaining to our Travel Itinerary, Booking ID number Booking ID NL[protected]
          1. 2nd day of our stay at Pine Palace Resort, Gulmarg is not a 3 Start Hotel whereas it has been claimed by MMT as 3 start
          2. 3rd day of our stay at Riviera by Mount view Pahalgam is not a 3 Start Hotel whereas it has been claimed by MMT as 3 start -No basic amenities in the room like wardrobe and so on are not available
          3.On the 5th Day stay at Srinagar again the same thing happened, instead of providing the accommodation in 3 star hotels MMT gave us accommodation in 2 star hotels
          4.Field personal Mr. George did not try to resolve our request and he was all the time non committal
          4.This has happened even after paying the entire money in advance
          5.Please refund our money as the amount charged is not in accordance with the committed accommodation

            WIth MakeMyTrip, we had booked the tickets for United Airlines from SFO to BLR roundtrip, . We travelled from SFO to BLR. Unfortunately, United Airlines cancelled their flight back from BLR to SFO. Following that MakeMytrip, cancellation request was made and a refund of Rupees 34036 was supposed to be done - around 20th March 2022. So far, we have not received any refund. There is no way to talk to a human being on this case and now emails to them get returned with a automatic message stating ticket is closed

              Hi I booked two rooms at Garhwal resort in uttaara Khand for one night from 14-15 may 2022.
              RooMs were under my name Sein aunt tun and mother Dil Maya.
              When we got to the hotel they couldn’t give us any rooms as it was over booked. So the owner took us to home stay but which was not satisfactory so we chose a nearby hotel and paid for it. We haven’t received refund from make my trip yet as I cannot cancel the booking on the app.
              It was worst experience as we were traveling all day through uttarakhand and we didn’t expect such service. Please call me on[protected], if you need any confirmation.

                I booked a bus ticket from banglore to Hyderabad and cancelled within 5 minutes even though they charged the cancellation fee of 600 inr and still remaining amount is still not refunded to me it's been 10 days.

                  I have booked air ticket from makemytrip having PNR JQJX1. Airlines changed the schedule twice in between the booking date and the journey date. Finally I had to cancel the flight as the new schedule was not allowing to travel. Airlines sent email as the schedule changed and to contact the agent for full payment. I have informed the same to makemytrip customer care. Everytime they say as they will check and update. But they never get back to me with any update. I am fed up calling makemytrip customer care. They always give fake promise and never help.

                  Please help me getting the refund.

                    And

                    U4KUKJ booked dated 09.05.2022

                    But I make an mistake, my brother in law and sister in law name is SUTANU SINGHA AND TITLI SINGHA, BUT I set the name SUTANU SINGHAROY instead of SUTANU SINGHA and TITLI SINGHAROY instead of TITLI SINGHA and SUTANU SAHA instead of SUTANU SINGHA .

                    Please do the needful. It is my first journey with flight and I made a book myself .

                      Dear sir mere dvara make my trip se mathura to indore ka tikit karaya tha jisme amar bas se booking hui jiska gadi number UP 83 AT 8710 he tikit time 4.15 pm nikalne ka or 8.15 am pahuchne lekin bus 5 gante let chal rahi he or mere dwara driver se puchne par kab pahuchegi indore to driver bol raha he kab tak pahuchegi pata nhi fir mene bus owner ko call kiya to wah bhi bolte yese hi chalegi bas jaha complain karna he kar sakte ho police ko karo ya rto me sabhi ko dubal payment karta hu sab se nipat lunga mera 11 baje interview he or mere sath ladies bhi he sabhi paresan ho rahe hain or bus staff, owner or make my trip dwara miss behiver kiya he es complain ko jald se jald solve kare enki vajah se meri job nikal gai jisse mera carrier ban jata

                          My pnr is Z4WBRE. I have raised my refund request in March.The same has been refunded by Airlines but pending from this agency.I have updated my bank details 4 times but not received refund of penny amount. They are telling our back end team will contact but no one is contacting since 2 months. I have called them 100 times.

                            I booked ticket bangalore to barsoi at 5 april 2022 and train departure date 22 april 2022 but my ticket is not confirmed because of waiting list.the total amont 1177.7 RS .MakeMyTrip promised That when ticket is not confirmed makemytrip refund 3x amount of actual amount.

                            Dear MakeMyTrip,

                            I have received the 1x amount that means 865 /-, But i was booked ticket along with trip gurantee also which extra price 295 /- and MakeMyTrip promised me whenever that is not confiremd than they refund the 3x amount 1x amount is a actual amount and 2x amount voucher that means 1730 /-.But i did not get any voucher, Only i have received 1x amount=865 /-.

                            please help me 🙏🙏

                              I am very frustrated with the services of make my trip. I made a reservation from MMT and my flight booking was cancelled from Airlines end. These guys have asked me to wait for the refund and it’s been more than a month but my issue is not resolved. Their team members have been passing me information over the email that they have refunded my full amount however they denied in the end that they will not give me full refund. I have proof where I was confirmed for my refund, however now they have denied from their part. My flight was from DXB-DEL

                                I had book my plan according to the packages affordable for me and while planning due to some glitch the Visa that was a part of my package since day 1, after 3-4 days visa wasn't the part of my package, customer service was informed immediately after the glitch occured but after that no action was taken and payment was already done, now the penalty is to be paid by me itself due to authority's irresponsibility and incomplete information, how am i responsible for the penalty? Due to your carelessness and your irresponsible behavior if my plan has to be delayed then i have assured of not paying a single amount over it for extending my dates, and if tickets have to be cancelled my whole paid amount should be reimbursed respectively, This is due to your irresponsible behavior we have to suffer, so its a humble request to kindly look over my query or strict action would be taken. As soon as possible provide us solution so we can plan ahead the plan.

                                  I booked a flight from Manchester, United Kingdom to Lucknow, India, in March 2020. The flight was Oman Airways, two days before the departure, the flight got canceled. I contacted makemytrip and oman airways as well. Oman airways refunded the whole amount of my ticket, since the flight was canceled from their side. The amount was refunded back to my makemytrip account by the airlines since I booked the ticket through them. But it’s been more than 2 years and makemytrip still haven’t refunded back my money. They keep on making different excuses every time and still not refunding back my money.

                                    This website is scammer they scam Soo many people in one year I am one of them to get effected from there scam I loose 22 thousand rupees.
                                    They refunded the money in make my trip app wallet. But when I transfer toy bank account it got fail everytime when I try to connect to service provider they do not help me.
                                    I request to ban this wesite because it make money by scamming people in our country
                                    And I demand this app to give me my money back

                                      I booked 2 tickets from Cochin to Delhi.. The date of journey was 29 December 2021.It was booked my friend Ms Shilna...The flight was cancelled due to some technical issue. So i cancelled the ticket... Later we contacted customer care executive.. They told it will take 7 working days.. Again contacted them for refund. They said the same thing.. Now it is 4 months is over and it shows complaint closed..

                                        Fraud under schemes

                                        I had made a train booking through MakeMytrip (MMT) on 11 May 2022 around 9:00 Am under PNR [protected] under "trip guarantee" for two passengers, amounting to INR 6, 726.63, which included INR 1500 as a fee for "guaranteed trip".

                                        3 hours later, i received a WhatsApp from MMT, stating if the status of the ticket gets to RAC, the trip won’t be guaranteed. Paranoid by which, i called on MMT call center...
