I paid full amount for my booking and it was confirmed. Owner called me and told he never confirmed and never received any amount.
I had some priority guests who were dependent on me ..I called them multiple times but everytime my case was in progress.
MakeMyTrip must compensate for the inconveniences caused and efforts of calling them so many for a basic requirement.
I don't have a booking and even my guests are not aware of it.
MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We trust on MakeMyTrip so much and they put us through such horrible, embarrassing situations.
How can this be justified ??
I am messaging now at 10 pm, 5th May 2022 and my booking was for 6th may, 2022, tomorrow. No response yet. No action even on a emergency..
I have begged and requested but they have no regards for a customer
.
This has been resolved. Thank you so much for the amazing service. I got a better place in return.

    On29 April bus ticket zing bus/make my trip booking from nasik to Mumbai was done and paid fully to make my trip.
    MMT- ref-PNR57Q3XZ27. booking Id-NU[protected].
    Zingbus cancelled the bus at schedule dept.
    Cancellation request was submitted to make my trip on 20 April 2022.
    Till date as of 5 may2022 the refund us not processed.
    Make my trip phone numbers are not reachable and e mail I'd not valid.
    Make my trip is looting customers in India. They are agents with operators who assist them to suck money.
    Fake online APP.
    WILL seek consumer court advice.

      I booked ticket on 30 april with booking I'd NR[protected] now after failed booking i have not received my refund payment. As on 5th May get it processed soon

          On 6th Apr2022 Flight booked from Makemytrip for AirIndia was cancelled and given tickets for 7th Apr 2022 which is also cancelled again by wasting the Airport back & forth charges of 5000+, Finally Airindia cancelled the flight on 7th Apr 2022, we requested for Refund amount was initiated will process in 21 days they mentioned, but till now did not receive money and makemytrip is not responding on this refund as Airlines told they refund to only to Makemytrip.

          Please do help in refunding my amount which is overdue

            I had booked a return flight from Barcelona to Kolkata on the 21st of March, 2022. Booking ID: NN238XRT3H40D1J89195. The itinerary was as follows:

            Onward:
            Barcelona to Istanbul - TK 1856
            April 11, 2022, 5:55 PM - 10:30 PM

            Istanbul to Dhaka - TK 722
            April 12, 1:20 AM - 12:00 PM

            Dhaka to Kolkata - BG 395
            April 12, 7:10 PM - 7:45 PM

            Return:

            Kolkata to Dhaka - BG 392
            April 23, 11:50 AM - 1:15 PM

            Dhaka to Istanbul - TK 723
            April 23, 11:00 PM - April 24, 4:25 AM

            Istanbul to Barcelona - TK 1853
            April 24, 7:40 AM - 10:20 AM

            The total price of the flight was ₹75, 419.00.

            Now, on 25th of March. 2022. I got an update stating that my flight was impacted due to operational reasons and that the MMT team will “get in touch with me” regarding the same. However no contact was made.

            On 30th of March, 2022, I got another update stating that my fight Dhaka-Kolkata will depart later. From having an 8 hours layover to 15 hours now. I am sharing the message below, as it came to me, since I cannot attach a lot of documents to this greivance.

            On the 7th of April, 2022, the Dhaka to Kolkata part of my flight was completely removed from the Itinerary. The flight from Dhaka to Kolkata was cancelled by the airline. Hence, I requested for a refund. After waiting for a month, I received an email stating that the refund was denied. I was well within my rights and it was not even my fault.

            It must be noted that my trip to India was o[censored]tmost importance and because of this, I missed the first death anniversary of my mother. I am not lying in this regard and concrete proof can be and will be provided if required. I suffered tremendous emotional and financial loss, not to forget the harassment from not being able to contact the MMT representatives of any other the airlines involved.

            I am attaching my ticket stating the detailed itinerary, the itinerary on the website on 7th of April as well as the communication from MakeMyTrip which also has no mention of the part of flight from Dhaka to Kolkata.

            I am at the mercy of the consumer forum to get my refund as well as additional losses which can not be quantified by any measure. This kind of scam should stop and the agency and all airlines involved should take responsibility.

              So I mailed them my contact number
              Then next day I got a call from company regarding refund issue
              I talked to an agent and he said you will get your refund very soon and he guided me step by step to get my refund,
              At first he asked if I am an sbi account holder ? I said yes
              Then he said that go to yono cash then go to atm and then enter amount of 20000 and enter transaction number I will get from sbi
              Then 20000 got transferred to their account
              Then I asked him how and why my money got debited from my account
              He said you will get entire amount with refund shortly
              And from then onwards I tried calling them but nobody answers that number
              It says switched off all the time
              I am cheated by make my trip again.
              All this happened on 1st may 2022
              From then on wards in am in tremendous stress
              Please I need my 20000 back
              Also o didn't got any refund
              This is the number I got a call from- [protected]

                    There was a flight ticket booked on StarAir flight through MakeMyTrip for me and my wife on 10 dec 2021 (Booking id: NF2S61C7LDJPMXNQ2880, PNR: DKD38N)out of which I cancelled only 01 passenger i.e. for my wife. On the day of travelling, I came to know that the whole ticket is cancelled i.e for both o[censored]s because of some server issue between MakeMyTrip and StarAir. I called MakeMyTrip customer care and narrated the issue to them to which their customer care executive told me to book a new ticket as the existing one has some issues and it will take long to resolve the issue. I took his confirmation by mail to book the new ticket as the new ticket cost me Rs.8944(Booking id: NF2OUXLM60VFTUCD2974, PNR: NX5XLK). The executive assured me that this amount will be refunded as I have to book this ticket due to MakeMyTrip.
                    For the last 6 months I am trying to get a refund but every time I call their customer care, they gave vague answers and literally no progress has been made in this direction.

                      MakeMyTrip STOLE MY 1.5 LAC+ MONEY, neither refunding nor providing a voucher..
                      I am very disheartened by MakeMyTrip. It is a huge loss for me and my family, and I am in very much pain. After following up multiple times to MakeMyTrip I am not getting any Positive response . I tried multiple platforms like facebook, LinkedIn but did not get any help :( At last I am writing here in order to get justice.
                      We took a holiday package of 1.5 lac which was postponed 2 times because of covid from their side so we got reschedule option. The third time when I was about to travel, I fall sick badly and was not supposed to travel as per the doctor’s recommendation. MakeMyTrip Relationship officer (Manju raga) confirmed that money would be refunded under medical conditions if I provide a medical certificate, I did the same, then my RO just denied everything that she said. NOW she said only 36 k will be refunded out of 1.5 lac. What kind of policy is this????????? I asked her to provide me her Manager’s number she is denying it..
                      NOW SHE IS NOT PICKING UP MY CALLS NOR SUPPORT TEAM IS PROVIDING ANY SOLUTION, EVERY TIME CLOSING THE TICKET IF I RAISE ANY COMPLAIN OVER THE WEBSITE.
                      MakeMyTrip SUPPORT TEAM AND RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS ARE OF NO USE!!! NOBODY LISTENS TO CONCERNS.
                      I Requested MakeMyTrip TO RETURN MY MONEY BACK OR PROVIDE ME VOUCHERS SO THAT I CAN RE-BOOK THAT PACKAGE. But i did not get any help from them. At last I am knocking consumer forum door pls help me in this.

                        Refund amount of Rs.4232/- against round trip flight was cancelled for Hyderabad to Patna (PNR No. ZSI7JK) on 15.04.2022 has not been credited to my bank account. The Airline has already cancelled the ticket and sent the payment to MakeMyTrip via reference ID - Indigo Airline Cancelled Ref ID:[protected]

                        Later I tried reaching MMT customer care and it is asking last 4 digit booking reference id of MakeMyTrip which is 7176 of full Booking ID # NF1VH6ZW3UAS5RJH7176. Unable to reach the call center agent of MMT since call center number does not have option to let connect with MMT agent.

                        MakeMyTrip is not showing any transaction for Airline PNR - ZSI7JK. This is very sad to see the service from MMT.

                        Appreciate your help to get the refund amount of Rs.4232/-.

                          This is regarding request id[protected] for hotel booking id NH[protected] at hotel Park Royal Inn by Lawrence Mussoorie. Have paid amount of Rs 18522 completely for this booking. When we reached to the hotel we didn't got what was promised as per images on MMT website. There was very bad foul smell of ciggerate in the room. There was no bathroom in the room. Only toilet was there. We were having two babies less than age of 1 with us.
                          Rooms were not at all in a state where anyone can live and moreover we were having small babies who can get infected in this pathetic conditions.
                          We called immediately to make my trip support team. And we spent almost 2-3 hours with Mmt representatives on calls with our small babies in chilled cold environment without room.
                          Than MMT representative informed over email that they will resolve the issue in 24 hours. We didn't checked in to those rooms due these circumstance.
                          Now after 24 hours got a call from MMT representative which is saying this booking is non refundable and hotel refused for this. We told MMT we paid to MMT please come for physical verification she refused and simply disconnected the call.
                          Surprisingly the request is not visible to me on MMT app now.(screenshot attached)
                          I have bought something from MMT by looking images on your MMT website, who is responsible? Amount is of Rs. 18522 which is not a small amount and you are completely refused for refund.

                            Despite repeated calls no response is available from the other end of MakeMyTrip customer care line. It’s doing nothing but persistently putting on hold. And as for e-mail all one gets is an automated reply. Given this situation MakeMyTrip is leaving customers in nothing but a limbo regarding genuine requirements/concerns, not expected of this organization.

                            Refund related to subject booking (Booking ID : AN75C4F08XSZOSQU1050) which was canceled on 24th April is yet to be reflected in either e-wallet or credit card. Please expedite and confirm credit at the earliest. I am not looking for an automated response, but a genuine reply addressing the matter

                              I'm have book 1 train ticket PNR [protected] and MakeMyTrip transaction number is NR[protected] NDLS to AUBR journey date 20/04/2022 from MakeMyTrip mobile application but due to my plan change I'm cancelled the train ticket on 17/04/2022. IRCTC already refunded ticket amount rupees 1050 on 18/04/2022 to Make My Trip India Private Limited wide bank reference number [protected]. But MakeMyTrip not refund my amount

                                Dear team,

                                I'm reaching out to you as I have not received the refund for a cancelled flight despite multiple requests.
                                Your customer service assured me while cancelling the ticket that the money will be sent to the card that was used for the purchase.

                                However, the money has been sent to an online wallet. I cannot access this wallet as I live in Europe and your website is not allowed to operate in Europe due to non-compliance with European GDPR rules.

                                Please transfer the amount from the wallet to the credit card that was used during the purchase. It is an Indian card so you should not have any issues.
                                I have called the customer care multiple times but your staff has been very unhelpful and unprofessional.
                                The Hyderabad customer center told me to "call back after 12 PM" even though your customer care is advertised as 24/7.

                                  My booking ID# NU[protected] date[protected], the bus was cancelled by operator, so i made a claim on[protected], still I did not get refund.

                                    I have booked a ticket with paying extra cancellation charge on MakeMyTrip. Then due some personal i have cancelled my ticket and choose the option to get my money directly in my bank. After 3 days they have ticked option saying that they have processed my refund to phonepe . But It didn't reflect on my account.please help me to get my refund back

                                      I never seen this kind of worst customer service in my life. Looting money from the customer. Showing the fake images of low class hotels with high amount and cheating the customer's. Very worst service.

                                      With out stay in hotel, my parents facing so many issues on that day, so many calls to customer service. Finally no solution.

                                      Very worst customer services, never recommend to any of my known persons.

                                        1. 2nd day of our stay at Pine Palace Resort, Gulmarg is not a 3 Start Hotel whereas it has been claimed by MMT as 3 start
                                        2. 3rd day of our stay at Riviera by Mount view Pahalgam is not a 3 Start Hotel whereas it has been claimed by MMT as 3 start -No basic amenities in the room like wardrobe and so on are not available
                                        3.Field personal Mr. George did not try to resolve our request and he was all the time non committal
                                        4.This has happened even after paying the entire money in advance
