14th April 2022, I booked a train ticket from vishakhapatnam to howrah in Mas src express. I completed the booking transaction by phone pe app. Although money got deducted from my bank account but the booking was not completed. The booking status was failed and quickly i booked the train from IRCTC due to emergency. Next I asked for cancellation of the ticket and refund. They promised to refund the money from 14th-18th April, but no money was refunded. Even in their app it is showing that money refunding was complete but my bank account history shows no credited amount. Please help me to get my refunded money back.

    I have tried to book train tickets on 14th of April thrice . My booking was unsuccessful but amount got debited from my account for which I have raised request for refund on same day.
    Today I have received the amount .
    Out of which I have received 1195.40 twice and 520.4 once . Which should be 1195.4
    Amount of rs 675 was less credited in my account .

    You r requested to kindly check and refund me the full amount …

      This is in reference to booking from Manali to Delhi 16th may, bus operator zing bus. Booking done on 19 april 2022.

      I booked the ticket from MMT and at the time of booking it showed AC semi sleeper but when i got the ticket and confirmation it showed AC seater.

      I tried contacting both MMT and Zing Bus but got no response, unfortunately had to cancel the booking and face cancellation charges.

      I still cannot find a way to talk to customer care representative of MMT.
      Please refund the full amount as this is clear case of miscommunication from MMT and Zing bus operator end.

      I have screenshot where MMT shows Semi sleeper in booking confirmation and Zing shows AC seater.

      Attaching screenshot for your reference.

      A total of 3700rs was deducted as cancellation charges which i don't find appropriate because this is clearly a case of miscommunication from MMT and Bus operator. I would request a full refund against the abive booking ID

            I have booked the online cab from MMT from my home to bangalore Airport for 18thApril 2022. As I reached to airport I did the rest of payment through online but the driver started shouting and was asking for the cash, I told that payment is done then he told I won't give your luggage but somehow because of fear of police he gave the luggage but in that tension I forgot my wallet in the cab and he took the wallet and didn't come to return that and because of all this drama I missed my flight also .then later I reschedule the flight from indigo counter and paid extra 2500 money.
            Now MMT has to refund my flight money and cab money as because of the driver I missed the flight and wallet. Take strict action towards the driver.

              We booked cottage at polelam Goa after seeing that they provide Tv. Bt when we reach there is no TV. When we tried to contact customer care of MakeMyTrip, they were not available. In advertisement they are showing us that we fullfill all conditions n if any problem, it will be solved within an hour or full refund bt still we r not getting any. When we contacted MakeMyTrip they tried to gave us voucher of 750 rs which is only redeem though MakeMyTrip second trip. It's fraud. After our compaint they removed TV from that hotel site but what about us. We booked only because of that. Pls help us to get satisfactory answer about this.

                    This is regarding the refund of the flight that is due. As per the communication with the MMT team. The neft was processed and they gave me the UTR number. However, I checked with bank and the same was not processed as the A/c was not correct. I have the statement from bank.

                    Please find the attached for you reference
                    1. Flight tickets
                    2. Communication with MMT
                    3. Statement from bank

                    The matter can be summarised as follows-
                    1. I made the booking through MMT, which was cancelled due to covid.
                    2. My refund was processed.However, it was never transfered to my account.
                    3. When I checked with the bank, through the UTR number provided by MMT. The bank stated that the cheque/neft with the UTR was returned, as the account number was incorrect.
                    4. Since then, I have been trying get my refund from MMT. But the team is not effective in providing the solution.
                    5. I have attached the proof from bank.

                    Please do the needful. The amount has been due for more than a year now. It is causing me unnecessary stress.

                      I want to cancel my bus booked but whenever I am trying to do so, I am getting msg "Your request for Bus Cancelled by the Operator has been submitted, our agent will verify your request with the Bus Operator and will get back to you in 72 hours."
                      After completion of 72 hrs also no one has contacted me nor helped me. I have called many times on customer care. They are telling the same method to cancel but it is not possible because of this msg
                      If the refund amount increased only due to your ignorance to help us
                      then I am not going to pay the amount.
                      Worst service till now

                        I was booking ticket for 3 may 2022 bangalore to indore and used there price lock service. After some time I decided to book ticket but tickets are shown sold out. I mailed MakeMyTrip 2 times but not getting any response. And I have to book flight at higher price and that also for the next day.

                        I need the refund of of my payment, done to lock price ( useless service )

                          Hi Team,

                          I had a booking for the Andaman & Nicobar trip for 5N/6D.
                          There were a few problems during the journey, I will list down the no. of activities and hotels I wasn't able to visit due to operational reasons which the MakeMyTrip staff themselves said are canceled and you can claim a refund once you return from your trip.

                          Here is the list of activities we weren't able to complete:

                          1. Seakart Adventure in Andaman
                          2. Check-in at HAYWIZZ HAVELOCK ISLAND RESORTS
                          3. Ferry Transfer from Port Blair to Havelock Island
                          4. Photoshoot at Havelock
                          5. Entry Ticket to Elephant Beach
                          6. Snorkeling
                          7. Cab in Havelock for 2 days

                          Please help me with the refund for the same.

                                  Respected Sir/Madam

                                  People are using your platform to book tickets, hotels. On 13th April, 2022 I arrived at Delhi airport to board the Vancouver flight and at the check-in counter, I was informed that his ticket got cancelled automatically.

                                  Please address the following and provide a relevant solution to all points:
                                  1. Why you guys have not sent any update that his ticket is cancelled. Till 13th of April, on the portal it clearly mentioned that my ticket is confirmed! PFA the image with this Email for your reference. Isn't it troubling your customers for no reason?

                                  2. After spending 1 hour with the customer care executive, a lame reason was received that the system marks you absent in subsequent flights when you miss any one flight in multi city travel. Why can't you people come forward and inform yourself to the customer, don't you think it will increase MMT's accountability?

                                  3. People work hard and earn money, then think of enjoying their life by traveling to different cities. Such unexpected shocks are unbearable, unwelcomed and heavy on the pocket. It's only because you guys are not intimating anything on time, if one is choosing you as a travel partner, it's definitely your responsibility to make sure the person completes the trip and provide a relevant solution in case of any unpredictable issue.

                                  4. I had to book a Flight on the Spot to reach home that cost me INR 181985 + CAD 591.09, additionally I booked a hotel for INR 3000. This is a huge expense that I paid on the spot just because of Makemytrip negligence! All these receipts are attached with this Email. Lufthansa Airlines Customer service blamed Makemytrip entirely for this mistake at the Airport!

                                  I am highly disappointed with Makemytrip and will not choose you as our travel agents, going forward if this matter isn't solved!

                                  Kindly refund the amount for the Delhi to Vancouver MMT ticket + Delhi to Toronto ticket bought on the spot for INR 181985 + CAD 591.09 for ticket from Toronto to Vancouver + INR 3000 for the hotel stay booked! Otherwise I will take this matter to the higher authorities.

                                    Hello Consumer Forum,

                                    I made an International holiday booking to Bali, Indonesia via MakeMyTrip on Jan 2020 for a holiday vacation on Apr 2020. The bookings were cancelled due to the Covid 19 pandemic was at its high during Feb 2020 to Oct 2021. I was promised by MakeMy Trip that my money is safe with them and will be contacting me once the situation is normalized. But till now no onc contacted me regarding my booking.
                                    In the past I attempted making several contacts with MakeMyTrip to know the status of my booking and get the booking amount refunded but no one has given correct response. Even the entry of my booking is deleted from the booking history of my MakeMyTrip account .
                                    The Airlines on which my flight tickets were booked by MakeMyTrip is Scoot Airlines. Even they are ready to refund the amount to original payment mode for the flights cancelled that were scheduled to depart between Jan 2020 to March 2021.

                                    Please check the below link of Scoot Airline for your reference where it is mentioned about refund of flight tickets.

                                      I have booked a bus (Reo India Travels) from Delhi to Manali for 14th April 2022 (9:15pm) but it was cancelled by the operator on the same day by 1 PM stating that it broke down and he has no other alternate. As I came to know about it, I informed the same on MakeMyTrip app. As there were 5 tickets, so I was expecting a total refund of Rs.10746.75.

                                      Operator is saying that he has refunded the amount and I have to contact MakeMyTrip. But there is no option to talk to them.

                                      Hence I request you to please help and get my money refunded asap.
