I had booked railway tickets from Delhi to Varanasi for travel on 10/05/2022 with cancellation insurance for which I had paid extra money. I cancelled the tickets on 28/05/2022 and chose MMT wallet as the mode of refund. The refund isn't processed while the app fraudulently showed the notification that it is; there is only ₹ 1 in Mycash. As there is no way to talk to any of the company's executives, I tried contacting them over Facebook. To my utter disappointment, even after narrating the whole issue, two of the company's executives - the only two I had talked to - narrated the same reason as to the failure in refund! - the wallet is blocked due to the FTV misuse!
First of all, I haven't used any FTV, forget about the misuse! Secondly, if my wallet was blocked, why did the company allow me to choose it as the mode of refund in the first place?!
I told this to the company's executives and asked them to refund in my bank account instead, as the money is cancellation money. None of them respond! If they do, all they say is - the wallet is blocked! They keep repeating it!
I had to book fresh tickets with the wallet money! They tickets are running out! I can't keep spending money in huge chunks. Who will take the responsibility of the mental torture that the company is making its customer go through?
