I had booked cab on 22 may 2022 from Delhi to Haridwar. Booking reference - NC[protected].
Driver denied the service and said he had car heating issue and he shall cancel the booking and would get my refund. Still I haven't recieved my money and in app it showing completed trip. I tried to call customer care but couldn't reach. Please refund my money. [protected]@gmail.com

      I am not happy with the resolution provided by Make by trip against my check-in denied issue at the hotel in haridwar. They didn't inform me that my hotel was not confirmed and when I got to know about it at the last moment, I didn't get a resolution from them. Due to this my whole trip was screwed. And now after 48 hours when my trip is over, they have provided me a refund of just my money that I had paid. What about the compensation for the mental torture I and my family faced?

        We had booked 2 rooms in Prajakta Holiday Inn, Panchgani for 1 night through Make my trip. We had already paid the entire amount of Rs. 3730 for 2 rooms on 28th May 2022.
        When we reached the property for check-in on the same day, we were denied check-in, the hotel staff told us that hotel is full and they are not getting any bookings from MakeMyTrip for the last 6 months.
        We contacted the make my trip customer care immediately to intervene to allow us to check in,
        but they told us that hotel said the booking is full and we will give a booking in another nearby property. but it was actually 9:30 PM and we cannot wait for them so we booked
        one hotel nearby paying Rs. 6000/- for 2 rooms and I informed same to them. I asked for the penalty for them and they said only a refund is possible and we cannot provide a penalty.

        We request you to help us get the refund for making my trip for Rs. 6000/- and another 10000 for the mental agony suffered.

          Make my trip booked an incorrect ticket without informing about the transit visa and took 272500. But i was not allowed to travel.

          So i lost and again booke tickets for 457000 .

              Hi,

              We have cancelled the above booking on 12th April 2022 at 1.10pm well within the time for 100% refund ( 12th April 2022 till 1.59 pm) of Rs. 31665/-, But the refund was not initiated. Then, we shared the screen shot of booking and cancelled time. same is attached for your information. then they have refunded Rs. 12731 ( 8th May - 4815 + 2nd May - 3959+3959)

              Now they are not responding to any of our mails, Hence we seek your support in getting the balance refund.

                  I have requested for a booking against the credit shell held by Spice Jet against a canceled flight due to Covid lockdown in May 2020 vide booking reference ending with 4760. This was 10 days ago and the request was made over telephone. I try to contact Makemytrip for the ticket which was not provided as yet. When I call the customer care, they inform me that they have sent the SMS which contains the details. The SMS link when opened takes me to the web page that shows My Trips. The pages are blank there. I have tried at least 30 times to reach someone over phone. I sent mails to [protected]@makemytrip.com, [protected]@makemytrip.com and even made a personal visit to the Googled address of MMT in Lakshmi Nager, Delhi. The office does not exist. I then tried to get to speak to a HUMAN BEING as that is IMPOSSIBLE under the circumstances where they direct you away automatically. I fooled the system and went through the International Flights route to speak to an executive and requested some help in being able to contact someone. I then contacted Spice Jet, who cannot issue the ticket themselves for some reason, and they have initiated refund of the money that was in the shell account against my booking. I don't know the status yet of the finds not wether MMT has booked the ticket. I am going around in circles.
                  A company should have some way a customer can access the company when there is need. Just blocking people like this causes huge frustration and LOST CUSTOMERS. I am a MMT Black customer, so would MMT like to lose me?

                    I have booked a ticket of 1AC for Mumbai - Varanasi LTT MAU SPL / 01051 with booking ID NR[protected] and PNR #[protected] through makemytrip mobile app on 22.5.22. due to some personal reasons I had to cancel the booking on same day. I received confirmation from IRCTC about ticket being successfully cancelled and to collect the amount of 4575 from agent, i.e. makemytrip. its about 1 week now, but the refund is not yet credited to my account. Make my trip don't show any email id on site to connect and share my concern about refund issue. I have connected to customer care no. but its not having the option to connect to customer care executive. If IRCTC has given the cancelled ticket reversal to Makemytrip why dont they refund the same to my account. It just creates a bad image of company in mind of customers like me as amount of Rs. 4575 is not a small amount to forget. Please look into the issue and solve at the earliest.

                      This is my first time making my trip to book flights and I am highly disappointed with it!!!
                      I booked 5 tickets from Delhi to Goa for 61, 600, the balance was deducted as soon as I paid the amount but I've not received my tickets.
                      I'm calling on their customer care number with the registered mobile number they are responding with "no bookings are made" and the same is the case on their website after I logged in my amount.

                      Please look into this matter at the earliest.

                        Sub: Complaint regarding fake hotel booking, cheating

                        Sir/Madam,

                        This is to inform you that I am very displeased by your disservice and am forced to file lawsuit against you.

                        Today, on, 26th May 2024, I booked hotel rooms, from MakeMyTrip (Booking ID: NH[protected]) and you made my booking and also sent me confirmation message on my WhatsApp and charged me Rs. 16, 935.

                        Shockingly enough, when I reached the hotel, they rejected me, saying they do not have any rooms, and they stated that all their rooms have been already sold for last four days and they have not allowed any booking.

                        Confused, I waited for four hours trying to get entry, but all in wain. When I contacted MakeMyTrip, they could not explain why they did fake booking and cheating.

                        As a business person, my important schedule got disrupted and I had to bear huge losses for all of this.

                        I ask you three questions,
                        Q1). Why did you make fake booking when room was not available at the first place?
                        Q2). Why did you charge me Rs. 16, 935 when Rooms were priced at only Rs. 11, 400.
                        Q3). Why did you troubled me with all this cheating and faking without informing me about anything?

                        Thus, at your deliberate negligence, you should note that, I am compelled to file lawsuit against MakeMyTrip in the court and will demand strict action.

                          I have already submitted a complaint and still they aren't refunding my money .. below is the complaint that i had submitted to consumercomplaints, kindly help as they are not doing anything please take strict action so they give me my money back, i have escalated the issue on their app as well so many times still no reaponse . .

                          I had cancelled my flight from srinagar to darbanga that was supposed to depart on 19th may, however the makemytrip people sent me a breakup of my refund amount which is incorrect, now they are not responding to my calls and neither are giving me a call back .
                          Paid amout- Rs 35332
                          Amount they calculated for refund Rs 25672
                          And amount they are planning to refund - Rs 9874

                          Where did the difference of 10000 rs go? Why they are saying amount paid in refund breakup as 25672 rs whereas i have paid 35332 rs kindly help
                          They are again and again disconnecting my calls and not giving me a callback also i am helpless

                            I have booked a flight with FLYBIG airlines from Hyderabad to Indore on the 10th of May 2022. Due to some technical issues with the airlines, the flight was canceled and rescheduled to the next day which is the 11th of May 2022. I was not willing to travel with FLYBIG and take any risk and asked FLYBIG airlines to cancel my flight. They have canceled my flight and initiated the refund to MakeMyTrip.

                            The flight number was S9401
                            The PNR Number is: DYFH1U

                            I have been in contact with MakeMyTrip ever since and they said the refund will be initiated within a week. I have spoken to the customer care representatives several times and they have been giving me different reference numbers every time. The refund has been initiated by FLYBIG airlines to MakeMyTrip, but MakeMyTrip people have been taking more time than they promised.

                            On the 22nd the reference number was:[protected]
                            On the 23rd the reference number was:[protected]

                            On the 24th I have spoken to Mr. Nauman Ahmed regarding this issue and he had promised me that he will be resolving it within a day. The reference number provided by him was:[protected]

                            Today on the 26th of May 2022 I spoke to the customer care representative Ms. Poonam, and again she said that she will resolve the issue within 24 hours.

                            I have been facing the sam issue since the past 2 weeks

                              Dear Sir,

                              I had placed order to book 6 no of persons on[protected] for train no.11029 Koyna Express for Sunday 22.02.2022 through Rupay card having booking id NR[protected]; Dut to technical error the booking was not completed and it is failed But my bank account is debited Rs.294/-for trains tickets.

                              On the same day I got following mail from Makemytrip which is attached for your information.

                              Refund amount of INR 294 for MakeMyTrip Booking ID NR[protected] has been processed. Amount in your account will reflect in up to 2 working days in case your issuer bank is private or SBI, else may take up to 12 working days in case of other nationalized banks or until your next billing cycle.

                              MakeMyTrip unfortunately has no influence on these timescales post refund is processed. However, in case the refund does not reflect in your account by 20 May 2022, please click here to submit your complaint . We will be pleased to follow up with the concerned bank to assist.

                              But till today I have not received my Refund of Rs.294/- and no any information from makemytrip for still how many day required for refund.

                                I have booked an Oyo room in Banglore on 23rd April 2022. The hotel rejected my check-in as there were no rooms available. Then I contacted make my trip customer care and they promised that they will refund my money. I still haven't received my money and I'm unable to contact their support over the phone.

                                  Hello Sir/ mam, I booked a hotel, Oyo 86741 Hotel Cloud 9 in Zirakpur, Punjab on 23 Mar 2022 through MMT. I booked for one day, from 24/may to 25 /may. My booking ID was NH[protected] and PNR: [protected]. When I reached the hotel, they told me that no such booking is made. I contacted the number given on booking details, and after filling my PNR it confirms that no booking is being done. I had to make cash payment at the hotel for my stay.
                                  I request for refund.
                                  I have used this site earlier also but I never expected such things from MMT.

                                    I hope you are doing well and in good health.

                                    I booked a hotel for May 22, 2022, in Delhi. The reservation was successful. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was horrified to discover that it had been shuttered and out of service for quite some time. I was really exhausted after my train journey. Besides, the five-hour delay of my train made me tired. I wanted nothing more than a hotel room in which to rest and relax. I was not concerned because I was thinking that I had already booked. However, when I arrived, I was astonished to find that the hotel was closed; how can invalid hotel bookings be confirmed? Why do MakeMy Trip not update and cooperate with hotel owners to see whether they are operational?
                                    MakeMy Trip irresponsibility causes me extreme anxiety. I reached Delhi late at night. Where can a girl who is alone in the capital go? I had no choice but to look for a low-cost, good hotel nearby. I found only one nearby hotel, but it was far more expensive than my booking budget.
                                    I attempted to cancel my reservation and receive a refund, but this was not possible.
                                    MakemMy Trip caused me extreme distress and also stole my money.
                                    The docket number for my complaint against MakeMy Trip is 3522120.
                                    Because of your carelessness, I was obliged to reserve a room at a more expensive hotel, which I did not wish to do, but was compelled to do so because I arrived late at night.

                                    MakeMyTrip shamelessly sent a message to me: "We loved helping you book your recent stay at OYO Flashship 74150 Garg Inn in Delhi on May 22, 2022, and hope you had a comfortable stay!". "We hope to keep making your trips amazing." What an amazing thing! I booked a hotel and it is closed. How can I be comfortable?

                                    I want my money returned and compensation for the damage I incurred because of the MakemyTrip mistake.

                                      On 17 may I tried booking a train ticket, 1st time amount deducted but showed failed transaction, 2nd time amount deducted and ticket got booked, now on that ticket it shows refund request raised - refund processed - refund credited in account. And it will take 2 days to show in account, since then it is 8 days and still amount not received in account. Please help with this, RRN number order_JWJw1AIJzr7hND
