WIth MakeMyTrip, we had booked the tickets for United Airlines from SFO to BLR roundtrip, . We travelled from SFO to BLR. Unfortunately, United Airlines cancelled their flight back from BLR to SFO. Following that MakeMytrip, cancellation request was made and a refund of Rupees 34036 was supposed to be done - around 20th March 2022. So far, we have not received any refund. There is no way to talk to a human being on this case and now emails to them get returned with a automatic message stating ticket is closed
