I had booked 2 nights in O3 palolem. The room I was given had a broken commode which was shaking, no power back up and dirty linen. When I called customer care (Trisha) and told her that I want partial refund as we couldn't stay in such a bad place and will check out the next day, she said she will call the property to validate. And then she said no one is picking I will call and get back to you. Later in 20 minutes she sent a mail saying I tried reaching you and since I couldn't reach you I will close this case. I had no missed call from anyone.
Can't believe such pathetic service, I have booked so many hotels both domestic and International in MMT, disappointed with such bad customer service. I was forced to stay here. This will be the last time I will use MMT, don't want to spend any of my hard earned money on a business who doesn't care about the customers. That too being in a hospitality industry. If I wanted to lie I could do it for 5 star or expensive places, why will I make such a big splash for 3k? You guys need to understand people buy experiences and it's all about trust. Anyways thought I will drop a complaint and delete my account and app from my phone and family's phone.
