[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Haven't received the refund | |||
This is regarding the booking ID NF[protected] | BOOKING DATE: 16 Nov '14, 21:10 Hrs. I have cancelled the booking on the 10th of December due to the non operational reasons of the Spice jet flight. for which i was supposed to receive a full amount refund of Rs 8969.. but u guys have failed to do so even after a month. I am really frustrated of calling up and asking for it. Kindly look into to this as early as possible and give me my refund soon.. took some time but finally they got it done. they checked the details with the airline and got it resolved

We are sorry to read about the issue. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
We have validated your case and found that flight was cancelled in time and you are eligible for a full refund on this booking. The only reason why this refund is been delayed is because, we have not yet received full refund on your ticket from the Airline's end. We have taken up this matter with our airline contracting team and we are trying to get this refund credited to our agency account on priority.
We will keep a regular follow up on this and shall keep you posted on the refund status accordingly.
