I booked a ticket through the online portal Makemytrip.com. I was travelling from Chennai to Delhi and back. So I booked for both sides. Due to some unavoidable circumstances I wanted to cancel my one way ticket from Chennai to Delhi. But the online portal makemytrip.com didn't allow me to cancel me the ticket for Chennai to Delhi part. They said that it can be cancelled only through the airlines directly.
