BOOKING REFERENCE NO.: NN[protected] I have made a booking through makemytrip for Indore-Hanoi -Ho Ching Ming - Indore and got my eticket as well. But in my ticket bkk to han sector didn't get confirmed. Since 3 days, I raised this issue thrice with mmt customer care, and was always assured that nothing to worry, its all confirmed. (U can check the call history). But i was still not satisfied with the reply so called jet customer centre and to my surprise they said they said the foresaid sector is not booked by mmt, and I cant travel that sector without it being confirmed. I have always been a loyal customer wth mmt and now don't understand how things can be so careless at your end. I have already made my fwd boooking with hotels and cruise and now i don't have a complete confirmed tickets. I mean how can you issue a ticket without it being confirmed... Also calling customer care of mmt is such a big hassle in itself. Always have to wait for atleast 15 mins to get to the operator and have to explain everythng from starting. Its a really bad experience like for a prestigeous company like mmt. Even Visa Officials want a confirm ticket of travelling and without it they cant issue Visa to me. And now They have made me stuck in Middle. Such a dissoppointment and dissatifaction!! Clear case of Fraud and misguidance!! Anshul Jain

    I made a booking on 25th July'14 through Make my trip for my travel to Jaipur for 7th Feb & Return back on 9th Feb'15. I had made a booking for 3 passengers travelling for a very important event. I only cancelled the booking for 1 passenger and 2 passengers were still travelling. But make my trip cancelled tkts for all passengers travelling for the trip. I have been calling Makemytrip since Saturday and there is no resolution to the complaint. My ComplaintID is Reference ID:[[protected]] with Makemytrip . I have my travel on Saturday and Make my trip doesn't have the guts to resolve the complaint and own up for their error. The most pathetic call center who doesn't have any history of complaints and makes customers repeat the complaint. They should be sued for this. Forget the compensation of the misery caused to us make my trip doesn't even bother to arrange a call back. Pathetic service provider, who doesn't accept or acknowledge the complain.       Due to technical error on their end ticked was not booked, but amount was Credited to their account, I have received SMS saying Due to technical error booking was not made so will return the amount to your account with in 3 to 5 working days (RS 24, 680) it has been more than 20 working days Amount was not credited to my bank, No proper response from their end I have called several time What would be the next step shall i take to the consumer court? I have every evidence in my mail and sms that when ever i call they would say the amount will be credited to your account with in 3days our finical department is working on it Someone kindly suggest me

        I had made a booking during GOSF Festival, which stated that a cashback of Rs. 2000 is applicable while booking on an App. I made a booking the code which got applied successfully using my Windows Phone App, and called up at customer care no. to check if the code was applied successfully, since I didn't want to pay more for the hotel booking. The customer care officer confirmed that the code was applied successfully. Now the cash back was to be creidted on 22 December 2014; I called up to check the status and the customer care officer stated that it will get credited shortly; however no cashback happened. I called up almost a week later to check the status and I was told that I will receive a call back for the same. I received a call from MMT they said that the booking was made on a windows phone and that under the terms and conditions they will not process the cashback. my question to the company is that WHY WAS THE CODE APPLIED at the first instance; I wouldn't have made the payment since I have other phones that run on iOS and Android. Since it's a lapsation of Makemytrip, this cashback should get credited.

        I made a domestic flight booking form Bangalore to gaya using mobile App on 4-May-2016 . I used cashback coupon code SBIDFL(SBI netbanking) by which I will get Rs.1000/- credited to my MMT wallet. But it is not reflected.

        I have booked 2 flights tickets for Jaipur to Dubai and Dubai to Jaipur via Chandigarh and offered a cashback of Rs. 2500 by each flight (2500+2500=5000) by using my HDFC credit card, still I have not received any cashback and its around 2-3 months already. Please check the issue.

            Make My Trip Booking ID IN1409B3S073124. Dear Sir/Madam, Myself Sumit Bandawala had cancelled my Mumbai-Chennai Return Ticket . & I got a mail from Make My Trip on 14 Nov 2014 that your refund will be reflected in 7-14 business days but till date they have not refunded any amount. Whenever i call they give me time of 3-4 days time for refund but nothing is done. its near about 4 months i am following up for payment. Today also i called they are just transferring calls to other departments and wasting time. After every followup a mail comes from make my trip regarding refund assurance which is false commitment. Please help me in the matter & take serious action against them so that they should not cheat innocent people again. Approx amount to be refunded is Rs. 7000.

              I had initiated a refund request for my booking ID NF[protected] on 6th Jan 2015, but have not received anything inspite of my repeated followups. Every time I call, I am assured that it will be processed within 4 business days but days just pass on. We need a stricter law against such practices for better consumer service in this country. All cases should be reviewed by an independent committee and the service should be discontinued if a certain time period is elapsed for a certain amount .

                even after frequent phone calls, emails and courier i have not yet received any refund after 2 months. Unfortunately i had to cancel the booked airticket as my father died..Whenever i call make my trip they ask me to wait for 48 hrs then 72 hrs then 5 working days etc.

                    Total charge for Travelling to and fro journey (From Kolkata to Port Blair) of 2 adults and 1 children (4 year) was Rs. 53053 on 27th September, but Rs. 59933 was deducted from my account. Eve when I have tried for cancelling the tickets it was showing total amount of Rs. 53053 not Rs. 59933. I have the receipt from AIRline which also showing total amount is Rs. 53053. I have talked several times with your customer service but they just try to suppress the matter. Last time they send me the manipulated invoice which is very unexpected from your sites. In that respect I sent a mail to Ms. Nirmal Kumari to look after the matter thoroughly on 9th December, 2014 but yet I have not get any answer. I want to refund my extra amount with fine for harassment and negligence on this matter.

                      BOOKING ID: NF[protected] BOOKING DATE: 24 JAN 15 AMOUNT PAID: RS 26998/- TRAVEL CIRCUIT: DEL-BBI ROUND TRIP 2 ADULTS + 1 INFANT COMPLAINT: 24 jan 15: While trying to make booking, amount of INR 26998/- deducted from my account, but tickets not issued. I received email stating that it may have happened as either the seats are not available or the Ticket prices may have changed. Till date neither the ticket price has changed and the seats are available as well. As my bank paid money and availability is also not an issue, it is clearly the MMT.com website which is at fault. 24 Jan 15: I received email that my entire payment of INR 26998/- will be refunded. 24 Jan 15: I received email that 24000/- has been processed as my refund(i paid 26998/-). With no explanation of the reason for not providing complete refund. 25 Jan 15: As it was very important travel for me and I had availed advance from my office, I called up MMT.com and requested that as the money is still with them, and there is no change in price or the seats, I may be issued confirmed tickets. This did not happen although MMT.com informed me there 95% chance of success, if at all it happens it will happen in next 6 hours. 25 jan 15: I again called up to know the reason for incomplete refund I was told that MMT.com will check with the account team and will provide complete refund in 4 days. 25 Jan 15: I lodged a written complaint at MMT.com website and was issued ticket no:[protected], escalated at level 2, 27 Jan 15 I called up to check my refund status, I was informed it will take 4 working days from 27 Jan 15(they ignored my last call on 25 Jan 15 where they informed 4 day not 4 working days) 29 Jan 15: I checked my refund status on mmt.com website and it said Refund is now complete for INR23602/-(not 26698/- not 24000/-) Still no reason given for less refund. THIS IS IMPORTANT TRAVEL FOR ME. IT IS MMT.COM WEBSITE FAILURE AS MY BANK MADE COMPLETE PAYMENT, FLIGHT IS STILL AVALAIBLE, SEATS ARE STILL AVAILABLE, TICKET PRICES ARE UNCHANGED TILL DATE. MMT.COM HAS FAILED TO PRVIDE ME CONFIMED TICKETS EVEN AFTER MY REQUEST TO PREFER TICKETS IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITIONS(24 JAN 15) EVEN WHEN THE MONEY WAS WITH THEM. I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS CALLS TO MMT.COM, BUT THEIR CUSTOMER CARE SYSTEM IS TOO COMPLICATED & TO TIME CONSUMING AND THEY DO NOT PROVIDE REQUIRED CLARITY. MMT.COM IS NOT READY TO COMPENSATE ME WITH ESCALATION IN TICKET PRICES(IF IT HAPPENS) ON THE DATE THE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT, IF I AM UNABLE TO TRAVEL BECAUSE OF INEFFICIENT SERVICES OF MMT.COM I SHALL BE FORCED TO PRESS CHARGES SEPARATELY FOR THIS MATTER.

                        The makemytrip site have some character restrictions in the name field due to which I couldnt enter my full last name while making the reservation. The fare summary said I can do free cancellations with in 24hrs so I went ahead with the reservation around 10:30PM on 15th Jan. When I called the makemytrip next day around 9:30Am, they mentioned the free cancellation is with in 24hours of the same day(Which is no where mentioned in the ticket)since its already past 12:00AM I cannot do any cancellations. But they promised the issue can be worked with the airlines and resolved. For the past 11 days, they have been telling to wait for 24 or 48hours as they couldnt get in touch with airlines to work on this. Yday I called the airlines & they mentioned the name change is not possible and I need to work with makemytrip to find alternates. Now makemytrip is telling I need to cancel the ticket and owe the cancellation fee of non refundable ticket. How the customer will be responsible for the software problem on the website? Also I dont understand what is the meaning of 24hours free cancellations. They are giving new explanation for this. I am asking to connect to Senior management to talk about this, but nobody is ready to give me a call. I need some action to be against makemytrip. I simply cannot lose 50K because of their website problem and stupid explanations The service is very bad and representative is not sensible in providing answers. I am fedup with MakeMy Trip customer service, they cannot understand customer situation no apology.

                              Booking ID: NF[protected] I booked the flight from Delhi to Chennai on 30th December 2014 through Make My Trip, but at that time I received a message from goAir, that your flight has been cancelled on the day. They (goAir) transferred the full amount (19, 190) to "Make My Trip" agent, but still I'm not received the remaining amount (rs 17, 963). The Total amount needed to be refund is rs "19, 190", but I received the amount is rs "1, 227" only. I reached lot of times through your customer care center, but there is no response to refund my amount. They were always said, you've to wait one more week for your refund, but its completed more than 25 days. What is process is going on. I was totally disappointed on your services on refunding my balance amount. Take a necessary steps for refunding my remaining amount(19, 190) asap.

They (SPICEJET) transferred the full amount to "Make My Trip" agent, but still I haven't received the amount .I have called them many time, but there is no response to refund my amount.                                 My name is Rahul Aggarwal and I havebooked a trip to Goa from make my trip with reference Id IN1501B7S012138 on07th January 2015. Initially while booking it was told by agent (Jishan Khan) that airport transfers will not be provided toyou its better to take a taxi for resort after reaching there, But after fewdays of booking he told that sir as you are a valuable customer therefore wewill provide a complimentary pick and drop from airport. Before leaving Delhi I confirmed at 11:45am on 23rd January 2015both from the agent and resort officials that whether a taxi will be providedon my arrival they said yes we have a booked a swift desire and the taxi numberand driver number will be text to you as soon as you will arrive in Goa. On arriving the airport what I found that no one cameto pick me and on calling the resort they simply denied that no suchcommunication was made by our executive. On urge of completion of my trip I again asked the agent that thedrop will be provided or not he again said yes but the officials of the resortstrictly refused to do so and I again paid 1200 to reach to airport. I wantsome strict action should be taken against the make my trip and resort officialsas I have the conversation details and also the taxi receipts.

I booked my air tickets in spicejet.Spicejet cancelled his flight and inform me.So I request to spicejet to return my full fare.They agreed on written communication.Parally I also informed to makemytrip but there response in very poor.They replied after 7 days after so many reminders and also they deducted more than half of full fare without knowing anything.I already cancelled my air ticket with spicejet.                                     I have booked Airline Ticket from makemytrip on 11 Jan and Journey date was 12 Jan. My Booked Ticket ID is NF[protected] and that ticket cost was 13283 rs. I have canceled those ticket on 11 Jan 9:00 P.M (approx). At the time of cancellation the ticket, It was flash on screen, 1750 rs will deduct from your account and remaining will credited within 3-5 working days. On 12 Jan, I got 283 rs refund amount from makemytrip. I called to executive, After listing all the above mention matter, He told, you will get remaining amount within 3-4 working days. After 2 days, Again I called to his executive, But answer was same "Vikash sure you will get 11080 rs after deducting the cancellation charges". I am waiting till today to get my money refund. In between I got call from make my trip, She was telling that you have selected wrong reason while cancellation of ticket. So you mark as no show by airlines. But as per Instruction, whatever he has mention on the back of ticket, I followed and cancel my ticket. I had conversation with 10 executive but each and every one was telling that you will get remaining amount. Please help...

                                      We have planned a family holiday to Munnar where we have booked three rooms on 21/01/2015, on makemytrip.com (makemytrip complaint Reference ID:[[protected]]), with the travel plan dated 24/01/2015 and we have received E Mail confirmation for hotel Poopada Resort in Munnar. We have arranged for our traveling accordingly with 6 people and 2 infants from Bangalore on 23rd Night by hiring a car through Book Cab.com. What was horrifying when we reached the resort we have been told that there is no such booking in our name and we have been asked to consult make my trip executives for further queries. We with two infants and 6 tired people started calling make my trip executives, asking, requesting rather pleading to let us know about our rooms but every time some new executive have spoken to us and asking for sometime to get the issues heard and resolved. It has taken from 1pm to 4.30, but our problem was not attended hence unresolved. Every time we are being told that we are looking for an alternate which was never been told to us.The last time we have spoken to one executive named Pooja, with a commitment to get back to us in 10 minutes after speaking to the MD of Poopada which is still not been made. At last we have no option left we have started our search for a location to stay which finally ends at a very high cost . In our search of hotel we have wasted our one precious day resulting in extending our stay at Munnar at one more day, hence we have to pay double the cost to our cab service provider. Such type of indifference towards there customers from so called esteemed service provider like make my trip is unpardonable and uncalled for. Would request for the earliest redressel of my issue which includes the refund of my booking amount and the extra amount i have to incur due to the services of make my trip.

                                        Makemytrip is like a faceless organisation which very conveniently is shrugging away its responsibility. The values that Makemytrip speaks of is Customer Centricity, Integrity, Accountability, Excellence and Respect for People. I think you should revisit these values and remove them or at least accept that the values are just a gimmick. I have called up your customer care 15 times in last 2 days, raised 11 service requests/tickets, escalated couple of them to second level and couple of them to third level, still I do not have an explanation/empathy forget about any resolution. I do not know legally where I stand and you guys will have some convenient way of making me pay for your mistakes and yet be legally right. But nonetheless I will ensure that I make as many people as possible aware of you are doing with customers. Details of my experience with Makemytrip is given below Booking ID: NN[protected] I had booked my tickets from Mumbai to Dubai and back with this Booking ID. I changed my dates of travel from 2/02/15 to 18/02/15 and return dates from 8/02/15 to 28/02/15 on 25th January, 2015 around midnight. The concerned call centre executive who had handled my call was Mr. Amarpreet Singh with mail id Amanpreet.[protected]@makemytrip.com. He said that the change in fare along with all applicable taxes is Rs.7480/- and guided me through the make payment link and we made the necessary payments and transaction showed as successful. Following which he told me that I would receive an e-mail with the changed ticket details with next 6 hours. After 36 hours and several phones calls I have still had not received my changed ticket. Then your executive Ms. Ruma on 26th January, 2015 tells us that there has been an error in the calculation of the changed amount and now I have to pay more. I was very upset with this entire thing and asked her to put in on to a manager. She told me that I will receive a call back from her upline in next 4 hours. As expected I did not receive any call in 4 hours so I again called up around 6:30 PM on 26th January, 2015 and then the executive told me that I have pay an amount of Rs. 17000/- odd more to receive the ticket. I was speechless and very upset. After a lot of argument and discussion she put me on to the floor supervisor named Mr. Jatin Kumar and he very conveniently kept telling me that I need to pay the balance amount to receive the ticket. He told me that such mistakes happen once in a while and I was flabbergasted with his casual approach. Finally after lot of heated argument he said he will revert in 24 hours which I am very doubtful will happen.
