We had booked a Flight ticket through Makemytrip.com but had to go for cancellation due to incorrect details. They assured us that we will get the refund within 15 days which is a quite long time but we waited to follow the standard process. It is going to be 2 months now and we did not get any refund from them. We called them sever time and wrote many emails to resolve this issue and provide the refund to us ASAP....
