Hi, I have booked flight tickets from bangalore to Jodhpur and applied MMTAPP500 from my phone on[protected] and I have booked one more ticket from Jodhpur from my friend's phone and applied MMTAPP500 on the same day. I made sure that both the time the Coupon was being used for the first time. In reference to your complaint, please note that we have validate your concern and found that cash back for INR 500 has been processed on the first booking ID-NF[protected] but on the second ID, it was not processed as per offer T&C. Please note that as per offer T&C customer cannot claim the cashback for more than one booking. The offer is valid only for one booking. We have found that both the booking were booked using the same listed email ID, so cash back on the second booking wont be possible. We thank you for contacting us.

I don't understand why does a customer has to remind you to transfer the amount when you clearly mention about the offer. I have received 500 rs . Thank you.
