1. Doctors are good and understand patient's condition.
2. Admit only if you have more money and don't know what to do with your money.

I am highly disappointed with the kind of customer support provided by manipal hospital. Have been calling up and spoke to multiple people from the hospital since last 1 hour.
They are not even able to provide me the doctor registration number. Some of the so called customer care "executives" don't even understand what a doctor registration number is!! On asking for registration number/code, they redirect the call to appointments team...

I had gone to inquire regarding the watson report and how it could help a cancer patient. I was asked to meet Dr Somashekar. Just to meet him i was asked to pay charges of Rs 950. And the doctor did not even meet me, i was referred to another doctorwho said that the watson report had limited modules and was not useful in the case of the patient i was representing. Manipal Hospital is charging double for each and every test as compare to industry standard and market. They are looting the hard earn money of common man/patient . I request the people please do the investigation and helps the people /patient. Instead of helping the patient by charging the nominal charges, manipal hospital is looting .
