    Sir/madam,
    My name is manoj aggarwal. I have booked maruti gypsy soft top on 30/10/2017 (Competent automobile, kullu, h. P) on the name of avm resorts private limited. I was talked with a executive whose phone number is ‭+91 [protected]‬ regularly. At that time he was saying that you will get delivery in 15 days. And on 5th december he was saying me that you will get your delivery soon. On 14/12/2017 his answer is not satisfactory. It’s already about 45 days gone instead of 15 days. But i am not satisfied about service provide by you at all. Please provide me the solution for above problem.

      I had bought new maruti suzuki swift car in oct 2016 and i am facing gear shifting problem in 1st and reverse in this after 2 months of purchase date. And when i went to showroom or service center then they replied just in simple virble that this issue will come and it is manufacturing defect. Now i will go through consumer forum and media for better solution.

        I had bought a alto 800 lxi vehicle on 31 jul 2014. However, now it has been told to me by the authorized service centre at indus motors, thevara that the clutch needs replacement. It is a matter of deep concern that the clutch has gone bad within a short period of just 3 years with minimum running of the vehicle (22000 km). This is clearly a deficiency in performance and material failure. Therefore kindly do the needful to restore the condition of the vehicle.

          I have given my maruthi 800 car bearing rgn. No : tn.07 ak 7090 for servicing and with repair for the low pick up at cars india private limited, (Cresent auto repairs & services india pvt. Ltd.), at no: 17, lattice bridge road, adayar, chennai - 600 020 on[protected]. The repair estimate was originally informed at rs. 12, 500/-.in the evening, they informed that the estimate has gone up to rs. 14000/- telling that some more spares are required. Then the car was delivered to me on 02nd december, 2017. Looking at the size of the work shop i signed all the papers and also rated the the service was good. The next day i took the car from my residence to a super market about 3km distance. After one hour halt there, i took the vehicle back to my residence. Within a km there was big smoke in the engine and there were oil bursting from the coolant. The vehicle came to a halt. After the local mechanic"s advice i. E. After adding some water in the coolant the vehicle slowly managed to reach the residence. It was informed that this happened as the fan motor was not working. This was a big surprise to me that while the car was given for repair the there was no complaint in the fan motor. For that matter, there had been no such incidence for the past 10 years.
          Further, the fuel meter was working while the car was given for service but it was was not working after the service. No reason is given by the mechanic for these faults.
          The next day i called the mechanical supervisor, mr. Selvam. He informed that he was on leave and will attend to me on the next day. I contacted him again on the next day and informed of the deficiency. The response was vague and simply replying that the fan motor requires replacement and to set right the fuel meter the estimate would be around rs. 5000/- i was totally dejected as the service had ended with disuse of the vehicle and vehicle could not be used after having spent rs. 13.450/-. Despite my request for set set right the deficiencies happened during the servicing, there is no proper response from the company. The vehicle is of no use now. This is the fate of the service.
          I just waited for a week hoping that they will attend to my request as i did not want to prefer a complaint but in vain. Now i am helpless as the vehicle has been made disuse by the servicing center hence i prefer this compliant.
          I request your good self to kindly intervene and advise the above referred service center to set right the faults happened during their servicing.
          Incidentally, i would like quote that the side mirror was replaced but the pad inside the body was not replaced. This is only to site an example for the quality.
          As per the tax invoice no;002/br//17008437 dated[protected], there were 36 items were replaced. I certainly doubt whether they really replaced or only billed.
          I sincerely hope that you will attend to my complaint and redress the same.

              Hi all,

              I am writing this mail with so many regrets from ‘maruti suzuki’ unfortunately,
              We purchased a maruti suzuki dzire car in end year 2015, rc issued in jan 2016 with rc no. – ch02aa6826.

              We also purchased the extra paid extended warranty from the company/agency till running of 80, 000 kms to 100000 kms approx.
              We paid 35000/- inr extra for extended warranty.

              Now, we got the free services done from company/agency & after that we got the services done from manimajra motor market due to over price of parts & labour fee, etc in maruti company/agency unaware of that if we will get the service done out of agency then my extra paid extended warranty will be null & void.
              Main thing is that nobody from maruti informed us about same.

              Now it appears that there is some knocking problem occurred in my car due to injector problem or something like that which should cover in warranty
              But maruti is denying to repair/replace the same.
              Because of services done out of agency, we could have not done that if somebody told us not to get the service done out of agency while we were offered extended warranty.
              This is monopoly although to get the warranty/claim from maruti.

              Now this is very difficult to pay extra 25000 to 50000/- of money for the same thing which should comes under warranty.
              I simply wants to understand :-
              • why should person will buy paid (35000/-inr) extended warranty, if maruti don’t want to help their customers?
              • why nobody told us about not to get the service done from outside of company else warranty will lapsed then & there?

              I asked help from rohit arora (Service manager) autovogue &
              Vidur gupta (North head service maruti), autovogue
              Sorry to say but they don’t know how to deal with maruti customers, being rude & giving illogical statements that you have purchased a car & this is not our responsibility,
              You should read terms before taking extended paid warranty & all.

              Mr. Vidur given me a poor statement which disheartened me “ jo karna hai karlo hum ni kartey “, how rude, this disappointed me

              I was surprised and shocked with their awnsers & i thought that was our biggest mistake we purchased maruti car/product.

              Also, we could have approach local media or news channel or any other social means of communication to show this kind of disrespect to a customer of maruti suzuki
              By making a video & share the same on facebook, whatsaap, press, newspaper, etc like others do

              But, i am not that kind of person, i believe more in relationship.

              Being a maruti customer,
              Once again i request you to kindly consider my case & repair my car under warranty
              Again i was unaware of the fact that to get/claim warranty services must be done from agency only.

                In my new wagon r vxi tn 52 j 6691 auto gear shift model purchased on 03/2016 at thriveni car's, salemafter completing the free service starting trouble was analise due to poor battery (Exide) performance, the same was intimated to the authorized service dealer (Thriveni car's, salem) but not yet rectify the defect.
                The existing battery within the warranty period. Hence i request that replace the existing battery to new healthy one and replay me as soon as possible for the following mail id please

                  With reference to above i purchased suzuki acess 125 in oct month during dewali season and at that time there is gift scheme named gold rush.in that scheme i received a call from dealer sona auto sales pvt ltd on dt 30/10/2017, and they tell me that i have choose a gift out of three, than i choose goggle from out of 3.
                  But i received the gift that i have not choosen, i received a damaged watch in stead of goggle. Then i contact customer care no [protected] of suzuki motor but they denied to lodge complian.
                  So i am complaining you.
                  Please look into the matter and resolve my complaint as soon as possible.

The wired thing is there explanation which is beyond my expectation. My qus is... If my car is not even safe with ur authorised service centre den what's d point of paying too much for servicing.. N get it serviced there... There is no where ny trust factor i found.. I already had complained to d service centre... They had asked me for 24 he to get it sorted.. Plzz luk into d mater n get it sorted as soon as possible... This is d least i m expecting at least from maruti.. I have lot of faith in u...

                      Around before 2 months i got my new suzuki access 125, after 3 days from purchase it started to getting damages like, self start problem, suddenly engine stops (Specifically in case of slowing down), etc. I complaint to my dealer they said it's not a big deal, it happens. Okay. Oneday on road side my scooty suddenly stopped n totally unabled to get start. I called my dealer n they advised me to check it out by a mechanics, so i did it with my own expense. After that on 1st servicing they looked into the matter. After some days my scooty facing same problem. How does a new scooty can get trouble more than three times within 2 months??? Now i can realize that my dealer betrayed on me, they provided me a used or damaged scooty... I want to exchange my scooty by a new one... Please help me out... N for sure a worst service by suzuki... I'm very much disappointed!

                        Our 6 month new Ciaz, bought from Bimal Maruti showroom in Bangalore mahadevpura, met with an accident. We brought the car to Same Bimal garage for repair. It was a major repair but there were several delays. First 2 weeks they didn't even notify insurance. Now it's 3 months and still things are to be done. The door which they fixed new is not fitted properly and they refuse to change it. It seems the parts they have fit are not Ciaz parts but they said it all came from Delhi. Even the door looks duplicate. I'm still paying loan for this car, it's just 8 months old. You say Ciaz customers are special and this is the level of service?? I'm surprised. I'm bound to take legal action as I can sense foul play. What kind of dealers you have!!!

                            I have booked baleno zeta petrol after your tezpur ceo, rm, gm, hr confirmed me that they gonna exchange my alloys with the accessory alloys along with the spare and assured me some free gifts like taflon coating etc. And the car i can take out paying 720000 which gonna include zero debt insurance with engine coverage, trc, nexa card. After two months of waiting period got call from them to collect my car. Had to pay 724000 as they said it was a miscommunication but i have all the recordings. But didn't change the alloys and said they have ordered and it will take some time. It's been 15 days and now they are telling that 16" alloys in that design is not manufactured by maruti, so i can take 15" or the rs alloys. This is a real #. They should have told me before taking the delivery or before the booking. Now i'm asking them take these alloys and pay me so that i can find and buy on my own but they are refusing that. Even the car's rear wheel above plastic covering is not attached. Kindly solve this issue.

                              I have purchased maruti suzuki new dzire zdi+ amt on[protected] from rks motors pvt ltd, secunderabad.

                              Facing a peculiar problem when ever i apply brakes. When ever i apply brakes i am getting lot of front brake noise. This brake sound is being heard from the day i purchase the vehicle. I have done 1st service at rks motors, secunderabad and given the complaint to maruti as well. But the problem has not been solved after several visit to the workshop.

                              Please do the needful immediately and solve the vehicle problems.

                                Hi i received a new alto at car on nov 4th saturday brd dealer aluva. Within 5 days the car got complaint and while checking with dealer they told it is manufacturer error and will rectify. I paid the full amount. I am not asking for a discounted vehicle or else. For 4.5 lacs i received a damaged vehicle. And there is no response till now. So many times i contacted the customer cares.

                                    On dated 28th september 2017 i purchased suzuki access 125 from super sales meghavath suzuki, ganga nagar, bengaluru and according to your gold rush offer l got a token no bou19 and confirmation no. [protected] for a ladies watch and i was told that the gift will be delivered me through courier service. I waited 1month. When i did not get the gift i enquired with dealer from where i got a toll free number. On further enquiry in that number i got information that the gift was delivered from bangalore on 9.10.2017 through dtdc courier service having consignment number i. E. B48875354. After getting track report i came to know that the same was delivered wrongly to some one else. I lodged with a complaint to dtdc but till yet it is not delivered to me.
                                    Therefore i would like to request you to take necessary action against dtdc courier service to deliver me the gift item as early as possible.

                                      I am sada bhai k patel from from modasa gujarat, i have your alpha baleno.. Which i bought from your nexa outlet star line mehsana.

                                      Details of my vehicle. Registration no - gj31- a - 6663- engine no - d13a - 3030833 and chasis no - ma3ewb62shc315030.
                                      Current km run - 23737.

                                      Now i come to issue which i faced...

                                      After using your baleno i planed to upgrade my self with ciaz, so i visited same outlet at mehsana. I asked them to exchange my baleno against the ciaz.. Which i want to purchase.

                                      I meet the relation ship manger mr balkrishan shathwara for further process.. He called mr jigar bhatt from exchange department to check my cars value. After all the discussion the value quoted by and the statement from the exchange guys is very surprising and the total illogical which hurted me most.

                                      Mr jigar bhatt is saying that we can give you the best rate thats 6.5 lakh which is the best from our side.. Than i asked why you quoting so low.. He said... Your engine is sounding not well.. I means thats the reason i can give you lower price.

                                      I feel very bad with the statement... I think i have been cheated by the nexa... Because i purchased this product in month of may 2017 only. By spending the 9.78 lakh rupees... Its question of my 9.78 lakh rs...

                                      Is your nexa is producing so cheep product or hired the people??? Who even dont have any knowledge or respect with their own product.

                                      My request you to give me proper resolution on same.. As a customer i feel very helpless and cheated... If i dont get any satisfactory answer than i have only.. Way to knock the doors of consumer forum..

                                      Expecting instant solution on same.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have submitted my car to your authorised service centre, varun motoros, nanakaram guda. My car number: ap28dw9483, this car was submitted on 20th nov for the body damages and the ac complaints.
                                        I have a serious complaint about the ac repair they performed the way my car and i am handled.

                                        Let me narrate the issue:
                                        Complaint: ac is not working
                                        What happend after that: they called me asking they need few days to examine, which i was ok. After few days they called me saying the ac compressor has an issue and needs to be lubricated. I had given the permission to do so and keep me posted the result. After 2 days they called me again and confirmed that the ac compressor not working and needs to be replaced. I went with a decision not to replace it now due to my financial issue. If this is the case, there is no issue so far. Let me tell you what is the issue then: they gave me the car and i took that home. After i reached home, i observed a part of that which dropped from the car engine. I was worried and called the mechanic near me. He came and opened the compressor and to our surprise, the compressor shaft was broken and maruti suzuki team done the welding without anyones knowledge. Now that part is not completely working. They neither told me 1). That the shaft was broken and 2). They had to do the welding.
                                        This is complete breach of trust that i had on maruti suzuki. How can in such a big company, this unprofessional service can be done.in the name of transparency, all these unethical practices happening.

                                        Assume, that i had to ask you replace the ac compressor and not even anyone would have known about this. They simply done the welding and sent me home with a gate pass. They disabled my capacity to get it repaired else where. I cannot accept this and this product is not less than 20k. I want the justice and answer from maruti suzuki. Not sure to how many customers this is happening, when you call someone to replace a part, you happily do that but what happened on the old one no one knows. This is what happens, i am the example. I will wait for a response and justice from maruti suzuki.
                                        Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I have Maruthi suzuki SWIFT VDI new car TN38BW 0979. Every periodical service the service center ask 1.5% extra service charge for the card payment.
                                        This is additional burden for us.

                                        Kindly inform to the service centers to avoid this for maruthi customers.

                                        I have given my Maruthi 800 car bearing Rgn. No : TN.07 AK 7090 for Servicing and with repair for the low pick up at CARS INDIA Private Limited, ( CRESENT AUTO REPAIRS & SERVICES INDIA PVT. LTD.), at no: 17, Lattice Bridge Road, Adayar, Chennai- 600 020 on[protected]. The repair estimate was originally informed at Rs. 12, 500/-. In the evening, they informed that the estimate has gone up to Rs. 14000/- telling that some more spares are required. Then the car was delivered to me on 02nd December, 2017.Looking at the size of the Work shop I signed all the papers and also rated the the service was good. The next day I took the car from my residence to a Super market about 3KM distance. After one hour halt there, I took the Vehicle back to my residence. Within a KM there was big smoke in the engine and there were oil bursting from the coolant.The vehicle came to a halt. After the local mechanic"s advice i.e. after adding some water in the coolant the vehicle slowly managed to reach the residence.It was informed that this happened as the Fan Motor was not working. This was a big surprise to me that while the car was given for repair the there was no complaint in the Fan Motor. For that matter, there had been no such incidence for the past 10 years.
                                        Further, the Fuel Meter was working while the car was given for Service but it was was not working after the Service. No reason is given by the Mechanic for these faults.
                                        The next day I called the Mechanical Supervisor, Mr. Selvam. He informed that he was on leave and will attend to me on the next day. I contacted him again on the next day and informed of the deficiency. The response was vague and simply replying that the Fan Motor requires replacement and to set right the Fuel meter the estimate would be around Rs. 5000/- I was totally dejected as the service had ended with disuse of the vehicle and vehicle could not be used after having spent Rs. 13.450/-. Despite my request for set set right the deficiencies happened during the servicing, there is no proper response from the company. The vehicle is of no use now. This is the fate of the service.
                                        I just waited for a week hoping that they will attend to my request as I did not want to prefer a complaint but in vain. Now I am helpless as the vehicle has been made disuse by the Servicing Center hence I prefer this compliant.
                                        I request your good self to kindly intervene and advise the above referred Service Center to set right the faults happened during their Servicing.
                                        Incidentally, I would like quote that the side mirror was replaced but the pad inside the body was not replaced . This is only to site an example for the quality.
                                        As per the Tax Invoice No;002/BR//17008437 dated[protected], there were 36 items were replaced. I certainly doubt whether they really replaced or only billed.
                                        I sincerely hope that you will attend to my complaint and redress the same.
