I visited vau workshop, patna on 12.11.2017 and servicing was done vide invoice no.001/bc/1700/1856 amounting to rs.3264/-. I find that after servicing mileage has been reduced and not smooth running. It was better in condition before servicing. Smell is also blowing. I got a call from vau for my feedback and i lodged a complaint in this regard but they disconnect phone and no any action at their end initiated. My alto car is kept in my garage due to poor performance. I am very much disappointed and requested you to take suitable action against workshop and solve problem. If not action taken i shall be compelled to proceed in appropriate forum.

    Subject- Very estimation of repairing cost for repairing of my accident car.
    Dealer- Odyssey Motors Pvt Ltd, Angul, Odisha.
    Sir
    My car was got accident with one Oil Tanker on 01.10.2017 at 3.30PM near Handapa which is around 40 km from Angul, Odisha. I was seriously injured along with my son and wife. My brain was damage and we all are hospitalized at cuttack. So I could not contact any repair center. After feeling some what good, I sent my relatives to bring the car to nearest Maruti Delear in Angul. They put the car at above said dealer. I asked him to send the estimation cost of repair. He has sent me one estimation cost of Rs.329802.58. New Maruti Alto LX model will cost around 3.3Lakhs. Then how the estimation is so high.
    Actually the damage to engine at Stearing (driver) side was occurred more. Damage was partial as corner side of Engine. I was socked after getting this big estimation. So I could not deside what to do. The car is still laying at there show Room. It is my humble request to look at this matter very seriouly otherwise people like us will be ruined, looted & harassed mentally by Delears. Such type of activity by dealers will defame the good will Maruti Suzuki Co.

    Regarding my above complaint sent on dated 28.11.2017, today I am enclosing here with the High estimated repair cost of my accident car no- MP 09 CG 5573 given by the Maruti Dealer (Odyssey, Angul, Odisha). Please arrange to compare between estimated cost and the actual damage to the car (the images are sent on 28.11.2017). India believe on your company, so the highest selling of 4 wheeler pride comes to Maruti Suzuki only. So I expect quick action should come from your side.

      Dear maruti,

      I have been long associated with maruti since 1990, but the recent experience with one of your dealer m/s prem motors pvt. Ltd, jmd regent plaza, mg road, sikandarpur, gurgaon-122001 is very pathetic. For sure not recommend to any of my friends for this dealer.
      I have brought brezza vitara from them on 18th oct, the booking amount was 21000/- and i had made the complete payment apart from booking amount.
      I am following regularly but every day i get response that in couple of days i will get the money back.
      During the time of booking i was told that the amount will be refunded back in 15 days and it is almost one n half month.

      Need your immediate intervention to look into matter and help me get the money back.

        I am very disappointed with the dearler, s miss beha v he don't how to talk with customer, i want to let you know i have purchased access 125 on 19th october 2017 by the nam of sunita rani.. But still we haven't get no. Plate even i know dealer is having same but he didn't giving because i have given old scooty in replacement & noc is pending for same when i visited on 27 november to the showroom. They told us we will not give u no. Plate till the time m will not give them that noc. Dealer also holder rs.1500 for same he told at the time of purchasing i will give give you 1500 rs whenever u provid me nocc. Of old scooty. Than how can he hold no. Plare as well
        Its my 4th scooty but it's worst experience of my life. Ur dealer was shouted on when i was asking for no. Plate.
        He was saying me in full sound /loudly he think m not educated. Indirectly he was abousing me.
        5-6 other customer was also there at same time.
        One employee her name is sweety she also shouted at front of him but he didn't say any thing to her. He won me i will be one my boy at my home he will be also shout over there,
        I think they are there only for that..
        I m promising you me, my colleague, freinds & my family members will never go with suzuki.. Because i will share this with them
        I will also defiantly will this on every social sides.

          I am mr. Gigi k gopal, a preventive officer (Grade) in kerala excise department. I am the husband of smt. Sreevidya g, gigi nivas arpookkara (W) p o, kottayam district, kerala, 686008 (Phone no. [protected]) who is the registered owner of maruthi k10 with reg. No. Kl-05-ah-2992.
          We bought the vehicle on[protected] i. E. Only 4 years ago through avg motors pvt. Ltd kottayam (Copy of service register is attached) and completed all the routine services offered by the company without any default. The vehicle now covered only 12500 k m’s and i am very sorry to say that i am a dissatisfied customer and sometime i feel that i am cheated by your company. It is just because only after this short term almost all body parts of the vehicle began to show the problem of rusting.
          I was owner of a pre-used maruthi 800. (Model 2007) which i got it in 2013 and i exchanged it when i decided to buy a new one. But it did not show the problem of rusting even though it was kept under a temporary shed for about four years.
          It was my dream to own a new vehicle and i arranged a loan to fullfil it and built a safe shed to keep vehicle at first and then i bought the vehicle. I strongly believed that maruthi will not show the problem of rusting of body parts. Hence i, selected the company.
          But now i feel that i am get cheated not only by you but also your agencey at kottayam from where i collected the vehicle.
          When i noticed this problem for the first time, i reached the agency and they asked me to pay rs. 10000/- to clear the complaint but when i said that it is just to collect such a huge a amount for it which is a quite unnatural thing. After half a days arguments and inspections of the vehicle by various staff they asked me to pay rs. 5000/- (50% less) and said that they will cure the defect very well. I believed in this and put the vehicle at the garage. After one week i collected the vehicle after paying the said amount.
          But last day when i examined the vehicle by cleaning it. It is noticed that several parts (Inside the bonnet, at the joints of both running boards, at the side of all doors) are getting rusted (Only after three months of denting and painting by the agency).
          Now i understand that i am cheated thoroughly by you and your agent. I strongly believeing that this vehicle was kept in a very untidy open yard, exposed to the whether conditions some times in a seashore or place near to the see where salt wind occurs. Otherwise how a new vehicle which has covered on 12500 km’s and four years and kept in a safe shed, used very carefully especially a ‘maruthi vehicle’ shows such a serious problem?. The agency cheated me not only by issuing such a vehicle and then by collecting rs. 5000/- for the sake of curing the defect. I had also taken the extended warranty policy offered by you when i bought the vehicle and the said instance was during the validity period of the policy.
          Now i am in great worries and disappointment. It was my dream to own a new vehicle and i try to keep it very well. The period of loan i arranged for buying the vehicle does not complete yet. I am very sad to say that i will not trust in your agency in anymore. I hence i right it directly to you. Kindly take necessary steps to dent and re-paint the vehicle as a whole or to replace the body as a whole. I send photographs of various body parts with problem, cash bill of denting an painting done by the agency three months ago and other documents.

          I have bought hybrid ertiga on Jan 2016 from CHENNAI ... Which had clutch defective problem without knowing I bought for 10 lak ..now the car completly down despite I have done all periodic regular service... I have surrendered to them... Pls think before buying maruti cars

            I'm a client of you since 2011 and now i have swift desire vxi 2015 model with me. I
            M usually servicing my vehicle at popular service centre; meenchanda;calicut. Now i have a complaint with my vehicle. There is some irregularity on tyres. The groves on tyres have no uniformity. So there is some kind of noise disturbance inside the vehicle. I complained about this to service centre in august and submitted all alignment papers. We got no reply from servicing authorities. I complained again and again for four times and contacted them several times. But they ignored my complaint. I contacted even the manager of the service centre. Mt vehicle travelled 12000 kms only. I felt very bad and suffered alot of inconvenience from the negligence of servicing authorities. So kindly do the needful as soon as possible to resolve the problem

              This is 3rd vehicle service vehicle condition is very good and its brand new below 1800 km the company given free service unfortunately company people charged huge amount rs.15000 for normal service and delivered car in the night around 8:30pm unable to check completely some of the fittings at the bottom oil not fitted correctly and it came out and engine clucth and ac is also not properly functioning.
              Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Since morning I came to seemanchal motors, purnea to rectify my door auto lock with the help of speed but the issue did not get rectify after long 6 hrs waiting time. Staff do not care about the customer's timing.

                I'm facing the same issue (Gear shift from 3rd to 2nd) for the second time on my 2013 ertiga vdi. First occurrence was around 30, 000 kms. The same issue re-surfaced around 45, 000 kms. During the first instance, the authorised service centre guy told that this issue is with the synchroniser ring, hence got it replaced. They charged me inr 8, 000 for this work. Now just after 10000 km, the same issue resurfaced. When enquired with the same service centre, they argued that this is a known issue and since there is no guarantee for spares, he quoted the around inr 8, 000 for repairs. Also, he wasn't competent enough to answer all our queries. This was an annoying and frustrating experience. Also my extended waranty is not worth. Bcz it is four year. But some customer got 5year warrenty. Bcz this problem face after 4year of vehicle or after 80000 kms. But ertiga gear box issue for so many customer.

                Maruti suzuki should address this issue holistically by replacing all defective units to retain the customer loyalty. If this isn't done, i'm sure maruti suzuki will loose customers like me.

                  Hi, maruti suzuki team,

                  I made a mistake to purchae a maruti suzuki wagonr car from maruti india by loosing my hardship money. From 2 years research in the internet & from the sweet but fraud commitments of maruti sales team i had purchased the car on 27.03.17 & just after 7 to 8 months the car has shows drastic technical problems. The technical problems are as follows :-

                  1. Since purchasing the car the car has shown struck problem while shifting gears in the time of driving.

                  2. A burning smell was feel while driving the car.

                  3.in winter season at driving the car suddenly get foggy without switching on the ac.

                  4. The signal lights automatically get on or off as required to take turn. It have no control on the driver.

                  5. At a speed of 80-100 km the car get vibrated.

                  The above are the issues i has been facing in wagonr vxi. I laid down in front of them 100 times to resolve the issued in the car. But while i visited service centre they said all time that the car have no any problem. Maruti has doing hoodwink in its customer by false commitments. I required full compensation from maruti suzuki india to provide me a defective car against my valuable money & never ever suggest anybody else to purchase a maruti manufacturing car.

                    I am a customer of maruthi swift vxi which i bought from popular maruthi on 15th august 2016.
                    As per your terms and condition as you know i am eligible to get three free services and i have already availed two services in time. When i went for the third service couple of months ago, they told me that my car is already completed all the free services but actually i have only got two services.

                    Later i have made an enquiry on it i understood that someone's free srvice was mistakenly recorderd in my srvice account

                    Sir even now i haven't got my complete free service i request you for a solution waiting for your reply

                      Hi,

                      This mail is in reference of job card no. jc17010781 at rohan motors at sector 52 gurgaon. I have parked my car at the garrage on 7th oct'17 for repairing and the commitment of delivery was 20th nov'17 however still i have not received my car and receiving the commitment of every next day.in the starting, i had been asked that after getting complete parts the repairing work will be started but still work is getting delayed by the service center due to some parts are still pending. My daily work is getting hampered and i am bearing cost of hiring another car for my daily use. No one is bothered that how much pain i am bearing. I am visiting the garrage on daily basis and getting fake commitment from the team. It's very unfortunate that i opt for maruti authorized service center for my car repairing. The service level is so pathetic and i will not recommend anyone to use any maruti authorized service center for car repairing. Now i am mentally harrased and will go legal in case of any further delay. Expecting immediate resolution.

                      I feel it's pretty long.

                      I think they should manage 50/50 Time slot.

I faced the problems in maruti suzuki chowgule showroom in margao and curchorem and also aryaman sai from south goa. The sales people didn't even bother to call me back.

                          I dropped my car into jaisalmer services due to the fact that the fan was not working. Now i am told that the whole engine needs to be replaced as the service team tested the engine without checking that the fan wasn't working still. I have been told by cs jaipur initially that they wanted me to pay 1/3 towards the new engine which i refused now they say it is my fault and i need to pay the whole amount.                             I booked a new maruti suzuki dzire zxi petrol from varun motors (8-2-120/76/115, opp. Kbr park, road no.2, banjara hills, hyderabad, telangana 500034). The vehicle was available in free stock which is why i bought it although i wanted to buy baleno because i wouldn't be able to wait. First, mr chetan (Salesman) has no knowledge about the finance process, deliver process and not even about the vehicle specs. I was provided wrong info, so i visited gem motors to get the vehicle specs. I complained to mr chetan's team lead mr naveen, he apologised and wanted to help. However, in-spite of booking the (Free stock) vehicle 1 week in advance (Because of auspicious time), mr naveen called me 1 day before delivery date (In the evening) and said he will not be able to deliver the vehicle on time. So then i had to contact gem motors and buy the vehicle from them. On 10th nov i signed the booking cancellation papers and handed over the yellow file to chetan (While i was seated at gem motors during the delivery), post that i tried contacting mr naveen on multiple occasions over the phone and in whatsapp, however i have no clue when i will get the money from them. Just wanted to keep maruti suzuki informed that varun motors have recruited incompetent people in their showroom who are giving inconvenience and bad customer experience to your customers and pulling your brand value.

                              Hi all,
                              It is been said and advertised worldwide that maruti suzuki is one of the india’s largest car dealers. But what if they can't even advise their staff to be polite and gentle with the customers?
                              I had a bad experience yesterday after noon 3.30 pm ist from indus motors show room at angamaly. I went to check the steering of my car, that i felt it is unsafe to go ahead with the same. I informed the service manager, he asked me to wait for the executive. I remained unattended for half an hour that i went to them and notified them again. Then what i heard from them was something terrible. The manager said if you want the car to be serviced immediately you may now go to some other place. Then i enquired him whether this is the way to deal with customers. His reply amazed me. He was like this is the way we deal with customers over here.
                              Those people who are sitting on top hierarchy of such firms, please take care to see that if you fail in replacing such dumbos who don't even know how to behave with customers may somehow spoil the good will and brand name of the of the company 👎🏻

                                This is umesh nikam i am having ciaze zxi+ car no mh 49 u 6333. I have given my car for claim as there one dash happened. With my car on the dated 17th feb 2017 i have given my car for claim at aarya car parade nagpur... They have settled my claim and refurnish my damaged back buffer... Bht after one month colors has changed of my back buffer.. Now it's look different from car color...
                                I have contacted to arya car oftenly but now they are now entertaining my complaints they are saying are saying this not there responsebility.. I have again give my car for the said problem and they charged me 13800/- but my they didn't solved my problem..

                                  I've purchased the new bike and within a week battery found dead (I've hardly drove the bike 50-60 km) and bike was not starting on the middle of road and i've to push the bike till at my home.

                                  Very disappointed with the service.

                                    I have november 2015 model swift vdi private kl 46 m 2572. 49000 total running km. Due to its diesel pump complaint i had so many issues. Me and my family two times lay on road. Show room charged last week 7000 rupees. This complaint is having 90 % of vehicles i will not suggest maruthi to any body trusted brand is like this poor service and engine

                                    My ph [protected] I will do a complaint in consumer court because this vehicle is costing aprox 7.5 lac . Then also I faced this diesel pump issue 2 times . Same complaint is happened my friends also. Maruthi have to care customers

                                      The above model car, silky silver color was booked on last week of september 2017 in nexa, cybercity, bhubaneswar. I was promised that it will be delivered within 10days or by latest by deepavali. Till today it is not delivered. The sales executive give different reasons, some times contradicting themselves. They should say the truth and should not misguide the customer.
                                      Kindly inform me, when it is expected regarding delivery of vehicle.

                                        Hello

                                        It is very unfortunate that commitment given by nexa is not honoured stating that they are not receiving any car delivery from maruti. The car was booked on september 1, 2017 and maximum waiting time written in the booking was 10 to 12 weeks. However the salesperson assured that the same will be delivered by september end on the occassion of dussera which didnot happen, next commitment was of dhan teras which also didnot happen. Now even maximum period of 12 weeks have lapsed and still there there is no visibility on delivery date.

                                        This was never expected from the company like maruti or its premium (?) dealer nexa.

                                        Now even the cancellation and switching to other car brand will result in another wait period of 1 - 2 months.

                                        Who can establish the reason for delay and compensate for this.
