I own a swift vxi (Wind song le) which i bought in the summer of 2015. From the day of purchase i have been facing problems starting with the ac vent, where the outside smell and air are not being stopped while i am engaging the closed loop cooling. Whenever i am driving the outside smoke or foul smell enters in the car and suffocates the passengers along with myself. I had complained about this issue continuously to my service center at nerul - automotive (An authorised dealer and service partner for maruti). They replace the filter and adjust the vent a bit and it gets sorted for a few weeks, post which the same issue keeps on repeating. I had complained to them more than 4-5 times now and i am not receiving a proper solution for this issue.

Please provide a proper solution for this issue, since i dont think the existing service centre can solve the issue.

    My relative gave me a gift maruti swift vxi which my relatives purchased on 12 oct 2017 from jammu motors akhnoor road. They gifted me this on 13th nov 2017. Jammu motors gave 2 petrol voucher of rs. 1000 and 750 respectively. Now when i tried to claim vouchers i find those 2 vouchers as fake. When i raised the issue with maruti suzuki customer care then i got call from jammu motors i forgot the name of the person but his mobile number is...

    Hello sir,

    I have purchased suzuki access 125 from decaan suzuki ghole road pune, sub dealer sai pooja auto services aundh.

    I have paid whole amount including accessories for that vehicle on date 25th nov 2017; however i am still waiting invoice copy, insurance copy & bike manual.

    I am also waiting for few accessories, rc book, temp number is also not allocated to me. I am chasing for invoice copy since last 4 days; however no reply from authorized dealer & sub dealer. Sub dealer name is tejas ; he is also not picking the phone.

      I bought a celerio zmt from poddar car world khanapara guwahati on sep-oct 2017 when they deliverd the car to me they didnt gave me the temp rc and spelling of my father name was wrong even they gave me wrong address of dto where it has to be registered as i stay in meghalaya and they gave the dto address of assam and it has to be registered there so i complained them and asked about my temp rc they told me that they forgot to gave me and took the documents from me which needs correction on 26 oct but now its november 30 till date i havent recived my document and when i tried to contact them they told me that it was in dto because of them i cant even drive my car as without document its risky so i request you to kindly do the needfull so that i can get my documents.         Today morning, i planned to exchange my maruti esteem and book swift all new dzire zxi with abt maruti guindy, chennai. I was informed that esteem would be taken on booking the new car and was asked to give a letter stating that i confirm the booking and will not cancel in the future. They wanted this letter for my preferred color only upon which my car would be exchanged. Only on confirmation of the above, by the executive (Karthik), i took my car. However the executive went back on his words and showroom declined to take esteem when we went to book in the evening. The executive was not even apologetic about going back on his word. This unnecessarily troubled us taking the car all the way. We could not book on our preferred date and time.
        Is this how maruti dealers treat their customers?? Especially new customers?? Very worst and pathetic service by your dealer abt maruti. I will ensure i convey about abt to all my friends, especially on the lines as to how maruti is ensuring quality at their dealerships??? Now, i am having second thoughts on booking a maruti car as i am worried about customer service and after sales service.
        Truly disappointed x-customer of maruti.

            I have purchased a new alto k10 amt on aug 2015 through am motors. After the first service itself the amt complaint was there. After that i was not satisfied with the service and conversation made by am motors pattambi so i changed my service center to indus motors kannadi, palakkad. Again the same complaint is coming. The amt light is blinking and while driving an acceleration and deceleration is coming in low speed. Till now they were not able to rectify the defect. Sometimes they are saying its about the electrical problem after that they are saying its due to the module complaint. Since two years we are running behind this. Now the warranty period of 2years has finished and its only 16000 km. Now i have again given the car for service in indus motors ottapalam. After the completion of all other service i paid rs4600 for oil chane, filter change, brake oil change and for other necessary things. But they told that car has to be inspected for the amt complaint and also they told that its a minor one. Now they are saying that they want to get the information from the office for other detail checkup on the board of amt. They are saying that the board should be serviced and it cost about 1lakh. Actualy my car has no running problem. The only problem is the amt light blink. I think that no one is aware about the amt cars and simply they are saying what all things they know. Please be a customer supportive person. We give more value for authorized service centers. We are not giving our vehicle for testing and studying. Please rectify my complaint as early as possible. My car registration number:
            Kl9ah 9967. You can check my cars complaints history. So please take this complaint into your notice and take necessary actions for the same as early as possible. I believe that you will take this issue as a serious problem and notify me as soon as possible.

              My car has met with an fire accident 6 months back. Work has been completed from maruti showroom jayalakshmi automotives - guntur after one month i found that rust babools & in proper painting after i spent rs. 350000/- this is what i am not expecting from company like maruthi.

              Please consider my concern and repair my car properly.

              Today i visited jayalakshmi automotives - guntur i. E 29.11.2017 what he said is will correct it.

              This kind of service is happened in guntur showroom this is not at all satisfy the work.

                Thanks for again certifying from maruti below highlighted that customer is fraud & wrong raising false complaints & he is gone mad.

                I am really tired of maruti & kataria bullying me again & again.

                I don’t think there is further any scope of checking my car with maruti-suzuki as well the most popular indian car manufacturing not meeting promise of his design, performance & service.

                About warranty it is for sure if any technical glitch is there i would surely use your trail mail against maruti & sue your company as well after complaining every time customer was sent unresolved for his technical problem blaming customer has raised false problem & kataria blaming maruti for design of ‘reverse gear’ being a ‘helical gear’ and other 5 gears being ‘straight gears’ the shifting of this gear will be ‘jerky’ & interrupted gear shifting rather than smooth shifting in this & all of the maruti suzuki cars.

                Also, your ‘vitara breeze’ failed you meet ‘average’ mentioned by maruti suzuki of 24.1 kms/litre and trying to bully me again to take on drive for i don’t remember for some kms burning my diesel and wasting my time at speed of 60 kms/hr and wanted to prove the performance of my car. There was no such technical document given to me & sign off that you need to run this vitara breeza car at speed of 60 kms/hr constantly to achieve 24.1 kms/litre average. My i10 petrol was already giving 18 kms/liter average which this diesel car is giving right.

                Worst car manufacturer i dealt with is ‘maruti suzuki’ in terms of sales & service both harassing me since sales & then service & complaint resolving.

                It’s being huge mental torture & harassment with waste of time & money buying maruti-suzuki car.

                If required further i would go to ‘consumer forum’ & register my complaint of technical issue & mental harassment caused during this 3 months or so.

                Please stop mailing & phone from your side & don’t cause me further mental harassment as i have very busy schedule of my work and i cannot spare my valuable time every time for maruti suzuki & kataria’s bullying talks and mails fooling customer and giving mental torture affecting my day to day work and even disturbing my personal life.

                I take your below statement as confirmity on behalf of maruti suzuki motors as certification of my vehicle has no issues and any future warranty claim had to be fully bared by maruti suzuki and free of cost replacement of whole gear box and transmission and any other part got damaged due it's effect.

                Secondly i had talked to you mr. Undersigned amit chauhan and got it from you very clearly it's again customer fault and vehicle issue blaming me and asking me questions instead kataria motors and further would like to add i had hyundai i10 for 5 years before purchasing maruti car and faced no such issues in thier gear transmission as you wanted me to take trail of similar breeza at kataria. I am an mechanical engineer and very well understand smooth functioning and inturruped funtioning of gear box and
                Gear shifting.

                I don't wanna send my car to kataria any more.

                New problem faced after last visit to ‘katria motors - ahmedabad’ for my customer complaint of ‘reverse gear holding up/jerking while shifting rather than smooth shifting of gears.

                New issue with old issue: after complaint & involvement of ‘maruti suzuki regional head of gujarat’ my gear shifting issue is enhanced and now increased to all 6 gears jerking & holding up.

                It’s around month i am driving my car & was hoping it’s time being & will smoothen up; but instead problem is getting worst in shifting all gears.

                I am feeling like driving a cheap truck while gear shifting…………..

                I had put my grievance on ‘social media networks’ one of the link is below with video about gear shifting issue after being fed-up of non-resolution to technical issue in car from one of biggest indian car manufacturer & oem.

                I wrote last time & one more time & ask maruti suzuki motor to not send my car to kataria motors again for any check up or service who are not at all able to resolve issue and keep blaming customers & their ego’s are sky high thinking working in kataria motors and bigger than customers for whom they are hired to delight and resolve problems related to cars in service industry.

                I am corporate customer & please see below details of my below details & complaint:

                After all 3 services & covering more than 10, 000 kms & complaining every time at service center - kataria automobiles they did not resolve it & still average is coming 16 to 17 kms instead of 24.3 kms company claimed. My most travelling of car is on highway route (Ring road) & every day of 70 kms minimum travelling with every time i fill tank 'full'.

                Complaint :–
                1. Service engineer name - mr. Suhas talked to me very rudely & gesturing it is all your fault that car is not giving average & i will teach you how to drive without knowing my driving & route map on which i am driving & completed over 11, 000 kms in 9 months of purchase of my car.
                2. Also, i registered complaint of 'gear box issue' while shifting gears it gets stuck up & especially 'reverse gear' is worst one which every time gets stuck up. Rather than resolving this issue this service guys hampered it further & now few time after pulling reverse gear with stuck up issue car goes ahead instead of going back.
                3. Mr. Suhas registered my pick up car on saturday 9th september 2017 in morning & nobody turned up rather they send me messages 'thanks for visiting our service center' - refer attached screen shots of messages received for refrence.
                4. There has been a history of me with 'kataria sales' & then with 'kataria services' & i had even complaint for service side as well on email for taking money & giving me 'false agreement against discussed & committed to me' which i had to cancel & take my money back. Refer both sales compliant (*i did not posted due to some middle man who is our family friend & help me in getting this car) & 'service mail'.
                5. This kind of harassment is going on with me since purchase of car from kataria delaership at sales, corporate sales & services & i had never faced this issue in 'hyundai' i had my previous car i10 for 5 years in service or sales.

                It seems i have harassed intentionally by ‘kataria delaership executives & manager – mr. Jigish patel (Corporate sales manager), mr. Tushar shan (Team leader corporate sales).

                I tried to register complaint on your maruti suzuki site - https://www.marutisuzuki.com/complaintsection_new.aspx?Type=9HAC1Qjsxg0H7mHpcAtC... – but i had some errors & was not accepting my complaint.

                Mcp no - amc[protected]: offered on dated – 08/03/2017 agreement sent to me at my home address with driver name – ‘ajay’.

                Complaint – mr. Indrajeet came to my home after i purchased car on 17th december 2016 in month of january 2017 explaining mcp (Maintenance cost protect program) offer to me representing ‘kataria automobiles, ahmedabad’. They explained me agreement of 3 + 1 year contract of additional service after my free service period of 1 year offered from ‘maruti suzuki’ with some benefits of ‘wheel alignment’ and other stuffs i don’t exactly remember now after 2 months or so and no document given to me on which they explained scheme.

                I was given final offer of 14, 000 inr for additional 4 year service contract after 16 dec 2017 when my 1st year free service period is over. Refer below screen shot of cheque deposited in ‘kataria automobiles’ account.

                So now my service period becomes 16 dec 2021 with additional 4 year contract. And i had been offered mcp job card with date only upto – 26 dec 2019 i. E. 2 years additional to my free service period instead of 4 year on paper.                 I have been cheated & wrong agreement sent from “kataria automobiles”. I want to ‘cancel contract’ with my money amount rs. 14, 000 returned back to me. I am not willing to pay rs. 14, 000 for only 2 years under this contract to ‘kataria automobiles’ on this basis. I agreed to terms of additional 4 years which looked good scheme to me and i paid cheque of amount rs 14, 000 to them. But it is not worth for 2 years and instead it’s too costly. So, return my money and cancel contract. I will do yearly service as and when required on my convenience and wish.

                Kataria picked up my car & serviced it. But problem of gear box shifting not resolved & asked to follow their rule – first shift gear towards no.1 & then pull it back in opposite direction making ‘z’ into ‘reverse gear’ you will not face problem. I want to ask maruti suzuki oem is it correct method of reversing car? Is there any written technical papers of design & performance proving above method suitable to follow by customer every time he needs to reverse? Where is it written in ‘vitara breeza manual’ that you need shift into gear -1 & then into reverse gear ‘r’ to reverse car & not directly put into reverse gear or else your gear box will jam?

                I have been facing ‘rash answers’ from kataria service executives on resolution to my ‘gear box jam issue’ & ‘average’ coming 17 to 18 kms running at average speed of 80 kms every day run of 70 kms to & fro home to my compay office.

                After 1 to 2 week of time new problem arise in my car in ‘horn’ it went down & sounded very ‘flat & thin’. Then also i didn’t doub’t kataria service center and changed new horns set of rs. 500 on my personal expense at other service center. But new horn is also sounding similar in 1 week time.

                I fully doub’t & sure of this technical issue root cause is due to ‘kataria service center’, as they are taking out their ‘personal grudges’ on me and my car & had changed some setting or replaced some critical parts with used & faulty parts in car to further harreshed me.

                I am now thinking of going to ‘consumer foram’ against ‘maruti suzuki’ & ‘kataria motors’ who is not able to resolve complaint & further deteriorated my car parts & performance.

                I would not sent my car back to ‘kataria motors’ again that is for sure & request ‘maruti suzuki’ to find some other means to resolve my problems which had gone ‘bad to worst’.

                Complaint – mr. Indrajeet came to my home after i purchased car on 17th december 2016 in month of january 2017 explaining mcp (Maintenance cost protect program) offer to me representing ‘kataria automobiles, ahmedabad’. They explained me agreement of 3 + 1 year contract of additional service after my free service period of 1 year offered from ‘maruti suzuki’ with some benefits of ‘wheel alignment’ and other stuffs i don’t exactly remember now after 2 months or so and no document given to me on which they explained scheme.

                I was given final offer of 14, 000 inr for additional 4 year service contract after 16 dec 2017 when my 1st year free service period is over. Refer below screen shot of cheque deposited in ‘kataria automobiles’ account.

                So now my service period becomes 16 dec 2021 with additional 4 year contract. And i had been offered mcp job card with date only upto – 26 dec 2019 i. E. 2 years additional to my free service period instead of 4 year on paper.                   I visited vau workshop, patna on 12.11.2017 and servicing was done vide invoice no.001/bc/1700/1856 amounting to rs.3264/-. I find that after servicing mileage has been reduced and not smooth running. It was better in condition before servicing. Smell is also blowing. I got a call from vau for my feedback and i lodged a complaint in this regard but they disconnect phone and no any action at their end initiated. My alto car is kept in my garage due to poor performance. I am very much disappointed and requested you to take suitable action against workshop and solve problem. If not action taken i shall be compelled to proceed in appropriate forum.

                    Subject- Very estimation of repairing cost for repairing of my accident car.

                    My car was got accident with one Oil Tanker on 01.10.2017 at 3.30PM near Handapa which is around 40 km from Angul, Odisha. I was seriously injured along with my son and wife. My brain was damage and we all are hospitalized at cuttack. So I could not contact any repair center. After feeling some what good, I sent my relatives to bring the car to nearest Maruti Delear in Angul. They put the car at above said dealer. I asked him to send the estimation cost of repair. He has sent me one estimation cost of Rs.329802.58. New Maruti Alto LX model will cost around 3.3Lakhs. Then how the estimation is so high.
                    Actually the damage to engine at Stearing (driver) side was occurred more. Damage was partial as corner side of Engine. I was socked after getting this big estimation. So I could not deside what to do. The car is still laying at there show Room. It is my humble request to look at this matter very seriouly otherwise people like us will be ruined, looted & harassed mentally by Delears. Such type of activity by dealers will defame the good will Maruti Suzuki Co.

                      Dear maruti,

                      I have been long associated with maruti since 1990, but the recent experience with one of your dealer m/s prem motors pvt. Ltd, jmd regent plaza, mg road, sikandarpur, gurgaon-122001 is very pathetic. For sure not recommend to any of my friends for this dealer.
                      I have brought brezza vitara from them on 18th oct, the booking amount was 21000/- and i had made the complete payment apart from booking amount.
                      I am following regularly but every day i get response that in couple of days i will get the money back.
                      During the time of booking i was told that the amount will be refunded back in 15 days and it is almost one n half month.

                      Need your immediate intervention to look into matter and help me get the money back.

                        I am very disappointed with the dearler, s miss beha v he don't how to talk with customer, i want to let you know i have purchased access 125 on 19th october 2017 by the nam of sunita rani.. But still we haven't get no. Plate even i know dealer is having same but he didn't giving because i have given old scooty in replacement & noc is pending for same when i visited on 27 november to the showroom. They told us we will not give u no. Plate till the time m will not give them that noc. Dealer also holder rs.1500 for same he told at the time of purchasing i will give give you 1500 rs whenever u provid me nocc. Of old scooty. Than how can he hold no. Plare as well
                        Its my 4th scooty but it's worst experience of my life. Ur dealer was shouted on when i was asking for no. Plate.
                        He was saying me in full sound /loudly he think m not educated. Indirectly he was abousing me.
                        5-6 other customer was also there at same time.
                        One employee her name is sweety she also shouted at front of him but he didn't say any thing to her. He won me i will be one my boy at my home he will be also shout over there,
                        I think they are there only for that..
                        I m promising you me, my colleague, freinds & my family members will never go with suzuki.. Because i will share this with them
                        I will also defiantly will this on every social sides.

                          I am mr. Gigi k gopal, a preventive officer (Grade) in kerala excise department. I am the husband of smt. Sreevidya g, gigi nivas arpookkara (W) p o, kottayam district, kerala, 686008 (Phone no. [protected]) who is the registered owner of maruthi k10 with reg. No. Kl-05-ah-2992.
                          We bought the vehicle on[protected] i. E. Only 4 years ago through avg motors pvt. Ltd kottayam (Copy of service register is attached) and completed all the routine services offered by the company without any default. The vehicle now covered only 12500 k m’s and i am very sorry to say that i am a dissatisfied customer and sometime i feel that i am cheated by your company. It is just because only after this short term almost all body parts of the vehicle began to show the problem of rusting.
                          I was owner of a pre-used maruthi 800. (Model 2007) which i got it in 2013 and i exchanged it when i decided to buy a new one. But it did not show the problem of rusting even though it was kept under a temporary shed for about four years.
                          It was my dream to own a new vehicle and i arranged a loan to fullfil it and built a safe shed to keep vehicle at first and then i bought the vehicle. I strongly believed that maruthi will not show the problem of rusting of body parts. Hence i, selected the company.
                          But now i feel that i am get cheated not only by you but also your agencey at kottayam from where i collected the vehicle.
                          When i noticed this problem for the first time, i reached the agency and they asked me to pay rs. 10000/- to clear the complaint but when i said that it is just to collect such a huge a amount for it which is a quite unnatural thing. After half a days arguments and inspections of the vehicle by various staff they asked me to pay rs. 5000/- (50% less) and said that they will cure the defect very well. I believed in this and put the vehicle at the garage. After one week i collected the vehicle after paying the said amount.
                          But last day when i examined the vehicle by cleaning it. It is noticed that several parts (Inside the bonnet, at the joints of both running boards, at the side of all doors) are getting rusted (Only after three months of denting and painting by the agency).
                          Now i understand that i am cheated thoroughly by you and your agent. I strongly believeing that this vehicle was kept in a very untidy open yard, exposed to the whether conditions some times in a seashore or place near to the see where salt wind occurs. Otherwise how a new vehicle which has covered on 12500 km’s and four years and kept in a safe shed, used very carefully especially a ‘maruthi vehicle’ shows such a serious problem?. The agency cheated me not only by issuing such a vehicle and then by collecting rs. 5000/- for the sake of curing the defect. I had also taken the extended warranty policy offered by you when i bought the vehicle and the said instance was during the validity period of the policy.
                          Now i am in great worries and disappointment. It was my dream to own a new vehicle and i try to keep it very well. The period of loan i arranged for buying the vehicle does not complete yet. I am very sad to say that i will not trust in your agency in anymore. I hence i right it directly to you. Kindly take necessary steps to dent and re-paint the vehicle as a whole or to replace the body as a whole. I send photographs of various body parts with problem, cash bill of denting an painting done by the agency three months ago and other documents.

                            I'm a client of you since 2011 and now i have swift desire vxi 2015 model with me. I
                            M usually servicing my vehicle at popular service centre; meenchanda;calicut. Now i have a complaint with my vehicle. There is some irregularity on tyres. The groves on tyres have no uniformity. So there is some kind of noise disturbance inside the vehicle. I complained about this to service centre in august and submitted all alignment papers. We got no reply from servicing authorities. I complained again and again for four times and contacted them several times. But they ignored my complaint. I contacted even the manager of the service centre. Mt vehicle travelled 12000 kms only. I felt very bad and suffered alot of inconvenience from the negligence of servicing authorities. So kindly do the needful as soon as possible to resolve the problem

                              This is 3rd vehicle service vehicle condition is very good and its brand new below 1800 km the company given free service unfortunately company people charged huge amount rs.15000 for normal service and delivered car in the night around 8:30pm unable to check completely some of the fittings at the bottom oil not fitted correctly and it came out and engine clucth and ac is also not properly functioning.
                              Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              Since morning I came to seemanchal motors, purnea to rectify my door auto lock with the help of speed but the issue did not get rectify after long 6 hrs waiting time. Staff do not care about the customer's timing.

                                I'm facing the same issue (Gear shift from 3rd to 2nd) for the second time on my 2013 ertiga vdi. First occurrence was around 30, 000 kms. The same issue re-surfaced around 45, 000 kms. During the first instance, the authorised service centre guy told that this issue is with the synchroniser ring, hence got it replaced. They charged me inr 8, 000 for this work. Now just after 10000 km, the same issue resurfaced. When enquired with the same service centre, they argued that this is a known issue and since there is no guarantee for spares, he quoted the around inr 8, 000 for repairs. Also, he wasn't competent enough to answer all our queries. This was an annoying and frustrating experience. Also my extended waranty is not worth. Bcz it is four year. But some customer got 5year warrenty. Bcz this problem face after 4year of vehicle or after 80000 kms. But ertiga gear box issue for so many customer.

                                Maruti suzuki should address this issue holistically by replacing all defective units to retain the customer loyalty. If this isn't done, i'm sure maruti suzuki will loose customers like me.

                                  Hi, maruti suzuki team,

                                  I made a mistake to purchae a maruti suzuki wagonr car from maruti india by loosing my hardship money. From 2 years research in the internet & from the sweet but fraud commitments of maruti sales team i had purchased the car on 27.03.17 & just after 7 to 8 months the car has shows drastic technical problems. The technical problems are as follows :-

                                  1. Since purchasing the car the car has shown struck problem while shifting gears in the time of driving.

                                  2. A burning smell was feel while driving the car.

                                  3.in winter season at driving the car suddenly get foggy without switching on the ac.

                                  4. The signal lights automatically get on or off as required to take turn. It have no control on the driver.

                                  5. At a speed of 80-100 km the car get vibrated.

                                  The above are the issues i has been facing in wagonr vxi. I laid down in front of them 100 times to resolve the issued in the car. But while i visited service centre they said all time that the car have no any problem. Maruti has doing hoodwink in its customer by false commitments. I required full compensation from maruti suzuki india to provide me a defective car against my valuable money & never ever suggest anybody else to purchase a maruti manufacturing car.

                                    I am a customer of maruthi swift vxi which i bought from popular maruthi on 15th august 2016.
                                    As per your terms and condition as you know i am eligible to get three free services and i have already availed two services in time. When i went for the third service couple of months ago, they told me that my car is already completed all the free services but actually i have only got two services.

                                    Later i have made an enquiry on it i understood that someone's free srvice was mistakenly recorderd in my srvice account

                                    Sir even now i haven't got my complete free service i request you for a solution waiting for your reply

                                      This mail is in reference of job card no. jc17010781 at rohan motors at sector 52 gurgaon. I have parked my car at the garrage on 7th oct'17 for repairing and the commitment of delivery was 20th nov'17 however still i have not received my car and receiving the commitment of every next day.in the starting, i had been asked that after getting complete parts the repairing work will be started but still work is getting delayed by the service center due to some parts are still pending. My daily work is getting hampered and i am bearing cost of hiring another car for my daily use. No one is bothered that how much pain i am bearing. I am visiting the garrage on daily basis and getting fake commitment from the team. It's very unfortunate that i opt for maruti authorized service center for my car repairing. The service level is so pathetic and i will not recommend anyone to use any maruti authorized service center for car repairing. Now i am mentally harrased and will go legal in case of any further delay. Expecting immediate resolution.

                                      Launch hours are from 1pm to 2pm.

                                      I feel it's pretty long.

                                      I think they should manage 50/50 Time slot.

                                      Just do the needful so as customer doesn't have to wait that long.
