It has been 75 days now but still watch is undelivered. The same we complained on customer care but still nothing has happened. We even contact dealer but that was not helpful. We urge to do needfull

    I have purchased alto k10 at the end of the year 2014 from kankriya automobiles, savedi near big bazaar ahamednagar maharashtra. It was new car. Still it is new car but now the paint of body become dull and there are spots on the body. Now the car body nearly showing the tin of the car. It is used only 7000 km. I have shown this problem to service center and also sales center of kankriya automobiles savedi near big bazaar ahamednagar maharashtra but no one has taken it in consideration. I need the result as early as possible.

      Dear friends and owners (Present and future) of maruti suzuki vitara brezza please go through the incident of 20 jun 17 and be aware of a situation which may happen to you too.

      Once i was also a proud owner of vitara brezza zdi+ car. Few weeks back, the car caught fire in my garage in pune in static condition and got completely burnt. The eye witness of the incident saw the fire originating from the car and spreading to other items which include my valuables, computer and a two wheeler kept in the same garage. Thanks to the fire fighters who managed to confine the fire within the garage. Seeing the picture you can imagine the extent of fire. There was no electrical short circuit or any inflammable items inside the garage. The most likely cause of fire as per me is technical fault in the car as i am staying inside a very restricted area without any trespassers. Similar kind of fire has occurred in a vitara brezza zdi+ model in march 2017 in ajmer.
      The response from maruti was very poor wherein the technical team came to investigate the fire after 13 days and without any instrument or sample collection and named it as external fire. Similar kind of answers were given in ajmer fire case too. I am going to appeal the same in consumer court and hoping like anything to get justice. The fire not only resulted loss of property close to 20 lakh but also mental harassment. Thanks to the almighty that at the time of fire, none was inside the car. You can imagine what will happen if someone face the situation being inside the vehicle.

      In addition to the above i have carried out forensic investigation for the fire. The report has come which says the most probable cause of the fire was technical malfunction.

      My appeal to maruti suzuki india is:
      1. The investigation was evidently insufficient as your team of two 'experts' carried out the inspection only visually after a full 13 days from the date of incident.
      2. It is but natural that you will avoid to take the blame since that may involve a recall and the related hassles, but is it fair on us consumers?
      3. Even your customer care is reluctant on replying to my mails for 2 weeks straight. Let alone any person in authority paying heed to the situation.

      It is my request that this message be circulated as much as possible so that giants like these do not continue to loot common people of their peace of mind and pockets.

          Sir/madam,
          I wish to make a complaint about a 15 years and 11month old white colored maruti 800 car which is parked continuously outside my house in janakpuri. Since the car's fitness is expired it is not authorised to be driven as per the national green tribunal and the motor vehicle act. The car's registration number is dl3cr9011 and is registered in the name of mr rajinder kumar sethi, whom i don't know. I am the owner of flat number 32a, block d1c, janakpuri, and the lady staying in flat 32b says she is the owner of the car and it will always stay here. Since it is not allowed to be driven and should be scrapped due to pollution norms prevailent in the capital, i request that the same may kindly be towed away for the scrap yard as quickly as possible.

            I gave my baleno registration no. Up32je6466 at akanksha automobiles pvt. Ltd. Moradabad for repair of dent on 14.12.17 with the verbal commitment of getting back the car on 22.12.17 from executive mr. Deepak chandra. As on 22.12.17 i had to rush for my home town lucknow to celebrate my birthday and christmas with my family but due to the carelessness of service center staff i couldn't get back my car on said date, they refused to give my car and delayed it further. My all plan got ruined. Does it takes so much time to get repair the dent?

              My vehicle number kl -38-d[protected] swift vxi (Petrol) km:-64569i have given my vehicle for service on 21/10/2017 at pala popular vehicles and services. Service executive siju miachel attended my case (Front sound). He told me that my steering is having problem and it need to replaced and they adviced me to do the service work of 60000km. But on 26th october he call me and said that during oil change of the vehicle oil is damage. So they opened the top of engine without my permission and i went there, he said me that they have done all the work and the oil is damaged. They i requested him to changes the oil at my risk (Owner: george mathew) but he was not ready to do it. He advised me to do the engine work by cleaning it and not replacing anything without my permission. But the complaints i told him are not done. After 1 month he return my vehicle and gaven me the bill of rs39580/- but still the problems of my vehicle is there (Front sound). I am complaining this because i enquired with my friends they said there will not be a problem occur because the vehicle is running. Without my permission they changed my engine and gearbox components and some other items like clutch (Which is used upto 50 %only they told me that) i suspect that they used my vehicle to achieve the monthly target by charging me rs39580/- their sevice unsatisfactory because i went to different showrooms from 2006 onwards please take the necessary action against them and return my compennsation otherwise we are moving with legal formalities.                 I have purchased suzuki access 125 a couple of months back from apco suzuki calicut. Before second service itself the scooter while driving is getting off while overtaking another vehicle which was very dangerous, fortunately somehow i escaped. After the service the same thing happens yesterday also.
                If the problem is not solved immediately i have to go legally.

                  My swift vehicle tn 07 am 8094 breakdown in coimbatore balasundaram road on 20.12.2017. I will call the abt roadside assistance and send it to abt maruti puliyakulam branchfor repairing. The same day evening receive the estimate slip. Today morning (21.12.2017) i received estimate thro sms 17000.00. After one hour mr. Prakash service advisor call me and inform rs.8000 adding and around rs. 25000 for repair. All they quoted money is accepted by me. They told today evening the my vehicle will delivery. But now i called the advisor they told spares not available. I trust maruti brand. How spares not available in coimbatore. I am spending taxis in my use. I am not having any other vehicles.
                  Kindly check up and arrange early delivery will be much appreciated.

                    We purchased alto k10 auto at year 2015 and form 1800kms we are facing problem of gear box from 2years, 2 saal se 10 bar showroom ke taraf se car ko thik karke diya hai but abhii bhi same problem hai, showroom's ke taraf se koi response nahi araha hai. Maruti ke car leke hum fas gaye hai. Hume car ab dusri chahiye. 2saal se showroom ke chakar laga rahe hai or abhii tak problem solve nahi hua. Vo bolte hai wait karo reply ayega. Gadi 2 months se parking me hi khada hai.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I had today 19/12/2017 given my Suzuki Access 125 for service in one of your service station. invoice no VAD/WCS/005339 JOB NO: R 172957 19/12/2017
                      serviced at Pathetic Cheating Service Station:
                      Ravi wheels pvt ltd, near police station, old chhani road, navayard vadodara.

                      The Pathetic thing was they didn't wash the vehicle properly not even 50% and the best part was that they didn't service the vehicle properly and the servicing time they to was 10-15 minutes with washing.

                      The Worst part was they changed the bulb Break Light Bulb as the plastic cover was broken by me from few days of purchase so they thought they can get away with removing the bulb and replacing it with defused bulb. ( I had personally seen the bulb getting changed when i went to pick up my vehicle but still it was yet to get serviced and lying in side and manager/incharge was doing this stuff activity.) Please see the CCTV Footage you might get a look at that.

                      I don't understand whats going on in service stations. Has this become the place for milking customers money.

Ltd (Authorised maruti suzuki dealer) address nh-2, chandni more, sattar mile, burdwan-713101, ph[protected], email-beekay. Bdm. [protected]@marutidealers.com. They have given temporary registration number to run the car on road and promised to give final registration number after few months. Later when i had asked for final registration number, they have just ignoring and asking us for fine and penalty of rs 50000/- to be deposited to get the number.

                          I serviced my ritz gj3dg541 at atul motors workshop at university road, rajkot-360005, gujrat (In august 2017... May be, it was my last service date)... I demanded 2 parts to purchase, one of it was antenna, which they ordered for me and after 1.5month they got it.., 2nd part was related to water sealing and i don't have its definite name. More than 3 months past and i was not informed till today whether i will get that part or not.. I had reminded them before 1.5 months for that water sealant part, but they were completely unaware about that.. So i requested to take seriously and order it for my car and told them to inform me... But i think they were not serious and till today i got no call form that... Now what should i do? I feel that i should complain to higher level and that is why i am informing here.

                          My car got leakage somewhere in back storage space and during rain water get collected in backside where we keep extra tyre. So this upper mentioned service station suggested me to change 'xyz' part to cope with water entering problem. This part i informed them to order, but they had never informed me if that part they received or not...!!!

                            I am gokul gop from kerala trivandrum. I would like to buy a used car from maruti.

                            I went through couple of cars. I liked one.

                            I am interested to buy this at this price as it seems well maintained as well.

                            As per true value site i could see 2010 maruti swift petrol with 60plus kms, priced at 1.75lakhs listed available in pongamoodu outlet.

                              I m using your maruti alto 800 lxi (Up32 fh6434) from 2014. I was facing some battery isseu in my car then visit your service service station krishna motors address: hardoi rd, thakurganj, karim ganj, lucknow, uttar pradesh 226003 and mr. Kamlesh sir (Service managar) said your battery is damege and and need to change then your prblm is solve and i m paid battery costing 3700rs. But within some day my problem still then i m said to again now he said this prblm is in your altinater so need to change. Now i m pay for alternater its 8660/-rs but my problem still...

                              Present time mr. Kamlesh no more working with krishna moters but he is giving me threatening calls for payment and is saying that he will pullout the alternater from my car. I am very disturb by this life threatening calls. I fear for my life because mr. Kamlesh is coming to my house for last 3 days with sevrel anti social elements. As i am working in samsung and i am not available he threatens my family members.

                                I bought alto lxi in november 2009.
                                Car ran well for 1st four years. But from 2013, i have been facing serious problem.
                                Car stops during the journey and doesn't start again untill i toe it to mechanic.
                                It's a repeated issue and my maruti service provider has tapped several temporarily solutions but could not solve permanently. I fear to travel with family.
                                It's really serious as i have to travel in late nights every week. I have seen many old cars, they make noise but have not have such critical issue. Seek a response from manufacturer.

And on 5th december he was saying me that you will get your delivery soon. On 14/12/2017 his answer is not satisfactory. It’s already about 45 days gone instead of 15 days.                                       I had bought new maruti suzuki swift car in oct 2016 and i am facing gear shifting problem in 1st and reverse in this after 2 months of purchase date. And when i went to showroom or service center then they replied just in simple virble that this issue will come and it is manufacturing defect. Now i will go through consumer forum and media for better solution.

                                        I had bought a alto 800 lxi vehicle on 31 jul 2014. However, now it has been told to me by the authorized service centre at indus motors, thevara that the clutch needs replacement. It is a matter of deep concern that the clutch has gone bad within a short period of just 3 years with minimum running of the vehicle (22000 km). This is clearly a deficiency in performance and material failure. Therefore kindly do the needful to restore the condition of the vehicle.
