Hi All,

Very good eveing sir/ Madam,

I am writting this after hearing revert from insurance team of royal sundaram. Last thusday on 04th Jan 2018 i meet with accident. when i put car is service centre under insurance claim insurance agent clearly denied for considering some part of car which is damaged stating this are good and this are old we cant consider in to insurance while picture clearly shows that it is damaged.

i just want to know whats is the zero dept polcy and what is the purpose of car policy i think as per company its only mean that calim high premium from customer but when it comes to claim TC applys. how to trust on car insurance policy when my policy expires 100 calls comes for renewal but when customer put claim company give lovey excuse of TNC.petthatic service experiencing from last 2 years of royal sundaram ill ask maruti to pls remove such kind of companies where they put hundreds of excuse when its to claim. thirdlevel of service whats sunder is giving. last time also sunder executive rejected my back side bumler claim and this time also giving 100 execuses. if you dont want to give claim then why you people are serving guys.

I Need answer on this. and resution.

    Sir my car maruti suzuki ritz no. Jk14d 3719 met woth an accident on 1 oct 2016 and i submitted my car in jk vehicleads udhampur yard on 2 oct 2016 and asked for its repair all those things that needs to be done to repair it. Firtsly they took more than 3 months to repair it and handover me on 4 january 2017 but when i checked out my car they had done all incorrect work no proper body parts are fitted. Car's bonut wasn't painted with proper finish. Bonut was not fitted properly. Ecm signal continuously shown and so many other problems. Now i have my car in other workshop to get the reqd. Workd done with proper finish and maintainenance. Sir i am complaining about that thay had my car for more than 3 months and still they had not done the work properly and satisfactory.

    My RTO card is not issued till date. I purchase maruti swift ZDI on 01/05/2017
    From prime car dewas. Bug they not provide my rto card. Plz take action agents them.

      Respected sir/ madam,

      I, mr. Iesh khanna a businessman, has been a proud owner and euphoric customers of your esteemed company maruti suzuki since 20-22 years. Today i write to you with great misery and sorrow that i have been cheated by the very company i so gloriously spoke about. Let the facts (Points) below expatriate my claim.

      1) i inteded to purchase a car from your exclusive showroom nexa based in city dehradun, uttarakhand bannered under the name future auto wheels. I was enticed by the new car "ignis" diesel zeta model. I went on to pre book my car on 16th december 2017 and receive it on 25th december 2017.

      2) to my despair the maruti nexa dealer future auto wheels delivered to me a second hand /used car. The day of receiving my car turned unfateful as the distance metre displayed 52 km. I raised suspicion and doubt about it but my concerns were shut off by laughs and false claims that a car generally comes with 50-60 km run distance. Already being a owner of maruti cars i had prerequisite knowledge that cars only run 18-20km at maximum. The manager and the sales consultants pressured on and convinced that that my doubts and suspicions are baseless. I on the other hand a firm believer of your acclaimed company disregarded my intuition and trusted in sake of your renowned reputation.

      3) once i reached my cousin's home, i went on to clean my car. I was grief striken and mortified when i found the owners manual, signed under someone else's name. It clearly states that it was initially sold to mr. Dipeandra mahra on 22 km a few days prior to my booking. I promptly dialled the number that was mentioned and was addressed mr. Mahra on the other side. He unfolded all facts hidden from us by the dealers. Mr. Mahra distinctly and veraciously told us that he kept the car for two day and due to some issues in car, he returned it to the dealers.

      4) another major set back that i received which can clearly be ranked under deception and fraud is that i purchased a diesel model car but the invoice/ bill generated and given to me is of a petrol car. Due to this i have gravely suffered mental harassment by the bank as the loan was issued for a diesel car. On showing the bill/ invoice they attacked my character and dignity and the bank started perceiving me as a fraud. My respect and honour is brought at stake due to the company's negligence or purposeful deceit.

      5) to add more salt to injury i was denied the privilege of taking home an insured car. One of the main clauses promised by the company's dealer during the pre booking was that all the paper work for the insurance of the car will be done by the delivery date. Yet my car got insured 2 days after my purchase on 27th december, 2017. God forbid, if something would have happened during the time, no one would have claimed responsibility and i would be the one to blame.

      Moreover, the dealers are now turning a deaf ear to my complaint and are regularly delaying the matter. I am bearing losses as the car is idly parked without any use. The purchase of this car was for the sole purpose of my business. Since the car is at a stand still i am enduring substantial losses because of the massive bills that are being levied on me by the cab services. All this has been caused by your company dealers conducting fraudulent work under the good name of your prestigious company.

      I have evidently been extorted, embarrassed, and cheated by the company i respected and have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I request you to please help me out of this situation and find an optimal solution as soon as possible. I have beared enough losses, physically, mentally and financially. The company customer care service are also paying no heed and have presenting me with vague answers. My registered complaint reference number is nx[protected].       HPA is wrong on RC book and nobody is responding please help I bought a car from premier carword 92F B T Road Kolkata but they send wrong invoice to RTO and they have given RC Card with wrong HPA instead of HDFC they have written Axis Bank now five years have already gone after several reminders premier carworld did not responding please help.

        Maruti and bagga link motors (South ex) registered my car without my permission to achieve their december sales targets. My car was suppose to be registered in jan, 2018. Due to the 2017 registration, we have a loss of approx 1.5l on our hand. Now bagga link managers has stopped taking my calls and maruti's online team is just doing a formality by calling and promising to resolve it. Bagga link offered 10k as compensation, which is not acceptable by us.

          Myself safarulla khan. M cont. +91 [protected], have purchased maruti suzuki swift dezire vdi 2014 model on may from hercules maruti ltd kallambhalam tvm, vehicle no. Kl.02 as.2398, i maintained properly with assistance of your authorised maruti service center asper owner's manual, also i take mcp for extending service warranty it will expire on may 2018.

          Here i would like to highlights the detail's regarding complaint of your products, power steering of the vehicle can't moved and showing steering lock symbol

          Due to this damage i have face many inconvenient situations when i am travelling with my family and it will loose my quality time and not happy with the drive, i consult sarathy auto car kollam with this compliant and not get a favourable response from them. Service manger said that they can't take the responsibility of this technical fault and i need to pay above ten thousand rupees to rectify it.

          I expected to have a favourable response from maruti

            I have purchased new maruti suzuki swift vdi car in sep-2016 from aligarh. My vehicle number is up 81 bm 1811. Two weeks ago my car lifting jack got bend during tyre change. I have reported this concern to dev motors in aligarh, but he has denied by saying that maruti is not responsible for vehicle jack. I want to complaint for him for misguiding. Also request to you please consider this concern under warranty & help to replace my defected jack with new one.

              Hello,

              Myself atul s. Chavan contact no[protected] have purchased wagon r lxi cng in last december 2016 from sai service deccan pune.

              Till 10000kms there was no issue with any part of car also i have completed 3 free services as per owners manual.

              Would like to highlight below points where nowadays i am not happy with the drive.
              1. A strict action is required on rear shock, called as gas dampers where right side oil spillage is observed.
              2. From engine rattling noise appears in morning which comes for a while and disappears. A observation is reqiured on clutch release bearing.

              I had a option before to go with purchase of car with other make. But maruti suzuki being a reputed manufacture with less service cost, i changed my decision.

              Expecting immediate action from you people and inform nearest service person to do the needful..

                Major accident happen yesterday my swift car front side mashed completely but airbag not deploy . it is a big issue. i purchased Swift Lxi optional (O) model . with dual airbag. but during accident no airbag deploy . my car was in top gear and suddenly a bull cart see on the road day was foggy i break heard but car hit the bull cart and front side of the cart mashed completely but no airbag deploy . so it seems airbag in this car only for showoff feature which not works .

                  On 05 dec 2017 i buy alto k10 vxi from peaks ananatnag but when i drive my car a sound like a broken furniture comes near the gear knob and i went to peaks anantnag they tried but can not solve the problem #whenever i drive my car if feels i buy a used or accidental #this is a major problem for me. My car is under warranty and want to solve my problem. Second problem when music is on and when i blow horn speakers make noise. I want you to look at the matter as soon as possible. Thankyou

                      Maruti as a brand has gone to the lowest level in indian automobile industry there was a time when maruti was the most trusted brand but now they are very unreliable and insensitive towards their customer. I made multiple complaints about my vehicle and written mails as well but maruti and the guy deputed on my case is not responsive. The harassment i'm going through is very bad as maruti doesn't care the loss i am bearing because of my broken vehicle which has got it's engine overhauled twice before it broke down for the third time and standing at a place as a stray. People at maruti are just promising me to attend my car but not actually doing that. This is really frustrating after spending 1.4 lakh rupees on engine repair. Even brands like honda hyundai and ford does not rob you this kind of money and once they repair your vehicle's engine the car is good for another 1 or 2 lakh kilometres on contrary so called low maintenance and best performing brand maruti is behaving like this. Very disappointed this time and seems like court is my last resort. As a common man i don't want get into this trouble but i can't spend a single rupees on car for which i have already spent 1.4 lakh rupees on engine repair.

                        I have maruti eeco 5 seater cng and i have handover my vehicle to sidhi vinayak wrokshop team for repair and submitted all required documents till 6 dec.

                        I have visited to showroom on 22-dec-17 and they assured me that soon they will handover my vehicle to me.

                        As i have 5 times complaint by phone call & 2 times by mail's already regarding this issue but still situation is same and vehicle is not given to me by dealerships.

                        I want you to take action against dealership and help me to get my vehicle as soon as possible other wise i have to take leagal action.

                          starting problem

                          Our car is covered into the warranty of 4 years/80, 000 kms and run for 70, 000 kms only but rohan motors is harassing by charging huge amount against the manufacturing defects and not even repairing it properly and not ready to listen and misbehaving with us.

                          Please let us know the meaning of warranty.

                          They are misguiding us and not repairing properly. Our movements are getting held up because of that and facing huge losses.

                          Clutch plate is not working and shockers are damaged and service manager is misbehaving by saying you have to pay otherwise we will not repair it. He has returned our car earlier without repairing it and confirmed that it has done than problem again arises after a month or soo and our person got stuck in between the traffic because of the negligence of your service center. When we have sent it again to them that why it is happing even after replacing clutch plates than service manager is saying we have not done it earlier.

                          This type of negligence in the vehicle may also cost a life.

                          Who will be responsible for it... Maruti or rohan motors.

                          Now our work is getting held up and car is laying in non-working condition from last 20 days and they are neither repairing it nor answering our calls.

                          Now, who will pay the cost of our office work which is getting held up. People are taking the cab every day because of non-availability of car.

                          I need to service expenses as well as cost of work getting held up and assurance from you to get it repaired in a day

                            Gunnu ghat, near telecom colony, nahan, himachal pradesh - 173001 on 2.01.18 has refused to provide first free service to my vehicle vitara brezza hr99 aby (Temp) 8695, saying that i am late for service as 1 month period was over about 12 days back and i will have to go back to the dealer from whom i bought the vehicle for service. That dealer is located about 100 kms away. The heavy rush at anymaruti service station coupled with this uncooperative attitude of this service centre is making me regret my decision to buy a maruti car.

                              I booked a wagon-r car hr26bv2154 in “maruti true value mela event” held in “leisure valley park gurgaon” on 23 sept 2017 from prem motors sec 18 gurgaon branch for my father who is 60 years old and has just retired. During the test drive of vehicle i found issues with “pickup and clutch” and i told the same to the booking agent.

                              We have booked omni in the name of a suresh chandra baby in may. We have paid loan amount 2.40 lalhs & exchange of 40k for old vehicle.in many situation vehicle not available for us and also we are in difficult situation at the time of vehicle arrival. By after 7 month we have got vehicle by december. After delivery really they r treating like a dog. Past 5 days i m calling to various number. No one attending the call.
                              Note: they tied one tag for customer care that number also no response. After this situation we have booked tiago from tata & datson redi go+ for business purpose use. Really we r feeling ashamed to take in your corporate.

                                Hi am surjeet sharma from himachal pradesh (Rajgarh, sirmour) i brought suzuki gixxer sf bike from bedi suzuki solan one year ago, it was an accident in 06/06/2017 due to accident my bike left side shield broken and i contact to service center regarding damages parts availability they guys give a date for my bike service that is 07/06/2017. When i visit to service center spears are available but left side lower shield sticker not available and they guys dose not provide me sticker from 08/06/2017 to till date i requested them each and every time (During bike service and contact on mobile personally) for resolving issue this but they ignore this thing every time (And also close my online complaint without resolving the issue online complaint no is te[protected] so please check and resolve the issue

                                  1) this is to inform you that i have faced a very inconvenient situation 29/12/17. I left from mumbai with my family in my maruti swift dzire (Mho4 gz 2336) for rajasthan & my car stopped at bharuch in gujrath.

                                  2) i immediately called on maruti help line number & there the advisor informed me that the problem was with self start. There was some problem with diseal pressure pump.

                                  My car is now at ravi ratna motors pvt. Ltd, bharuch gujrath (Authorised maruti service centre). Customer care manager hiral patel has informed me that it will take 6 to 7days to repair my car and they will not deliver it to mumbai. So again i have to come to bharuch to take my car. Maruti company should have courtesy to arrange delivery of my car to mumbai.

                                  3) leaving no choice with me i am returning back to mumbai. My trip to rajasthan is spoiled. I have to incurr taxi expenses of rs.5, 500 for returning back to mumbai.

                                  4) i faced exactly similar situation on 13th july 2016 & oct 2016 also. You can check records also i got stuck near vapi & navsari respectively in gujrat.

                                  5) now i conclude that i have been delivered faulty car by maruti company. I lost trust in maruti cars when it comes to long drive.

                                  6) i request you to please reimburse me my taxi expenses which is around rs.5, 500/- & replace my car with a new one which should genuine or else i ll shift to some other company.

                                  7) before leaving from mumbai i have give my car for service to spectra motors - advisor rahul joshi, borivli, mumbai to check self start problem of my car. Even though they kept my car in their service centre for 2 days & claimed that they have diagnosed my problem but i faced the same problem of self start at bharuch gujrath where my car stopped. I request you to take serious action against spectra motors.

                                  My car's ignition stopped at a speed of 100, I managed to stop it carefully otherwise I might have to face an accident. My whole family's life was in danger due swift dzire car MHO4 GZ 2336.

                                  Hello sir my alto 800 new car purchase by[protected] cash only.but my driver seat is very bad .it is push up down by under the problem and kiran motors all staff is very bad argument .all people kindly is very bad launguage use me and also i am not happy to kiran motors all car detail by custemer through.

                                    I have brought a wagonr car on december 2012. Total kilometers used less than 30, 000. I was forced to change the car tyres 3 times because of tyre outside wear. So many times we check the alignments and service centre says all fine. We raised the complaint at the third service. I live in uk. My mother is using the car. Everytime we make a complaint, the company arrange a wheel alignment test and thats it from them.
                                    I really would like to make this again to your attention by saying that there is some manufacturing defect. Please do the needful. We are so upset by changing the tyres frequently without much miles on the road.

                                    Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    DD Motors, Okhla has given me time to deliver a car in between 26to 29 Dec on paper but yesterday concerned sales person Sushil Chauhan has given me information that car is sold to someone and not in stock now.

                                    Will sue the matter in concern of court how a dealer that do that.

                                    If anyone is there to resolve tell me
