Dear Sir,

My vehicle registration number is TN 11 T 5359 Maruti Swift Dzire which was picked from my place on 3rd December 2017 and not on 6th December 2017.

My car was given to your company for the following reasons : -

a) In the November 2017 my car was serviced by Maruti Service Master, Guindy, Chennai and after which my car’s engine sound raised abnormally and also there was heavy smoke emission from the car for the reasons known to the MSM ;

b) Usually I service my car from the date of its delivery with MSM only and not by anybody ;

c) After the abnormal sound and smoke emission MSM again picked my car and returned the car stating that everything is normal and have not identified/detected any problems ;

d) In spite of my complaints the MSM have not rectified the problems mentioned by me and hence I had lodged complaint with Maruti Helpline and again they had redirected my issue with MSM and a deriver from MSM picked up my car for service on 3rd December 2017 ;

e) After that I had made several calls with MSM and Maruti and Mr. Venkateswaran from MSM responded to me stating that the vehicle is under service and wants me to wait for some and Mr. Umar Faruk Basha from Maruti Suzuki informed me that the service engineers detected some manufacturing defects in the car and they are in the process of getting spares from the Maruti Suzuki and replacing it at free of cost because the vehicle is fully covered by the Maruti Suzuki’s Warranty ;

f) After my marathon follow ups with MSM and Maruti Suzuki to deliver my brand new car after service on 10th January 2018 Mr. Umar Faruk Basha from Maruti called me and informed that I have to pay a sum of Rs. 60000 approximately for the manufacturing defects in the Car which caused me very shock and surprise ;

g) The brand new car have two years or 40000 Kms warranty on the brand new vehicle. My car deserves the full warranty from the Maruti Suzuki because my car driven for 22500 plus kilometers approx. and only 15 months old when it was picked for service ;

h) On 12th January 2018 I went in person to MSM to know the reason behind charging Rs. 60000 however Mr. Venkateswaran from MSM told me that I have to pay a sum of Rs. 51900 for the service they had carried on my vehicle. I don’t know why Mr. Umar Faruk Basha told me to pay Rs. 60000 plus but now Mr. Venkateswaran asking me to pay Rs. 51900 ;

i) When I wanted Mr. Venkateswaran of MSM to let me know why they are charging for the warranty backed up vehicle he simply told me that they had obtained report stating that there is adulteration in the fuel hence there is damage to my car’s engine and thereby the MSIL’s warranty does not apply to my car ;

j) It is very surprise and shock to me that my vehicle was refilled by Govt. Authorized fuel stations and which caused damage to my engine ;

k) On November 2017 itself the MSM had picked up my car for service but they have not detected any issue in my car but within span of barely one week they had detected in my car that only due to fuel adulteration the engine got damaged which is not acceptable to any person and including to me and which is also not a good spirit of administration and transparency with the customers by the MSM and MSIL ;

l) From November 2017 the car is with MSM only and which was not driven for not more than 300 kilo meters but the MSM have not detected/identified any problems with my vehicle but now they are raising an alarming problem that there is adulteration in the fuel which cannot be dealt with in an ordinary manner because the entire nation depends upon the state recognized fuels stations ;

m) The MSM or MSIL have not given any report, letter or explanation regarding the examination, Observation stating that injectors found defective as the delivery values are less and abnormal wear on engine cylinder block ;

n) The MSM or MSIL have not provided me any clarification regarding when the Defective Parts are been inspected and investigated by Umar and his regional technical leader and on what basis they had concluded the adulteration in fuel leads to damage in engine and injectors which are paramount to my complaint and which cannot be dealtt in a simple manner which requires utmost great importance from MSIL and MSM because which may cause great hardship to the reputation of the MSIL and also to the MSM from the customers like me.

o) I have not been provided with the MSIL Warry Policy Clause under which the MSIL and MSM had came to an conclusion that only because of the abnormal wear of the engine and failure of injectors are due to adulterated diesel, Engine repairs and replacement of injectors could not be covered under manufacturer’s warranty and Job will be done on payment basis ;

p) The MSM and MSIL had failed to provide me the reports and examination of the technical engineers about the problem finding in my vehicle which requires lot of attention and thereby the entire nation waiting from the report that only due to fuel adulteration my vehicle got damaged because lot of layman and general public refueling their vehicle from the Govt. Authorized fuel stations and the MSM and MSIL had questioned and challenged the Govt. Recognition hence I am keenly waiting to receive the examination, reports and advise given by the technical engineers, labs about defecting parts of my car and the decision taken by the MSM and MSIL ;

Hence I request the MSM and MSIL kindly to do the following without any further delay: -

a) Deliver my car without charging any payment for your own faults and manufacturing defects ;

b) Provide me all reports, letters or explanations regarding the examination, Observation on my car ;

c) MSIL Warry Policy clause under which the MSIL and MSM had concluded that the manufacturing defects and the present problems does not cover for replacement & service ;

d) Letter of assurance that the vehicle is under perfect condition which will not give any further problem with regarding to Engine or replace my car with brand new one because of your manufacturing defect ;

Kindly comply with my requirements within 7 days from the date of receipt of this email or I will be constrained to initiate necessary legal proceedings against both of you and both of you will be held liable and responsible for all costs and consequences.

    I purchase a genuine front mirror of maruti suzuki swift vdi from rudrapur uttarakhand. And this mirror change through the my friend workshop but problem create is many spot on mirror after seven days problem. Bcz retailer told direct complaint to maruti suzuki company. Any not response retailer retailer said direct complaint to maruti suzuki company sir i want change front mirror.

        Respected sir,

        I had given my maruti wagon-r - cg-07-m-1044 to sparsh service center at bhilai. Because of new establishment and shortage of skilled man power and spare parts they have handed over to sparsh automobile pvt ltd. Pachpedi naka, raipur.

        The problem in my vehicle is some time its steering wheel get jammed while taking turn either to right side or left side. This problem in my vehicle since last 2 to 3 months. This problem is not regular it comes after 2 or 3 days. Whenever your expert of service centre drive my car at that particular point of time this problem is not being faced by them. I told they this is not a regular problem. I requested them to keep the vehicle for 2 or 3 days or even more and only after solving this problem they should return to me.

        Maruti suzuki cars are standard vehicles in india and such type of problems should not come.

        Please help and solve my vehicle problem of jamming of driving wheel.

        I purchased new swift dzire in June 2017 since the beginning there comes a sound near speed meter and I complained about it in nearby showroom but the technician did not satisfied me. Please look at the matter.

          We had booked maruti wagon r plus on 24/11 at kalyani motors, bangalore by paying the booking amount. We were promised delivery within 2 weeks. We were planning to have this new car on the occasion of my kid's birthday and the new year. Till date we have not received the vehicle, nor the date of expected delivery is being communicated to us. There is no response to our complaints and no one is attending to it or resolving it, complaint id - [protected].
          Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I purchased swift VDI (ABS)No.HR51BF5210 on 19.8.15. But bonnet, both doors of front gates & fuel tank cap of car became rusty. The bonnet of the car was changed by Bipul Motor, Mathura road, faridabad in2016. In spite of changing the bonnet, it is again rotting. It is requested to kindly look into the matter and help in solving the problem

          I have booked my on Nov 6 and after receiving the availability of the car I deposited entire money on 10 the Jan and agreed to deliver car on 15 th jan but till now the car is not delivered and nexa showroom is also not updating about the non delivery of car. They are quoting hike in price issue which the Maruti has made on his cars

          This complaint is in regarding the bad response of the Service Centre at Jaipur for the Swift Dzire (RJ14 AC4532). I have minute dant in the car for repairing for which I contacted three times at service centre but I alwas got very bad response from the service providers due that its pending still. Kindly do something

            My wagon r automatic stopped completely in the middle of the road on 20th jan 2018.
            We were unable to shift the gear to neutral and therefore start it.
            Service people from 2 maruti service stations came and tried to rectify the problem but were unable to do so.
            Around 6pm we towed the vehicle to mandovi motors yeshwantpur service station. The vehicle was purchased from mandovi motors bangalore.
            Until now there has not been a single update from the service station. I have no idea of 1) what the problem is 2) when the vehicle will be ready.
            On speaking to the manager of the service station i was told that even the diagnostic cannot be released without the approval of the company (Maruti) and the insurance company.
            This clearly indicates a manufacturing defect. I would like you to replace the vehicle completely, since it is well within the warranty period and has done less than 1700 kms.

              Dear sir /mam
              I bought swift vdi from modern maruti karnal, haryana... And i go to there service station, for 1000km service, as car windshield glass get broken, so i asked them to replace the same in iffco tokio zero debt bumber to bumber
              Insurance, they asked me we don't have windshield it will be available after 3days. I said its ok, then they asked me to go karnal motors there they have stock of windshield with fasttag, but unfortunely karnal motors dignies as i bought car from modern maruti, then i came back to modern, then they said ok sir we will take the windshield from karnal motors and fix it up, you will come tommorow, i said ok, then a message comes, ur car will be ready before 20th of jan, as i handed over the car on 13th jan 2018, but as per verbal comunication, they have promised me to give the car on 14th jan,, but they handed over the car on 17th jan 2018, and when i call the claim manager he said surveyor has not yet come, and after claim wiper water pressure not working, being in working class everybody's not having so much time to spare.

                I had purchased maruti dzire vxi on 13.12.2017 from karnal motors, karnal in the name of amit kumar sriwastava and an amount of rs.600/- was paid by me with an assurance that rs. 200 will be automatically credited in your fast tag account. But i am extremely sorry to inform you that despite repeated request to karnal motors, karnal my fasttag has not been recharged with rs. 200 to start using the fast tag at toll plaza.

                Therefore, i request you to ask your agency to resolve the issue or refund rs. 600 which had been collected by your agency towards providing fast tag facility.

This is to inform you that i adil imam had booked a maruti suzuki dzire zdi plus amt with paramount wheels mira road east showroom on 27th november 2017 as promised by them my delivery date will be 25th jan to 29th jan 2018. But now onwards they are saying it won't be delivered before 15th feb 2018. I really very disappointed by there promise in im missing my wedding anniversary also. Before doing the booking there was a very good follow by thier side and after giving them the booking amount of 25000 they totally forget us. As promised by them that sir you make the booking amount and by next week we will give you the test drive of the car but it now i havnt received the test drive call from paramount wheels. My agent name is shweta. And one more thing why they are again n again forcing to take the delivery of 2017 model 1000 of times i have told them that i will only go for 2018 model but call for 2017 model is coming all yhe time. I need you to take a strict against the dealership and should fullfil there promise atleast what they make. Very disappointed with maruti suzuki this was going to be my 1st car in home. But got all spoiled. Not expected all this.

                    I am murad from aluva, ernakulam, kerala
                    I bought a maruti suzuki alto 800 from indus motors, muttom, aluva on may 2015
                    The vehicle has only covered a distance of 13500 km now
                    I normally give my vehicle to the same indus motors for service
                    But the problem is, after each service, noises r coming from the engine and shock absorbers
                    I even have a doubt whether these people are changing the vehicle parts during servicing because i am not using my vehicle much
                    I even reported the issue to the respective dealer but they r giving their ears into this problem
                    I am fed up
                    I dont know whether you will give me a reply on this issue
                    But, if i dont get a reply within 10 days i wl burn my car infront of the media, dealers, and public

                        I am sending so many mails but noone is responding but only ignoring. This is to make you aware that i have submitted my car n keys to mr. Rahul bamne as instructed by mr. Ranjeet pandey (Kalina workshop) on 15.01.2018.
                        Today is the 5th day my car is with you all and till now i hav not received any kind of response. Not even tried to call me back seems lik you all are least interested. If this is the matter then fine even i have all the legal documents to deal with you all.
                        My problems are getting worse rather then getting it solved.
                        Everytime they polish my car and give me back. Now i am fedup of this prob. I cannot bare the problem more.
                        Spending 10lakhs for such a defective piece i don’t find it worth.
                        I used to trust maruti but now i don’t trust you at all. This is the way you’ll treat your customers if this is the case then even we customers has the rights to go to court with all the legal documents and proof.
                        I request you to provide me with a fresh new piece of maruti suzuki dzire. This faulty piece i m not goin to accept at all. I request you all to kindly look into the matter and help me with the the appropriate solution as soon as possible.
                        Hope you take my complaint seriously and do the needful.

                            I repaired my car four five months back from Maruti . But I am not satisfied with dealer service I leave my car 5 times at dealer counter and tell the problems to him but they didn’t solve the problems till now. Every time I leave my car 4-5 days but everytime they give the excuses and misguide me. Denting, paint mismatch, new headlight front glass .

                              I[censored] peoole have little bit respect for the customers then do the needful at the earliest.
                              Ms. Deepti Shivangi as per telephonic conversation with you no response was received till date and time from the Showroom. Reallly it was one of the horrible and worst experience of my life. I[censored] people cant take action against the bloody showroom fellows and no compensation was given to me then I must say one thing that you people have no self respect and no respect for the customers. Really its not good on your part if you people cant take action against that bloody fellows. My Complaint reference No. NX[protected].

                              As per Telephonic Conversation with Ms. SALONI here I am sharing one of my life's worst experience I had in the recent past with T.R Sawhney Car Dealer Rajouri Garden. He has done total fraud with me and now as an ultimate customer I want full compensation.

                              So Ms Saloni i[censored] have respect for the customers and care for them than help me as I am the ultimate customer who has spent his hard money of Rs 9.5 lakhs and didnt got the promised benefits and instead experienced huge loss and depression. So U R requested to take the action against T R Sawhney Group and take away back the Nexa Distributorship from them as they people are not capable of that and also provide me full compensation.

                                Dear sir, i have a complain that your mechanical engineers not inspection the vehicle properly and as well company also looking for their more products that's why this things are happened in the company, in which where we are suffering it is relay very very bad. I purchased the vehicle on 19/12/2017 after six day on 25/12/2017 the gear box totally damaged what can i do for it till today i could not received my vehicle

                                  I am a maruti suzuki swift (Vdi) customer from last 3 years. I bought my car on april 2015 from indus motors muvattupzha. After 1.6 years one day my car suddenly stopped in middle of the road without giving any warning or alert and i tried to start the car several times, after several tries my car started. Next day i took my car to maruti indus service center and told the issues happened last day, in the evening they have called me and said, the issue is due to damage of high pressure pump. Since my car was in normal warranty period they offered me a free replacement of damaged part.

                                  And its been almost 1.2 years only since i replaced the high pressure pump, on 7th january 2018, me and my family were going to a function in kollam in my car, during that time car stopped in the middle of the road without any warning, and i was driving in a speed of 75-80km/hr, when the car suddenly stopped all the system went down and the steering got locked and we have just escaped from a huge accident. Next day i took my car to the service centre, they checked and said it is the same compliant for the high pressure pump and need to replace the same again. Since i haven't any extended warranty, i need to pay 27270 (Component charge) + 650 (Labour charge) to replace the same.

                                  Then i asked them, how can i drive my car with confidence, since this issue is causing periodically without any warning or alert. If i spent 27920 for the replacement of this high pressure pump will maruti can promise this will never happen again?.

                                  Now i want maruti suzuki to take necessary action to change my car high-pressure pump and ensure it will not fail in future.

                                  I have lost my trust in maruti suzuki.

                                  Hi Vishnu Thankyou for the information you've shared. I was planning to buy Maruti Swift(VDi) but going through your complaint it seems it is not worth the money.
                                  It is very sad to hear about this.

                                    I am writing regarding the non-delivery of Certificate of Registration for the Maruti Ciaz VDI car with vehicle ID MA3FXEB1S00266831 that I have purchased from T.R. SAWHNEY MTRS.P.LTD in New Delhi. The purchase was make on 30/03/2017 with full settlement of required charges told by the dealer. The charges included on road cost of car alongwith Rs ~78, 000 as registration charges to my address in Faridabad, Haryana. I paid the down payment and rest with the loan from Yes bank.
                                    Initially, car dealer told me that my certificate of registration will be handed over to me after 2-3 months but later on, they started to ask for extra-money to deliver the same. As, I had already paid the registration charges (with extra VAT because of state Haryana) at the time of purchase, I refused to give away any extra amount. The car dealer was also not able to provide me any breakup details of the money which I paid as registration charges (Rs ~78, 000), when I inquire by showing the bill. Instead, they keep on asking me extra money for delivering the certificate.
                                    I feel harassed as well as embarrassed to face such situation with an esteemed organization like Maruti. I have repeatedly asked them to either provide me the breakup details of the money; I gave at the time of purchase, or the registration certificate. To this, the car dealer blatantly refused and asked me to pay Rs. 68, 500 for delivering certification.
                                    For the past many months, I have visited the dealer many times to solve the issue but left with a feeling of cheating and helplessness. They did not even pay heed to understand that without RC, I cannot drive the car. Thus, I have no other option but to expect an intervention from your end to resolve this painful matter, so that I can get my certificate of registration.

                                      Suddenly, we reached your cm autosales office in ropar to check the damaged accidental car. We are not satisfied with your service like your employees weren't working efficiently and not coverd the car with car-cover and they were using the car like a scrap material just like a bin. That's the main reason why you are loosing your loyal customers all because of your careless attitude toward work.

                                        About 15 days ago we had changed our engine at competent motors (Ghazipur) along with the engine other small parts were added and a bill of 125000 was paid to them. We were told that the car would be checked from a to z and no problem would be faced.. Just within 2 days there was an oil leakage.. Now when we went back to the company they are demanding 15000 more for parts regarding the leakage.. This is too much! Kindly contact me asap on [protected]
