    Maruti as a brand has gone to the lowest level in indian automobile industry there was a time when maruti was the most trusted brand but now they are very unreliable and insensitive towards their customer. I made multiple complaints about my vehicle and written mails as well but maruti and the guy deputed on my case is not responsive. The harassment i'm going through is very bad as maruti doesn't care the loss i am bearing because of my broken vehicle which has got it's engine overhauled twice before it broke down for the third time and standing at a place as a stray. People at maruti are just promising me to attend my car but not actually doing that. This is really frustrating after spending 1.4 lakh rupees on engine repair. Even brands like honda hyundai and ford does not rob you this kind of money and once they repair your vehicle's engine the car is good for another 1 or 2 lakh kilometres on contrary so called low maintenance and best performing brand maruti is behaving like this. Very disappointed this time and seems like court is my last resort. As a common man i don't want get into this trouble but i can't spend a single rupees on car for which i have already spent 1.4 lakh rupees on engine repair.

      Dear maruti team,

      As i am harassed and hopeless i am writing mail this mail to you.

      I have maruti eeco 5 seater cng and i have handover my vehicle to sidhi vinayak wrokshop team for repair and submitted all required documents till 6 dec.

      I have visited to showroom on 22-dec-17 and they assured me that soon they will handover my vehicle to me.

      As i have 5 times complaint by phone call & 2 times by mail's already regarding this issue but still situation is same and vehicle is not given to me by dealerships.

      I want you to take action against dealership and help me to get my vehicle as soon as possible other wise i have to take leagal action.

        starting problem

        Sir i have purchased a new access 125 two months before there is a problem with starting i'd i don't drive for two days it has to kick start that mean battery gets dry and the day i got the car from that day and he petrol indicator fluctuations is there some it showed four points sometimes comes in n three then again four this is not done kindly look into this matter asap my reg n is mh 01 cx 8841 my me is looking than thakur from south mumbai...

        Our car is covered into the warranty of 4 years/80, 000 kms and run for 70, 000 kms only but rohan motors is harassing by charging huge amount against the manufacturing defects and not even repairing it properly and not ready to listen and misbehaving with us.

        Please let us know the meaning of warranty.

        They are misguiding us and not repairing properly. Our movements are getting held up because of that and facing huge losses.

        Clutch plate is not working and shockers are damaged and service manager is misbehaving by saying you have to pay otherwise we will not repair it. He has returned our car earlier without repairing it and confirmed that it has done than problem again arises after a month or soo and our person got stuck in between the traffic because of the negligence of your service center. When we have sent it again to them that why it is happing even after replacing clutch plates than service manager is saying we have not done it earlier.

        This type of negligence in the vehicle may also cost a life.

        Who will be responsible for it... Maruti or rohan motors.

        Now our work is getting held up and car is laying in non-working condition from last 20 days and they are neither repairing it nor answering our calls.

        Now, who will pay the cost of our office work which is getting held up. People are taking the cab every day because of non-availability of car.

        I need to service expenses as well as cost of work getting held up and assurance from you to get it repaired in a day

          Gunnu ghat, near telecom colony, nahan, himachal pradesh - 173001 on 2.01.18 has refused to provide first free service to my vehicle vitara brezza hr99 aby (Temp) 8695, saying that i am late for service as 1 month period was over about 12 days back and i will have to go back to the dealer from whom i bought the vehicle for service. That dealer is located about 100 kms away. The heavy rush at anymaruti service station coupled with this uncooperative attitude of this service centre is making me regret my decision to buy a maruti car.

            Dear sir,

            I booked a wagon-r car hr26bv2154 in “maruti true value mela event” held in “leisure valley park gurgaon” on 23 sept 2017 from prem motors sec 18 gurgaon branch for my father who is 60 years old and has just retired. During the test drive of vehicle i found issues with “pickup and clutch” and i told the same to the booking agent.

            I was assured that all the issues will be resolved before delivery of the vehicle. It was noted in the booking form as well. You can check the booking form attached with this mail.

            Based on their assurance i made all the payments upfront and went to prem motors on 27 sept 2017 for delivery. When i took the vehicle for test driving i was very surprised to find that the issues reported by me were not resolved and still there was “pickup, clutch and engine misfiring” issue. We talked to the manager of prem motors true value sec 18 gurgaon branch and they asked us to go to prem motors servicing branch sec 14 gurgaon. At sec 14 branch the service mechanics inspected the car but they could not find the issue. Instead they told us that we have an unnecessary doubt. When we contact the branch manager they cleaned up the spark-plugs and told us that the problem has been resolved. Still the problem was there and only 10 percent of it was resolved.

            For the last 3 months we are continuously facing issues related to “pickup, clutch and engine misfiring”. My father who is 60 years old got very much discomforted with these issues and got fed up with the vehicle in this 1 month only. On 03rd nov 2017 i took the vehicle for 1st free inspection service to prem motors sec 14 gurgaon and told them the problem. They could not found the issue in 2 days and 3rd day they called engineers from maruti and they found that there is an issue with a piston.

            Despite of raising the concerns well ahead in time, maruti and prem motors are making false promises, fake commitments and harassing me unnecessarily.

            I raise the above issue on 08th nov. I clearly mentioned that it was the 3rd time when my vehicle wagon r hr26bv2154 was sent to workshop for pickup and engine issue and i was assured by the prem motors true value gurgaon team, maruti customer care team and workshop team that all raised issues will get resolved. The vehicle was delivered to me after 15 days and i was assured that all issues have been resolved and i will not face any such issues in future.

            I believed your words. But, to my surprise, the vehicle started giving "pickup issues" and "engine heating sign" only after 1 month (Running merely 1200 kms). When i took the vehicle to the workshop for 4th time, i was told after a diagnosis that major engine work need to be done. To my great surprise, i was told that "engine head" was to be replaced last time, but it was not done because there was no approval.

            I tried to contact prem motors true value team but no one contacted me to hear my grievance. What kind of customer support is this???

            Why?? I was having a 6 months warranty then why the approval was not there? Maruti and prem motors wanted to cheat me because they wanted to wait for 4 more months so that the warranty gets over and once it gets over, maruti and prem motors can harass me after that.

            Now, even if you repair the vehicle, what about future? In initial 3 months, it has visited the workshop 4 times for major engine work. How i can be assured that the vehicle will run fine in future and i will not be harassed?

            I bought true value certified car from maruti because i was in a false impression about your customer commitment.

            Prem Motors True values has changed the Engine Head, Pistons, Battery after the complaint and gave me 4 months extended warranty. They have also assured and promised to me that i will not face any issues in future and they will resolve my issues. Thank you for the follow up. Big thanks to Maruti to follow up my case properly and resolving the issue. Thanks to Prem Motors True value team as well to address my concern and extend the warranty.

              We have booked omni in the name of a suresh chandra baby in may. We have paid loan amount 2.40 lalhs & exchange of 40k for old vehicle.in many situation vehicle not available for us and also we are in difficult situation at the time of vehicle arrival. By after 7 month we have got vehicle by december. After delivery really they r treating like a dog. Past 5 days i m calling to various number. No one attending the call.
              Note: they tied one tag for customer care that number also no response. After this situation we have booked tiago from tata & datson redi go+ for business purpose use. Really we r feeling ashamed to take in your corporate.

              Feeling too bad to took delivery in your company.

                Hi am surjeet sharma from himachal pradesh (Rajgarh, sirmour) i brought suzuki gixxer sf bike from bedi suzuki solan one year ago, it was an accident in 06/06/2017 due to accident my bike left side shield broken and i contact to service center regarding damages parts availability they guys give a date for my bike service that is 07/06/2017. When i visit to service center spears are available but left side lower shield sticker not available and they guys dose not provide me sticker from 08/06/2017 to till date i requested them each and every time (During bike service and contact on mobile personally) for resolving issue this but they ignore this thing every time (And also close my online complaint without resolving the issue online complaint no is te[protected] so please check and resolve the issue

                  1) this is to inform you that i have faced a very inconvenient situation 29/12/17. I left from mumbai with my family in my maruti swift dzire (Mho4 gz 2336) for rajasthan & my car stopped at bharuch in gujrath.

                  2) i immediately called on maruti help line number & there the advisor informed me that the problem was with self start. There was some problem with diseal pressure pump.

                  My car is now at ravi ratna motors pvt. Ltd, bharuch gujrath (Authorised maruti service centre). Customer care manager hiral patel has informed me that it will take 6 to 7days to repair my car and they will not deliver it to mumbai. So again i have to come to bharuch to take my car. Maruti company should have courtesy to arrange delivery of my car to mumbai.

                  3) leaving no choice with me i am returning back to mumbai. My trip to rajasthan is spoiled. I have to incurr taxi expenses of rs.5, 500 for returning back to mumbai.

                  4) i faced exactly similar situation on 13th july 2016 & oct 2016 also. You can check records also i got stuck near vapi & navsari respectively in gujrat.

                  5) now i conclude that i have been delivered faulty car by maruti company. I lost trust in maruti cars when it comes to long drive.

                  6) i request you to please reimburse me my taxi expenses which is around rs.5, 500/- & replace my car with a new one which should genuine or else i ll shift to some other company.

                  7) before leaving from mumbai i have give my car for service to spectra motors - advisor rahul joshi, borivli, mumbai to check self start problem of my car. Even though they kept my car in their service centre for 2 days & claimed that they have diagnosed my problem but i faced the same problem of self start at bharuch gujrath where my car stopped. I request you to take serious action against spectra motors.

                    I have brought a wagonr car on december 2012. Total kilometers used less than 30, 000. I was forced to change the car tyres 3 times because of tyre outside wear. So many times we check the alignments and service centre says all fine. We raised the complaint at the third service. I live in uk. My mother is using the car. Everytime we make a complaint, the company arrange a wheel alignment test and thats it from them.
                    I really would like to make this again to your attention by saying that there is some manufacturing defect. Please do the needful. We are so upset by changing the tyres frequently without much miles on the road.

                    DD Motors, Okhla has given me time to deliver a car in between 26to 29 Dec on paper but yesterday concerned sales person Sushil Chauhan has given me information that car is sold to someone and not in stock now.

                    Will sue the matter in concern of court how a dealer that do that.

                      I had booked celerio zxi (0) manual model. The delivery was expected by diwali. But got delayed due to launch of celerio facelift model. I had heard about celerio x launch also, i spoke to the dealer. They didn't have any info about it. They asked me to speak to maruti call center. Call center also did not have information about the launch. I then contacted them though email. I got same reply. Now i took the car delivery on 23rd nov 2017 and now on 03rd dec celerio x has been launche. I have missed an opportunity to get a updated product at the same price. They wanted to clear their stock hence they didn't tell me about the new product and cheated with me.

                        I have purchased new celerio green in jan’16 from an authorised dealer in delhi. The car had a problem of vibration during acceleration in the third gear since beginning. It has been attempted by the authorised service centre team twice and could be solved partially. They have declared that now there is no problem in it. Kindly help me in this regard.

                          Sub: regarding inbuilt defect in the maruti swift vxi vehicle bearing regn. No. Od02ae5551 having engine no. K12mn1852051 and chassis no. Ma3ehkd1s00b65494 owned by sri lakshmidhar praharaj
                          Sir,
                          Kind attention is invited to the reference and subject cited above.in continuation to my earlier complaint, i would like to submit that it came to my notice through my person when my person visited the workshop of the authorized dealer that the engine of the above vehicle was brought down without any intimation to me. It is also very unfortunate that the workshop personnel of the service dealer did not bother to give at least a call over phone to intimate about the brought down of engine of the above vehicle. My apprehension about certain inbuilt defect in the engine of the vehicle seems to be true and there is every likelihood of recurrence of the said defect in future in which there is every likelihood of endangering the life and property of self and of my family.
                          Add to this, the callous and careless attitude of the workshop personnel to respond to our call fortifies the presumption having sold defective car to me, defects whereof could not be easily removed and resulting in brought down of the engine without any intimation to me and thereby leaving me and my family to face emotional stress, mental agony posing a risk to life and property.

                          In the above circumstances, i sincerely submit that i am a senior citizen and i apprehend that any temporary repair in the engine will certainly not guarantee risk free riding of the vehicle and there is every likelihood of threat to my life and of my family and threat to property.

                          I therefore request for replacement of the engine with entire new sealed one so as to ensure smooth and risk free driving of the vehicle.

                          With a positive perception, i hope for a positive response from your side.

                          I am LAKSHMIDHAR PRAHARAJ AGE 71 a resident of m-152 baramunda housing board colony Bhubaneswar odisha pin-751003 purchaged a maruti swift vxi from the dealer (narayani motors) reg.date[protected] and vehicle no.OD02AE5551 and engine no.K12MN1852051. and CH. NO. MA3EHKDIS00B65494, Bhubaneswar at the time of Dasehra of 2016.I would like to inform you that on 23rd Dec 2017 I faced a rich experience with my car while returning from my village to Bhubaneswar.I am the age of 71 .I and my wife with driver are inside the car At once we listen the sound saw smoke is comming from front and back side of car and car stopped running.

                          1. Our life were in danger due to the car which is manufactured by you.
                          2.Car Stopped at running condition on meddle of the road .There is a chance of accident.
                          3. Your service centre intimated me that the engine of the car was brust.

                          I am astonished how a engine of the new car was brust within a year ???????????????????.
                          I have no faith on this car. It is too difficult to drive this car further.As senior citizen it is requested that kindly provide a New car in replacement of this manufacturing defective car..

                          i have send two mail . but what steps maruti has taken for me after one week of my incident.at the age of 71 the company is giving me tension..after a lot of check in your maruti mafacture factory if the vehicle giving me such incident how i believe narayani motors will give me warranty for mylife and property with the same vehicle. kindly replace me new vehicle for me for peaceful life.

                          FROM your office DELHI told your vehicle will be replaced with in 7 days. and again asked for bank account number and debit card number. unfortunately i have given every thing. the person who called his phone no is [protected].kindly verify the fraud call

                            I have bought a car from maruti and it is my worst experience ever in automobile industry.
                            They do not care for customer and takes no action after filing a complaint.
                            It has been passed about 07 months since i bought a car and i am still waiting to receive my registration documents.
                            They also don't pick the call and don't revert.
                            They do not provide the service up to satisfactory level and behave very rude.

                              I have very nervous with your new desire car because i haven't enjoy journey because of car vibrant or noise to back side seat tray.

                                Dear sir.
                                I have purchased maruti suzuki swift vdi from popular motors on 2015.
                                On 28/12/2017 we were gone a trip with my family. During the trip my vehicle stopped suddenly. Then i informed my delar (Popular motors arakkuza muvattupuzha, kerala. And then contact to authorised popular service center, muvattupuzha, kerala. They checked my vehicle and told me it's due to "high pressure pump" complaint. And transfered my vehicle to their service center by crain. Yesterday i had called them and they told me to pay 30000/- for replacement for the same. Firstly this should not happen! My vehicle is 2015 model with proper service history. As the vehicle completed 2 years and it's total running around 25000 km
                                And it's not my fault.
                                I'm very unhappy with service and bad experience for me. Kindly help me for making my vehicle back to the original condition.

                                    From the beginning of purchase ciaz vehicle is having an issue with the gear issue and it has been informed in the first and second service and also to dealer. Same has been ignored by all of them issue was not resolved.

                                    Now given for third service - they are telling some issue with the gear box.
                                    If gear box is having an issue then i really do not want to get it repaired instead i want the new replacement of gear box.

                                      Pathetic experience with so called india’s most reliable brand. I have maruti suzuki swift vdi 2012 model and got my engine overhauled twice under 2000 kilometers and the again it stopped after running 5000 km after last overhauling... Is this how you cheat your customer... I have already paid twice for overhauling and spent around 1.5 lakhs on engine 😡😡😡😡😡
