I had booked celerio zxi (0) manual model. The delivery was expected by diwali. But got delayed due to launch of celerio facelift model. I had heard about celerio x launch also, i spoke to the dealer. They didn't have any info about it. They asked me to speak to maruti call center. Call center also did not have information about the launch. I then contacted them though email. I got same reply. Now i took the car delivery on 23rd nov 2017 and now on 03rd dec celerio x has been launche. I have missed an opportunity to get a updated product at the same price. They wanted to clear their stock hence they didn't tell me about the new product and cheated with me.

    I have purchased new celerio green in jan’16 from an authorised dealer in delhi. The car had a problem of vibration during acceleration in the third gear since beginning. It has been attempted by the authorised service centre team twice and could be solved partially. They have declared that now there is no problem in it. Kindly help me in this regard.

      Sub: regarding inbuilt defect in the maruti swift vxi vehicle bearing regn. No. Od02ae5551 having engine no. K12mn1852051 and chassis no. Ma3ehkd1s00b65494 owned by sri lakshmidhar praharaj
      Sir,
      Kind attention is invited to the reference and subject cited above.in continuation to my earlier complaint, i would like to submit that it came to my notice through my person when my person visited the workshop of the authorized dealer that the engine of the above vehicle was brought down without any intimation to me. It is also very unfortunate that the workshop personnel of the service dealer did not bother to give at least a call over phone to intimate about the brought down of engine of the above vehicle. My apprehension about certain inbuilt defect in the engine of the vehicle seems to be true and there is every likelihood of recurrence of the said defect in future in which there is every likelihood of endangering the life and property of self and of my family.
      Add to this, the callous and careless attitude of the workshop personnel to respond to our call fortifies the presumption having sold defective car to me, defects whereof could not be easily removed and resulting in brought down of the engine without any intimation to me and thereby leaving me and my family to face emotional stress, mental agony posing a risk to life and property.

      In the above circumstances, i sincerely submit that i am a senior citizen and i apprehend that any temporary repair in the engine will certainly not guarantee risk free riding of the vehicle and there is every likelihood of threat to my life and of my family and threat to property.

      I therefore request for replacement of the engine with entire new sealed one so as to ensure smooth and risk free driving of the vehicle.

      With a positive perception, i hope for a positive response from your side.

      Manufacturing defect in my car

      I am LAKSHMIDHAR PRAHARAJ AGE 71 a resident of m-152 baramunda housing board colony Bhubaneswar odisha pin-751003 purchaged a maruti swift vxi from the dealer (narayani motors) reg.date[protected] and vehicle no.OD02AE5551 and engine no.K12MN1852051. and CH. NO. MA3EHKDIS00B65494, Bhubaneswar at the time of Dasehra of 2016.I would like to inform you that on 23rd Dec 2017 I faced a rich experience with my car while returning from my village to Bhubaneswar.I am the age of 71 .I and my wife with driver are inside the car At once we listen the sound saw smoke is comming from front and back side of car and car stopped running.

      1. Our life were in danger due to the car which is manufactured by you.
      2.Car Stopped at running condition on meddle of the road .There is a chance of accident.
      3. Your service centre intimated me that the engine of the car was brust.

      I am astonished how a engine of the new car was brust within a year ???????????????????.
      I have no faith on this car. It is too difficult to drive this car further.As senior citizen it is requested that kindly provide a New car in replacement of this manufacturing defective car..

      Hence I bring this situation to your attention as you have a good reputation in the Indian market.I believe I would get quick response from you and get it replaced.

      i have send two mail . but what steps maruti has taken for me after one week of my incident.at the age of 71 the company is giving me tension..after a lot of check in your maruti mafacture factory if the vehicle giving me such incident how i believe narayani motors will give me warranty for mylife and property with the same vehicle. kindly replace me new vehicle for me for peaceful life.

        I have bought a car from maruti and it is my worst experience ever in automobile industry.
        They do not care for customer and takes no action after filing a complaint.
        It has been passed about 07 months since i bought a car and i am still waiting to receive my registration documents.
        They also don't pick the call and don't revert.
        They do not provide the service up to satisfactory level and behave very rude.

            Dear sir.
            I have purchased maruti suzuki swift vdi from popular motors on 2015.
            On 28/12/2017 we were gone a trip with my family. During the trip my vehicle stopped suddenly. Then i informed my delar (Popular motors arakkuza muvattupuzha, kerala. And then contact to authorised popular service center, muvattupuzha, kerala. They checked my vehicle and told me it's due to "high pressure pump" complaint. And transfered my vehicle to their service center by crain. Yesterday i had called them and they told me to pay 30000/- for replacement for the same. Firstly this should not happen! My vehicle is 2015 model with proper service history. As the vehicle completed 2 years and it's total running around 25000 km
            And it's not my fault.
            I'm very unhappy with service and bad experience for me. Kindly help me for making my vehicle back to the original condition.

                From the beginning of purchase ciaz vehicle is having an issue with the gear issue and it has been informed in the first and second service and also to dealer. Same has been ignored by all of them issue was not resolved.

                Now given for third service - they are telling some issue with the gear box.
                If gear box is having an issue then i really do not want to get it repaired instead i want the new replacement of gear box.

                  Pathetic experience with so called india’s most reliable brand. I have maruti suzuki swift vdi 2012 model and got my engine overhauled twice under 2000 kilometers and the again it stopped after running 5000 km after last overhauling... Is this how you cheat your customer... I have already paid twice for overhauling and spent around 1.5 lakhs on engine 😡😡😡😡😡

                    I have purchased one maruti swift dzire from modern automobile on oct 2016 hisar (Haryana). With insured from maruti insurance. Now its one part fuel system is not working and they are not repairing.. Before 2 months same issue of this part repaired by your side. Now they are saying its not under validity because of my car has been run 80000 kms kindly resolve this problem.
                    Otherwise i will take action against this on cunsumer court.

                    We have purcheed baleno delta petrol in september 2017, since then we are facing issue with its suspension, being a premium hatchback suspension feels very poor.Can not absorb even small pit holes. My car is making noise while passing through Speed breaker. We have old age people in our family but siting them on rare seat is a punishment.

                      Dear sir/ madam,

                      I own a maruti celerio amt car (Mh12 np7021), which was purchased on 2nd jan 2016.

                      On 24th dec 17, we were gone for kokan trip with my full family. During the trip, we faced some issue with the car that during running condition it automatically shift to neutral position. This happened twice on 26th dec during my trip to narsoba wadi mandir. So i immediately showed this problem to nearest sangali kolhapur highway maruti suzuki centre. But they said that this was the first time they are facing such issue and it will take time can't say. It will take one or two week also due to unavailability of parts. So they suggested showing pune centre.

                      So we take the vehicle and moved to karad where was my next visit. During my journey to karad, i faced this issue more than 2 times. So i decided to show this to karad maruti suzuki authorised service centre. They took a whole day and finally said that you have to leave the vehicle with us and we can't say it will take 10 to 15 days to order the part.

                      Firstly this should not happen! As the car not completed even one year and its total running are around 13, 500km only. Even then i showed this problem to maruti suzuki authorized center i got the very poor response. Which was again surprising!! I was traveling with my family and they are only taking their hands from the issue.

                      I am very unhappy with service. This is the very bad experience for me. Kindly help me for making my vehicle back to the original working condition.

                      Very poor sales department for Aadhi Maruthi, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu.

                      Please do the needful as quickly.
                      I kept my swift car for service, at time of delivery i see during service my car right back door is dented. What am I do?this dent is not befor service.

                        I booked the celerio zxi by paying an amountof rs.5000 on 13th oct 2017 thru cheque no.039037 of sbi at kalyani motors pvt. ltd. i have been waiting for celerio x zxi amt(o) for these two months. i was called for the launch of demo vehicle and assured me of giving the vehicle by december end. i have applied for loan and got approved on 23rd dec itself and sent the details to the showroom for delivery of vehicle. i was asked to pay rs. 50000 and i paid on sunday in cash for which i have the receipt. the showroom manager told me the vehicle will be arrived on 26th or 27th. as i was ready to pay the total amount when the car is delivered i was informed on 27th morning that the vehicle was allotted to somebody who gave the total amount. i thought maruti will be giving preference to the order of booking rather than selling in black. this is total injustice on my part to deliver the vehicle which was suppoed to give to me as i was waiting for the particular color (orange) since two months. they didnt even inform me before giving away the vehicle. i want justice in this issue or i will approach the media.

                          Sir i have booked wagon r vxi bakers chocolate on 09.11.17 more than 40days more no response and no respect the car booked i abt maruthi rspuram coimbatore i do not what reason for delivery new car and we have ready to buy the car and i m very much disappointed and i decided to cancel the booking and abt maruthi can explain the details for not delivering the new car. And one information while book the abt dealer from rs puram accepting everything and after 40 days more when we make call to abt rs puram coimbatore not attending phone call or thir manager or team leader of abt rspuram not ready to give effective response or reply and customer no importance or response

                            Sir/madam,
                            I wish to make a complaint about a 15 years and 11month old white colored maruti 800 car which is parked continuously outside my house in janakpuri. Since the car's fitness is expired it is not authorised to be driven as per the national green tribunal and the motor vehicle act. The car's registration number is dl3cr9011 and is registered in the name of mr rajinder kumar sethi, whom i don't know. I am the owner of flat number 32a, block d1c, janakpuri, and the lady staying in flat 32b says she is the owner of the car and it will always stay here. Since it is not allowed to be driven and should be scrapped due to pollution norms prevailent in the capital, i request that the same may kindly be towed away for the scrap yard as quickly as possible.

                              When i brought new ciaz car after six months later my car ac wind direction botton didn't work. I take my car at your service center. Your service providers told me that this botton cannot be fixed, we replaced this at 2k cost.
                              But my car is in warranty period. And this is manufactured defect.
                              So plz replace this or fix this at no cost.
                              And i also wanna tell you that your service center always try...

                              Sir I purchases A New Car (Baleno 1.2 Delta) on 28 Nov 2017. I am a poor man
                              belong to Indian Army. Varun Motor 04 Mat, 01 Charging, washing kit, Ganesh Murati, 02 Kusan, takes about Rs 10500/-. I request many times but till time not return said above items & return amount. Delivery timing I report show room at 3 Oclock (evening) car handover 8 clock (evening).Second thing is when I reported in RTA uppal car inspector said more amount taken by varun Motors. Total amount paid 65115/-. what is actual amount . In view of the abovefacts point. I there fore humble submit the above mentioned points may please be examined in details and existing confusion may please be straightened. so that I can live dedication and free mind, which will help me in delivering my refund my actual amount. you early action in the matter is highly soliciated

I was facing some battery isseu in my car then visit your service service station KRISHNA MOTORS Address: Hardoi Rd, Thakurganj, Karim Ganj, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226003 and mr. kamlesh sir(service managar) said your battery is damege and and need to change then your prblm is solve and i m paid battery costing 3700rs.                                   Sir, i want to exchange my old swift dezire to new switf dezire. And booked a new swift dezire car on 13.11.2017 from sainath auto link private limited, bolpur. Name of saller mr. Rajib sekh. And booking amount rs 11000/= at the time of booking they told me your old car value rs 395000/=and registration no wb54m 5913 after completing my all documents they told me your car value rs only 330000, and they told me cancel booking. Plz help to refund my booking amount

                                    There customer care told me we have send our executive name (Manoj [protected]) to your address for picking up your car but after my 4 calls nobody come for picking up my car.

                                    So, ridiculous service of your service centre.

                                      I had booked the baleno sigma petrol on 25.8.2017 and paid the booking amount vide cheque no. 42556/25.08.2017 with nexa bhandup, mumbai in the name of mrs ritukumar r tanwar ([protected])

                                      On 11.12.2017, when i called them, mr chirag informed me that vehicle has just arrived and they will call me again for rest of amount. They are insisting me to take extra warranty for the vehicle and other optional which i refused.

                                      Now they are not responding.
