I have brought the new dzire 2017 vdi on[protected] but bonet of my car is having a manufacturing defect which is troubling me a lot. I am not satisfied with this car when i contact bhatia and company bundi and kota they are not listening to me and i am very much irritated by their behavior.
I contacted many times personally to the responsible persons for the same but they are not listening to me. If i am not listened with in a week and my problem is not resolved as soon as possible i will move to consumer forum for such defects.

    I bought a new car maruti desire tour s in oct end, car is good and good effort to provide a speed limiter to secure from accident due to over speed. But in jharkhand rto not aproove your speed limiter device and they say to fix another device for speed governor after that they proceed for registration. If your device is not certified according to government then why fixed it without any government certificate. I request to you and your team please remove your device and than i fix another speed limiter device according to rto.

    I have a wagon r vide reg no OD08 B 6789.
    On 30.10.2017 my vehicle was serviced by sky automobile Moudhapara Raipur vide job card no.JC17010638. After receive my vehicle the setting light blink on dashboard and some abnormal sounds from timing belt area within 100 km of drive. I think the service by sky automobile is very poor.
    Only texi use speed governer .why all personal car use this system . Tell me . Private car not accident on the road . They are not speed but why he not use that system i ask to government
    I don't know the logic behind putting speed limit on tourist vehicle
    * why only tourist vehicles ????? if accidents are the issue install these device on private vehicles too
    * what if I want to go to hospital ?? what if there any emergency at my home ??
    * MOST IMPORTANTLY- WHAT IF I WANT TO OVER TAKE ? ( FOR EXAMPLE A TRUCK ) IF I CROSS HALF OF IT AND A VEHICLE COMES FROM FRONT THEN I WILL END IN ACCIDENT

      The delivery of my dzire on 14/10/2017. And within few days when i close the boot door then suddenly the piece of tail lamp assembly is cracked and it is damaged.
      Then i stick it with fevikwiq then after few days again it is damaged.
      When i told that issue to sevice centre employee and manager then they said that its your issue and we cant do for such damage. And they neglect the issue.
      And the broken piece also lost while washing the car.

      Price of Breeza ZDI at G S Motors, Begusarai is little high in comparison with other Agency.
      His Sales Manager is forcing to take another 3 years warranty on engine part necessarily.
      Company is giving two years warranty.

      IS IT RIGHT TO FORCE FOR TAKING 5 YEARS WARRANTY ?

        Sir, this is p. Kiran kumar from tirupati. I gave my sir, please contact the drivers, they will be ready at college, parameswaramangalam tomorrow at 9:00 a. M. (Driver sankar: [protected], driver balaramaiah: [protected]) ertiga car for repair on 16/10/2017 at bhargavi automobiles authorized service centre, renigunta road, tirupati, chittoor dist., a. P. The estimation of repair cost for rs.25, 000/- has been approved by insurance company before placing my car at said service centre. Actually the car was crushed on upper side of left wheel. The service mechanic was decided to change the part of damaged side. The service centre assured me to deliver my vehicle within a week. But they didn't change the part. They are keep on telling to complete the work within a day or two to my representative. The service centre is not responding well to do their job. I badly need of my vehicle to engage my works. I have been struggling to get my car ready since 16/10/2017. It is ridiculous on the service centre approach. So, the car service may kindly be done with immediate effect. Waiting for your quick response in this regard.

        I have Vitara Breeza, I am facing lots of noise of door mirror when half open.I check with competent automobile gurgaon, They told me thats its a company defect, all Maruti vehicles are having same issue. we cant help you in this.

        Its seems Maruti Suzuki is selling low quality of vehicles...

              Hi,

              I have booked a s-cross zeta on 27th of october and they informed that i will get the delivery within 10 to 15 days. But when i called them today they are still saying that it will take 15 days more.

              Why do they give such faulty promises and make us buy the vehicle and later behave like this? Can you please take this complaint seriously and work on it?

                I have purchased ciaz car no. Up78 em 0707 by s. B. Cars kanpur in october 2016. It was accidentally damaged by an another car so i have claimed for insurance on 7.11.2017 but till date 14.11.2017 there is no progress in this claim.
                Sir i am a business man and need my car for routine affairs and handling to much difficulties that's why i am very unsatisfied with service of s. B. Cars please pay attention in this matter.

                  Sir,
                  I took my brezza car for first service to fortune cars, bhiwadi, rajasthan and after that my navigation system didn't work which i noticed after 2-3 days of service. Then in 2nd service i told them about this problem and after service they told me that a chip is missing from my car. That's why my navigation doesn't working then when i received a call from their office about the feedback of the service. I told the lady who was on phone that my chip went missing after first service, she told me that u should have complaint us after 1st service. I told her that i didn't know that there is a chip in my car. After that she told me that she would call me regarding this, till now i didn't receive any call. My phone no. Is [protected]. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

                      Hello team,
                      This is to inform you that my car hr 26bf9720, white swift, has been sent for car service, and it’s been picked from my home, near 9:30am on 12/11/2017 by the company agent.in the evening when we called, they said that car in not starting up, and they are checking, it was their duty to inform but still we called. Next day again we called for an update and they said, they are looking for the same. I then went to service center to check and was told that that during washing, something happend, and then it stopped working. Today 13/11/2017, again we called and they told that is being damaged and we have to pay near 20 k for this damage. This is not acceptable, car was in working condition and fault is at their end, so please check, as i need my car to be repaired at earliest. We don’t expect such service from

                        I have purchased my ciaz shvs zdi+ car from (Sidhi vinayak vehicles pvt ltd. Nh10, bahadurgarh) on 23/12/2016, hr 13l 3453, chassis no ma3fxeb1s00245513. After ten months (13050 kms) "some sound is coming near to disc". I went with my car at service centre. They told me disc brake has wear out and advised me to change disc brake on own compensation. But my car is in guarantee. They did not change my brake pad free in guarantee period. Pls tell me what is the life of brake pad. Sidhi vinayakis making customers fool and their behaviour is not good.

                            I have purchased a new vehicle scross alpha on 25 oct 2017 from dd motors nexa showroom at janakpuri, new delhi.
                            I want to complaint against dd nexa, b-1/629, main najafgarh road, janakpuri, new delhi - 110058.

                            Sales relationship manager mr. Jagjeet singh duggal.

                            They gave me a defective product.

                            There are issues mentioned below :-

                            First issue is raised when car is drove 200 kms the air condition stopped working, i went to maruti dd motors service station a-100 mayapuri, new delhi they repaired the a. C.
                            I fought then that its a faulty product given to me but the gm at service station assured me that nothing will happen in future. I somehow agreed n trusted him.
                            But today i went for the first service at dd motors, mayapuri
                            The stereo went off its totally dead. When i enquired to the service person they said its a software issue n we are trying to fix it but they couldn't as the new gm of dd motors mayapuri mr dev vashisht ([protected]) told me that new software will come & we will update it.
                            Mr chander bhushan gm of the dd nexa (Janak puri) is assuring me that it'll get fixed soon. Just wait for sometime.

                            I have paid rs 13.5 lacs for a new car not for this pathetic service.

                            I have always trusted the maruti brand but the dealer has given me the defective product with the help of maruti.

                            I want a replacement for my car.
                            As there are so many issues in the first 1000 kms i can't risk myself going further.

                            Kindly escalate the matter to the higher authorities & revert me back.
                            I am enclosing the bill copy of the car purchased.

                              This is to bring into your notice about the bitter experience i had from your dealer avg kottayam, kerala.
                              On 03/08/2017 i took my alto bearing reg no: kl-05-z-7269 to avg for a detailed service and had done the work as per the service invoice (Copy attached herewith). Later after 2 days i noticed something wrong with allignment and i took the vehicle again to avg and get it corrected what they had already done 2 days ago. Again next day another issue in allignment and had to take the vehicle and corrected it. But the 3rd time i met service manager about the quality of the work he said all it was due to steering box which i had already overhauled there itself in last 6 months and just completed 10000kms.
                              ‌again after 2 months while i found an unpleasant noise from left front side of the vehicle, i took it to avg and discussed with service advisor. According to himrh wheel bearing is damaged and it has to be replaced. I have already been charged for the same in my last bill. I was really confusing and had met upto service manager level but it didn't fetch anything yet. I can't pay a penny on this account but it's their responsibility to correct it. Another interesting fact is that while i took it to another workshop they commented this problem could be due to poor workmanship. Kindly intervene on the matter and find a solution in the above scenario.

                                1. Before service my car (Up 80 ce 5136) average was aprox 18 kmpl on nh-2 and after service it become aprox 12 kmpl on nh-2.
                                2. About 5 times i reached to the (Ktl) service centre for the same problem but till now i am facing the same problem.
                                3. From last 30 years i am the customer of "maruti suzuki" with the same customer name "shobha rani" but this time i am totally unsatisfied with you network.
                                4. Many times (Ktl) service centre dealers treated me with the abusing language.
                                5. Please go through the matter your car is still hear in my garage like a scrap.

So, i got surprised that a company like maruti is asking for the money for interview. The complete details are as under.

                                  The reasons for refundable interview security deposit:

                                  Didn't get tool kit in my new maruthi suzuki swift .and i went to my showroom and they told me, they will check and call you later.but am not satisfied . because of this i postponed my long drive.if your not giving the toolkit i will go to the law .and i will give you my car .

                                    I am proud owner of ritz diesel for the past 6 years (Engine no. D13a1527145, chassis no. Ma3fdebis00281035, reg no kl45e9498). I bought the vehicle from indus motors, pathanamthitta on 05/11/2011. Periodical/regular servicing is done at authorised service centres of maruti only. The vehicle is maintained in good condition.

                                    All of a sudden the vehicle showed starting complaint. Yesterday (11/11/17) the vehicle was parked on roadside, near a shop at chalakudy town. After some time, when i tried to start the car, iginition was not getting on. Machine light was not not glowing. My battery is only 1 year old and is in perfect working condition. My successive attempt to start the car failed. Immediately i contacted the local service centre - m/s popular vehicle service, chalakudy. Their mechanic tried invain to start the car. It was finally taken to their garage with the help of another carrier.

                                    Today after inspection they informed me that ecm (Engine controle module) is faulty and needs replacement at an estimated cost of rs22000.00 plus labour charged.

                                    I really astonished to hear this news from the service centre. The vehilce has run for 56000 kms only so far. I suspect this to be a manufacturing defect, which needs to be attended by the company at company's cost.

                                    Please intercede in the matter urgently and apprise me of the position. The vehicle is garaged at the sevice centre at chalakudy.

                                      Dear team

                                      I have given my grand vitara to m/s paramount wheel - mira road - mumbai - maharashtra, for repairing in the month of july 2017 but still they are unable to resolve the problem and unable to return my vehicle. Upon contacting to them, the reply got is the car is under repair. They are not sure about when it will be repaired. Where should i take up the matter so that it will be finished.

                                        Car details - up 78 dl 4407.
                                        My car had met an accident on 20-10-16 and have delivered the car to sb car service centre fazal ganj kanpur and all formalities have been completed on 24.10.17 survey has been conducted on 26 10 17 and seveyar told that i have approved for making the car after that no action has yet been carried out by the service centre and they are making many excuses since last 16 days and no work has yet started. Kindly do the needful
