Dear Sir /madam,

I am Sada bhai K Patel from from Modasa Gujarat, i have your ALPHA Baleno ..which i bought from your NEXA outlet star line Mehsana .

Details of my vehicle. Registration No - GJ31- A- 6663- Engine No - D13A- 3030833 and chasis No -MA3EWB62SHC315030.
Current KM run- 23737.

Now I come to issue which i Faced...

After using your Baleno i planed to upgrade my self with CIAZ, so i visited Same outlet at MEHSANA .I asked them to exchange my Baleno against the CIAZ.. which i want to purchase .

I meet the Relation ship Manger Mr Balkrishan Shathwara for further process.. He called Mr JIgar Bhatt from exchange department to check my cars value. after all the discussion the Value quoted by and the statement from the exchange Guys is very surprising and the total illogical which hurted me Most .

MR Jigar Bhatt is saying that we can give you the best rate thats 6.5 lakh which is the best from our side ..than i asked why you quoting so low ..he said...your engine is sounding not well ..i means thats the reason i can give you lower Price .

I feel very bad with the statement... I think I have been cheated by the Nexa...because i purchased this product in month of may 2017 only .by spending the 9.78 lakh rupees ...its question of my 9.78 lakh rs...

Is your Nexa is producing so cheep product or hired the People ???? who even dont have any knowledge or respect with their own Product .

My request you to give me proper resolution on same ..as a customer i feel very helpless and cheated ... if i dont get any satisfactory answer than i have only ..way to knock the doors of Consumer forum ..

Expecting instant solution on same .

    Dear sir,
    I bought a swift vxi on 21/09/2017 from rajkot katariya auto mobiles
    There is no customer contact for bill, passing, insurance paper, rto number plate verification to me from katariya auto rajkot gujarat
    After purchasing car every time i contact to showroom dealer or executive but theirresponse is negative and work were notdone bus them
    Today at 09/11/2017 i have no original bills or rto number plate after one and half month
    There are many penalties i have been paid to rto police rajkot

      This is to bring to your notice the pathetic experience given by your nexa dealer, orr bangalore that promises to give a premium experience.

      Vehicle booked date - 17th july, 2017, baleno urban blue petrol, zeta cvt
      Tentative waiting period quoted at that time 18 weeks.

      I never received any communication about my waiting period from my rm apart from a single mail in september.in september i made an enquiry over email to my rm for a name change process from individual to leasing company. After sending 5-6 emails and waiting for almost 20 days the rm finally replied to my query.

      On september 26, 2017 i got a mail with the below text from bimal nexa:
      “the waiting period at time of booking was 16 weeks

      The current waiting period stands at 6 weeks”

      As per the above mail the vehicle delivery should have been done by 6th november, 2017. But to my surprise i am still waiting for the delivery of the vehicle. The rm has been least concerned and hardly bothers to reply to my emails.

      After filing an official complaint against the dealership, my rm finally sent a mail on october 26, 2017 that the vehicle has been allotted and the same would be delivered to me by 9th november, 2017 maximum.

      I finally inspected the vehicle in the yard on 6th november 2017 and gave my consent to proceed further with the formalities. But again i have been waiting for any further action from the rm and the dealership as a whole. Even today the quality manager is not able to commit a date for the delivery of the vehicle. This has been a harrowing experience for my first car that i am buying. Apart from some hollow apologies, the dealership has provided little help here.

      In the wake of such pathetic service and non-commitment to timelines i would like to escalate this matter and also like to know if at all the dealership would ever be able to deliver the vehicle and is there any penalty for breach of the delivery date commitments.

        I am very sorry to say that the warranty period mentioned by your local authority, which is valid upto 13.10.2020. However it is not correct according to your norms. Therefore i request you to make the necessary corrections and the warranty period may be extended upto 10.02.2021.

          I have purchased suzuki access 125 from raj suzuki indore mp, so they provide a scratch card. So ihave won a watch on the card o[censored]nited colors of benetton of rs 5999. But when i received the courier of watch, i opened the box there was local watch which is not working form day first. So i need a proper solution against the complain,

            My car maruti suzuki wagon - r lxi (Cng) (Met) s. Silver engine no-7989303, chasis no-c78450, car rto no - mh 14-gn 0724, accident on 27 oct 2017. (Km covered -308) then car handover the kothari wheels service station, chinchwad. On 28th oct 2017.
            Then mr nitin pawar (Insurance service provider auto shop) myself told whole story about car accident. Every damaged shown to him and also told to drive and check it properly. He promise mi that no problem our person check drive and check it and also the issue check by sbi general insurance company ltd authority and your car will be with changing all damaged parts by their side and gave delivery with in 2 - 3 days.
            Then we had a call dt 04 nov 2017 service department rep mr kotwal that you make payment to solve the car front left side excel (Dry shop) damaged problem. Car repaired from auto shop and sent for servicing also.
            I go proper channel and process then also nobady seriously take my complaint, negligience and no one kept their promise and time limit. From 28 th oct 2017 to till date car with the kothari wheels service station chinchwad. The staff promise but could not work/perform duty properly. Till date the car with them under repair.

              Hi

              My name is mayank aggarwal and my number is [protected]. I am getting almost five messages from rana motors everyday related to my car service due or insurance due or service completed and all. I have called them hundred times and told them that i do not ahve any maruti vehicle with me and they should get the number checked and stop sending me messages however it seems no one is ready to listen or work on the same.

              The limit and the extent of these messages are now turning into harassment after even repeated informing them that i am not the correct contact.

              I am am writing this to you thinking that you would take some action and if this does not stop then i am only left with a option of taking legal action and filing a fir of harassment and barging into personal space.

              Hope i dont need to go into all that and it would stop after this.

                I booked a maruthi suzuki celerio zxi model car at popular vehicle services pvt Ltd. Mamangalam kochi 25 through popular vehicle service pvt Ltd. Kothamangalam. At the time of booking they offered Rs. 20000 as consumer offer, on the same day I exchange with my old vehicle maruthi suzuki wagnor of Rs. 1, 40, 000/- and paid booking charge as Rs. 5000/- as booking charge and they offered on road price as Rs. 5, 07, 030/-. But without informing they change the model withdraw the offers and enhance the price Rs. 23019 than at the time of booking the vehicle. The popular agency informed the enhancement only at the time of delivery. I am ready to recieved the vehicle at an amount I assured at the time of booking. But the agency is not willing to do so. Then the only remedy to approach the consumer forum.So kindly do the needful

                  I bought wagonr vxi ags named prabhaben patel.

                  I got my car on 21st september & till the date i did not got my autocard.

                  Right now i am sitting here from an hour for what...? Just for number plate fitting.

                  What the #ing kind of service provided by nanda automobiles?

                  Rto is better than nanda automobiles. No one believe that government authority rto is just taking maximum 15 minutes to fitting number plates but this nanda automobiles take 2 hour for that.

                  Till now no one is ready to take responsibility for number plate fitting. With me there are other 4 customers who are facing this issues.

                  # off this nanda automobiles.

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    This is very disappointing that i have been following up with m/s jeewan motors, bhopal. But they have not responded the status of my policy. Even i have called the person mr. Deepak whom i have interacted with, after the cheque given he has not responded this shows completely legacy of duty.

                    The cheque i have handover on 4th nov, mr. Deepak has comitted that the policy copy i wil get on monday, but today is wednesday even i have called him so many times, every time he has mentioned that he is busy or other excuses.

                    I don't expect this type of professional behavior with a good company. Although i have called jeevan motors landline number to trying out/find out the seniors number to be connect but there receptionist does not transfer the call mentioned i can not transfer the cal because we are authorize for that.

                      I changed the clutch of my swift in the month of 19th january, 2017 as per the suggestion of the representative of the m/s gurraj service station (Maruti authorized service station) at an mileage of 55347 kms.
                      Today, (At an mileage of 62345) the clutch started giving some problems and on visiting the m/s gurraj service station, he apprised the clutch needs to be replaced again. It is pertinent to point out that the replaced clutch did not work out well. He apprised me that there is no guarantee/warranty on the clutch and the same can wear off within miles. But as per my knowledge every maruti ga parts has some warranty/ guarantee associated with them.

                      You are requested to kindly apprise me of the following:
                      1. Whether maruti authorized service station have original ga accessories?
                      2. If they have original parts, what is the warranty associated with the clutch?

                      Secondly, you are requested to direct the authorized dealer to replace the clutch as the part replaced did not worked out well.

                          This is to inform you that i have a case pending from last 17 days in maruti service center i. E "tr sawhney motors gokulpur, delhi" brfore i go further and explain you the details let me brief you with the vechicle details mentioned below:-

                          Owner name :- mukesh

                          Model:- maruti suzuki ertiga vdi shvs

                          Regstritation number:- dl1za 7230

                          Engine number :- 5338168

                          Here i start on:-

                          First:-my vehicle was taken to garage on 22 november 2017 due to engine not starting hence it was toe from my house to service centre since i drive it by my own on daily basis hence i tried to check the oil and few more things by my own so the oil was also perfect because me and other 4 people also checked the same but the engineers from maruti took 3 days to tell a customer that there is only 200ml oil which is left in the engine and due to which the engine got seized since i did checked the oil by my own before the vehicle came to garage but again it took your engineers to 3 days to notify the same. The letters given bu them which they tell that is given by maruti i am really surprised that does maruti do not have a4 paper in ample wherein they can give the letter at least on a new a4 paper not the used old papers

                          Second:- your engineers say that they will give rs 10000 as a goodwill gesture and rs 20000 has to be paid by me for the same. If i am not wrong than if the vehicle is under warranty than company takes the ownership to get it done if it is not a fault of customer.

                          Third:- the most pathetic thing i have ever seen in such a brand like maruti. I had spoken to one of your general manager named "pradeep sharma" i am sorry to say it if some from the higher management is looking to the e-mail can guide mr sharma for the same. I called him to discuss the issue and he says that he is not answerable to me i am sorry to say maruti is brand people sitting here represent maruti not any brand from some one home so if a person calling of course not only the gm but all people related to maruti is answerable. I am not sure whether mr sharma really understands what actually customer is or customer service is. That was really a sign of incompetence that has been shown from such a brand like maruti and i understand it's not maruti but the people who representing it. We did purchased 2 vehicle one diesel and one cng. The cng working fine only the issue with is the diesel one. I would appreciate if some from higher management can intervene and sort the issues as soon as possible.

                              Last month on dated 01/10/2017, i have purchased maruti baleno from nexa ranchi (Jharkhand). Since, i have been posted at bhilai (Chattisgarh) as a govt. Servant, hence i am residing at bhilai, durg (Chattisgarh). Now, on completion of 1000km/one month of my car, i have to carried out its first servicing, but it has been noticed that all the authorized service center, which were providing service at bhilai city have been closed now and it becomes difficult for me to avail 1st free serving from maruti. Further, being a govt employee, i could not have enough time to drive 50km to raipur (Nearest service center) and carried out 1st servicing of my car on time. Therefore, kindly do the needful, to sort out my problem.

                                There was no suspension problem when my car was given to you for replacement of fuel pump.

                                Additionally on your advise i have change the clutch plate also.

                                Now when i am running my car, i suddenly find my car jumping like a govt. St bus on speed breakers and potholes.

                                I and family members are totally shocked. It is extremely dubious, cynical and suspicious.

                                  Hi team,

                                  I bought maruti suzuki swift 2016 model in kalyani and i given first 2 free service in kalyani mysore road they have not done anything and given simply without general checkup ok leave that when i gave for 3 free service i faced so many issues there after taking my car from service engine oil started leaking, clutch plate got harder, steering shaft plate got removed, seats clips got removed and i su prised to see my car front left side tyre gone (Boiled) for only 10000 kms driven which i have not acceptable they have not done the wheel alignment in the general check up. I don't know what they have done in 3rd free service. And front & rear defogger was not working which i raised query. I don't know what they have done when i raised query they told me to run 1000 kms then will give tyre. They have given one tyre but what about the front right tyre that also almost 70% gone for only 16000 kms. They totally spoiled my car in 3rd free service for my new car. I need solution for this and i observed after third service i am not getting proper pickup and mileage. I am getting only 16.8 mileage in the highway. I need solution for this, spent 9 lakhs for this vehicle, for one year they spoiled my vehicle. Is this the way these people are giving service.

                                    Raised complaint with maruti to resolve my new dzire car issue, the complaint number is[protected].

                                    The issue is,

                                    I have taken all new dezire from varun motors on 30th sep 2017 i never seen such a pathetic service from any vendor
                                    I have taken oxfor blue color the painting of the body was not proper initially i thought it is due to teflon coating i have called one private person for that after teflon coating it was still hard surface so i did inform the same to sales executive the name is murali he took the vehicle and did the same still it was same and after two day i went to showroom given the same complaint with their senior executive named haribabu, i did ask him you have given old car, unfortunately even he was not aware of that this car is manufacture month, he told me that, dzire is selling like hot cakes, so the manufacture date would be sep.
                                    He checked and sent for another teflon coating with water wash and teflon coating it was still remain they tried with second time still it was same they applied some paper on the body and did the teflon coating third time on the same day fortunately the new yet to deliver dzire parked next to my vehicle with one time teflon coated i did asked the executive his name is madhinder reddy to compare both vehicle he told me that now it little better i told that this vehicle is not purchased under discount sale i have paid complete price then he told me that he will speak to management and teflon coating guy told me that sir if i go for another coating the color will shade when i talk to haribabu he said he will escalate to maruti i did call him after two days to know the status he started give me the reasons that sir if maruti team examine also they will tell the same instead of that he started telling me that he will give one more teflon coating free and 2000/- will be added to my autocard
                                    Now my car lost the originality my kind request is please replace my car with new one at the earliest.

                                    And maruti is claiming 22kmpl however i am getting 13.5kmpl on average, showrooms guys did mileage test as well, as per their meter it was showing 18+ kmpl, when we fill the tank it was 13.5 kmpl, so they asked to take long round again, this time we went to another 40km, and when we filled the tank, it was giving 16.5kmpl, i am sure all the issues are related to as this is old vechile. They are treating it as i did purchased on discount, but actual is have paid all the amount they did ask me.

                                    I request you to please help me to replace the car with new one at the earliest

                                      We have purchased maruti suzuki new dzire zdi+ amt on[protected] from pavan motors pvt ltd, secunderabad via chasis no: ma3czf03shf125520, engine number: d13a3095989, vehicle regd number: ts10em2323.

                                      We are facing a peculiar problem when ever we apply brakes. When ever we apply brakes we are getting lot of front brake noise. This brake sound is being heard from the day we purchase the vehicle. We have done 1st service at acer motors, secunderabad and given the complaint. But the problem has not been solved. We showed the vehicle again in pavan motors pvt ltd, secunderabad; but the problem has not been solved.

                                      We request you to kindly help us out to solve the brake noise problem. We are surprise that we have spend so much of money on your vehicle and we are getting this brake noise problem. We have driven other new dzire diesel 2017 model vehicles and we have not heard any noise when we apply brakes.

                                      Kindly do the needful immediately and solve our vehicle problem.

                                      I too have new 2017 Dzire ZDI+ AMT which started giving break noise few days back i have taken delivery of my vehicle on 30th September 2017 and driven less than 1000kms. I am very surprised to see such issues with a Maruti Suzuki car. Have taken appointment with the service centre for 12 Nov let’s see what they have to say.

                                      But this is very shocking from Maruti after paying so much for the car the quality is too bad..

                                      I have Purchased Dzire 2017 VDI model in September soon after first service i have noticed that while applying brakes at low speed (below 50 KMPH) loud noise is being heard with vibration on brake pedal.
                                      Hi Guys,

                                      I also facing same problem post running 500 km with new Dzire.

                                      I have contacted service centre but the person told it is normal sound which is coming from front brakes. But completely shocking response from brand like Maruti. I haven't heard such type of noise from Xcent or Nissan driven so far.
                                      Please post if you find resolution as I came to know that Maruti has started recalling 21500 units of new Dzire due to manufacturing defect at rear end.

                                      I got my new dzire 2017 in Sep 2017 and done first service in Nov 2017 and i got the same breaknoise issue.

                                      I have contacted Acer Motors hyderabad for the same issue and the complaint has been registered and notified me that the issue has been identified by customer care people and break pads need to be changed. they designed new breakpads for this particular model.
                                      I bought the new Dzire on 10th November 2017 and I've been having the same problem mentioned right from the start. I was told by the service guys as that will be gone for sure after 5000 kms. It's about 6000 kms now and getting worse.

                                      Not only this, i had to change the ECM of the vehicle within 15 days of purchase as it has gone fault. First shock and my trust was not at stake.

                                      Maruti driver who took my car for 2nd service, met with accident and my car had to be repainted. He acknowledged the accident and had my car repainted. Repainting of left rear door now appears to be different color and the paint job is too bad. I've escalated this to customer service and haven't heard back yet.

                                      The engine noise is too loud at even low speeds, especially in 2nd, 3rd & 4th gear except for the 5th one. It sounds like a tractor even with AC turned on, completely closed wwindows and honestly it's high time I regret buying this car.

                                      One of the main reasons I chose this car is, I heard that after sales service of Maruti is good. Trust me, it was good back then when my family had an omni and certainly not now..

                                      I bought the car from Kapico Motors, Kilpauk, Chennai.

                                      Maruti has certainly lost it's trust. Let me see if this post would make a change.

                                      I also bought new Dzire on 3rd Dec 2017 and I've been having the same problem mentioned right from the start, When ever we apply brakes we are getting lot of front brake noise. and wind noise in the car after 50 km speed.

                                      I think Maruti is only thinking of mileage...not for quality.

                                      I have done fist service and complained about the breaks but not solved just this week I have done second service with RK service center with the same complaint. Strange statement that every desire has got the problem which is not rectifiable and nothing to worry etc

                                      Hi I also bought New Dzire on November 2017 it's ZXI+ AMT Model. I am having the same problem some wierd sound when i apply the brake. i've complaint the same to the Dealer and they said this is normal and sounds comes from ABS However I've checked other ABS Cars too but they do not have this issue.Don't know what to do whenever I lodge the complaint with the dealer they give the same answer. Whom to contact for this issue pls guide.

                                      I also bought new Dzire on jan 2018 from Pasco, Gurugram driven 4000 KM's only and I've been having the same problem mentioned right from the start, When ever i apply brakes, getting lot of front brake noise in the car. Even some sound coming from backside in stationary condition when i press the brake pedal.Raised the same issue with service adviser during 2nd service( august-18).But issue not solved. Take my vehicle to service centre for 3 times to rectify the issue. 3rd time they kept my vehicle for 2 days in service centre to replace front brake pads. After changing the pads also still noise coming from front side.
                                      Worst thing was it takes 2 days for Pasco to replace the brake pads & they return my vehicle with issues as it is.

                                      Worst service after sales.

                                        My car ac not working in proper manner, problem is that if i selected front air mode than air leakage in leg side. Air mode function not work proper, many times i complain in amar car show room (Gorva) vadodara.
                                        But still problem is pending no body take care of it.
