This is ashit amin, and i own a red swift 2016 model, my car number is mh 03 cb 5611. I have sent the car for regular servicing on wednesday 8th november 2017 at 9.30 am to the maruti suzuki authorised workshop in chembur, nr. Ghatla village. Its been 3 days and i havent received an update on the status, one gentle man by the name of sinesh called me and told me that my car needs no servicing and asked ke to wait for 2 months more to make the regular check up of the car. My car was last serviced in the month of july 2017, its quite surprising an engineer telling me such thing, when i clearly mentioned that i need to do the regular servicing to keep the service history of the car in place. I also wanted to change the rear bumper of my car wich was clearly mentioned at the time of giving the car to service. I have been calling the service workshop multiple times in the day ftom the past 3 days and i am receiving no response to my query. Not even a single call back i hv received on this service...

Such is the customer experience you are giving. And i am hearing news offlately that the maruti suzuki authorised workshops are conning people in the name of service and not doing a regular service at all. Pathetic experience i am facing at this moment. Shame on you guys for giving such kind of customer experience and service... Maruti has lost it...

I need a resolution to this issue today else i am filing a complaint in the consumer court and make your pathetic ser ice service public in the name of social media and auto

    I have booked second servicing for my maruti ignis car for 10- nov-2017 at excel autovista santacruz. I was promised for pick up of car for servicing at 7.30 am on 10 nov 2017. The pick up person named pervez visited my place at 10 am instead of 7.30 am also on pick up sheet he wrote timing of 7.00 am. After follow up for several times i have been delivered the vehicle till 10.05 pm at night. It caused me loss of time and also i am not able to take my wife to doctor for treatment. It was so annoying and frustrating. I will lodge the complaint to consumer court for this. Also i will go to the news paper.
    I have recoded conversations calls with me.

      Here by i have own a alto 800 white car car no tn72by5740 from asir maruthi tuticorin. I have face milage drop back from my car i contact them but no response from them. I have tried so many time but now i am feel be very hard with my car and from maruthi service please be provide some assistance at the earliest to drop my step ahead against move to consumer rights.

        Actually i have raised a complaint about left side head lamp was getting vibration since from 2nd service now they r showing all breeze vechiles having default problem in left side head lamp
        I have given vechile on these monday regarding about bumper change and left side head lamp. Still am waiting at service centre from 3hours. It almost 7pm...

          आपके अधिकृत सर्विस सेन्टर ऑडी मोटर्स प्राईवेट लिमिटेड जयपुर रोड़ चूरू एवं सरदारशहर में स्थित सर्विस सेन्टर की सर्विस दरों में भारी अन्तर है और इनके द्वारा मनमर्जी से सर्विस की दरें वसूली जाती है। मेरे वाहन ब्रेजा डीआई सं0 आर जे 10 सीए 6894 की फुल पेड सर्विस के लिए चूरू के सर्विस सेन्टर द्वारा 8590 रूपये की मांग की गई जबकि सरदारशहर में स्थित सर्विस सेन्टर द्वारा फुल पेड सर्विस के लिए 7102 रूपये की मांग की गई। दोनो सेन्टर आपके अधिकृत सेन्टर है जिनकी सर्विस दरों मे भारी विरोधाभास है। दोनो सर्विस सेन्टर मात्र 50 किमी की दूरी पर स्थित है। उक्त कृत्य उपभोक्ता के साथ सेवा दोष की श्रेणी में आता है और आपका स्वच्छ व्यापार व्यवहार नहीं है।

            I have purchsed a maruti suzuki swift dezire on april '2014 with extend warranty. Now in october while i put my car on service, enginer coll, e to tell me abut the charges on service and he also said me that ur car self is not properly working so is has ti be replaced with the cost of rs6000/- if i have ti pay that much amount so why should i paid extene warranty money at the time of purchasing. It is totally ridiculous. Then i go to service manager he said me that my service chart is not proper, but when i purchase my car no body have told me for the same. Sooo maruti suzuki is the worst car company who did not do as they said.

              Purchased maruti ciaz 45 days ago. Left indicator not working properly. Doors not getting unlocked automatically on switching off engine. Poor job by maruti quality control. If new cars are sold to customers in faulty condition, this will shake the faith of customers in the company and will adversely affect the sale. The company must ensure its quality control of its products.

                I gave my car repairing under insurance on 24.10.17 to maruti service station - naraina delhi. I was told that there will be 2 claims and the car will be fully repaired.
                On 04.11.17 i was told that the car is repaired and i went to the workshop for picking my car. But the front glass and side fendor was not changed. The representative knew nothing and kept arguing. Then again after talking to the insurance surveyor, representative said car will be further repaired and will be done on 06.11.17. I showed him that time that the keys are on in the car and the battery is down due to that. He said don't worry he will charge the battery. But the car not repaired untill 10.11.17. On 10.11.17 after calling many times i was told that the battery is dead and need to be replaced. 7000 more will be charged for battery. I told him that the battery was working absolutely ok with enough backup when car was given for repairing. But now they are cheating and asking for money which is unfair. I am complaining against maruti for cheating me. I need my battery in working condition.

                  I, Vishal Dhiman S/o Sh. Madan Lal resident of the below mentioned address want your goodself to look into the matter explained below.

                  1. That I was intended to purchase an old car and therefore, I went to Pre-owned Car Fest held at Sector 34, Chandigarh where the representative of your company namely Sh. Rajeev showed me the second hand F-Red car Alto K10 VXI 2012, GJ12BF4260 having Engine No. K10BN4373175 Chassis No. MA3EADE1S00325256. Being allured by its colour and condition of the vehicle, I agreed to purchase the same for Rs.2, 26, 000/- and booked the same on 18.02.2017 at PRE-OWNED CAR FEST held at Sector-34, Chandigarh through your representative vide Cash receipt No. 3169 by paying Rs.5000/- as booking amount. Thereafter, I paid Rs. 1, 60, 000/- vide receipt No. 3170 by cheque no. 681602 dated 19.02.2017 drawn on State Bank of India on account of Sale of Alto K10 VXI 2012, GJ12BF4260 having Engine No. K10BN4373175 Chassis No. MA3EADE1S00325256 and Rs.61000/- cash vide receipt No. 3175 dated 20.02.2017. It is pertinent to mention here that a sum of Rs. 5000/- is also paid cash as a refundable security vide receipt No. 3176 dated 20.02.2017which was to be refunded after the transfer of the vehicle on my name.

                  2. That on the date of its purchase, I was also assured by your sales representative Mr. Rajeev that the vehicle is non-accidental and free from all encumbrances and is not involved in any case civil/criminal case whatsoever and one year warranty with three services was to be given to me. Mr. Rajeev also assured me that the Company requires at least one and a half month to transfer the vehicle on my name due to the NOC procedure of the vehicle of other state and he also told me that the insurance policy of the vehicle in question was to expire within 10 days.

                  3. That I was also provided warranty of 7500 kms and upto six months [six months instead of one year, which was told to me by Mr. Rajeev at the time of its purchase and as shown on the true value website] whichever occur earlier with three free services vide your letter. In the said letter, the date of sale of the vehicle was mentioned as 31.01.2017 and odometer reading was 21000 kms whereas the vehicle in question was purchased on 20.02.2017 having odometer reading approx 29000 kms. Subsequently, I approached the officials of your company several times for getting the necessary corrections. However, the company again issued me a new letter in which the sale of the vehicle was mentioned as 25.05.2017 with odometer reading 29200 instead of actual date of purchase i.e. 20.02.2017.

                  4. That I could not drive the vehicle because all the documents of the vehicle were lying with your company for NOC purposes. The NOC was supplied to me in the second week of April 2017 alongwith the other relevant documents that too on my repeated requests/visits and thereafter I moved the file alongwith the requisite documents for transfer of the vehicle in my name with the Registration and Licensing Authority, Sector-17, Chandigarh on 19.04.2017. The Registration and Licensing Authority, Sector-17, Chandigarh issued a letter to Registration and Licensing Authority, Bhuj, Kachchh, Gujarat for Confirmation of Genuineness of NOC for transfer and re-registration of motor vehicle vide Memo No. DC/R&LA/Re-assignment/2017/20952 dated 19.04.2017, the same was posted vide registered post No. RP[protected]IN dated 20.04.2017. Thereafter, with the completion of the clause of 45 days that “if no reply received within stipulated time from the concerned R & LA, it will presumed that they have no objection for transfer/re-registration of the vehicle.” However, the Registration and Licensing Authority, Sector-17, Chandigarh refused to transfer the vehicle on the ground that the colour of the vehicle in question mentioned in the RC i.e. D-Brown is different from the actual colour of the vehicle. I was directed to get the colour of the vehicle corrected in the papers of the vehicle from the Company. Thus, the vehicle could not be registered for want of the necessary correction of the colour.

                  5. That subsequently, I approached AUTOPACE NETWORK PVT. LTD and MARUTI SUZUKI vide repeated e-mails @ email ids’ [protected]@maruti.co.in & [protected]@autopace.co.in dated Fri, June 23, 2017 at 10:38 PM, Wednesday, Jun 28, 2017 at 12:37 PM and Thursday, Jun 29, 2017 at 2:20 PM and also requested the officials of the AUTOPACE continuously for more than three months namely Mr. Gurnaam ([protected]), Mr. Arvind ([protected]), Mr. Ashwani ([protected]), Mr. Gagandeep ([protected]), Mr. Rajeev ([protected]) and Mr. Rajiv (Field work) to get corrected the colour in the relevant papers i.e. RC/NOC etc. of the vehicle in question so that the vehicle could be registered on my name. I also made repeated requests by calling the above mentioned officials and by visiting the office of the AUTOPACE NETWORK PVT. LTD. (TRUE VALUE), 112-113, Industrial Area, Phase I, Chandigarh but they always postponed the matter on one pretext or the other, instead of redressing my grievance.

                  6. That I also made a complaint at the customer care of MARUTI SUZUKI who allotted the complaint No.[protected] dated 29th June, 2017, but no response received so far.

                  7. That the vehicle still stands in the name of Sh. Pankaj Kumar in the relevant papers and the same could not be transferred in my name due to the objection raised by the Registration and Licensing Authority (Passing Authority), Chandigarh and non-cooperative attitude of your company. Thus, you have committed deficiency in service and indulged into unfair trade practice by misrepresenting the facts to me.
                  8. I also met Mr. Anil Arora (Autopace) and Mr. Gagandeep Singh. And finally decided to take refund of Rs. 240000/- but did not getting any update after that.
                  You are therefore, requested to refund the promised amount at the earliest.

                    I am Sada bhai K Patel from from Modasa Gujarat, i have your ALPHA Baleno ..which i bought from your NEXA outlet star line Mehsana .

                    Current KM run- 23737.

                    Now I come to issue which i Faced...

                    After using your Baleno i planed to upgrade my self with CIAZ, so i visited Same outlet at MEHSANA .I asked them to exchange my Baleno against the CIAZ.. which i want to purchase .

                    I meet the Relation ship Manger Mr Balkrishan Shathwara for further process.. He called Mr JIgar Bhatt from exchange department to check my cars value. after all the discussion the Value quoted by and the statement from the exchange Guys is very surprising and the total illogical which hurted me Most .

                    MR Jigar Bhatt is saying that we can give you the best rate thats 6.5 lakh which is the best from our side ..than i asked why you quoting so low ..he said...your engine is sounding not well ..i means thats the reason i can give you lower Price .

                    I feel very bad with the statement... I think I have been cheated by the Nexa...because i purchased this product in month of may 2017 only .by spending the 9.78 lakh rupees ...its question of my 9.78 lakh rs...

                    Is your Nexa is producing so cheep product or hired the People ???? who even dont have any knowledge or respect with their own Product .

                    My request you to give me proper resolution on same ..as a customer i feel very helpless and cheated ... if i dont get any satisfactory answer than i have only ..way to knock the doors of Consumer forum ..

                      I bought a swift vxi on 21/09/2017 from rajkot katariya auto mobiles
                      There is no customer contact for bill, passing, insurance paper, rto number plate verification to me from katariya auto rajkot gujarat
                      After purchasing car every time i contact to showroom dealer or executive but theirresponse is negative and work were notdone bus them
                      Today at 09/11/2017 i have no original bills or rto number plate after one and half month
                      There are many penalties i have been paid to rto police rajkot

                        This is to bring to your notice the pathetic experience given by your nexa dealer, orr bangalore that promises to give a premium experience.

                        Vehicle booked date - 17th july, 2017, baleno urban blue petrol, zeta cvt
                        Tentative waiting period quoted at that time 18 weeks.

                        I never received any communication about my waiting period from my rm apart from a single mail in september.in september i made an enquiry over email to my rm for a name change process from individual to leasing company. After sending 5-6 emails and waiting for almost 20 days the rm finally replied to my query.

                        On september 26, 2017 i got a mail with the below text from bimal nexa:
                        “the waiting period at time of booking was 16 weeks

                        The current waiting period stands at 6 weeks”

                        As per the above mail the vehicle delivery should have been done by 6th november, 2017. But to my surprise i am still waiting for the delivery of the vehicle. The rm has been least concerned and hardly bothers to reply to my emails.

                        After filing an official complaint against the dealership, my rm finally sent a mail on october 26, 2017 that the vehicle has been allotted and the same would be delivered to me by 9th november, 2017 maximum.

                        I finally inspected the vehicle in the yard on 6th november 2017 and gave my consent to proceed further with the formalities. But again i have been waiting for any further action from the rm and the dealership as a whole. Even today the quality manager is not able to commit a date for the delivery of the vehicle. This has been a harrowing experience for my first car that i am buying. Apart from some hollow apologies, the dealership has provided little help here.

                        In the wake of such pathetic service and non-commitment to timelines i would like to escalate this matter and also like to know if at all the dealership would ever be able to deliver the vehicle and is there any penalty for breach of the delivery date commitments.

                            I have purchased suzuki access 125 from raj suzuki indore mp, so they provide a scratch card. So ihave won a watch on the card o[censored]nited colors of benetton of rs 5999. But when i received the courier of watch, i opened the box there was local watch which is not working form day first. So i need a proper solution against the complain,

                            It's 50 days gone but still my new bike registration not done by the dealer. they told me that it would take maximum 30 days. I am not able to use my bike for the same. Please look into this

                              My car maruti suzuki wagon - r lxi (Cng) (Met) s. Silver engine no-7989303, chasis no-c78450, car rto no - mh 14-gn 0724, accident on 27 oct 2017. (Km covered -308) then car handover the kothari wheels service station, chinchwad. On 28th oct 2017.
                              Then mr nitin pawar (Insurance service provider auto shop) myself told whole story about car accident. Every damaged shown to him and also told to drive and check it properly. He promise mi that no problem our person check drive and check it and also the issue check by sbi general insurance company ltd authority and your car will be with changing all damaged parts by their side and gave delivery with in 2 - 3 days.
                              Then we had a call dt 04 nov 2017 service department rep mr kotwal that you make payment to solve the car front left side excel (Dry shop) damaged problem. Car repaired from auto shop and sent for servicing also.
                              I go proper channel and process then also nobady seriously take my complaint, negligience and no one kept their promise and time limit. From 28 th oct 2017 to till date car with the kothari wheels service station chinchwad. The staff promise but could not work/perform duty properly. Till date the car with them under repair.

                                Hi

                                My name is mayank aggarwal and my number is [protected]. I am getting almost five messages from rana motors everyday related to my car service due or insurance due or service completed and all. I have called them hundred times and told them that i do not ahve any maruti vehicle with me and they should get the number checked and stop sending me messages however it seems no one is ready to listen or work on the same.

                                The limit and the extent of these messages are now turning into harassment after even repeated informing them that i am not the correct contact.

                                I am am writing this to you thinking that you would take some action and if this does not stop then i am only left with a option of taking legal action and filing a fir of harassment and barging into personal space.

                                Hope i dont need to go into all that and it would stop after this.

                                  I booked a maruthi suzuki celerio zxi model car at popular vehicle services pvt Ltd. Mamangalam kochi 25 through popular vehicle service pvt Ltd. Kothamangalam. At the time of booking they offered Rs. 20000 as consumer offer, on the same day I exchange with my old vehicle maruthi suzuki wagnor of Rs. 1, 40, 000/- and paid booking charge as Rs. 5000/- as booking charge and they offered on road price as Rs. 5, 07, 030/-. But without informing they change the model withdraw the offers and enhance the price Rs. 23019 than at the time of booking the vehicle. The popular agency informed the enhancement only at the time of delivery. I am ready to recieved the vehicle at an amount I assured at the time of booking. But the agency is not willing to do so. Then the only remedy to approach the consumer forum.So kindly do the needful

                                    I bought wagonr vxi ags named prabhaben patel.

                                    I got my car on 21st september & till the date i did not got my autocard.

                                    Right now i am sitting here from an hour for what...? Just for number plate fitting.

                                    What the #ing kind of service provided by nanda automobiles?

                                    Rto is better than nanda automobiles. No one believe that government authority rto is just taking maximum 15 minutes to fitting number plates but this nanda automobiles take 2 hour for that.

                                    Till now no one is ready to take responsibility for number plate fitting. With me there are other 4 customers who are facing this issues.

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      This is very disappointing that i have been following up with m/s jeewan motors, bhopal. But they have not responded the status of my policy. Even i have called the person mr. Deepak whom i have interacted with, after the cheque given he has not responded this shows completely legacy of duty.

                                      The cheque i have handover on 4th nov, mr. Deepak has comitted that the policy copy i wil get on monday, but today is wednesday even i have called him so many times, every time he has mentioned that he is busy or other excuses.

                                      I don't expect this type of professional behavior with a good company. Although i have called jeevan motors landline number to trying out/find out the seniors number to be connect but there receptionist does not transfer the call mentioned i can not transfer the cal because we are authorize for that.

                                        I changed the clutch of my swift in the month of 19th january, 2017 as per the suggestion of the representative of the m/s gurraj service station (Maruti authorized service station) at an mileage of 55347 kms.
                                        Today, (At an mileage of 62345) the clutch started giving some problems and on visiting the m/s gurraj service station, he apprised the clutch needs to be replaced again. It is pertinent to point out that the replaced clutch did not work out well. He apprised me that there is no guarantee/warranty on the clutch and the same can wear off within miles. But as per my knowledge every maruti ga parts has some warranty/ guarantee associated with them.

                                        You are requested to kindly apprise me of the following:
                                        1. Whether maruti authorized service station have original ga accessories?
                                        2. If they have original parts, what is the warranty associated with the clutch?

                                        Secondly, you are requested to direct the authorized dealer to replace the clutch as the part replaced did not worked out well.
