      I purchased Wagon-R ZXI - AGS on Nov'23, a very surprising so called safety feature I discovered was that even though you fasten your seat belt while driving still seat belt warning will annoy you for next 1 minute, this was the statement of officials of Maruti Arena Pulgaon Chowk Durg, Chhattisgarh(don't know how safe it is for driver who get annoyed by this beep alarm). Later after counter arguing with staff's of Arena and further investigation it was found that if a single seatbelt out of 5 passenger seat was not fastened alarm will come, wow what a safety feature, but the trap is even if there is no passenger in vehicle and driver fasten his seat belt still you get minute long seat belt warning if any of the four vacant seats belt is not fastened. This is first car I seen with this feature and Arena team says this is safety feature, mere foolishness. I request @MarutiSuzuki to revisit and check this blunder, and correct the issue of all vehicle sold with this feature, this is not safety rather risk for those who are sitting in vehicle with such a foolish feature.

        No service done but receiving messages and calls for post service feedback. Nexa Vishnu cars Kattupakkam Chennai, scheduled pickup for 3 times in 2 days and failed to take the car. From then I am receiving messages that car service is completed and calls for feedback. They have created records for my car that the service is done without actually doing. Request to clear the wrongly mentioned history. I think they have done it as per their year end targets.

          My car just 4yrs old got b/d at highway on 26th of December. I am with my family. But after 6days passed no proper resolution received. Now I came to know there is problem in car ECM.

          My complain against the maruti authorised vendor at palasa, shrikakulam.Also complain against maruti spares, how Ecm can damaged within 4years.

          I am a believe and trust with maruti...but I will never recommend anyone to buy maruti car again

            I bought Suzuki Avenis in Feb 2023, Vehicle No UP78 HD8091 . I have to face so many problems due to poor performance of battery or fuel pump.. I told so many times to change battery and fuel pump and both are under warranty period . But service manager elude for next time.
            So please request you to change my battery or fuel pump otherwise I will go consumer court.

              Our car broke on 18/11/2023 at national highway Mathura road near hodal toll plaza, Uttar pradesh. We call thrice on rsa number [protected] and eveytime they kept on saying technician will call you. Even they told us the charges of 700/-. But neither we received any call from technician nor any complaint registration message.
              This was very disappointing from the largest car manufacturer in India. Never going to make any further deals with Maruti suzuki. I request for action to be action against this type of fault services.
              I was there with my wife, daughter and son at 8:30 pm. And how much safe our country we all know and the kind of irresponsible behaviour from RSA team of maruti suzuki is unacceptable.
              Very disappointed.

                I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Gaurav Agrawal, and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of tires on the Brezza cars that my colleague, Mr. Virendra Singh, and I purchased from your authorized dealerships.
                We acquired the Brezza cars on[protected] &[protected] respectively from your dealership SNV Automobiles Private Limited, Ambedkar Road, Ghaziabad & Vipul Motors Pvt. Limited Noida, and unfortunately, we have been consistently facing tire puncture issues due to cut with small gravel stones . To provide a clear overview, three tires of the Brezza purchased on[protected] have suffered punctures and air leakage from wall body, and one tire from the MARUTI BREZZA LXI CNG 1.5L 5MT BS6 purchased on[protected] has also faced the puncture issue.
                Despite residing in Noida and primarily using the cars on well-maintained roads, the frequent tire punctures have become a significant inconvenience for us.

                Both Mr. Virender Singh and I have been loyal customers of Maruti. I previously owned a Maruti Wagon R DUO LPG car with the number UP16X 1990, and Mr. Virender Singh was using a Maruti Alto car with the number DL8CW3446.

                  I brought a bike on 6th June 2023 in suzuki access 125.
                  I am getting friction noise in the rear side. I had conveyed in the first service but the issue was not resolved and a complaint was also filed in suzuki CAS-394950-V4C4R9.

                  Bike No: KA-05 LU-3463

                  I Left over my bike for the first service in BTM apple suzuki showroom(Bangalore).

                  The same thing i conveyed my issues but it was not resolved during my first and second service.

                  I asked for service report but they didn't provide.
                  And also i have contacted with ASM Suriya suzuki Person([protected]).But he said they wont provide service report.
                  I have not get support from the suzuki person. Still my first complaint is not resolved.

                  Why You are cheating us I have brought this bike with lot of dreams.
                  We trust suzuki quality that's why we preferred for suzuki but you guys are cheating the customer providing poor quality.

                  Is your quality teams is checking the issues or not? or this vehicle is quality checked or not.

                  why you are providing quality less vehicle and cheating a trusted customer like me.

                    Sorry to say this really disappointed with your tenkasi sales team.Actully sep182023 bought my alto k10 in tenkasi.they are qoute 26993/- for insurance.but i choosed 18499/- plan.So i decided to purchase reverse camara .That value 6600 /- so sales person Arun told me that remaining amount will refund to your account .He was not provide proper bill for this 6600 /-value.Then he asked my passbook for refund process.provide myself October 1 2023.but still the date no one take response for my refund amount 1894/-.And my Rc card also not received.he was not proper followup for my requests.So totally i disappointed with your service.When will get my refund amount ? Please do needful

                        My name is Razal A. Najeeb . I had worked for SAI SERVICE PVT LTD, for the past 10 months. I resigned from my position as Relationship Manager at Sai Service Kottayam on 9/9/2023.I have been meticulous and determined to contribute to the company's continued success and to provide outstanding service to our customers. I completed all the formalities with the company and submitted my belongings too (simcard, tab), etc.
                        After several reminders also i didnt receive my Full and Final Settlement after resignation . I want to notify you that an amount of ₹ 20, 841 deducted from my full and final settlement amount, no one informed me or provided any valid reason for such a deduction. I already informed every one about not serving the notice period because i have to go to dubai urgently with my wife, she already got a new job so she can't go alone . The showroom manager and hr already allowed it . Then what is the reason for deducting like this . I request you to please release the deducted amount for unnecessary reasons. Even the accounts department is not giving any justification for this deduction . This deduction is causing me hardship .Looking for your kind attention to resolve this issue immediately.

                          Hello Sir/Madam,

                          We have bought a new model alto (2023) on 22 October 2023. I am not satisfied with the vehicle the dealer provided me. Steering of the said vehicle does no come back after a turn like every other vehicle. This issue is a big problem while driving. Please try to resolve and let me know how this problem will solve. I am not satisfied with the overall experience.

                            They are not giving correct invoice to me, service advisor is saying that they had to adjust the bill amount to make it 6500. I asked them to give exact bill to me they are denying it. They addded 500 rupees of roof drycleaning in bill which was not done.

                              Dear Maruti Team,

                              I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experience I have had with your dealership (TCS AUTOWORLD, NEELAM CHOWK, FARIDABAD). I placed an order for a [Car- Brezza Lxi CNG] on [07/09/23], with the expectation that the car would be delivered to me in a timely manner. Unfortunately, this has not been the case, and I have also experienced harassment with respect to adding accessories to my order.

                              First and foremost, the non-delivery of my car as per the promised timeline has caused me significant inconvenience and has negatively impacted my daily life. When I placed the order, I was provided with an estimated delivery date of [07/10/23], and I made arrangements accordingly. However, it has been [One month] since the promised delivery date has passed, and I have not received any updates or information regarding the status of my order.

                              The lack of communication and transparency from your end has been extremely frustrating, as I have had to repeatedly reach out to your customer service department for updates, only to be met with vague responses and no concrete information about when I can expect to receive my car. This has caused me undue stress and uncertainty, and I believe it is unacceptable for a reputable car dealership to treat its customers in this manner.

                              Furthermore, I would like to address the issue of harassment I have experienced with regard to adding accessories to my order. While I understand the importance o[censored]pselling and customization options, I have been subject to persistent and unwarranted pressure from your sales team to add various accessories to my order. This has made the car-buying experience extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.They are continuously supplying Brezza base models to other customers on the basis of accessories purchase but I refused to purchase accessories costing approx 70~80k so they delayed my vehicle delivery.

                              I strongly believe that customers should have the freedom to choose accessories and upgrades according to their own preferences and budget, without feeling harassed or coerced into making additional purchases.

                              In light of these issues, I kindly request the following actions to be taken:
                              1. Provide me with a clear and updated timeline for the delivery of my [Car- Brezza Lxi CNG], and ensure that this deadline is met without further delays.
                              2. Improve communication with customers, keeping them informed about the status of their orders and any changes in delivery timelines.
                              3. Address the harassment I have experienced from your sales team and ensure that your sales representatives respect customers' choices and preferences when it comes to adding accessories.

                              I trust that you will take my concerns seriously and work towards resolving these issues promptly. I have been a loyal customer for many years, and I hope to continue being a satisfied customer in the future. However, for that to happen, I expect my concerns to be addressed in a satisfactory manner.

                                    Hi Sir,
                                    This is to inform you that I am writing this High Priority Complaint letter about the Service provided for my Car (MARUTI BALENO DELTA P - TN11 AH 8199).
                                    I have given my vehicle for Periodic Maintenance and Service at VISHNU CARS MEDAVAKKAM after confirming my booking on 20th Sep, 2023.
                                    -Vehicle given to Driver for Service: 20/09/2023 8:12 a.m. at Madambakkam. (Speedometer Reading: 30545)
                                    -Distance Between Madambakkam (My Home) and Medavakkam Vishnu Cars = 7 Kms (approx.)But in the Job card, the Kms reading at the time of Pick up is mentioned as "30562" which is 17 Kms[protected] different than the Kms I have given my Vehicle at Home.

                                    * Please find the Below Issues and consider this as my official complaint on the services that Vishnu Cars Medavakkam which is the Authorized Service Centre for Maruti Suzuki:*

                                    * Cleaning is not performed Properly inside and Outside of my Car. {Completely disappointed after seeing my Vehicle with so much Dust on the body as well as inside}
                                    * Since the basic cleaning itself is not Proper and believable How can you expect me to believe in your service inside my vehicle which the Customer is unable to see (Such as Replacement of Oils, Filters, electrical checkpoints, wheel alignment, balancing, and rotations, etc..)
                                    * The Complete loyalty and belief have been broken with the Authorized Service Center of Maruti Suzuki.
                                    * From the First Service, I am giving my Vehicle to this Medavakkam Service Center only., Though I am a regular customer, my vehicle has been treated as the least priority, and the service is not proper.
                                    * I am Totally Disappointed with your Service and the way of delivery. After the Job Card call from the Supervisor, No One called from the Service Center for any updates/ Status.
                                    * I called many times but no response from the Service Center regarding the Service Updates and Delivery Date.
                                    * I need the Proper Justification on:- Why my vehicle was delivered on 22nd Sep 2023, Night 10:30 p.m. even after Customer follow-ups. but in the Job card, it is mentioned that My Car will be delivered on the same day when I have given for service.
                                    * The Front Wheel Right mud Guard is not fitted properly.
                                    * There is a noise in the Gear Box when applying gears, especially in Reverse Gear.
                                    * There is so much dust inside and outside of my Car at the time of delivery.
                                    * The Service Supervisor has agreed to provide Petrol Coupons and Wax kit which was already Offered by the Customer Care Executive during Service Booking.
                                    * There are no "Thank you papers" on the floor mates that any service center will provide.

                                    * I have given my Vehicle with the Kms reading as 30545 and delivered with Kms reading as 30584 which is nearly 40 Kms difference. As I mentioned the distance between my home and the Medavakkam service Center (up & down) is approximately 15 Kms. I need the answer for where my vehicle has been utilized for 25 Kms and require your proper justification. I have given my Car for my vehicle's Periodic maintenance service only and not for any other purposes..
                                    * I am unable to understand what has been written in the JOB card with respect to the Work done, Labour details, and advice to the Customer.* Today (Sep 23rd, 2023), I made multiple calls to the Service Center but No response or Call back from the Service Center.

                                    Please consider this as my official Highest Priority Escalation to higher Officials of Vishnu Cars Service Center and Maruti Suzuki, where my vehicle has been treated badly and not serviced properly.

                                    Attached are few of my Complaint proofs, Vehicle Pictures, and Speedo meter readings for your reference.

                                    I need a reply from the Top management of Maruti Suzuki and Vishnu Cars for Justification on Why my Car has been treated in such a way which in turn gives complete disappointment to your valuable Customers.

                                      I purchase swift car on 18 august 2023 from hira automobile, 21 number phatak patiala. after first service on 2 september 2023 from maruti suzuki worshop factory area patiala problem faced in car i.e hand break of the car not work properly .i call hira auto mobile sale office patiala and tell the problem faced by me . he suggess me to visit service centre, at factory area immidately . i visit serice centre on 7 september 2023 and meet concerned person and tell the problem faced by me regarding hand break not working .after checking by the machinic he says that the car hand brake lever not working .the service centre manager says that car hand brake lever not available in all store situated in patiala district and this product available in 15 to 20 days and you may visit mohali service workshop for this purpose. i visit mohali service workshop at phase 7 mohali he also says that this product not available in chandigarh, mohali district.
