I booked the Maruti Grand Vitara Car on 6th February 2023 at Vipul Motors Jaipur. I want to cancel this booking.

I made this booking online but now I cannot cancel it because I am not receiving the OTP while cancelling the booking online. For this issue, I sent mail to [protected]@nexaexperience.com but there is no resolution provided in the last 15 days.

It regards the worst service i got from the service center. I gave my vehicle for painting work on the 24th and promised delivery date was the 27th. The estimated amount was 5k and the actual was ~10k. 1) from the showroom i got confirmation that the vehicle was ready to deliver after 3 days of promised date.2) at the time of delivery inspection found that the painting work was not even half done (Pfa) when i questioned the same workshop...

Hi,

Model 2021, issue exists with the start option showing FI engine error to my Suzuki Access 125 scooter. The company service center exhausted most of the free servicing to resolve the issue but it still exists. The vehicle was just 7 months old when it started to throw this error. The company should stop manufacturing and playing with the customers with such incompatible vehicles in the market. There is no resolution provided...

I bought a Maruti Suzuki Baleno Zeta Diesel in 2016 and clocked 64000kms.
I would like to bring to your notice that a few days back as I was on a go with my family in my Baleno car ... suddenly the steering wheel got stuck in the middle of the road as I was taking a turn . I had to apply sudden brakes to stop the car ... The car from the opposite direction also had to apply brakes due to the wrong positioning of my car ... Somehow...

I have Accessories Suzuki Connect App installed in my car Maruti Baleno – Delta since 2019 (from the time I purchased). It was fitted by Maruti itself while purchasing. We bought a 3 year subscription and once again renewed for 3 years in April 2022. I would like to highlight the service centre work done in the name of car service. We had several issues with our car related to services and we clearly mentioned those services to the service representative Mr. Akash of Magic Auto in which details involved; start stop switch issue needed to be replaced, gear oil change, issue with wipers etc.

But in the name of service, after 6 days that means 21 August, Magic Auto people...
