I'm second hand buyer of motor car while buying car I didn't take any invoice copy now I sale that car the buyers are asking me the invoice copy for registration of car the main problem is the registration takes place in amb una the buyers belongs to Hamirpur(H.P) so can you please give me any solution of this problem I want duplicate copy of invoices

      Have booked online Maruti Brezza.. I have faced terrible experience on Maruti online booking. You people are taking booking so quickly and when it comes to cancellation you people just vanish.. Site is not taking cancellation despite numerous attempts.. I wrote on customer care email ID but getting no response since last one week despite so many reminders. This kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior is not expected from Maruti Suzuki highly disgusting. I will never recommend Maruti booking to any of my known.. Just for rs 11000 Maruti is behaving like this.. This shows how unethical you people are.
      If I do not get response I will take legal action also I will put it on social media how Maruti Suzuki is harrassing people just for 11000₹

          Ecm failure in the in 3 years

          Greetings!!!

          Thank you for attending our concern.

          As per below details from you had provided to us related our ECM failure. You provide me the only details that our vehicle service not be schedule on time & also as per training mail you told me that we didn't purchased extended warranty. In my group we have around 70 vehicle, But we can't shown that ECM was failure. At a time of service Engine Oil, Oil Filter, Washer Fluid, Gasket only this things are changes.

          As per knowledge ECM not to be connected with any service or Extended Warranty.

          I would like to inform you that i had concern related ECM, Why ECM was failure?

          And you didn't provide me the genuine reason for this.

          As per our knowledge, ECM is an electric components to give a command to all the parts for moving. If 7800/-km an ECM was failure in Maruti Cars then why should you didn't inform to the customer at time of purchased.

          As per below your training mail, I will think about that to an legal action with the company. I need an genuine reason related ECM was failure.

            Subject: Urgent Assistance Required for Car Service Issue

            Dear [Service Provider's Name],

            I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I have been facing with the service provided for my Maruti Suzuki Wagon R at your Chandikhol branch on 8th July 2023.

            During my visit, I specifically mentioned a major problem of water leakage in the car's AC, which needed immediate attention. However, to my disappointment, the service station only performed routine maintenance services that cost me around Rs. 6, 000. The primary issue I visited for was completely neglected, and it seems the service station prioritized easy tasks over addressing the core problem.

            Upon discussing the matter with the Area Service Manager (ASM) of Sky Automobile, I was advised to visit the Jajpur Road service station. Hence, on 15th July 2023, I visited the Jajpur Road service station, where I encountered another frustrating experience. The assigned service personnel lacked the necessary knowledge and expertise to diagnose and resolve the AC issue. They suggested a trial and error approach, which may lead to excessive service charges ranging from Rs. 7, 000 to Rs. 10, 000. This method is both unacceptable and unfair to customers like myself.

            I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of service provided thus far, as it seems the focus is on maximizing revenue rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. I kindly request your immediate intervention to resolve this matter on a priority basis. As a loyal customer, I believe it is your responsibility to rectify the situation and provide an appropriate solution to the AC water leakage issue without subjecting me to exorbitant charges.

            Please understand that if this matter is not addressed promptly and satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to escalate it to the consumer court for further resolution. I sincerely hope it does not come to that, and we can resolve this issue amicably.

            I eagerly await your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to my car service issue. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.

              Your service center TR Sawhney gokulpuri not give any good response,
              I want to get my car repaired, i went on 27th June, then they said to come on 1st july, when 1st july, they told me to come on 3rd july now i as asking everyone to bring my car, no one is answering.

              now took the car to their showrrom, now they are saying that i dont have a worker, then you will have to pay 6000/- for the charge.

              I'm insurance zero depth

                I am perchesed access 125 bike from your trio suzuki Ichalkaranji showroom on 22 march 2023 but till date I am not received my original papers of bike. I am try to connect your care executive but they told us they will provide information about it but till now they didn't provide info about same. Please look into this matter cause we already find by RTO more then 5 times because of no papers. Please do needful help regarding same.

                  I'm Extremely Frustrated With The Unacceptable Delay In Delivering My Maruti Suzuki Brezza ZXI 6AT (Red and Black) Even After Multiple Follow-Ups With The Dealer they are saying that this is due to shortage of supply. I had booked this car for my sister’s marriage purpose which is in last of this July. It's Now Been Over 4 Months (Booked On 17th February 2023)With No Resolution In Sight. This Delay Has Caused Immense Inconvenience And Disappointment. I'm A Loyal Maruti Suzuki Customer, But The Lack Of this much Delay in Delivery is Unacceptable. I am also submitting the booking details and payment slip for your further needs. I Request Immediate Resolution And Delivery Of My Vehicle.

                    New Spresso windshield glass crack

                    I bought a maruti Spresso vxi Plus on 2nd June 23, i see a crack in windshield glass without any accident, hit. When i visited showroom, they said once the out pass issued to vehicle they are not responsible for anything. And asked me to contact service centre and insurance company.
                    I have a question here, if the glass has manufacturing diffect and which cracked due to poor quality, is Maruti not responsible? What is the quality assurance...

                          I have visited the dealer, and he suggested that I pay money and replace the doors. My concern is that if, within 3 to 4 years, due to rusting, holes develop in doors, then what about my money value?
                          And when I raised the concern with Maruti Customer Care, I received the copy-paste answer, "Rusting is due to external damage/contamination"

                            AMT gearbox unit damaged during repair

                            I purchased suzuki access 125 at Jayan suzuki showroom on 2022, I raised complaint back tire air leaking continuously but there is no puncture, after 3 services also they didn't sort it out one day I handover my vehicle at service center before that I checked there is no puncture then they called me evening there is a puncture that's why leakage happening later I got to know they created puncture how they do this to customer this is not at all fair still the issue is not resolved.
